Abstract

This research is a qualitative study has three purposes.1 ) To describe thecharacteristics of learners PSG. 2) To describe the characteristics of PSGteachers. 3 ) To describe the learning characteristics of PSG. This research wasconducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Karanganyar with in-depth interviews, directobservation and the use of documents for data collection. The data source of this research istaken from the principal, vice principal, chairman of the skills program, working group PSG,PSG executive teacher, head of partner institutions, and recording learning activities atschool and in industry. The Result of this shows that : 1) The learners had an average value5.29 of National Exam, not color blind and having minimum height 142 cm,57, 9%responsiveand99.7%had agoodpersonality. Economic background of their parents is middleand lower class. Learners have different characteristics which must be understood by theteacher. 2) Teacher background S1, has teaching experience at least 1 year, activelyimprove their competence through training and industry internship andhave agoodperformance. 3) Learning PSG using pattern learning by placing the school as a replica ofthe industry.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate how financial knowledge, financial attitude, and pocket money can affect saving behavior with self-control as a moderate variable. This study adopted a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 298 students of Accounting Education Department at the State University of Surabaya with a sample of 178 students. The data collection methods were closed tests and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on component partial least square (PLS) with the help of the WarpPLS 6.0 application. The results of the study show that: 1) financial knowledge does not significantly affect saving behavior and this is proven by p-value 0,348 ≥significant 0,05. 2) Financial attitude does not significantly affect saving behavior and this is proven by a p-value 0,225 ≥0,05. 3) pocket money has a significant impact on interest-bearing pocket money and this is demonstrated by p-value0,001 ≤0,01and Path Coefficient 0,754. 4) Self-control as moderating does not have a significant impact on saving behavior and this is proven by a p-value 0,148 ≥0,05. 5) Self-control is unable to modify the impact of financial knowledge on saving behavior and this is demonstrated by p-value 0 results, 0,207 ≥0,05. 6) Self-control can modernize financial attitude with saving behavior and this is proven by p-value 0,023 ≤ 0,05. 7) Self-control can modify the effect of pocket money on saving behavior and this is demonstrated by a p-value 0,047 ≤ 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanan Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja dalam Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja, peraturan perundang-undangan yang di laksanakan dalam jaminan kecelakaan kerja, faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan jaminan kecelakaan kerja dalam jaminan sosial tenaga kerja, serta upaya yang dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan jaminan kecelakaan kerja dalam jaminan sosial tenaga kerja pada PT Batik Keris Sukoharjo. Bentuk penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif Penelitian ini tidak hanya melaporkan data semata, tetapi menganalisis lebih lanjut guna mendapatkan kesimpulan.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas data dilakukan dengan cara trianggulasi data, refiew informan, serta member chek. untuk mengalisis data digunakan cara berpikir induktif dengan analisis mengalir yang terbagi dalam tiga komponen yaitu : reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Dengan demikian data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menjalinsecara paralel reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan baik sebelum pada waktu, maupunsesudah pengumpulan data.Hasil dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dengan pelaksanaan jaminan kecelakaan kerja dalam jaminan sosial tenaga kerja, ternyata memberi manfaat bagi tenaga kerja, terbukti dengan meningkatnya gairah kerja yang dapat menguntungkan perusahaan. Upaya perlindungan hukum terhadap tenaga kerja di PT Batik Keris sudah ada peningkatan terutam pelaksanaan jaminan kecelakaan kerja. Pelaksanaan jaminan kecelakaan kerja dalam jaminan sosial tenaga kerja pada PTBatik Keris Sukoharjo sebagian besar telah dilaksanakan.

Abstract

The purposes of this study in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Wuryantoro are 1) to describe the partnerships management planning with business and industrial world, 2) to describe the implementation of partnerships with business and industrial world, and 3) to describe the control implementation partnerships with business and industrial world.The research is a qualitative descriptive research with the ethnographic research design. The tecnique of data collected  in this research is using field research. Data analysis used is an interactive analysis.The results of this study are the partnerships management planning in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Wuryantoro done to manage potential schools in favor of cooperation with business and industrial world: a) Planning school promotion in establishing communication with business and industrial world, in the synchronization of the curriculum, prakerin students, graduate placement, teacher’s on the job training place, b) Utilize the specific role of the business and industrial world a sa guest teacher, school funding, and scholarships, c) The business and industrial world cooperation outlined in the form of the MoU. The implementation of cooperation created MoU, the contents for the agreed areas of cooperation including validation and synchronization curriculum, industry visits, guests teacher, industry work practices, a vocational competency test (UKK), teacher on OJT ,certification, and recrutment/placement of graduates.

Abstract

This study is aimed to describe the implementation of learning history in kejar paket C programs. This study uses the descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected by interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis technique use qualitative analysis inductive models with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are: first, planning learning history in kejar paket C program started from In House Training for educators in kejar paket C program which practiced in the preparation of the learning device are appropriate to the curriculum; second, the implementation of learning history in kejar paket C program involves three patterns of learning consisting of 20% face-to-face interaction, 30% tutorials, and 50% independent activity; third, constraints in the implementation of history learning in kejar paket C program is the readiness of learners in receiving learning materials, learning infrastructure, and the competence of educators in conveying the teaching of history; fourth, evaluation of learning history in kejar paket C program is equal to the formal school.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the influence of teacher education level towards teachers’ professionalism in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Ceper Klaten. The kind of research is descriptive quantitative with expost facto approach by using research subject 63 MIM teachers. From 63 teachers were taken samples 53 by Simple Random Sampling. Technique of data collection is by using Questionaire, Documentation, and Interview directly. To know whether there is influece or not, by using regression linier analysis with SPSS program for windows versi 11.0.The research result showed that Regression similarity Y = 84,450 + (-1,270) X, where regression coeficient is -1,270 dengan signifikan 0,262 stated that much bigger than 0,05 it means Ho is rejected (X can not predict Y). The level of teachers’ education influenced teachers’ professionalism is 2,4 % while 97,6 % is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The phenomenon of students who clean the school grounds before the bells enter the lesson, pay attention to the cleanliness conditions around the seat and before coming home from school the students always water the flower plants. All these activities are carried out consciously without a teacher's order. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the value of caring for the environment through learning in the classroom, the implementation of the value of caring for the environment through extracurricular activities and the obstacles found in the implementation of the value of caring for the environment in elementary schools. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Informants are determined using Purposive Sampling. the research results obtained findings that (1) Internalization of the value of environmental care in learning planning in the form of compiling teaching devices such as syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and learning media, the device has been analyzed in advance about the value content contained in the material to be taught (2 ) Implementation of the value of environmental care is integrated through learning in the classroom and through routine school activities, spontaneous activities and through exemplary behavior (3) Obstacles found in the implementation of the value of environmental care consist of internal factors such as, bad habits of students do not care about personal hygiene, lack of knowledge students to choose the scattered garbage. External factors such as lack of adequate facilities and lack of collaboration between parents and teachers in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sarana dan biayapendidikan terhadap hasil belajar di sekolah menengah di kota Klaten. Apakah biayapendidikan merupakan variabel moderating dari sarana pendidikan terhadap hasil belajar.Populasi penelitian adalah penyelenggara sekolah di SMU N I, SMK N I, SMK N II dan SMK N IIIKlaten. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non random sampling (judge ment), wa-laupundemikian tetap mempertimbangkan stratifikasi/ klasifikasi responden sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Masing-masing sekolah diambil sampel sebanyak 30 responden, jadi ada 120 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode angket dan dilengkapi dengan metode dokumen dan wawancara. Angket dibuat tertutup dengan skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan program SPSS for. Windows11,0 dengan teknik Regresi tunggal dan regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana pendidikan yang ada termasuk baik, biaya pendidikantermasuk cukup baik dan hasil belajar sekolah menengah di kota Klaten termasuk baik, artinya sudah memenuhi standard pelayanan minimal pendidikan dan pengajaran yang ditetapkan oleh Departemen Pendidikan Nasional. Sarana pendidikan dan biaya pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Biaya pendidikan bukan merupakan variabel mode-rating dari hubungan sarana pendidikan dengan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial Leadership Headmaster that essentially sees leadership and entrepreneurial leaders on performance, so that its direction is more emphasis on best practices, it has become the issue of secondary education in this period. Consequently, by being led by the Headmaster who has a requirement with his strategic role, accelerates the achievement of graduates besides having competence in his field, has also entrenched entrepreneurial spirit. In practice, this model requires the support and togetherness of all academicians, especially teachers. As an anticipation, for universities, especially LPTKs that supply the needs of teachers, these educational issues become a signal for internal review to review the reliability of more relevant and flexible strategies to find provisions for its alumni. The review will cover several aspects, namely: 1) Leaders and Lecture aspects, 2) Education Laboratory aspects and Accounting, and 3) Aspects of the process of formation and briefing the competence of the graduates. These three aspects essentially refers to the formation of LPTK graduate who later can partner with the Headmaster in realizing the ideals of the school. The accuracy of finding a diagnosis on the aspects that need improvement, accompanied by more innovative strategy determination, and implementation that supported by the entire academic community, will at least be able to provide fresh air for the realization of the vision, mission, and objectives are declared.

Abstract

Primary school is one of the levels of education whose task is to realize the national education goals. In order to achieve this goal the school must have good quality. One effort to improve the quality of schools is to support facilities and infrastructure and improve the reading culture. This Best Practice is designed to support the work that the author has done as the principal. This study aims to describe the initial conditions of the school, explain the efforts, constraints and ways to overcome them in building a culture of literacy to support the success of teaching learning activities in explaining the results that have been achieved. The results showed that 1) The initial conditions of literacy were still low; 2) How to build a culture of literacy began with the procurement of facilities and infrastructure followed by habituation; 3) Constraints faced included facilitators, costs, and interests of students; 4) How to overcome existing problems namely with financial donations, attending workshops and holding tutoring and extracurricular activities; 5) The results achieved through the development of a literacy culture, namely the school can win several race champions. Suggestions are given that the government through the education office should be more focused on addressing issues related to literacy in primary schools and for principals to be role models in literacy.
