Abstract

The aims of the research are to know: 1) The significant influence between leadership andworkers’ job of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. 2) Thesignificant influence between leadership and supervision of workers’ job of PT Kereta ApiIndonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. 3) Which variables between leadership andsupervision at once that giving dominant influence towards workers’ job at PT Kereta ApiIndonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. The population of this Descriptive researchis all of workers at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. It took114 workers as a samples by using random sampling technique. Data collection used questionaereand will analyzed by using doubled regresi linie ,test F, test t, test R2, and relative and efektivecontribution. Research conclusion, those are; 1)” There is significant leadership’ influencetowards workers’ job can be received. It is based on doubled regresi linier analysis (test/uji t) isknown that thitung ttabel, that is: 2,862 2,000 and significance value 0,05, that is:0,001 wth efective contribution 25,34%. 2) “ There is significant influence towards workers’job can be received. It is based on doubled regresi linier analysis (test/uji t) is known thatthitung ttabel, that is 3,653 2,000 and significance value 0,05, that is 0,000 withefective contribution 27,96%. 3) “ There is significant leadership’ influence and supervisionat once towards workers’ job can be received. It is based on variation doubled regresi linieranalysis (test/uji F) is known that Fhitung Ftabel,that is 11,914 3,150 and significance 0,05, that is 0,000. 4) Test result of determination coefisient (R2) is 0,533 showed that thesignificance of leadership influence and job supervision at once towards workers’ job is 53,3%,while 46,7% the rest is influenced by another variable that has not investigated.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to describe 1) civics education learning in Higher Education in relation to democracy attitude and its implication to civilized community, 2) a model design of tentative civics education (PKn) learning, 3) a learning model of PKn as its reference, and 4) a model draft of PKn learning. This research used a qualitative approach with case study pattern. The data gathering technique employed an in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. The data validation applied a triangulation technique, member checking and collegial/peer   discussion. The data analysis used an interactive model. The results of the study show that 1) the PKn learning has not been working on the students’ democracy attitude development and its implication for a religious and civilized community so that it needs a paradigmatic dynamics of the learning in Higher Education. 2) the tentative model design include (a) the lecturers presented the controversial issues with the video/slide, (b) they explained the students about various problems, (c) they evaluated what the students has understood and has not understood  about them, (d) they developed an alternative solution with small groups, (e) each group presented the results of discussion, (f) they developed the materials that would be learnt more deeply and facilitated based on the concepts stated by each group; (g) they concluded  and closed the learning activity. 3) The model of controversial issues-based PKn learning was modified with active learning. 4) The model draft intended to the students’ democracy attitude development and its implication to civilized community covers (a) a-perception, (b) the groups’ presentation by discussing the controversial issues, (c) class discussion with active learning modification, (d) confirmation, and (e) closing.

Abstract

The facts show that internet users in Indonesia are dominated by groups of children and adolescents. Internet users have a tendency to access higher social media than to dig out entertainment content, news, education, commercial, and public service. Internet-based social media is the easiest and fastest distribution of information, so the chances of bad behavior become quite high. This study aims to teach politeness behavior in social media interactions, especially for adolescents. The research method used is the research literature, namely the assessment and critical and in-depth evaluation of existing research to create new formulas or propose new method related to the problems. Based on the literature review and its discussion,  it can be concluded that character education can be instilled in adolescents to behave courteously in using social media through video game games. Parental guidance needs to be done to avoid bad activities in the use of social media and video games at once.

Abstract

        Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran akuntansi di SMK Surakarta. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini subjeknya adalah guru-guru akuntansi  SMK  di Surakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis interaktif, yaitu  pengumpulan data, reduksi data, data display dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa  implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada pembelajaran akuntansi di SMK dilakukan dengan: (a) Kegiatan pembelajaran didesain sedemikian rupa agar  guru,  dapat melaksanakan proses pembelajaran secara professional, (b) Kegiatan pembelajaran diorganisasikan menjadi kegiatan: Pendahuluan, Inti, dan Penutup. Kegiatan inti dijabarkan dalam  kegiatan eksplorasi, elaborasi, dan konfirmasi, dalam bentuk: mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasikan dan mengkomunikasikan

Abstract

Millennials are a generation that is familiar with the use of technology and the internet in everyday life. This generation can spend hours using internet technology through cellular phones or mobile phones that are more practical and easy to use. The process of education and learning in this generation certainly needs to apply some appropriate learning methods by using mobile phones based on smartphones so students are more interested and enthusiastic in participating in learning. Quizlet is a smartphone-based online learning device that can be used for all subjects and for all ages. Quizlet can be accessed by students through mobile phones based on Android or iOS. The purpose of this study is to explain the advantages of the Quizlet application that can be used in the millennial generation learning process. Literature studies are used to explain the advantages offered by the Quizlet application through the analysis of theory and literature that has been obtained.

Abstract

Education has very strategic role to reach up the progressing of one nation,also as basic capital and human investment. The research aims is to knowhow business practice that is conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 2Surakarta. And, whether business practice is able to grow up the spirit ofentrepreneurship. The research target is students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2Surakarta: 326 students, principal, teachers, and staffs. The research kinds is qualitative.Collecting data through observation, in depth interview, and documentation. Dataanalysis through qualitative descriptive by using triangulation model. The research resultshow that business practice conducting at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta can beconducted successfully and able to grow up the spirit of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The district government needs human research development to have quality and face industrial era 4.0. This is urgent, due to human resource development staff plays active role and dominant in every organizational activity. This research aims at identifying process and human research development strategies which has quality in facing industrial era 4.0. This qualitative descriptive research use documentation, interviews, and observation as collecting data method. Here are some strategies to achieve quality human resource development in order to be success in term of faster, easy, and efficient. Mastering technology, make digital innovation such as services system in application forms, planning policy for 2021. The process of establishing human resources is changing life patterns in line with industrial era 4.0. It is practicing education by guidance booklet need analysis. It is a planning roadmap for 2021. It is a practicing guidance booklet in line with the need of the industrial era of 4.0. the strategy and process of human resource development enhancement could be done maximally by the new year. It is when the vision and mission of government will be changed following 4.0 industrial era.

Abstract

The research main target is to give direction and guiding the students to study  Entrepreneurship for their future choice job as the entrepreneur candidates. Entrepreneurship education is very brilliant idea in the era of very tight competion for job hunting for university graduaters, and this writing will give useful, valuable and meaningful contribution for students for being honest, reliable and kind heart entrepreneur in the future. The research kind is quantitative, entrepreneurship’ spirit is measured by Likert model attitude scale. The research instrument is questionnaire. The research design is survey, population 750 respondents, 150 samples are choosen by random sampling. Questionaires that are fulfilling the requirement is only 130. Then, it was cultivated SPSS method, and obtaining data presenting table and central tendency data analyzed by doubled linier regression. The research result showed that the entrepreneurship lesson score has influenced the students’motivation for doing business, and students’ study motivation also has influenced to study result entrepreneurship, though the influenced of both variables only 17 %. The growing of the entrepreneurship’spirit can be done if there was motivation and formal education was on. The formal education pushed the students to have positive attitude for doing entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe the planning Enterprise Marketing Competency SMK Students Sudirman 1 Wonogiri. (2) Describe the implementation of Enterprise Reform Vocational Students Skills Competency Marketing Sudirman 1 Wonogiri. (3) Describe the Evaluation of Enterprise Reform Vocational Students Skills Competency Marketing Sudirman 1 Wonogiri. The approach used in this study is qualitative as a whole is expected to describe the object under study, analyze it so that it can be formulated for the appropriate utilization of entrepreneurship in creating young entrepreneurs. The Subjects were SMK Sudirman 1 Wonogiri consists Principal , Vice Principal , Head of Competence Expertise , Teacher Productive , infrastructure and written documents relating to the utilization of entrepreneurship .Methods of data collection is conducted by observation, interview and documentation study. Utilization of entrepreneurial students through several steps, namely: Preparation (Curriculum, Infrastructure, human resources and preparation of activities), Implementation and evaluation. Entrepreneurship implemented in school utilization (Unit Production and Business Center) and extramural (DU / DI) through industrial visits and apprenticeship (PSG). The role of teachers in schools as actors and designers wirausawan in schools and mentor students at DU / DI is crucial to realize the potential entrepreneurs from graduate school. Keywords: business center, production unit, PSG and reform

Abstract

Disasters are a phenomenon that is of concern to the public. Disaster events will not discriminate gender, age, ethnicity, religion and place. Often of disaster victims are vulnerable groups of people, such as: children, the elderly and women. Children have higher vulnerable than other groups. Elementary school children are groups that are very vulnerable because of the psychological weakness of students. This study aims to understand the urgency of disaster education for elementary school students. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of the study show that disaster education is needed in realizing a disaster resilient generation. This is because elementary school students still have a low level of disaster preparedness. Knowledge, disaster preparedness plans, early warning systems and resource mobilization that owned by elementary school students are still below 60 or low category in preparedness disaster. The existence of disaster education will encourage elementary school students to act quickly and accurately in the face of disasters and increase empathy for disaster victims.
