Abstract

The main target and aims of this writing are: to show that curriculum is a dynamic system, therefore, it can be developed to follow the era progressing, the need and level of our students. It is to show that curriculum is excellent and accurate guiding for the successfull of teaching learning process. Better we make curriculum will be better and greater the result of education. Above all, character building is the most important target of curriculum and education. There are a lot of aspects in curriculum that should be learned carefully and seriously. Therfore, the government/Education Minister should be smart in making curriculum design that is good, accurate, and suitable for our students, if not, they will make a big mistake in taking decision, so the impacts will be scarry for the future generation.

Abstract

One type of instant economic activity includes being sand miner and sand transporter in the sand mining area. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of children's productive activities in the sand mine on dropout rates at the junior high school level in Keduwang Village, Blitar Regency. Respondents of the research data amounted to 38 children who carried out productive activities of sand mining. This study used cross-sectional survey research method with a quantitative approach that were supplemented with qualitative data. The collection technique used questionnaire, observation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques used descriptive data analysis techniques with the odds ratio method. The results indicate that the impact of children's productive activities in sand mining on dropout rates at junior high school level with decrease of children’s interest attending school. The results of odd ratio analysis indicate that the riskiest factor causing children to choose school dropout is productive activities in sand mining do not require special skills. The factor of not requiring special skills is proven to be six times the risk of causing children school dropout. The results provide description of how easy economic access and does not require skills has an impact on children's perceptions of going to school or working. Implications for the results of this research are expected to be a reference for government to pay attention to dropout rates that occur due to the productive activities of children in sand mining.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh besarnya kredit yang diberikanoleh KUD terhadap pendapatan pedagang kecil. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini menggunakan sampel 30 orang yang diambil meng-gunakan teknik quota random sampling dengan undian. data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan studi pustaka. selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik model regresi linier berganda.Hasil Penelitian mendapatkan Koefisien Regresi Y = 35,855 + 0,0532X1 + 0,0397X2. melaluiuji F.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: (1) Assess and describe the characteristics of public participation in improving the quality of schools, (2) Assess and describe the efforts of schools to improve community participation, and (3) Assess and describe the forms of public participation in the school. This research is qualitative. The research design chosen in this study is a case study. The place of research in the SDN Jeruk III. Interviewees in this study include Principal and School Committee. Collecting data using observations, interviews and documentation. Interview technique refers to the theory of first order and second order understanding. The validity of the data was tested using triangulation to the source. Analysis using version Milles and Huberman ie by way of data reduction, data and drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that: (1) The use of open management are the traits of community participation in SDN Jeruk III through a process of community engagement began to plan, define, execute, supervise and conduct participatory evaluation, (2) Promote community participation to build the image of the school, through the use of the characters, hospitality events, through appeal or solicitation, and (3) forms of public participation in the form of participation in the form of financial/material, participation in the form of ideas or the ideas of thought and participation in the form of prayers

Abstract

Formulation of research problem was (1) How to apply Virtual Class learning of Explanatory Text Material to class XI IPS 2 students in SMA 1 Kudus in 2017; 2) Is the Virtual Class learning of Explanatory Text material able to increase student activity of class XI IPS 2 in SMA 1 Sudus in 2017?; 3) Is the Virtual Class learning of Explanatory Text material able to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian Language of class XI IPS 2 students in SMA 1 Kudus in 2017? The research used two cycles of Classroom Action Research design. Based on the data analysis, it resulted in preliminary data of minimum value of 60, maximum value of 80, average value of 70.2, and mastery learning of 83.3%. Research data of cycle I indicated the achievement of minimum value by 65, maximum value of 92.5, average value of 79.8, and mastery learning of 96.3%. Research data on cycle II represented the attainment value of at least 70, maximum value of 90, average value of 84.83, and mastery learning of 100%. Similarly, student activity in cycle II showed an increase by 95% in category B (good).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) To find out the importance of work motivation on vocational teacher job satisfaction in the supervision of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency, (2) to find out the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of private Vocational Teachers in the supervisory area of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency, (3) to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on job satisfaction of private vocational school teachers in the supervisory region of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency. Data collection method used was a questionnaire method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, test requirements and hypothesis testing which includes simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Factors that affect teacher job satisfaction include work motivation and compensation 54.4%, the remaining 45.6% is influenced by variables outside the study. Work motivation and compensation of teachers in private vocational supervisory regions in the eastern part of Pemalang Regency are categorized while the job satisfaction of teachers in private vocational supervisory areas in the eastern part of Pemalang district is categorized high.

Abstract

The aim of this study s to create outstanding school through the implementation of improvingcontinously at SMK Negeri 3 Pati. Arcaro concept about improving continously Quality InEducation: An Implementation, to be reference in exposing this writing. By studying the strengthand weakness that is owned by SMK Negeri 3 Pati therefore, regarding important for studying how isthe process of improving continously through creating quality culture at seven important factors atschool, those are: (1) condusive climate, (2) involving stakeholders as internal and eksternal customersin quality planning, (3) reaching up the hope of academic achievement, (4) giving reward and schoolinsentive, (5) oppurtunity, responsibility, and students’ participation, (6) school regulation anddicipline, (7)conducting curriculum and teaching learning process. Finally, through implementationof this concept can give fresh wind for education institution like SMKN – 3 Pati, to maintain itsposition as outstanding school and ready to compete in international level for the future.

Abstract

The objectives of the research are: (1) to know make up characteristics of Punakawan Human Puppet of Sriwedari Surakarta; (2) to know symbolic meanings of Punakawan make up of Human Puppet of Sriwedari Surakarta; and (3) to know characters building values in Punakawan make up of Human Puppet of Sriwedari Surakarta. The result shows that the characteristics of Semar make up describe Semar as wise, calm, and religious personality. the characteristics of Gareng make up describes Semar as talk less and honest personality. The characteristics of Semar make up describes Petruk as dynamic and caring personality. The characteristics of Bagong make up describes Bagong as stubborn, creative, an, and optimistic. Character building values in Semar make up are religious, peaceful, honesty, and nasionalism. Character building values in Gareng make up are honesty, peaceful, and nasionalism. Character building values in Petruk make up are communicative, peaceful, and optimistic, and Character building values in Bagong make up are curiousity, dynamic and creative.

Abstract

The problems in today's learning are low competence and the lack of the ability of teachers to use media in learning and collaborating with other media. In the process of learning the Qur'an Hadith, teachers are still dominant using conventional/traditional media such as markers, blackboards, textbooks, papers, and teachers only read while students imitate so that it leads to low student learning outcomes towards mastery of recitation. This study is intended to determine the competence of teachers in utilizing learning media and collaborating between conventional/traditional media with modern applications of recitation in Balai Diklat. This study uses a qualitative approach/method with a descriptive type. The technique of data collection is by interview, observation, and documentation, while the data analysis techniques are carried out in the phase of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that, almost all the teachers in the Al-Qur'an hadith learning material Tajwid Sciences still used conventional media. Second, teacher competency in the Education and Training Center in learning is more improved and the learning process is more interesting with the collaboration of conventional media and modern media applications of recitation science. Conclusion: Nowadays in the learning process the teacher is still dominant using conventional learning media compared to modern media, the learning process is more interesting and the results are even more increased if the teacher collaborates conventional media with modern learning media, namely the Tajwid science application.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the relation of teacher consultant and students’interest to be teacher with (PPL) field experience program achievement ofeconomics accounting education students, FKIP UMS, in 2008 – 2009 academicyear. The kinds of research is descriptive qualitative and population used is all EconomicsAccounting Education students, FKIP UMS, in 2008 – 2009 academic year totally 150students. Sample taken is 105 by using random sampling technique. Data collection used arequestionaire and documentation, while data analysis used doubled linear regression analysistechnique. Doubled linear regression test (F test) and doubled linear regression coeficienttest (T test), and then relative contribution and effective contribution computation were done.The research result showed that the role of consultant teacher and students’ interest to beteacher have positive and significant influenced to PPL achievement, both partially orcomulatively. Consultant teacher role variable gave effective contribution 23,60%. Students’Interest to be teacher variable gave contribution 32,30%. Totally effective contribution is55,90%, while the rest is 44,10% was influenced by another variable.
