This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The effect of organizational commitment mediates the relationship between work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction on employee performance and psychological capital, which moderates the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of the state civil apparatus. They work in government agencies in the education sector of the Directorate of Senior High Schools in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with one hundred and ten respondents, sampling using a saturated sample technique, and a questionnaire as a measuring tool. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to test the model's suitability in this study with the help of the SmartPLS version 3 application. The results of this study conclude that work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction affect employee performance, organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance but cannot mediate the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, and psychological capital can moderate the relationship between job satisfaction with employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of real estate credit on liquidity risk. This study also looked at the role of government ownership and foreign ownership in moderating the effect of real estate credit on bank liquidity risk. There are 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period used as samples. This study used a multiple linear regression model with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation method and robustness tests using the Maximum Likelihood (MLE) estimation method. The results of this study concluded that real estate credit has a significant positive effect on liquidity risk. Government ownership strengthens the positive effect of real estate credit on liquidity risk, while foreign ownership weakens the positive effect of real estate credit on liquidity risk.

Companies use disclosure as a strategy to transfer and communicate selected information to stakeholders. This study examines the association between the firm's textual disclosure strategy and cost of debt by looking at the tone and readability of Management Discussion and Analysis (MDandA) reports and using a sample of 1596 Indonesian listed companies from all industries except the financial industry, from 2011 to 2018, and using ordinary least square (OLS) regression to test the research hypotheses. The findings suggest that both negative tone and poor readability level are associated positively with the cost of debt. This paper contributes to knowledge of the important aspects firms need to consider when setting their disclosure strategies, mainly how the tone and readability of firms' annual reports may be interpreted by users/creditors and affect the amount they will charge the firm for debt.

This study examines and analyzes the relationship between the technological complexity (KT) and compatibility (KOM), to a continuance to use (CTU) of green and smart port concepts using TAM theory extended. Adding technological complexity and compatibility as an external factor into TAM in terms of perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) that affect continuance to use green and smart concepts. This study uses a survey method. It is distributed to owners/operational/invoicing managers of Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) Customers (Shipping Company, Forwarding, Trucking Company) in Surabaya, Indonesia. The sampling technique is using Slovin's formula with 304 respondents. The data analysis technique uses SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with SMART PLS 3.0. Both KT and KOM have a significant effect on PU and PEOU. Both PU and PEOU have a significant effect on CTU, and PEOU has a significant effect on PU. This research was conducted at TTL, the only terminal in Indonesia that uses the green and smart port concept. There is no comparison with other terminals in Indonesia on the implementation of the green and smart port concept. Especially for shipping companies, respondents cannot reach owner/principal/shareholders due to Indonesian government policy that international Shipping Companies are not allowed to open branches independently. However, they have to cooperate with local companies (agents). Port Industries (TTL) can develop an appropriate marketing strategy based on this research's results. Technological complexity and compatibility have a significant effect on the continuance to use GSP. Management of TTL has to consider technology and operational systems development with a low-level complexity and according to customer's needs. This research contributes to enrichment and extending TAM theory in terms of green and smart port concept sustainability. Not only affected by PU and PEOU but technological complexity (KT) and Compatibility (KOM) factors are important.

COVID-19 pandemic spread around the world and changed people's shopping habits. This phenomenon causes much fear and induces panic behavior. In a highly uncertain situation, many people are more likely to engage in impulse buying behavior during this period. Our research aims to examine that impulse buying behavior during the pandemic. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the path analysis technique, which is processed using a computer with a program that has been developed by Preacher-Hayes, namely the Macros PROCESS technique. The research finds that panic buying, government stimulus, perceived scarcity, and fear appeal have a significant direct effect on impulse buying behavior. We went a step further to test the indirect effects. The indirect test supports our hypothesis by using fear appeal as mediating variable. The result indicates that fear appeal mediates between panic buying, whereas impulse buying behavior has no significant effect. Furthermore, fear appeal mediates between government stimulus, and scarcity of essential products has a significant effect on impulse buying behavior.

This study examines dream of ads and exposure to ads on purchase intention, moderated by Price, and Dreams of Ads as mediating variables. This study aims to explore the relationship between these variables to provide additional information in marketing science and to provide information in the field of marketing in creating managerial strategies for companies. The respondents of this research are individuals who have dreamed of their dream products in Indonesia. The analysis test of this research used the method of the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The total sample in this study was 180 respondents. This study shows a positive influence between Exposure to Ads on Dreams of Ads, Dream of Ads on Purchase Intentions, Exposure to Ads on Purchase Intentions, and the moderating role of Price. However, the mediating part of Dreams of Ads between Exposure to Ads and Purchase Intention does not have a significant relationship. The implication of this research is to provide managerial advice to companies in making advertisements that follow the dreams of the company's target market.

Bank performance is the most important thing to note and interesting to study because it plays a crucial role in a country's economy. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity on bank performance and the moderating effect of the size and board meeting. The test in this study uses multiple linear regression on conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2019. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a positive effect on bank performance, the size of the board of commissioners weakens the positive effect of liquidity on bank performance, and the number of board meeting weaken the positive effect of liquidity on bank performance.

Human resource managers need to play critical roles to overcome the talented and younger employees' turnover intention in an organization. This study aims to determine the causal relationship between talent management practice, perceived organizational support, and employee engagement and the impact on the turnover intention of Generation Y employees. A convenience sampling technique was used for this research. The study surveyed 182 Generation Y employees. The data collected were initially analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with the smartPLS-3 software. The results showed that talent management practice has a significant effect on perceived organizational support and employee engagement. It is also inferred that talent management practice, perceived organizational support, and employee engagement has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. This study also confirms that perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on employee engagement. Additionally, this study discovered that perceived organizational support and employee engagement operate as mediators between talent management practices and turnover intention.
