Abstract

Organizational structure is one way for companies to manage human resources owned efficiently. With the organizational structure, it is expected to increase the awareness and commitment of employees in order to provide optimal work performance. Preparation of organizational structure within the company generally carried out without regard to business processes that occur, consequently the efficiency of human resources is not implemented. The business process is a set of structured or interdependent work or literature to solve a problem or to produce a product or service (to achieve a particular goal). Business processes can be broken down into several subprocesses that each process has its own attributes but also contributes to achieve a goal of its subprocess.

Abstract

Dusun Ngepuh Lor is one of the Dusun in the Magelang region that has KarangTaruna as a youth organization Dusun level. As an organization certainly needs theability of its members to manage, create activities and to develop themselves. One of thesupporting capabilities in the organization is to make a proposal. Making the proposal isone of the capabilities necessary to advance the organization's activities. By having thecapability and ability in making the proposal, the youth will be easier to find funding tosupport its organization. Given these training activities, the youth can enrich theknowledge and capabilities regarding computer usage and making proposals.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge of citizens about the food they consume daily, as well as mostpeople are still using less salt isnot iodized feasible and less good for health makes theauthor moved to the extension of the benefits of the food consumed daily as well as thebenefits of iodized salt.The program is carried out as much as six timesandthe face toface for 2 hours. This extension materials are as follows: 4 healthy 5 perfect food, thebenefits of eating agricultural produce Hamlet Cangkol Duwur terms of health, thebenefits of iodized salt, as well as the testing of samples of salt with iodine-test to provethat iodizedsalt or not.The result of this program goes well and fluently. In addition,people are also very happy and excited in receiving the material. author sincerely hopethrough this program, citizens have the knowledge of the benefits of the food theyconsumeeveryday and consume iodized salt.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu potensi bangsa yang sangat diperhitungkan, maka sewajarnya Karang Taruna mampu menunjukkan jatidirinya sebagai organisasi yang mampu membawa perubahan bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan warganya dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam konteks pembangunan nasional yaitu masalah kompetensi pemuda yang rendah dan cenderung menjadi pengangguran di desa. Kondisi riil menunjukkan bahwa banyak pemuda yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan serta tidak mampu menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Metode pengembangan dan pemberdayaan generasi muda dalam wadah organisasi Karang Taruna di Desa Cerme Lor dan Desa Cagakagung Kecamatan Cerme dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan, tentunya, diorientasikan pada pemenuhan dimensi kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. Meteri penyuluhan dan pelatihan di antaranya adalah Peran generasi muda dalam menghadapi MEA, Internet Positif dan Pemanfaatannya, Kewirausahaan dan Success Story, Kepemimpinan dna Keorganisasian, Pelatihan usaha diantaranya; pengelasan (kanopi, pagar, dll), reparasi pendingin udara (AC dan kulkas), Budidaya dan Pengolahan Jamur Tiram, serta pendampingan melalui magang kerja dan pengembangan kelompok usaha bersama.Hasil yang dicapai antara lain pada tahap pra pelaksanaan adalah kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sebelum kegiatan utama dalam IbM ini, meliputi kegiatan koordinasi dan silaturrahmi dengan Kepala Desa Cerme Lor, Kepala Desa Cagakagung, dan pengurus kedua Karang Taruna dari 2 desa tersebut untuk menyusun ulang rencana kegiatan disesuaikan dengan alokasi dana yang tersedia. Pada tahap pelaksanaan meliputi kegiatan-kegiatan utama, yang dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan (ceramah dan tanya jawab) dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dan kompetensi dan pada tahap evaluasi dan monitoring adalah kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk memonitoring dampak dari penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang telah diberikan dan juga untuk memonitoring peserta pelatihan yang dimagangkan. Dampak dari pelaksanaan IbM Pemberdayaan Karang Taruna ini antara lain; Kedua Mitra sudah membentuk Kelompok Usaha Mesin Perkakas dan Kanopi yang bertempat di Desa Cerme Lor Kab. Gresik; Peserta pelatihan AC sebagian sudah direkrut oleh Pengusaha reparasi AC dan Pendingin Udara; Beberapa anggota Karang Taruna putri sudah memulai usaha membuat dan menjual aneka makanan olahan Jamur Tiram; Aktivitas keorganisasian di kedua Mitra semakin meningkat ditandai dengan beberapa kegiatan yang oleh Kepala Desa pelaksanaannya diserahkan kepada Karang Taruna (Pembayaran Listrik, Air, PHBN, dll)

Abstract

The program is implemented in the Dasuk County in Sumenep Regency with two goals major producer of cashew Beringin village and Jilbudan village. The program IBW has a purpose: 1) to increase welfare better society through the utilization of local resources that have economic value, 2) increasing the skills and professionalism of people, 3) increase the capacity of cashew farming communities to diversifying the product, 4) the formation of economic business community and institutions that are structured to cashew farmers. The project used two approaches, Training and mentoring approach. Training approach include: 1) entrepreneurial training; 2) skills training for women and youth based on local resources; 3) training appearance and diversifying the cultivation of cashew products professionally and 4) marketing training through the web and on-line. While this method of assistance include: 1) facilitation of technology transfer for the production of cashew cultivation; 2) facilitation of technology transfer diversifying cashew products in a professional manner; 3) mentoring network strengthening marketing activities and 4) institutional strengthening assistance. Expected outcomes of this program for the second year of this is establishing erpreneurship on society, increasing the skills of women and youth with the waste cashew shell, processed products jam and candied cashews, waste cashew to feed the livestock through several processes of ensiling, the manufacture of the product label and cashew packaging technology products, the establishment of farmer networks

Abstract

In the world of agriculture and farming we often hear the term poly bag as agrowing medium, especially in planting to save farmland. Polybag election as a containerplant for cultivation is influenced by several factors such as cheap price, rustproof,durable, lightweight form uniform, not dirty quickly and easily obtained at the farmsupply store or store plastic. Polybag excellent addition to drainage, aeration, so theplants can flourish as dilahan. Determining the size of the poly bag suitable for plantgrowth is expected to improve productivity and efficiency in the use of media andnutrients.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan pada umumnya dapat diketahui dari keuntungan suatu perusahaan apabila keuntungan perusahaan mengalami kenaikan maka dapat menunjukkan kinerja suatu perusahaan tersebut dalam kondisi baik dan begitu juga sebaliknya.          Salah satu perusahaan yang memiliki salah satu resiko terbesar yang dapat berdampak terhadap kondisi ekonomi nasional yaitu perusahaan perbankan, perusahaan perbankan memiliki kondisi yang sangat labil apabila kondisi ekonomi tidak kondusif maka dapat juga menganggu kelangsungan hidup perusahaan, pada umumnya investor dalam melihat kondisi atau kinerja suatu perusahaan dapat diperhatikan dengan melihat keuntungan laba perusahaan tersebut,.          Tujuan penelitian yang dapat dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhnya LDR terhadap ROA pada perbankan yang di BEI, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhnya NPL terhadap ROA pada perbankan yang di BEI, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhnya LDR, dan NPL terhadap ROA pada perbankan yang di BEI, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhnya LDR dengan jumlah asset terhadap ROA pada perbankan yang di BEI, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhnya NPL dengan jumlah asset terhadap ROA pada perbankan yang di BEI.       Hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya adalah Secara parsial harga saham dapat berpengaruh terhadap ROA pada perbankan di BEI, sedangkan LDR maupun NPL tidak dapat berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Secara simultan bahwa LDR, NPL dan harga saham dapat berpengaruh secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama terhadap ROA pada perusahaan perbankan yang di BEI, dan pada hasil pengujian moderating dengan menggunakan jumlah asset bahwa dapat diketahui harga saham merupakan sebagai variabel moderating yang menghubungkan harga saham dengan ROA.

Abstract

Creativity is important in life, especially in early childhood because it can makepeople more productive. In addition to improving the quality of life as well as to facilitatethe search for a way out of a problem. Children should be given the power of creativitysince childhood, so they can have special skills. Skills are made not only of the new stuff,here children will be taught to cultivate creativity of junk so that goods that are not usedcan be re-processed into new items with new functions. Targets of this program is thechildren can take advantage of used goods such as aqua bottles to be used as a piggybank. Implementation of the program promote creativity in children through thefollowing steps. First children will be given theoretical skills. Second, children receivedetails of how to manufacture skills. This activity makes children can be good forcreativity by making bottles as new items are worth taking. During the programsimplemented are various obstacles such as at the time of extension of the theory to thekindergarten children who need extra patient gives recognition while playing so they donot get bored. To overcome this, we tried to blend with the children beforehand, sothat they know and love us, and that we are easy to explain.
