Abstract

Analisis butirsoalpenting untukmengetahui mutu.Soalyang bermutu adalahsoalyangdapat memberikan informasi yangsesuaidengan tujuannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas soal ulangan harian secara kuantitatif pada materi Struktur dan Jaringan Tumbuhan di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 24 Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Analisis soal dilakukan secara kuantitatif meliputi validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda dan tingkat kesukaran soal. Hasil analisis nilai menunjukkan validitas termasuk kategori cukup, reliabilitas termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Indeks kesukaran termasuk kriteria cukup (57,14%), Terlalu sukar (10,20 %), terlalu mudah (32,65%).  Analisis daya pembeda soal diperoleh hasil 8 buah soal dengan kriteria jelek sekali (16,32%), 23 buah soal (46,93%) kriteria jelek, 12 buah soal (24,48%) kriteria sedang dan 12,22 % yaitu sebanyak 8 soal kriteria baik. Dapat disimpulkan dari hasil analisis kuantitatif meliputi validitas, reliabilitas dan indeks kesukaran telah memenuhi kriteria soal yang baik, tetapi daya pembeda soal belum memenuhi kriteria soal yang baik.Kata kunci: Analisis kuantitatif, Struktur dan Fungsi Jaringan TumbuhanQuantitative Analysis of Daily Test Questions on Material of  Structure and Function of  Plant Tissue in Class VIII of Junior High School 24 Padang Analysis of items is important to know quality. The results of the value analysis show that the validity includes sufficient categories, the reliability includes a very high category. The differentiationof  the  matter  of  test was obtained by the results of 8 questions with very bad criteria (16.32%), 23 questions (46.93%) bad criteria, 12 questions (24.48%) medium criteria and 12.22% ie as many as 8 questions about good criteria. Abstract

The quality of education requires the attention of all parties, especially the government and education personnel. The quality of education will be achieved if all components of education make a change to a better direction. The subject of the educational profession is prepares the students to understand the basics of education as a profession. Many students are not really understand with the subject matter of the educational profession whereas this subject is a very important as a preparation to become a teacher. Therefore lecturers must be able to apply various models that can improve students' understanding. One of them is the jigsaw learning model. This study aims to determine the perceptions of students using jigsaw learning model on the educational profession at UMMY Solok. This research is a descriptive research which is included in survey type. Population in this research which is all student of Economics fifth semester of academic year 2015/2016 which amounted to 15 people who have followed the process educational profession recovery using jigsaw learning model. The sample is a student of Economics  fifth semester of academic year 2015/2016, amounting to 15 people in the economic education program FKIP UMMY Solok who have followed subject of educational profession using jigsaw learning model. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection technique using closed questionnaire with rating scale form. The conclusion of this research is student perception by using jigsaw learning model on the subject of the educational profession is very good.             Keywords: Perception, Jigsaw Learning Model, The subject of  Educational Profession.

Abstract

This research started from the problem of low student results on the material of the virus. It is evident in the quiz grades of students who are under the minimum competence criteria (KKM) so that the value of courses on microbiology and parasitology virus material is not appropriate  as expected. This research purpose to know the implementation learning of microbiology and parasitology at the material Virus in the Apikes Iris Padang which includes the design, implementation and assessment of learning. Informants research is lecture of Microbiology and Parasitology and Students Apikes Iris Padang. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Based on the findings, we can conclude that (1) Lecturers are not planning independently contextual learning context-sensitive places or classrooms where learning implementation. (2) Lecturer implementing the learning has not been effective and efficient due to: (a) lecturers have not been able to utilize time effectively, (b) lecturers have not been able to establish and selecting instructional media appropriate in accordance with the criteria of the study material (c) the learning has not been effective due to the limited number and quality of laboratory equipment. (3) Lecturer already conducted an assessment of student learning outcomes for the quiz with the mechanisms and procedures that have not been right.This research started from the problem of low student results on the material of the virus. Abstract

This study aims to improve the teaching and learning activities and learning outcomes of student second years senior high school at class X1 SMA with direct instruction models. This research is classroom action research (CAR) with a descriptive method that used two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages as follows: planning phase, implementation phase, observation phase and reflection phase. Subjects researchers are students of second years senior high school at class X1 SMA. Data collection techniques used were observation and tests. The instrument of research consisted of observation sheets and test sheets. Results of the analysis of observation data by learning cycle 1 obtained an average score of 46,6 (good) cycle 2 increased to 80 (excellent). In cycle 1 the average value is 66.4 with of the percentage grade 21,42 % (minimum criteria of mastery learning is not reached), in cycle 2 increased with the average value of 81,07 and percentage grade is 89,28 % (minimum criteria of mastery learning is achieved). Can be concluded that the direct instructional model can improve the students' learning activities and learning outcomes of biology courses of students in the second years senior high school at class X1 SMA.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the species of freshwater shrimp in one of the rivers in Indonesia.Sampling was conducted in the Manna River Basin consisting of Ketaman River and Langkap River. Determination of shrimp sampling location was done purposively,  followed by road sampling method upstream for 1 hour as far as 10 m. The results obtained from freshwater shrimp from families Palamonidae, genera Macrobrachium consisted of species Macrobrachium lanchesteri and Macrobrachium sintangense. M. lanchesteri most commonly found with the number of thirtynine individuals, while species Macrobrchium sintangense amounted to nineteen individuals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan dengan menghasilkan penuntun praktikum yang efektif. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan penuntun praktikum adalah pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Plomp yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu, tahap investigasi awal, tahap pengembangan atau pembuatan prototipe, dan tahap penilaian. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar pengamatan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor mahasiswa. Uji coba lapangan dilakukan pada 29 orang mahasiswa jurusan Biologi di STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Data dianalisis secara statistik dengan mempersentasekan hasil yang didapatkan di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penuntun praktikum biologi umum berbasis pendekatan saintifik untuk mahasiswa sangat efektif. Nilai efektifitas kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Kesimpulannya adalah penuntun praktikum biologi umum berbasis pendekatan saintifik untuk mahasiswa sudah efektif.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the application of guided inquiry learning model to the biology learning result of the students of second years of yunior high school in the affective domain. The study was conducted in the odd semester of the academic year 2017/2018. The research is an experimental research using randomized control group postest only design research design. The study used two sample classes: the experimental class with given the application of Inquiry guided learning model and the control class using conventional learning method. The research instrument used is observation sheet of attitude evaluation. Indicators assessed are responsibility and confidence. The result showed that the average affective value of the experimental class is 82,50 (Good predicate) and the control class average is 73,85 (Good predicate). Working hypothesis accepted because tcount = 3.26> ttable = 1.672, and there are differences in student learning outcomes in both classes of samples significantly. Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth of mangrove seedlings grown on soil top soil media. Mangrove seeds obtained from the community around the mangrove forest in Taluak Buo Bungus, Padang. This study used experimental method using Completely Randomized Design (RAL) consisting of 4 treatments and 6 replications. Treatment A as a control using land taken from the mangrove forest area of Taluak Buo Bungus, Padang. Treatment B using 100% topsoil soil, Soil top soil treatment (70%) plus cow manure. Treatment of soil top soil (70%) with the addition of chicken manure. Growth factor to be observed in this research is the growth of stem and number of leaves, then also calculated stem diameter ratio at all treatment. The results showed that the treatment on seed height and number of leaves was significantly different with the control, while for the number of different leaves were not real.

Abstract

Mining activities have a big impact to change environmental condition and biodiversity. The government, through its rules requires an environmental management process at mining site. PT. Berau Coal has a high commitment in efforts to improve the environment, it's proved by the revegetation and monitoring of reclamation areas that cariied out every year. This research aims to see the diversity of mammals in reclamation area as one indicator of the success of revegetation program carried out by PT. Berau Coal. This research conducted in 3 reclamation areas, Lati Site, Binungan Site, and Sambarata Site. Data that used are biodiversity monitoring from 2014 - 2017.  Some of analyzes used include Biodiversity Index (H') and Equity Index (E). The results showed that the presence of mammal in reclamation area was quite high with an average annual presence of 21 species in Lati Site, 21 species in Binungan Site, and 23 species in Sambarata Site. Whereas if viewed from the annual average number of individuals present were 70 individuals in Lati Site, 56 individuals in Sambarata Site, and 74 jndividuals im Binungan Site. This level of delivery provides a description that the reclamation area of PT. Berau Coal has able provide a good habitat for mammals. While the biodiversity values (H ') of mammals are at Lati 2.45; H 'in Binungan 2.67 and H' in sambarata 2.52

This study aims to find out how the perception of teachers tutor toprofessional competence of students Field Training Practices. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. The type of questionnaire used is a closed questionnaire type with a checklist form. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis.
