Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the influence of organizational culture, extrinsic motivation, and democratic leadership on employee job satisfaction. As the research population are employees of PT. Chess Kencana District Management. Sleman Prov. In Yogyakarta. sampling technique using census. As for data collection using questionnaires and multiple linear regression data analysis. The results of the study found that organizational culture, extrinsic motivation, and democratic leadership had a significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Talnjung Alnom Villalge is one of the villalges in Palncur Baltu sub-district, Deli Serdalng Regency, North Sumaltral province, Indonesial. For the plalntaltion sector, Talnjung Alnom Villalge is al typicall producer of Crystall Gualval becaluse it uses fertilizer malde from Talnjung Alnom Villalge. However, the plalntaltion products alre only sold, without alny other form of economic processing. Considering the huge content alnd benefits of crystall gualval, als well als the waly the people of Talnjung Alnom malrket their crops, the KKN Group 73 UINSU Medaln students in Talnjung Alnom Villalge introduced one of their progralms, nalmely by malking the balsic ingredients in malking Kripjal snalcks (Crystall Gualval Chips). which is malde of crystall gualval alnd of course hals economic vallue in developing the economy of the Talnjung Alnom Villalge community. The purpose of this tralining is to malximize the use of Crystall Gualval als aln allternaltive to villalge businesses. The benefits thalt caln be talken from the alctivity progralm alre developing the stalndalrd of living of the people of Talnjung Alnom Villalge with al crealtive economy als aln effort thalt caln be used als al form of improving the community's economy. This resealrch method uses quallitaltive descriptive techniques, daltal collection through observaltion, interviews, documentaltion. The results of this study caln be seen thalt the people who talke palrt in the tralining on malking crystall gualval chips halve understood alll the malteriall presented in the hope thalt the products produced in the tralining caln be used als souvenirs typicall of Talnjung Alnom villalge. With this processed product, the typicall crystall gualval from Talnjung Alnom Villalge caln be recognized by the wider community.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) which was held by the KKN-154 group in Ulumahuam Village, Silangkitang District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency which was held for 30 days, namely 18 July-18 August 2022. While carrying out KKN in Ulumahuam Village, Silangkitang District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency, they were welcomed both by the community and the community also participate in activities that the KKN team has planned. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the role of the 154 KKN group in helping to increase MSMEs in Ulumahuam Village, Silangkitang District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods, with interview and observation data collection techniques. This study resulted that the KKN-154 group played a good and influential role for the village community in improving the economy and empowering the community. In this case, the KKN-154 group, Ulumahuam Village, Silangkitang District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency has a good role in helping the community in increasing MSMEs. For example, in empowering the community to make sunlight washing soap.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is the loyalty of consumers to a product/service. Several factors that influence customer loyalty are brand image and customer trust. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and customer trust on customer loyalty for drinking water in the KitaRO brand packaging at the Kitaro agent, Arra Store, Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this research is all customers of KitaRO branded bottled water at the KitaRO agent Toko Arra, Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency. The number of research samples was 110 people. Data collection was done by observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 2.188 + 1.082 X1 + 0.508 X2. The results of the analysis show that partially brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (tcount = 10,929 and tsig = 0.000) and customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (tcount = 5.119 and tsig = 0.000). Simultaneously there is an effect of brand image and customer trust on customer loyalty (Fcount = 313.880 and Fsig = 0.000).It is recommended to the KitaRO Toko Arra agent to be able to increase customer loyalty by creating a high brand image and customer trust in drinking water products in the KitaRO brand packaging.

Abstract

Mendorong kewirausahaan desa merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah utk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pada umunya yaitu dengan mengupayakan peningkatan nilai tambah. Indonesia merupakan Negara kepulauan yang terkenal hasil kekayaan alamnya. Desa Sebente merupakan salah desa yang terdapat di kecamatan Teriak Kabupaten Bengkayang. Sebagian besar mata pencarian masyarakat adalah petani. Kondisi alam yang subur serta curah hujan yang cukup mempengaruhi pengahasilan dari para petani. untuk mengembangkan potensi yang ada pada masyarakat dengan berbasis pada kewirausahaan sehingga dapat mendorong masyarakat untuk memulai menjalankan bisnis secara kecil-kecilan dan di sesuaikan dengan potensi apa yang ada pada masyarakat sehingga masalah pengangguran dan kemiskinan dalam masyarakat dapat teratasi dengan baik,sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat yang belum memiliki pekerjaan dan dapat meningkatkan keinginan Masyarakat terutama untuk meningkatkan dan memajukan produksi hasil usaha tani jagung sehingga bisa berpengaruh kepada peningkatan pendapatan dari para petani, Potensi jagung seharusnya para petani bisa menghasilkan produksi mereka dengan maksimal karena mengingat keadaaan tanah cukup subur dan curah hujan juga bagus. Untuk itu para petani jagung dapat memanen jagung dengan hasil yang memuaskan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Information and Statistics Agency. The sample in this study was 87 ASN at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Information and Statistics Office. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the regression value Y = 12.775 + 0.319X1 + 0.394X2 + 3.848, with a positive regression direction, the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance at the Communication, Information and Statistics Office of Bengkulu Province, because the significant value was 0.000, which was smaller than 0, 05. This means that the work environment at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Information and Statistics Office is increasing. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Information and Statistics Office, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the increased motivation will improve the performance of the Bengkulu Province Communication, Information and Statistics Office. Work environment and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Information and Statistics Office because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, thus the initial hypothesis proposed is proven (Ha is accepted). That is, there is a significant influence between the work environment and motivation on performance together. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.410. This means that the work environment and motivation affect performance by 41% while the rest (100-41% = 59%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

To find out the influence of work ability, work motivation, and performance on employee performance in the Employment and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province. The sampling technique in this study used the Slovin method That's 67 respondents.Determination test results of 0.678 or 67.8%. This shows that work ability and work motivation affect employee performance in the Employment and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province by 67.8%, while the rest (100 - 67.8% = 32.2%). Work ability and work motivation together had a significant influence of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi antara pihak manajemen dengan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan (stakeholder). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari Fraud Hexagon Theory yang tiap faktornya diproksikan oleh external pressure, nature of industry, change in auditor, change in director, frekuensi jumlah foto CEO dan kerja sama dengan pemerintah terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan (fraudulent financial statement) pada perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014-2021. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 72 sampel dari 9 perusahaan sub sektor farmasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik dan menggunakan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan faktor-faktor fraud hexagon theory yang diproksikan oleh external pressure, nature of industry, change in auditor, change in director, frekuensi jumlah foto CEO dan kerja sama dengan pemerintah berpengaruh terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan. Lalu secara parsial variabel kapabilitas yang diproksikan oleh change in director menunjukkan hasil berpengaruh secara positif. Sedangkan pada variabel external pressure, nature of industry, change in auditor, frekuensi jumlah foto CEO dan kerja sama dengan pemerintah menunjukkan hasil yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka diharapkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar menggunakan objek penelitian atau sampel penelitian yang lebih beragam dan menggunakan proksi lain yang dapat digunakan sehingga dapat mengetahui pengaruh yang diberikan Fraud Hexagon Theory terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the e-filling system and the role of tax volunteers in improving individual taxpayer electronic annual notification reporting compliance during the Covid-19 pandemic in the KPP Pratama Bengkulu Dua working area. The research type used is a quantitative type with an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study is individual taxpayer in the work area of ​​KPP Pratama Bengkulu Dua, the number of respondents in this study is 50 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 8.777 + 0.150 + 0.476. The results of the research and partial hypothesis testing show that the application of the E-Filling System has no significant effect on electronic annual notification individual taxpayer reporting compliance, the significance value is 0.321 > 0.05 and the t value is 1.002 < t table 2011, the role of Tax Volunteers has a significant effect on E reporting compliance. electronic annual notification individual taxpayer, the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the f arithmetic value is 24,236 > f table 3.20, Simultaneously the E-Filling system and the role of tax volunteers have a significant effect on compliance with WPOP E-SPT reporting, the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the f count 24,236 > f table 3.20

Abstract

The design of this research is quantitative research and aims to determine the effect of work discipline, communication, workload and local wisdom on employee performance. The variables used in this study are four independent variables, namely work discipline, communication, workload and local wisdom and one dependent variable, namely employee performance. The types and sources of data used are primary data through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from various sources of information, namely the web, magazines, books, and previous research journals. The population in this study were all Civil Servants of the Makassar City Transportation Service as many as 95 people, with the saturated sample technique, the total sample was 95 respondents. Furthermore, the answers from each instrument were collected through a tabulation process using a Likert scale. This analysis is used to answer the problem by simultaneously testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression statistical tools. The results of the study found that work discipline, communication and local wisdom had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
