Abstract

His study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on stock price dynamics in the construction industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019–2023. The independent variables used include Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), while stock prices are the dependent variable. This study uses secondary data from the published financial reports of construction companies. The analysis method employed is multiple linear regression. The results show that ROA has a significant negative effect on stock prices, indicating that the efficiency of asset utilization plays an important role in determining stock value. Meanwhile, CR shows a significant positive effect, reflecting the role of liquidity in maintaining the company's financial stability. DER, which represents the company's capital structure, also has a significant positive effect on stock prices. This study provides a theoretical contribution by expanding the understanding of the relationship between financial ratios and stock prices, particularly in the context of Indonesia's construction industry. Practically, the findings of this study can serve as a guide for investors in making investment decisions and for companies in developing more effective financial strategies.

Abstract

The rise of sustainability goals globally has placed the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework as a crucial benchmark in measuring corporate performance. This study evaluates the ESG implementation and compliance of PT XCXIND, a major player in Indonesia's nickel industry, which plays a pivotal role in the advancement of clean energy. Through content analysis of the sustainability report issued by PT XCXIND in 2023, and ESG ratings issued by Sustainalytics, LSEG, S&P Global, and SRI-KEHATI, complemented by interviews with experts, this study identifies achievements and areas of improvement in ESG practices. PT XCXIND has shown excellence in environmental initiatives, such as the use of renewable energy, reduction of carbon emissions and biodiversity conservation. However, there are still some challenges in terms of social equity and governance such as stakeholder engagement and governance transparency. This study proposes strategic recommendations to improve ESG performance by focusing on sustainable innovation, carbon management, social responsibility and improved governance. Strengthening these areas will improve PT XCXIND's ESG rating, increase investor confidence and support long-term sustainability goals.

Abstract

Innovation and digital transformation have become essential for businesses to remain competitive in the evolving market landscape. Makaffah Salon and Bridal, established in 2015 in Cimahi, West Java, has successfully navigated challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, under CV Young Enterprise Indonesia. However, to sustain growth and expand its market reach, the salon must embrace digitalization to enhance service efficiency, customer experience, and business operations. This research aims to explore the impact of digital transformation, personalization, and home-based service innovations on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market expansion. This study adopts a mixed-method approach, integrating qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The research follows the Design Thinking framework, where the first phase, Empathize, is tested through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including salon managers, employees, and customers, to identify critical pain points and innovation opportunities. The insights from the qualitative phase inform the development of a digital innovation model based on Lean Startup Methodology Activities, Disruptive Innovation Theory, and the Digital Transformation Framework. In the final phase, the proposed solutions are quantitatively tested through a structured survey, allowing for statistical validation of the impact of digital innovations on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business scalability. The findings are expected to reveal that adopting digital solutions significantly improves operational efficiency, enhances customer satisfaction through personalized services, and increases accessibility via home-based service models. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on digital transformation in the beauty industry and provides practical recommendations for Makaffah Salon and Bridal to implement a data-driven innovation platform that meets evolving consumer demands.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between financial performance, environmental performance, and corporate accounting via the lens of corporate governance as a moderating variable. Data was retrieved from the financial reports of manufacturing businesses listed on the Indonesian Efek Exchange (BEI) from 2019 to 2023. The study was conducted using a quantitative method using Eviews 12 for regression. Environmental performance does not have a substantial effect on financial success, according to the research results, but green accounting and business risk do. Evidence suggests that good company governance amplifies the impact of accounting and risk on financial performance without modifying the correlation between environmental performance and financial success. In order to improve financial performance, these results show that innovative accounting methods backed by solid governance and efficient risk management are crucial. This research makes a valuable contribution to our understanding of financial performance-influencing elements, especially in the context of advanced business and risk management.

Abstract

Audit act as independent monitors and transparent performance assessors to overcome the information asymmetry between principal and agent, thereby reducing the risk of fraud and manipulation (in this context, corruption). Although the audit system has been implemented in the government, data from the Banten Prosecutor's Office shows that corruption cases still occur, especially in the districts and cities of Banten in 2019-2023. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of audit findings, audit opinion, and government size on the level of local government corruption, an empirical study of regencies and cities in Banten Province in 2019-2023. This type of research uses quantitative research. The techniques used to analyze the data in this study are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The number of samples used was 8 districts and cities in Banten Province in 2019-2023. From the results of t-test hypothesis testing, it is known that audit findings (X1), audit opinion (X2) and size of government (X3) have no significant effect on the level of corruption. For f-test, the significance results are audit findings (X1), audit opinion (X2) and government size (X3) have no effect simultaneously or together on the level of corruption.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, workload, work environment, and employee income allowance (TPP) on the performance of Civil Servants (ASN) at the Health Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. A cross-sectional design was employed with a total sample of 104 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to identify the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results revealed that, partially, leadership significantly affects ASN performance (p = 0.020). Workload also significantly influences ASN performance (p = 0.003). The work environment contributes significantly to ASN performance (p = 0.015), as does TPP (p = 0.017). Simultaneously, the four independent variables leadership, workload, work environment, and TPP have a significant impact on ASN performance, as indicated by an F-test significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.299 indicates that 29.9% of the variation in ASN performance is explained by these four variables, while the remaining is influenced by other factors beyond this study model. This study highlights the importance of effective leadership, balanced workload, a conducive work environment, and adequate employee income allowances in improving ASN performance. Recommendations are provided for policymakers to consider these factors in efforts to enhance ASN performance in the health sector.
