Abstract

The urgency of climate change has reshaped the role of marketing in promoting sustainable behaviors and ecological accountability. This study presents a bibliometric analysis of sustainable marketing and consumer behavior literature published between 2010 and 2023. Drawing from Scopus and Web of Science databases, 1433 articles were analyzed using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny to explore co-authorship, keyword co-occurrence, citation, and co-citation networks. The analysis reveals a thematic evolution from product- and firm-centric approaches to consumer-driven narratives that emphasize emotional trust, digital engagement, and intergenerational ethics. The most active contributors include the United States, the United Kingdom, China, and emerging voices from Southeast Asia. Influential authors such as Kumar, White, and Leonidou shaped the field’s theoretical backbone. Three dominant research clusters were identified: behavioral sustainability, digital sustainability communication, and strategic green branding. Methodological advancements include the growing use of data analytics, machine learning, and structural modeling. This study not only maps the intellectual structure of the field but also highlights research gaps in equity, cultural diversity, and AI-based marketing ethics. The findings offer actionable insights for scholars and practitioners seeking to align marketing strategies with global sustainability agendas.

Abstract

Technological advances make various information more accessible, including information about investment. However, investment usually involves large funds so that investors must be careful and capable, and for years various generations have contributed to investment. Of the various generations, Generation Z (born 1997 - 2012) is dominated because this generation is considered very skilled with technology, making it very easy for them to access the information. However, there are various obstacles that arise, such as their lack of skill in making decisions in investors to psychological factors and investment behavior (availability bias, loss aversion bias, and confirmation bias). Although these factors can be overcome with self-efficacy from several existing references, this still needs to be proven further. With these problems, a quantitative study using the SEM-PLS analysis method was conducted to determine the direct effect of availability bias, loss aversion bias, and confirmation bias on investment decisions and the moderating effect of self-efficacy of Generation Z investors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The research findings are that only loss aversion and confirmation bias have a positive and significant direct effect on investment decisions of Gen Z investors in the DIY capital market. While the three types of behavioral bias (availability, loss aversion, and confirmation bias) only show a positive but insignificant effect on investment decisions when moderated by self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study empirically explores the improvement of job performance in the public sector through an approach that combines aspects of leadership with ethical leadership, a system aspect approach with a High-Performance Work System (HPWS), and an individual aspect approach with employee motivation within the scope of government financial institutions (GFI). Social Exchange Theory is used as a conceptual basis. Data were collected through an online questionnaire with a 7-point Likert scale measurement. The analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with SmartPLS 4 software to test the combination of multidimensional and unidimensional variables. The data obtained were 843 and after going through the screening and data cleaning process, 640 respondent responses were obtained for testing. The results of the study indicate that ethical leadership and HPWS have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation and job performance, and employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on job performance. In addition, employee motivation mediates positively and partially the relationship between ethical leadership and HPWS on job performance. This study provides theoretical contributions by combining ethical leadership and HPWS perspectives in one model that explains how these two factors affect job performance in the public sector through employee motivation mediation, while adding employee motivation as an intermediary mechanism to improve job performance in the public sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between corporate governance and market-based firm value in ESG-adopted firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023, and examines the moderating role of institutional ownership. The analysis employs panel data regression with a sample of 161 companies, using variables measured by Tobin's Q, Bloomberg Governance Performance Score, and institutional ownership percentage. The results indicate that corporate governance has a significant positive effect on firm value. Control variables reveal that growth and profitability positively influence firm value, while leverage and firm size have negative effects. However, institutional ownership does not significantly moderate the governance-value relationship. The findings highlight that robust governance practices play a crucial role in enhancing firm value in ESG-adopted Indonesian companies, regardless of institutional monitoring mechanisms
