Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Kompensasi mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai Pada Puskesmas Beutong Kabupaten Nagan Raya Aceh. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 52 pegawai. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui daftar kuisioner dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F (serempak) dan uji t (parsial) dimaksud untuk mengetahui secara serempak dan secara parsial pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Secara uji serempak antara variabel Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Kompensasi Pada Puskesmas Beutong Kabupaten Nagan Raya Aceh berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Puskesmas Beutong Kabupaten Nagan Raya Aceh. Kemudian secara parsial yaitu variabel Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Puskesmas Beutong Kabupaten Nagan Raya Aceh,

Abstract

This study was appointed to determine the effect of instutional ownership, managerial ownership, and dividend policy on agency cost in manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2018-2020. The sample in this study consisted of 13 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) during 2018-2020 which had been selected from certain criteria using the purposive sampling method. ith an observation period of 39 samples. From the research pbtained based on the regression output, the adjusted R square (R2) value of 0,179 in obtained, this is equal to 17,9% of the variation that can be explained by the independent variables. and the remaining 82,1% is explained by factors outside the independent variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between accountability, motivation, education on performance in Bengkulu Province Financial Management and to analyze the relationship between performance and organizational commitment in Bengkulu Province financial management. Financial management is all fields of work that use expertise in the accounting field, including public accountants, internal accountants working in industrial, financial or trade companies, accountants working in the government, and accountants as educators. The task of an accountant is to perform accounting tasks such as financial statement analysis, is responsible for reporting financial results for both the company and the government. This research uses quantitative methods with a total of 195 respondents. Research Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software version 23.0.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of information technology and working capital with the competitiveness of UMKM in Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative methodology to solve the problem. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The number of samples is 50 UMKM in the city of Bengkulu. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21. Hypothesis testing using t test. The results of this study indicate that information technology has a significant positive effect on competitiveness and working capital has a significant effect on competitiveness of UMKM in Bengkulu city.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of risk profile, good corporate governance and capital on stock returns in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sample is 27 banking companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression processed using SPSS 25. The results showed that risk profile and good corporate governance has no effect on stock returns except earnings and capital positive significant effect on stock return.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether financial performance as measured by Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has an effect on firm value and whether Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) moderates the relationship between financial performance. to the value of the company. The study was conducted on banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. This study uses the purposive sampling method, with the number of companies 12 x 3 years of research and a total sample of 36. The statistical method used is SPSS multiple linear regression, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with hypothesis testing, partial t statistical test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study state that: NPL has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, with a significance of 0.128. LDR has a negative and significant effect on firm value, with a significance of 0.027. CAR has a positive and significant effect on firm value, with a significance of 0.007. with an adjusted r square value of 25.5%. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) cannot moderate the relationship between financial performance as measured by NPL and firm value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) cannot moderate the relationship between financial performance as measured by LDR and firm value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) cannot moderate the relationship between financial performance as measured by CAR and firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital turnover and receivables turnover on profitability (ROA). This analysis uses the independent variables of working capital turnover, receivables turnover. while the dependent variable is profitability, namely ROA.The data used are secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2020. The data testing method uses classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), with hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results of the study using multiple linear regression test with t-test Working Capital Turnover of 8.430 > Ttable (4,302) which means that Working Capital Turnover has an influence on profitability. The Accounts Receivable Turnover variable has a value of Tcount (1.713) which is smaller than Ttable (4.302) where Working Capital has an influence on profitability at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing using the Simultaneous F Test shows that the calculated F value is greater than the F value. t table. F count is 34,385 > Ftable 9.552. Significant values ​​on all variables show that they are smaller than 0.05, which means that each variable has a simultaneous effect on the profitability of the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku, norma subjektif, dan perceived behavioral control (PBC) terhadap niat pembelian produk ramah lingkungan (hijau). Selain itu juga diuji pengaruh budaya terhadap ketiga variabel prediktor niat pembelian produk hijau tersebut. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 212 mahasiswa sebuah PTS di Yogyakarta yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode teknik purpose sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan software statistik AMOS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku, norma subyektif dan PBC berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian produk hijau. Selain itu, variabel budaya berpengaruh positif terhadap ke tiga variabel prediktor niat pembelian produk hijau.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in poverty reduction efforts in Lonuo Village, Tilongkabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. To analyze the effectiveness of program implementation, this study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire containing questions about the implementation of PKH. A total of 50 beneficiaries were used as respondents in this study so as to obtain the effectiveness of program implementation by calculating the effectiveness ratio with three approaches, namely the resource approach, process approach, and target approach. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that of the three approaches, namely the resource approach, process approach and target approach, all of them provide very effective effectiveness. The government must continue to monitor the PKH program so that the benefits felt by the community are in line with the program's objectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the System Online Learning, Learning Motivation on Student Achievement, moderated by the variable Interest in Learning. Students of the Faculty of Economics, Tridinanti University, Palembang, became respondents in this study. There are two methods used in this study, namely simple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The first hypothesis is that the output value of the correlation Fcount is 58,591 with a Sig value. = 0.000 < significant criteria, namely 0.05. This shows that learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student achievement. The results of the second hypothesis test using Moderated Regression Analysis, the value of R Square in the first regression is 0.272 or 27.2% and R Square in the second regression is 0.387 or 38.7% and the significance is 0.000, which means < significance 0.05 criteria. This shows that the learning motivation variable is able to moderating the effect of the online learning system on student achievement.
