Abstract

Business competition in today's modern era is increasing and also fierce, where every company is required to carry out attractive promotional strategies in order to get and attract customers. In this case, researchers are interested in researching sharia insurance products, namely life insurance. Which is where the purpose of this study is to find out what promotional strategies can be used by companies to attract customers. Because promotion is very necessary for the company because on the one hand it convinces consumers of the products offered, while on the other hand it determines the success of the company in facing competition in the market. In the context of business competition, each company makes maximum efforts to implement marketing strategies in order to increase product sales and maintain its name and market share.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether accountability, transparency and community participation have an influence on the Gantarang District Village Government in 2020 either simultaneously or partially. This study uses multiple linear regression techniques. This research is included in descriptive research and is a clause in nature. The population in this study is the Village Government of Gantarang District. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method so that 90 respondents were obtained from all village officials in the Gantarang District Village Government. The results of the study show that simultaneously accountability, transparency, and community participation affect the management of village fund allocations in the Gantarang District Village Government in 2020. While partially shows that accountability, transparency, and community participation have a significant positive effect on the management of village fund allocations in Gantarang District Village Government in 2020

Abstract

The basis of a company's marketing strategy is to study consumer behavior, including the consumer decision-making process. Before the emergence of consumer purchasing decisions have an interest first. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between product knowledge and product involvement with purchasing decision making. In addition, this study also determines the role of halal brand awareness as a moderating variable in influencing the relationship between product knowledge and product involvement with purchasing decision making. This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of ice cream product quality on purchasing decisions. In addition, this study also determines the role of age as a moderating variable in influencing the relationship between product quality and purchasing decision making. The number of samples is 400 respondents with a purposive sampling technique through a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive and smart-PLS. The results showed that product quality had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. When consumers are faced with reviews related to trust and emotional purchase decisions on an ice cream product. Additionally, the moderating effect of consistent reviews was stronger for female consumers than for male consumers. Researchers hope that this research can enrich the understanding of how consistent reviews play a role in consumer purchasing decisions. Furthermore, in the behavior of consumers who make purchasing decisions on a product, look at the benefits and the resulting impact in determining purchase attitudes on an ice cream product.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan APB Desa Aikdewa di masa pandemi covid-19 dan menilai alokasi APB Desa Aikdewa di masa pandemi covid-19 tahun 2020 dan 2021 berdasarkan permendes PDTT Nomor 14 tahun 2020 dan Permendes PDTT Nomor 13 tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan APB Desa di masa pandemi covid-19 pada tahap perencanaan dan tahap pelaksanaan sudah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik. Dimana, pada tahap perencanaan APB Desa telah melibatkan peran serta masyarakat. Pada tahun 2020 kebijakan belanja desa awalnya difokuskan pada bidang pelaksanaan pembangunan desa, namun karena adanya pandemi covid-19 sehingga dilakukan perubahan APB Desa untuk merubah kebijakan belanja desa menjadi bidang penanggulangan bencana keadaan darurat dan mendesak desa terkait pencegahan dan penanggulangan pandemi covid-19 dan pada tahun 2021 kebijakan belanja desa masih juga difokuskan untuk pencegahan dan penanggulangan pandemi covid-19. Pada tahap pelaksanaan APB Desa, masing-masing program kegiatan memiliki pelaksana kegiatan anggaran yang ditetapkan berdasarkan tupoksi masing-masing kaur/kasi dan program kegiatan dalam APB Desa tahun 2020 dan 2021 sudah dilaksanakan semua dan sesuai dengan apa yang dianggarkan. Pengalokasian APB Desa yang dilakukan Pemerintah Desa Aikdewa pada tahun 2020 dan 2021 sudah sesuai dengan Permendes PDTT Nomor 14 tahun 2020 tentang prioritas penggunaan dana desa tahun 2020 untuk pencegahan dan penanggulangan pandemi covid-19 dan Permendes PDTT Nomor 13 tahun 2020 tentang prioritas penggunaan dana desa tahun 2021 untuk program kegiatan percepatan pencapaian SDGs Desa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much digital technology is used in the marketing field for micro, small and medium enterprises in border areas, especially Bengkayang district. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of community research in Bengkayang Regency have used digital technology as a means of marketing products, but in implementing the management of marketing products it is still relatively low, because of problems in the network so that there is still use through manuals directly to consumers, although purchasing power is lower than using digital marketing technology.

Abstract

Dalam makalah ini telah dilakukan upaya untuk menyelidiki pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Yayasan AL-FIDA. Para peneliti telah mempelajari berbagai aspek seperti budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja untuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja karyawan. Untuk tujuan ini Yayasan AL-FIDA. Temuan yang dikemukakan oleh studi tersebut menegaskan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh angsung positif terhadap keputusan kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi bersama-sama berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawanYayasan AL- FIDA.

Abstract

Stress kerja merupakan hal wajar yang dimiliki petugas Kesehatan terutama di bidang pelayanan kepada masyarakat, namun hal tersebut dapat berdampak negatif pada hasil kerjanya. Kinerja merupakan suatu fungsi dari motivasi dan kemampuan. Untuk menyelesaikan tugas atau pekerjaan seseorang sepatutnya memiliki derajat kesediaan dan tingkat kemampuan tertentu. Kesediaan dan keterampilan seseorang tidaklah cukup untuk mengerjakan sesuatu pemahaman yang jelas tentang apa yang akan dikerjakan dan bagaimana mengerjakannya. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja. Sementara manfaat penelitian yaitu untuk memberikan kontribusi kepada manajemen sumber daya manusia terkait manajemen kinerja dan penurunan stress kerja. Metode penelitian yaitu analisis kuantitatif untuk melihat pengaruh kedua variabel. Sampel adalah perawat di Rumah sakit Kota Bengkulu. Hasil Pengujian analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan nilai t-hitung Stress terhadap kinerja sebesar 2,315 > t-tabel 1,960, memberikan bukti bahwa variabel kondisi stress berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis peneliti sesuai dengan hasil penelitian bahwa stress kerja pada penelitian ini dipicu oleh kejenuhan kerja, Diharapkan perwawat mendapatkan pelatihan terkait kinerja dan pihak rumah sakit bisa memberikan outbond untuk menurunkan stress kerja perawat

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of perceptions of tax corruption, service quality, and knowledge of taxation on the tax compliance of individual taxpayers registered at the Bengkulu Tax Service Office. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The research method used is quantitative.data collection used a questionnaire and the method of analysis used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of tax corruption have no effect on individual taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, service quality and knowledge of taxation have a significant positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance.The results of the multi linear regression equation Y = 0,089 + 0,082 X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,710 X3 + 0,980 e, from the regression equation above can be explained as follows, a constans of 0,089 indicates that if the independent variabels (perceptions of tax corruption, service quality, and knowledge taxation) is assumed not to change (constans) then the value of Y (personal taxpayer compliance) is 0,089 units. The coefficient on the variable perception of tax corruption (X1) is 0,082, meaning that for every increase in the variable perception of tax corruption by 1 unit. The coefficient of the service quality variable (X2) is 0,204, meaning that for every increase oin the service quality variable, it is 1 unit. The coefficient on the variable knowledge of taxation (X3) is 0,710, meaning that for every increase in the variable knowledge of taxation by 1 unit.

Abstract

This study is intended to examine the effect of visitor engagement on revisit intention which is mediated by the memorable tourism experience of tourists at the Kawah Putih tourist destination in Bandung Regency. The instruments used in this study have passed the construct validity test, advance validity test, concurrent validity test, and reliability test. The instrument was used as a data collection tool from respondents, namely domestic tourists with a minimum age of 17 years who already had experience visiting tourist destinations which were the objects assessed in this study as many as 100 people. The data collection technique used is cross-sectional or one shot study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 and using the Sobel test. The findings of this study indicate that enthusiasm and absorption partially affect revisit intention. Future research can propose other concepts that are thought to have a positive effect on revisit intention. The results of this study are also useful for the management of the object being assessed and similar tourism industries regarding the design of strategies that are relevant to improving the quality of these attributes.

Abstract

Maksud dalam penelitian ini ialah menguji pengaruh urban park value terhadap hedonic satisfaction menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang dengan kriteria warga Kota Bandung yang berpengalaman mengunjungi taman Kota Bandung dengan minimal usia 17 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu cross-sectional atau one shot study. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 25 dan menggunakan uji sobel. Hasil uji hipotesis, dari tujuh hipotesis yang diusulkan terdapat lima hipotesis yang berhasil menolak H0. Dengan demikian physical attributes dan scenery ditemukan berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap hedonic satisfaction melalui eudaimonic satisfaction. Sementara penggunaan konsep lain untuk mempengaruhi hedonic satisfaction secara langsung dapat diusulkan oleh peneliti selanjutnya. Hasil penelitian ini juga bermanfaat bagi pihak pengelola objek yang dinilai dan industri ruang terbuka hijau yang sejenis terkait perancangan strategi yang relevan dengan peningkatan kualitas atribut tersebut.
