Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of destination image on revisit intention mediated by tourist satisfaction at Cangkuang Temple in Garut Regency. To achieve this goal using a survey method with questionnaires and respondents as many as 100 people with a minimum age of 17 years who have experience visiting tourist destinations that are the object of research. The data collection technique used is cross-sectional or one shot study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 and using the Sobel test. Of the ten proposed research hypotheses, there are five hypotheses that successfully reject H0. The findings of this study indicate that affective image have a positive effect on revisit intention through tourist satisfaction. Meanwhile, the use of other concepts to directly influence revisit intention can be proposed by future researchers. The results of this study are also useful for the management of the object being assessed and the similar tourism industry regarding the design of strategies that are relevant to improving the quality of these attributes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh sikap ramah lingkungan, kepedulian lingkungan serta afeksi lingkungan terhadap pembelian produk hijau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna dan pembeli produk The Body Shop. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis SEM dan perhitungan data menggunakan software PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap ramah lingkungan, kepedulian lingkungan serta afeksi lingkungan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pembelian produk hijau.

Abstract

Human resources are the most vital resources for the success of an organization, including in higher education organizations. The application of good human resource management (HRM) practices leads to efforts to share knowledge among members of the organization. This study seeks to prove the effect of good HRM practices on organizational performance mediated by knowledge management. This research was conducted at a public university with the number of samples collected as many as 1,014. By using SEM PLS, this study succeeded in proving that good HRM practices have a positive effect on knowledge management. Another result is the positive influence of knowledge management on organizational performance, as well as the positive influence of HRM on organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable (study on employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Palembang branch office). The respondents of this study were 26 people. This study uses two testing methods, namely simple regression analysis and Sobel Test. The first hypothesis, the calculated F value is 0.118 with a Sig value. = 0.734 > 0.05. That is, there is no significant influence of leadership style on employee performance. The second hypothesis, in the first test, the significance value of the Leadership Style variable is 0.070 (> 0.05). So it can be concluded that leadership style has no significant effect on work motivation. Based on the Sobel Test, the a value is -0.412, the b value is 0.620, the Sa value is 0.0218, the Sb value is 0.158. The Test Statistic value is -1.702 and the P-Value is 0.088. That is, there is no significant effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the use of online travel agencies (OTA) in Indonesia. This article is based on a cross-sectional study because the target population of this study includes all Indonesian customers who use OTAs for travel bookings. Sampling through convenience sampling was used to select the sample because the customers are spread across the country, which makes it very difficult to communicate with each customer individually. The method for determining the number of research samples using SEM for data analysis is the number of items in the questionnaire multiplied by 10 cases. Since this study has four variables with six items for each variable, the maximum sample size that should be used is 24 x 10 = 240. Therefore, a sample size of 126 would be suitable for this study. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire. The analysis consisted of descriptive analysis and verification analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis using LISREL version 8.70 software. This analysis is used to calculate the utilization of online travel agencies (OTA) in Indonesia. The results of the statistical hypothesis, Service Quality has a positive but not significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah di Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Purposive Sampling. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, upaya pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah di Provinsi Bengkulu berada pada Kuadran III mendukung strategi turned around. Strategi posisi ini menandakan upaya pengembangan Badam Usaha Milik Daerah di Provinsi Bengkulu yang lemah namun masih memiliki peluang. Rekomendasi strategi yang diberikan adalah mengubah strategi yaitu memanfaatkan sistem informasi yang semakin baik, dengan melakukan promosi-promosi terhadap usaha-usaha yang dikelola oleh BUMD melalui media sosial atau pameran-pameran sehingga BUMD dan usaha-usahanya di Provinsi Bengkulu menjadi lebih dikenal di masyarakat

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify organizational attribute factors dan individual career competence to intention of applying for a job. This was a quantitavie research approach, using questionnaire as primary data method. There were 80 final students in DIY province as respondents. Research model and hypotheses were tested using IBM SPSS 23. To find out the main attributes of interest in applying for a job, mean arithmetic was conducted for each indicator in the dependent variables. The attractiveness of the company affected the intention of applying for a job, but career competence did not. Simultaneously, the attractiveness of the company and career competence affected the intention to apply for a job. The attribute of attractiveness of the company that is the highest value of the arithmetic mean is working conditions. As for the attributes of career competence with the highest arithmetic mean value is self-knowledge.

Abstract

This investigation focuses on analyse the impact of facilities, location and promotion of the significance of visiting tourists at Tanjung Belandang Beach in Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The research employed a quantitative methodology. The written response to the research’s question were used to collect data, which was then evaluated utilizing SPSS 18 software program. This research’s population were tourists at Tanjung Belandang Beach in Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. Samples in this research amounted to 100 using incidental techniques. The results in this study Persially prove that facilities, location and promotion have a significant influence on the interest in visiting. Abstract

The main problem in this thesis is the decline in sales due to the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy and a prohibitions going home that occurred in the city of Payakumbuh. The purpose of this discussion is to know the effect of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and a prohibition on the sale of sanjay crackers in the city of Payakumbuh. The type of research that the author uses is field research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique that the author uses is using interviews and questionnaires. Data management is done by using a statistical application, namely the IBM SPSS V16 application. From the research that the authors did, it can be concluded that Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and homecoming bans affected sales of sanjay crackers in Payakumbuh City. Influence level Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and a ban on going- home sales of sanjay crackers in the city of Payakumbuh amounted to 57.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Dinas DUKCAPIL Seluma. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Dinas DUKCAPIL Seluma. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Dinas DUKCAPIL Seluma. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is 0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.
