Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out (1) The Development of Demand for Balinese Beef (2) the feasibility of Bali Cattle business and (3) the prospect of agribusiness development of Bali Cattle.The research was conducted in Tombolo Pao subdistrict and Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. The determination of the research location was done deliberately and the selection of samples was determined randomly, namely 76 farmers respondents from a total population of 320 farmers.  Data collection is done by direct interview, observation and documentation. The data was analyzed using trend analysis, R/C Ratio analysis and SWOT analysis.The results showed that the demand for Balinese beef is projected to increase by 125,461 kg per year.  Bali Cattle farming business is worth trying because it can provide benefits to farmers of Rp. 3,938,881.4 kg per year or Rp. 328,240 per month with an R/C Ratio of 1.41.  The prospect of bali cattle development based on strength and opportunities has good prospects to be developed. Keywords: Bali Cattle Farming Business and Agribusiness System Implementation.

Abstract

The element of need is an internal condition that causes results to appear attractive. An unsatisfied need creates a tension that stimulates the impulse within the individual. Employee coaching is one of the priority assets of the company. This study uses a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a component or variant based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model, the result is the residual variance of the dependent variable.The samples proposed in this study were 35 respondents to test the operational hypothesis by using the t test statistic, at the level of a = 10%, so that the resulting decision: Rejecting Ho if t t table, means that the model is significant and there is a relationship effect. Accept Ho if t count t table, it means that the model is significant and there is no relationship. Rejecting Ho if t count t table, it means that the model is significant and there is an effect. Receiving Ho if t count t table, it means that the model is significant and there is no relationship effect.Work motivation variables, work environment and work culture have an influence of 76.1% (R square value of 0.761%) so there are still 21.8% of other variables that influence job satisfaction apart from the variables examined in this study.Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Buttonopao District is a center for potato production. This is supported by the market potential and strategic areas so that the expansion of area and production are increasing from year to year. When viewed from a distance, this sub-district is very close to consumers or market, only about 70 kilometers from the city center. With the consideration of distance, potato farmers in the district have a very large market potential so that they are able to get a higher selling value of production. This study aims to examine the potato agribusiness management carried out by farmers in Erelembang Village, Buttonopao District, Gowa Regency and to know the Profit Share made by potato farmers in Erelembang Village, Buttonopao District, Gowa Regency. This research was conducted in Erelembang Village using qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through, observation, documentation and interviews of 23 potato farmers in the area. The results showed that farmers in Erelembang Village, Buttonopao District, Gowa Regency have implemented 5 management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and monitoring, in each of their agribusiness subsystems. However, farm management that is carried out is only based on previous farming experiences and habits so that there is no written bookkeeping and planning for each farming activity carried out. The profit sharing agreement is made by the owner of the capital and the farmer without any written rules only based on mutual trust. The production sharing agreement system mechanism is carried out using a three-share system, namely the profit sharing pattern in question is that the investor farmers get the results of two parts and the smallholders get one share.  Keywords: Agribusiness Management, Potato Farmers, Farming, Share Profit  ABSTRAK Kecamatan Tombolopao merupakan sentra produksi kentang. Hal ini didukung oleh potensi pasar dan wilayah yang strategis sehingga pertambahan luasan dan produksi yang makin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Apabila dilihat dari jarak, kecamatan ini letaknya sangat dekat dengan konsumen atau pasar, hanya berkisar 70 kilometer dari pusat kota. Dengan pertimbangan jarak maka petani kentang di Kecamatan tersebut memiliki potensi pasar yang sangat besar sehingga mampu mendapatkan nilai jual produksi yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji manajemen agribisnis kentang yang dilakukan oleh petani di Desa Erelembang Kecamatan Tombolopao Kabupaten Gowa dan mengetahui Share Profit yang dilakukan oleh petani kentang di Desa Erelembang Kecamatan Tombolopao Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Erelembang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui, observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara petani kentang sebanyak 23 orang di wilayah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan petani di Desa Erelembang Kecamatan Tombolopao Kabupaten Gowa sudah menerapkan 5 fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pengkoordinasian, dan pengawasan, di setiap subsitem agribisnis usahataninya. Namun manajemen usahatani yang dilakukan hanya didasarkan pada pengalaman dan kebiasaan usaha tani sebelumnya sehingga tidak ada pembukuan dan perencanaan tertulis pada setiap aktifitas usahatani yang dilakukan. Adapun perjanjian bagi hasil dilakukan oleh pemilik modal dan petani penyakap tanpa adanya aturan tertullis hanya berdasarkan sikap saling percaya. Mekanisme sistem perjanjian bagi hasil yang dilakukan menggunakan sistem bagi tiga yaitu pola bagi hasil yang dimaksud adalah petani pemodal mendapatkan hasil sebesar dua bagian dan petani penggarap mendapatkan hasil sebesar satu bagian. Abstract

The performance of lecturers is reviewed from the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely education and teaching, research and community service. For teaching problems found the fact that the availability ofteaching is determined by the ability of lecturers to transfer knowledge in the form of writing. The presentation of information through textbooks, diktats, handouts, modules that clearly and systematically influence the process of information transfer. This study aims to find out how the influence of intellectual capital and rewarding the job satisfaction and performance of STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju. This research was held at the Office of the Muhammadiyah Mamuju School of Economics using quantitative methods using data collection techniques through interviews, observations and questionnaires to human resources in this case is a lecturer of STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju. The results of this study showed that: 1) There is a negative and insignificant influence between intellectual capital on the performance of STIE lecturer Muhammadiyah Mamuju. 2) There is a negative and insignificant influence between the reward to the performance of STIE lecturer Muhammadiyah Mamuju. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on the performance of STIE lecturer Muhammadiyah Mamuju. 4) Job satisfaction is the dominant variable affecting the performance of STIE lecturer Muhammadiyah Mamuju. Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Reward, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence, motivation and leadership on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Makassar Search and Rescue Office and know and analyze the variables that predominantly affect the performance of ASN Makassar Search and Rescue Office. The research has been conducted at the Makassar Search and Rescue Office with an implementation time of 2 months, namely from April to May of 2020 with a sample of 99 people. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, through regression testing by conducting validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results showed that Competency has a significant influence on performance with P = 0.0040.05 with a coefficient value of 0.338, this coefficient shows that the better the competency of ASN, the performance of ASN in Makassar Search and Rescue Office will increase; Motivation has a significant influence on performance with P = 0.0050.05 with a coefficient value of 0.295, this coefficient shows that the better the work motivation of ASN, the better performance will be; Leadership has no significant influence on performance with P = 0.1980.05 with a coefficient value of 0.122, this coefficient shows that the leadership applied to the Makassar Search and Rescue Office has not been able to improve employee performance; and the variable that has the dominant effect on performance is competency, this can be seen from the beta value of 0.346 greater than other variables.Keywords: Competence, motivation, leadership and performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence and motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province and to know and analyze the variables that predominantly affect the performance of employees of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province. The research has been conducted at the Office of Manpower and Transmiggration of South Sulawesi Province with an implementation time of 1 month, namely from January to February of 2018 with a sample of 71 people. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, through regression testing by conducting validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results showed that Competency has a significant influence on performance with P = 0.021 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.179, this coefficient shows that the better the competence of employees, the performance of employees in the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province will increase; Motivation has a significant influence on performance with P = 0.000 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.509, this coefficient shows that the better the employee's work motivation, the better the performance will be and the variable that has the dominant effect on performance is motivation, this can be seen from the beta value of 0.406 greater than other variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the influence of Variable Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Current Liabilities To Inventory (CLI), Operating Income to Total Assets (OITL), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) on profit growth. The data was obtained by purposive sampling method with the criteria of Multi-Industry Manufacturing Companies in the automotive sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2016.The results of the analysis showed that the data used in this study have fulfilled classical assumptions, which include: no symptoms of multicolinearity, no autocorrelation, no symptoms of heterosceticity, and normal distributed data. From the results of regression analysis shows that variable Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Current Liabilities To Inventory (CLI), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) have a significant positive effect on profit growth. While the variables Operating Income to Total Assets (OITL) and Total Asset Turnover (TAT), have no significant effect on profit growth. The six variables used in this study (WCTA, CLI, OITL, TAT, NPM and GPM) jointly influenced profit growth. Keywords: Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Current Liabilities To Inventory (CLI), Operating Income to Total Assets (OITL), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and profit growth.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to know and describe 1) the influence of work motivation on employee performance in the Office of Education, Youth and Sports Bulukumba Regency; 2) the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Office of education, youth and sports Bulukumba regency; 3) the influence of work motivation and organizational culture together on the performance of employees at the Office of education, youth and sports Bulukumba regency. implemented for 3 months from January to March 2019, the population amounted to 43 Because the population is small, so that all members of the population are taken into a sample of all employees with a total of 43 people. The analysis method used by this research is quantitative descriptive method, with double regression testing preceded by performing validity and reliability test of each variable question as well as assumption test. The result of this study 1) Coefficient of the influence of work motivation on performance of 0.359 with a value of p = 0.032 0.05. This indicates that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. It can be interpreted that the better the work motivation that employees have, the performance of employees will increase; 2) The coefficient of organizational culture influence on performance is 0.324 with a value of p = 0.037 0.05. It can be interpreted that the better the organizational culture that employees have, the performance of employees will increase; and 3) Value F = 6.78 T Table (1.65) and the value of sig = 0.001 α 0.05, so that the motivation of work and organizational culture together affect the performance of employees at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports Bulukumba District. Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence, motivation and discipline of work on the performance of employees of the Industrial Office of South Sulawesi Province. The design used in this research is descriptive survey method with regression technique. The population in this study was 56 employees as many as 56 people. The data collection techniques used in this study are Konsioner and survey.The results of this study show that. competencies have an insignificant effect on employee performance. With P=0.4880.05 with a coefficient of 0.079, this indicates that the employee's work competency does not affect employee performance. Work motivation variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance with P=0.0000.05 with a coefficient value of 0.763 this shows that the work motivation in the Industrial Service of south Sulawesi province is getting better. discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance with P= 0.006 0.05 with a coefficient of 0.168 this indicates that the discipline of work in the office of the Provincial Industry Office of South Sulawesi is getting better. It can be concluded that Work Motivation and Discipline is very influential on employee performance, because the success of an organization and achieving organizational goals is determined by employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Discipline and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial ratios to predict profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research samples taken from members of the population are 10 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data processing uses multiple linear regression and from the results of data processing and hypothesis testing, 1 (one) hypothesis is accepted, and 7 (seven) hypotheses are rejected. The conclusion in this study is that the liquidity ratio (Critical Ratio) and the liquidity ratio (Quick Ratio) do not have a significant effect on predicting profit growth, the activity ratio (Total Asset Turnover) and the activity ratio (Fixed Asset Turnover) do not have a significant effect on predicting profit growth. solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio) has no significant effect on predicting earnings growth and the solvency ratio (Debt Ratio) has a significant effect on predicting profit growth in banking companies listed on the IDX. The profitability ratio (Return on Assets) and the profitability ratio (Net Profit Margin) have no significant effect on predicting profit growth in banking companies listed on the IDX.Keywords: Liquidity Ratio, Activity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Profitability Ratio
