Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. This research was conducted in Sombaopu Subdistrict, Gowa Regency with an implementation time of 2 months, namely January to February 2018 with a sample of 42 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data.The Emotional Intelligence variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the emotional intelligence variable is smaller than 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the hypothesis which states "Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is proven. Work Motivation Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the work motivation variable is less than 0.05, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the hypothesis which states "Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is proven. Work Environment Variable (X3) has a positive effect although not significant on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the work environment variable is greater than 0.05, so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that the hypothesis which states "Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is not proven. . Of the three variables analyzed, namely emotional intelligence (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3), it turns out that the one that has the greatest influence or highest contribution to performance is the emotional intelligence variable (X1) with a standardized coefficients beta value of 0.455 and variable The work environment (X3) with the smallest influence or smallest contribution is the standardized coefficients beta value of 0.170. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Work Environment

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out the use of Facebook social media as a medium of delivery of teaching materials, where activities in the form of delivery of teaching materials, namely uploading material with various types of files (documents, pdf, images, videos), discussions / comments, assignments and workmanship, and online replays. The informants in this study consisted of Improvement Training Participants and Instructors, both instructors who have used Facebook social media as a medium of delivery of teaching materials, and who have not utilized them. The research was conducted starting in July 2018 and ending in December 2018. This research uses qualitative approach, data collection using observation method, interview, and documentation. The results showed that instructors responded positively to the use of Facebook social media as a medium of delivery of teaching materials at BP2IP Barombong, they hope there are rules governing the use of Facebook social media. Those who have used Facebook as a medium of delivery of teaching materials, have not optimized the features on Facebook. Online replays that can be easily applied with Facebook are also still minimal in utilization. Instructors are bothered when they have to type multiple choice questions online, they prefer to give questions / assignments in the form of essays to be done by training participants and send them in the comment box on Facebook. Training participants are very enthusiastic about online learning and replays, especially when instructors are unable to attend teaching. They hope all lessons can be utilized on Facebook social media as a medium of delivery of teaching materials. Keywords: Facebook social media, teaching material media, online replays.

Abstract

Human resources development of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) through education and training to form a professional apparatus. In order to be able to carry out its duties and functions so that services to the community can be qualified. The importance of education and training programs in the government apparatus is realized education through school lines, both public education and vocational education. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of education level, training and motivation on improving the quality of employee services at Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital Takalar Regency. This type of research is quantitative with explanatory research approach. The population in this study was employees of Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital Takalar Regency. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling distributed to 269 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis.The results of this study showed that education has an insignificant positive influence on improving the quality of service; training has a significant positive influence on improving the quality of service; motivation has a significant positive influence on improving the quality of service; training has a dominant effect on the quality of service. Different medical and non-medical sample tests of four direct variables hypothesized only significantly different medical and non-medical motivations. This shows that the better the training and motivation of employees' work, the better the quality of service.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance in the Office of agriculture of Sulawesi Province.The design used in this study is adescriptive method of survey with regression techniques. The population in this study was all employees in the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province which amounted to 46 employees. Sampling techniques used in this study is saturated sampling techniques or census, namely the determination of the number of samples from all members of the population of 46 people. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation and questionnaires. Documentation is used to collect information about the overview (profile, vision, mission,). Questionnaires are used to obtain data on Employee Performance, compensation, and Work Discipline. The results showed that. Compensation has a significant positive influence on the performance of employees of the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province with P= 0.0090.05 with a cofisien value of 0.272. This indicates that the better the compensation owned by employees, the better the performance, while the Motivation variable has an insignificant influence on employee performance. With P=0.1390.05 with a coeffiien value of 0.127. this indicates that employee work motivation does not affect employee performance. And the next variable discipline has a significant positive influence on employee performance with P=0.0010.05 with a coeffiien value of 0.403. This shows that the discipline of work at the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province is getting bailk. It can be concluded that compensation and discipline of work is very influential oada pegwai performance, because the success of an organization and achieving the objectives of oraganizationKeywords: Compensation, Motivation, Discipline and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leverage, asset effectiveness and sales on profitability and its effect on the company value of the consumption industry sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period and to identify and analyze the variables that have a direct or indirect effect on price to book. value. This research has been conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative method, through path analysis and SEM testing.The results of this study indicate that Debt to Equity has a significant positive effect on Return on Assets; Total Asset Turnover has a significant positive effect on Return on Assets; Sales have a significant positive effect on Return on Assets; Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value; Sales have a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value; Return on Asset has a positive effect on Price to Book Value; Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value through Return on Assets; Sales have a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value through Return on Assets. Abstract

AbstractCurrently, Salewangan Maros Hospital began to design the development of employee performance assessment system. Salewangan Maros Hospital is still trying to find forms and mechanisms of assessment in accordance with the working climate and organizational culture in the hope that the employee performance assessment runs effectively and efficiently, therefore to support it is certainly needed accurate data and information about the existing performance assessment system so that it can be seen in terms of its advantages and weaknesses, which subsequently become a reference in the development of existing systems. In this study using qualitative data analysis and informants involved are those who have influence in the hospital Salewangan Maros Hospital. Based on the results of research and discussions can be concluded that in general the work performance assessment system of employees of Salewangan Maros Hospital has not run optimally, bias and subjectivity in the assessment is still high it can be seen from the method used, namely the rating scale and instruments used elements that are assessed only limited to attitude, behavior and personality alone have not touched on aspects of an employee's work achievement. Keywords : system, assessment, work achievement, employees

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) To analyze and prove the influence of competence on the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Macau City. (2) To analyze and prove the influence of work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City. (3) To analyze and prove the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City. (4) To analyze and know the variables that predominantly affect the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City.This type of research is quantitative research with an exoplanet approach. The data sources in this study are all employees of PT. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City. The data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and observations, which were obtained directly from respondents on a likert (ordinal) scale with the summed rating method. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, through regression testing by conducting validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test.The results showed that (1) competency has a significant positive influence on employee performance with P = 0.039 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.228, this coefficient shows that the better the competency of employees, the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa Makassar will increase. (2) Work discipline has a significant positive influence on employee performance with P = 0.0020.05 with a coefficient of 0.554, This coefficient shows that the higher the employee's work discipline, the employee performance of PT. Zulu Alpha Papa Makassar will also increase. (3) Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance with P = 0.195 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.146, this coefficient indicates that employee job satisfaction does not affect employee performance at PT. Zulu Alpha Papa Makassar. (4) and the variable that has the dominant effect on employee performance is the discipline of work, this can be seen from the beta value of 0.618 greater than other variables. Keywords: Competence, Discipline, Job Satisfaction, and Performance.

Abstract

The design of this research is descriptive quantitative to determine the effect of discipline, motivation, and self-development on the performance of the state civil apparatus in the Financial Management Agency and Regional Assets in the Province of West Sulawesi. The study population is all state civil servants who work at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Mamuju Regency with a population of 62 people, by sampling method applied because the total population is less than 100, then the entire population becomes the study sample. The time of the study was carried out for 3 months, start from April to July 2019. Using primary data sources with ordinal data scales measured on a Liker’s scale, with technical analysis in multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously indicated by the results of the F test, that discipline, motivation, and self-development affect employee performance. Partially it is also shown by the t-test results that discipline, motivation, and self-development partially affect employee performance, with motivation being the dominant variable influencing employee performance. Keywords: Discipline, Motivation, Personal Development, State Civil Apparatus Performance

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze professional competence, motivation, and self-concept on the performance of state junior high school teachers in the Chinese District of Bone Regency and to analyze and analyze the effects of competence, motivation, and self-concept on the performance of junior high school teachers. country of the District of China, Bone Regency. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with multiple regression testing, by performing validation and reliability tests of the question items for each variable as well as testing assumptions. The trial of 105 question items contained 24 invalid items so that the remaining 81 items were valid.The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of the influence of professional competence on teacher performance is 0.417 which is in the medium category with a value of p = 0.039 0.05. This shows that professional competence has a significant effect on teacher performance of 0.905 which is in the very high category with p = 0.000 0.05. This shows that motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. And the value of F = 11.147 with a value of p = 0.00, this is the basis for decision making that the variables of professional competence, motivation, and self-concept together have an effect on teacher performance. This means that the better professional competence, motivation, and concepts owned by a teacher, the performance of public junior high school teachers in the Chinese District of Bone Regency will increase. Keywords: professional competence, motivation, self-concept and performance

Abstract

Teacher performance plays a role in realizing national education objectives and determining the high quality of education, but teacher performance is influenced by various factors both from within and outside the individual concerned. This research is an effort to get an idea of how teacher performance and influencing factors in order to improve the quality and quality of Vocational High School teachers, especially in SMK Negeri 1 Takalar South Sulawesi. The research was conducted by qualitative method and using primary data obtained through in-depth interviews. The results of research in improving the performance of human resources in SMK Negeri 1 Takalar were carried out by means of time discipline, improving knowledge and skills, procurement and improvement of school infrastructure and establishing good communication. The headmaster's strategy is to improve the performance of human resources by regularly evaluating work programs that have been/have not been achieved by each teacher, knowing and understanding the curriculum that is being run, and teachers are rewarded according to their performance.Keywords: Performance, Teacher Strategy, Human Resources.
