Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze and trace: 1) The level of readiness of BK Teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling services, 2) Implementation of guidance and counseling services, and 3) To find out the factors that affect the readiness of BK Teachers and the implementation of guidance and counseling services in order to realize the management of guidance and counseling in junior high school (SMP) pilot and developer of curriculum implementation 2013 in Gowa.The analysis used is the model "Cohen Kappa Index Analysis (AICK)" using research triangulation model in data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed as follows: 1) In general, the development school implementation of curriculum 2013 in Gowa district has the readiness of BK Teachers in preparation for the implementation of guidance and counseling services, but still needs to be improved and developed according to school needs, especially in schools that lack and / or do not have bk teachers / counselors who are competent in carrying out the duties of guidance and counseling services. 2) In general, the development school implementation of curriculum 2013 in Gowa district has realized the target to achieve the implementation component of Guidance and Counseling Services, and 3) Factors that influence the implementation of guidance and counseling services can be seen that: a) In general the pilot school developer curriculum 2013 in Gowa district still needs a refresentative and adequate container to organize and implement all guidance and counseling services in the Guidance and Counseling Service Unit in schools. and b) In general, the pilot school of curriculum developer 2013 in Gowa district still needs guidance and counseling teachers (BK) who have the competency of graduates / alumni with educational background (S1) Guidance and Counseling or Bachelor of Psychology Education and Guidance. Abstract

SPM DIKTI is a systemic activity to improve the quality of universities in a planned and sustainable manner, while the goal is to ensure the fulfillment of higher education standards so as to develop a culture of quality in Indonesian universities. The Internal Quality Assurance System is implemented with the aim of maintaining and improving the quality of higher education in a planned and sustainable (continuous iamprovement). This research aims to find out how the implementation of the internal quality assurance system and the role of implementing resources in building quality culture in STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju. This research was conducted at the Quality Assurance Institute using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews to the quality assurance implementing resources of STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju. The results of this research show that the implementation of the internal quality assurance system in STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju is carried out in order to build a quality culture. its implementation refers to law number 12 of 2012 on higher education, article 52 paragraph (3) then derived through permenristekdikti number 44 year 2015 on national standards of higher education and permenristekdikti number 62 of 2016 on the quality assurance system of higher education, as well as guidelines for the internal quality assurance system of the Diktilitbang Assembly pp Muhammadiyah, its stages by completing the structure of the SPMI document (quality policy, quality manual, quality standards , and a quality form) then designs the plan operationally through the SPMI (PPEPP) cycle. The result of the implementation of SPMI is the assessment of external parties (BAN PT) both accredited study programs B, but can not be said to meet the standards due to budget constraints, lack of commitment of leaders in building a culture of quality, as well as the lack of certified auditors owned by LPM. Keywords: Implementation, Policy, Manual, Quality Standard

Abstract

AbstractThe Office of the Governor of South Sulawesi (Biro Bina Perekonomian) Makassar has implemented training programs for research employees, such as types of training for research employees, including smart offices and MSMEs. But there is something that causes employees do not want to do the work, so there is disruption and decrease the performance of employees. The population of this study is employees of the Governor's Office of South Sulawesi (Bureau of Economic Development) Makassar which amounts to 38 employees with 33 civil servants and 5 non-civil servants. The analysis used to find out if there is a positive and significant influence of independent variables (X) on dependent variables (Y) is a simple regression. Based on spss output statistics 22.0 for windows, the simple linear regression equation can be formulated as follows: Y = 0.603 + 0.861X. The effect of training variables simultaneously positively affects employee performance is 55,055 with a significant value of 0.000. The effect of training variables has a positive effect on employee performance is 7,420 with a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational activeness, the impact, and the advantages and disadvantages of organizational activeness of the students of the Medical Laboratory Technology Study Program of the Muhammaadiyah Health Polytechnic Makassar. This study used qualitative methods with observation data techniques and in-depth interviews with 6 student informants and 1 lecturer. The results showed that the analysis of organizational activeness was to improve: motivation, learning achievement as well as the existence and self-actualization, but the existence and self-actualization were not in accordance with the expectations of students. And organizational activeness can have a positive impact, namely: increased self-confidence, organized time management, honed speaking in public and established good relationships. Where the advantages of being active in organizations can increase the Grade Point Average (GPA) of students, it is proven that almost all scholarship or award recipients are those who are actively involved in the organization.Keywords: Student Organization, Performance Index.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Human Capital Competence and Work Discipline on the performance of employees of the South Sulawesi Province Trade Office. The design used in this research is a descriptive survey method with regression techniques. The population in this study were 68 employees as many as 68 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and surveys.The results of this study indicate that. Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance with P = 0.028 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.196, this coefficient indicates that the better the competence of employees at the South Sulawesi Provincial Trade Office, the better. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance with P = 0.022 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.263, this coefficient indicates that the higher the employee's work discipline, the performance will also increase. Work discipline is very influential on employee performance, because the success of an organization and achieving organizational goals is determined by employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Work Discipline and Performance.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine and analyze the potential of Motor Vehicle Taxes in increasing South Sulawesi Province Original Revenue, 2) to determine and analyze the contribution of Motor Vehicle taxes in increasing Regional Original Income in South Sulawesi Province, and 3) to determine and analyzing the effectiveness of Motor Vehicle taxes in increasing the Regional Original Revenue of South Sulawesi Province.This study uses secondary data in the form of: 1) data on the number of motorized vehicles in South Sulawesi Province in 2014-2018, 2) data on targets and realization of Motor Vehicle Taxes for 2014-2018, and 3) data on targets and realization of Regional Original Revenue in 2014 -2018. Data collection was carried out at the Regional Revenue Agency Office of South Sulawesi Province, using the formula for potential, contribution, and effectiveness.The results showed that: 1) Motor Vehicle Taxes have enormous potential in supporting the Regional Original Income of South Sulawesi Province but have not been optimal in withdrawing and management, 2) Motor Vehicle Taxes have a significant contribution to support the Regional Original Income of South Sulawesi Province, and 3) Motor Vehicle Tax is effective in supporting the increase in Regional Original Revenue in South Sulawesi Province. Abstract

ngkep Regency, is experiencing a decrease in the productivity of some of its employees, this encourages researchers to find the right solution that is by the application of supervisory functions. The purpose of this research is. 1. Implementation of supervisory function in improving employee productivity 2. To find out the factors that cause the decrease in employee productivity in this company.  This research was conducted by: 1. Direct inspection, 2. Observation In Place, 3. Report on the spot, Regarding employees' daily activities such as: 1. Discipline, 2. Culture / Work behavior, 3. Motivation / Work ethic of employees. The results showed that with direct inspection, observation on site, and reports in place periodically and continuously, it can gradually be overcome by a decrease in employee productivity. This can be seen, employees who previously productivity is not good to be good. And employees who were not good before have become good too, even the good become very good, and who have been very good still survive very good productivity.  Based on the actions carried out, it can be concluded that the application of supervisory functions in improving employee productivity is in the form of: 1. Direct inspection, 2. Observation on site, 3. Report in place. Can improve: 1. Discipline, 2. Culture / work behavior, 3. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah. 1. Penerapan fungsi pengawasan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas Karyawan 2. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab menurunnya produktivitas karyawan pada perusahaan ini.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara : 1. Inspeksi langsung, 2. Observasi Ditempat, 3. Laporan di tempat, Mengenai aktifitas keseharian karyawan seperti : 1.  Kedisiplinan, 2. Budaya / Perilaku kerja, 3. Motivasi/Etos kerja karyawan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya inspeksi langsung, Observasi ditempat, dan laporan ditempat secara  berkala dan berkesinambungan, maka secara berangsur-angsur dapat diatasi penurunan produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat , karyawan  yang sebelumnya produktivitasnya tidak baik menjadi baik. Dan karyawan yang sebelumnya kurang baik sudah menjadi baik pula, bahkan yang sudah baik menjadi sangat baik, serta yang sudah sangat baik tetap bertahan sangat baik produktifitasnya.  Berdasarkan tindakan yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan fungsi pengawasan dalam meningkatkan produktifitas karyawan yaitu berupa : 1. Inspeksi langsung, 2. Observasi ditempat, 3. Laporan ditempat. Dapat memperbaiki: 1.  Kedisiplinan, 2. Budaya / perilaku kerja, 3. Motivas / etos kerja keryawan yang rendah produktifitasnya.   Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pengawasan Yang Baik, Produktifitas Karyawan Meningkat

Abstract

The population in this study were all employees of PT. Dawn Makasar Television. While the samples used in this study were 58 respondents, and to test the hypothesis, researchers used descriptive analysis methods and simple regression analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to view and explain respondents' responses and improve employee performance. Indicators used for competency variables include work spirit, development, education level, work productivity, achievements and awards And the indicators used for performance variables are the quality of work, quantity of work, and timeliness of PT employees. Dawn Makasar Television. The results of this study showed that there is an influence between human resource competency variables on performance variables where conducted t test with t calculated test results = 13.11 and t table 1.672 for a significant level of 0.05 means t calculate t table with dk = 58 - 2 = 56. This means the hypothesis in this study which states that there is an influence of human resource competence on the performance of PT employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fundamental factors represented by four variables, namely: Return on Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and Book Value (BV) as well as stock trading volume (TVA) on prices. Sharia stocks for the 2014-2018 period in companies in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) were 30 companies and the cross section data became 15 companies in a row from 2014-2018 using a significance level of α = 5%. This study has a quantitative approach, descriptive and associative types, using multiple linear regression analysis and using SPSS for windows.The regression results in this study indicate that the independent variables ROA, DER and Book Value partially have a significant effect on Islamic stocks. Only the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Islamic stocks. And among these fundamental factors the most dominant influence on Islamic stock prices in JII is Return On Assets (ROA) during the 2014-2018 period.
