Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. This research was conducted in Sombaopu Subdistrict, Gowa Regency with an implementation time of 2 months, namely January to February 2018 with a sample of 42 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data.The Emotional Intelligence variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the emotional intelligence variable is smaller than 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the hypothesis which states "Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is proven. Work Motivation Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the work motivation variable is less than 0.05, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the hypothesis which states "Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is proven. Work Environment Variable (X3) has a positive effect although not significant on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the work environment variable is greater than 0.05, so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that the hypothesis which states "Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is not proven. . Of the three variables analyzed, namely emotional intelligence (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3), it turns out that the one that has the greatest influence or highest contribution to performance is the emotional intelligence variable (X1) with a standardized coefficients beta value of 0.455 and variable The work environment (X3) with the smallest influence or smallest contribution is the standardized coefficients beta value of 0.170. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Work Environment

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to: (1) analyze the education of administrators / managers in the Syari'ah Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) Cooperative in South Sulawesi, (2) analyze PINBUK training activities and their role in growing and advancing the Baitul Maal Wat Syari'ah Cooperative Tamwil (BMT) in South Sulawesi, (3) analyze and assess the implementation of education and training (Diklat) organized by PINBUK in South Sulawesi.            This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The instruments used were field research which was carried out through in-depth interviews, field observations, literature studies and focus group discussions (FGD).            The results show that education has an important role in administrators and managers of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil. This is based on the basic competencies to support performance, which is possible to obtain at a higher level of education. Even though it has an important role, its position is not absolute because these competencies can be developed through training activities. Of course, with heavier challenges due to the lack of a basis for competency development The training activities held by PINBUK are considered to be very determining the performance of BMT administrators and managers. This is based on the position of PINBUK Education and Training which is able to impart knowledge and skills, covering the required philosophical, conceptual and technical aspects, as well as motivation and belief to raise BMT together. BMT which intensively follows PINBUK Training and Education has proven to be able to maintain its existence and continue to develop from time to time. Furthermore, PINBUK is considered capable of organizing training that meets the main components of success. Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine and analyze the potential of Motor Vehicle Taxes in increasing South Sulawesi Province Original Revenue, 2) to determine and analyze the contribution of Motor Vehicle taxes in increasing Regional Original Income in South Sulawesi Province, and 3) to determine and analyzing the effectiveness of Motor Vehicle taxes in increasing the Regional Original Revenue of South Sulawesi Province.This study uses secondary data in the form of: 1) data on the number of motorized vehicles in South Sulawesi Province in 2014-2018, 2) data on targets and realization of Motor Vehicle Taxes for 2014-2018, and 3) data on targets and realization of Regional Original Revenue in 2014 -2018. Data collection was carried out at the Regional Revenue Agency Office of South Sulawesi Province, using the formula for potential, contribution, and effectiveness.The results showed that: 1) Motor Vehicle Taxes have enormous potential in supporting the Regional Original Income of South Sulawesi Province but have not been optimal in withdrawing and management, 2) Motor Vehicle Taxes have a significant contribution to support the Regional Original Income of South Sulawesi Province, and 3) Motor Vehicle Tax is effective in supporting the increase in Regional Original Revenue in South Sulawesi Province. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out (1) The Development of Demand for Balinese Beef (2) the feasibility of Bali Cattle business and (3) the prospect of agribusiness development of Bali Cattle.The research was conducted in Tombolo Pao subdistrict and Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. The determination of the research location was done deliberately and the selection of samples was determined randomly, namely 76 farmers respondents from a total population of 320 farmers.  Data collection is done by direct interview, observation and documentation. The data was analyzed using trend analysis, R/C Ratio analysis and SWOT analysis.The results showed that the demand for Balinese beef is projected to increase by 125,461 kg per year.  Bali Cattle farming business is worth trying because it can provide benefits to farmers of Rp. 3,938,881.4 kg per year or Rp. 328,240 per month with an R/C Ratio of 1.41.  The prospect of bali cattle development based on strength and opportunities has good prospects to be developed. Keywords: Bali Cattle Farming Business and Agribusiness System Implementation.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance in the Office of agriculture of Sulawesi Province.The design used in this study is adescriptive method of survey with regression techniques. The population in this study was all employees in the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province which amounted to 46 employees. Sampling techniques used in this study is saturated sampling techniques or census, namely the determination of the number of samples from all members of the population of 46 people. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation and questionnaires. Documentation is used to collect information about the overview (profile, vision, mission,). Questionnaires are used to obtain data on Employee Performance, compensation, and Work Discipline. The results showed that. Compensation has a significant positive influence on the performance of employees of the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province with P= 0.009<0.05 with a cofisien value of 0.272. This indicates that the better the compensation owned by employees, the better the performance, while the Motivation variable has an insignificant influence on employee performance. With P=0.139>0.05 with a coeffiien value of 0.127. this indicates that employee work motivation does not affect employee performance. And the next variable discipline has a significant positive influence on employee performance with P=0.001<0.05 with a coeffiien value of 0.403. This shows that the discipline of work at the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province is getting bailk. It can be concluded that compensation and discipline of work is very influential oada pegwai performance, because the success of an organization and achieving the objectives of oraganizationKeywords: Compensation, Motivation, Discipline and Performance.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) in terms of career planning strategy allows the organization to develop and place its employees in a position that suits their interests, needs and career goals. PT PLN (Persero) in the management of human resources career is very attentive to the career development of its employees. the research was carried out at the office of PT PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Load Management Unit, Jln Letjend Hertasning Makassar. the sample taken in this study was 55 people. From the calculation of regression coefficients obtained that the influence of career development variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Office of PT PLN (persero) Makassar Sulselrabar Load Management Unit. The regression equation is as follows: Y= 0.969+ 0.604 X. T calculated value obtained and significant level on the table of 0.000 which means 0.000<0.05 then Ho rejected and Ha received means that career development can affect the performance of employees in the office of PT PLN (Persero) Makassar Sulselrabar Load Management Unit at the standard level of its coefficient of 0.730 or 73%.                                                                                                                                                                Keywords: Development, Career, Performance, PLN

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze and trace: 1) The level of readiness of BK Teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling services, 2) Implementation of guidance and counseling services, and 3) To find out the factors that affect the readiness of BK Teachers and the implementation of guidance and counseling services in order to realize the management of guidance and counseling in junior high school (SMP) pilot and developer of curriculum implementation 2013 in Gowa.The analysis used is the model "Cohen Kappa Index Analysis (AICK)" using research triangulation model in data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed as follows: 1) In general, the development school implementation of curriculum 2013 in Gowa district has the readiness of BK Teachers in preparation for the implementation of guidance and counseling services, but still needs to be improved and developed according to school needs, especially in schools that lack and / or do not have bk teachers / counselors who are competent in carrying out the duties of guidance and counseling services. 2) In general, the development school implementation of curriculum 2013 in Gowa district has realized the target to achieve the implementation component of Guidance and Counseling Services, and 3) Factors that influence the implementation of guidance and counseling services can be seen that: a) In general the pilot school developer curriculum 2013 in Gowa district still needs a refresentative and adequate container to organize and implement all guidance and counseling services in the Guidance and Counseling Service Unit in schools. and b) In general, the pilot school of curriculum developer 2013 in Gowa district still needs guidance and counseling teachers (BK) who have the competency of graduates / alumni with educational background (S1) Guidance and Counseling or Bachelor of Psychology Education and Guidance. Abstract

To know and analyze the influence of organization, leadership, ability and skills as well as appreciation and recognition of the quality of public services in the Hingk District Office of Arfak Mountain District, West Papua Province. This research uses the form of survey research. In this study, the population is a community that takes care of a type of service at the Hingk District Office of Arfak Mountain District of West Papua Province and government employees as service providers at the Hingk District Office of Arfak Mountain District of West Papua Province. Samples are determined by saturated sampling techniques (census), i.e. all populations are sampled at the Hingk District Office of Arfak Mountain District of West Papua Province. So that the total sample as many as 48 people. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between the organization, leadership, ability and skills as well as appreciation and recognition of the quality of public services in the Hingk District Office of Arfak Mountain District of West Papua Province. Keywords: Organization, leadership, ability, skills, appreciation, recognition, quality of service

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the influence of Variable Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Current Liabilities To Inventory (CLI), Operating Income to Total Assets (OITL), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) on profit growth. The data was obtained by purposive sampling method with the criteria of Multi-Industry Manufacturing Companies in the automotive sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2016.The results of the analysis showed that the data used in this study have fulfilled classical assumptions, which include: no symptoms of multicolinearity, no autocorrelation, no symptoms of heterosceticity, and normal distributed data. From the results of regression analysis shows that variable Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Current Liabilities To Inventory (CLI), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) have a significant positive effect on profit growth. While the variables Operating Income to Total Assets (OITL) and Total Asset Turnover (TAT), have no significant effect on profit growth. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the Influence of Leadership, Competence on Job Satisfaction and Performance of State Civil Apparatus in the Department of Culture and Tourism of South Sulawesi Province. As well as knowing and analyzing the dominant variables affecting the performance of the Department of Culture and Tourism of South Sulawesi Province. The research has been conducted at the Office of Culture and Tourism of South Sulawesi Province with a period of implementation for 1 month, namely the month of March to April 2018 with a sample of 59 people. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical method and path analysis. The results showed that: Leadership has a significant influence on job satisfaction with a value of p = 0.004 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.322, Competency has a significant influence on job satisfaction with p = 0.000< 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.499, Leadership has a significant influence on employee performance with p = 0.002 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.405, Competency has an insignificant positive influence on job satisfaction with p = 0.425 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.115, Job satisfaction has a significant influence on performance with p = 0.021< 0.050 with a coefficient value of 0.233, furthermore Leadership has a significant influence on performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.075, this coefficient shows that good leadership in the Office of Culture and Tourism of South Sulawesi Province can increase employee job satisfaction so that it has an impact on improving employee performance. And Competency has a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.116, this coefficient shows that the more appropriate competencies that employees have with their work will increase job satisfaction and ultimately impact on the performance of employees who are getting better. Keywords: Leadership, competence, job satisfaction and performance
