Abstract

Abstract The subject of this research is employees at PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch taken as many as 47 employees. Data collected questionnaires. The analysis used is linearity test, simple linear regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and t test. The results of this study show that (1) Employee performance at PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch is located in a strong area (K), meaning the performance of employees at PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch is 76.7% (2) Organizational Culture at PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch is located in a strong area (K), meaning organizational culture in PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch is 76.2% (3) Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch, this can be seen from the calculation of simple linear regression analysis i.e. Y = 8.4844 + 0.3370X (4) Based on correlation analysis of product moment is rxy = 0.74 (5) Coefficient analysis determination shows that variable X organizational culture positively affects employee performance Y variable and has an influence rate of 55% (6) Significant testing on work culture affects employee performance in PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch shows that t count is greater than t table (7,091 >1,679) so that the hypothesis is acceptable.  Keywords: Employee Performance, Organizational Culture.  Abstract Subyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros yang diambil sebanyak 47 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji linieritas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis korelasi product moment, analisis koefisien determinasi dan ujit t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kinerja karyawan pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros terletak pada daerah kuat (K), artinya kinerja karyawan pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros yaitu sebesar 76,7% (2) Budaya Organisasi pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros terletak pada daerah kuat (K), artinya budaya organisasi pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros yaitu sebesar 76,2% (3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y = 8,4844 + 0,3370X (4) Berdasarkan analisis korelasi product moment adalah rxy = 0,74 (5) Analisis koofisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel X budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Y kinerja karyawan dan mempunyai tingkat pengaruh sebesar 55% (6) Pengujian signifikan pada budaya kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (7,091 > 1,679) sehingga hipotesis dapat diterima.  Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Budaya Organisasi.

Abstract

ngkep Regency, is experiencing a decrease in the productivity of some of its employees, this encourages researchers to find the right solution that is by the application of supervisory functions. The purpose of this research is. 1. Implementation of supervisory function in improving employee productivity 2. To find out the factors that cause the decrease in employee productivity in this company.  This research was conducted by: 1. Direct inspection, 2. Observation In Place, 3. Report on the spot, Regarding employees' daily activities such as: 1. Discipline, 2. Culture / Work behavior, 3. Motivation / Work ethic of employees. The results showed that with direct inspection, observation on site, and reports in place periodically and continuously, it can gradually be overcome by a decrease in employee productivity. This can be seen, employees who previously productivity is not good to be good. And employees who were not good before have become good too, even the good become very good, and who have been very good still survive very good productivity.  Based on the actions carried out, it can be concluded that the application of supervisory functions in improving employee productivity is in the form of: 1. Direct inspection, 2. Observation on site, 3. Report in place. Can improve: 1. Discipline, 2. Culture / work behavior, 3. Motivas / work ethic keryawan low productivity.   Keywords: Good Supervision Management, Increased Employee Productivity  ABSTRAK  Perusahaan tamban leveransir “TA” di Kabupaten Pangkep, sedang mengalami penurunan produktivitas sebagian karyawannya, hal ini mendorong peneliti mencarikan solusi yang tepat yaitu dengan penerapan fungsi pengawasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah. 1. Penerapan fungsi pengawasan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas Karyawan 2. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab menurunnya produktivitas karyawan pada perusahaan ini.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara : 1. Inspeksi langsung, 2. Observasi Ditempat, 3. Laporan di tempat, Mengenai aktifitas keseharian karyawan seperti : 1.  Kedisiplinan, 2. Budaya / Perilaku kerja, 3. Motivasi/Etos kerja karyawan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya inspeksi langsung, Observasi ditempat, dan laporan ditempat secara  berkala dan berkesinambungan, maka secara berangsur-angsur dapat diatasi penurunan produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat , karyawan  yang sebelumnya produktivitasnya tidak baik menjadi baik. Dan karyawan yang sebelumnya kurang baik sudah menjadi baik pula, bahkan yang sudah baik menjadi sangat baik, serta yang sudah sangat baik tetap bertahan sangat baik produktifitasnya.  Berdasarkan tindakan yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan fungsi pengawasan dalam meningkatkan produktifitas karyawan yaitu berupa : 1. Inspeksi langsung, 2. Observasi ditempat, 3. Laporan ditempat. Dapat memperbaiki: 1.  Kedisiplinan, 2. Budaya / perilaku kerja, 3. Abstract

Abstract The research aims to find out and analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, work discipline, and infrastructure on the performance of Bappeda employees in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province. The research was conducted for 3 (three) months at the Bappeda Office of Manokwari Regency of West Papua Province The population of the study was all civil servants (civil servants) in Bappeda Manokwari Regency of West Papua Province as many as 40 people considering the small population then the sampling technique using saturated sampling (census) that is the entire population of 40 people assuming all employees have the same opportunity. To find out the influence of free or independent variables (motivation, leadership, work discipline, and infrastructure) on bound or dependent variables (employee performance), multiple regression analysis is used. The results showed that work motivation, leadership, work discipline, and infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on the level of performance of Bappeda employees in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province.  Keywords: motivation, leadership, discipline, means and performance  ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan di Kantor Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat Populasi dari penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang ada di Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat sebanyak 40 orang mengingat jumlah populasi yang sedikit maka teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 40 orang dengan asumsi semua pegawai memiliki kesempatan yang sama. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas atau independent (motivasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan sarana prasarana) terhadap variabel terikat atau dependen (kinerja pegawai), digunakan analisa regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kinerja pegawai Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat.  Kata kunci: motivasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin, sarana dan kinerja

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe and prove how the teacher's ability, students' understanding, and To describe how the evaluation of students' learning outcomes in implementing integrated learning tahfidz Qur'an. This research is included in qualitative research with phenomenological approach through observation of integration between the general curriculum and islamic religious reasoning through the implementation of Tahfidz Al-Quran. The location of this research is in the area of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Makassar. The research population was 24 people consisting of 12 students and 12 teachers from 236 students and 12 teachers. The results showed that there is increased understanding, there is strengthening of character, improving the ability to read short surah memorization, in general students can appreciate time, appreciate science, have a culture of hard work, and have a forward orientation, as well as high self-esteem. There are efforts to always carry out an Islamic attitude in learning, follow the activities of prayer well. The ability of teachers in implementing integrated learning tahfidz Qur'an gradually and carried out continuously. After showing the changes, students are able to develop memorization of the Quran that has been determined and able to motivate themselves according to their abilities. The results of the evaluation explain the meaning of the integration of the Qur'an in students, showing indicators that have shown improvement, although further efforts need to be made improvements, and can improve low-grade passing skills in students.  Keywords: Integrated Tahfidz Qur'an, Teacher Ability, Student Understanding, Evaluation of Learning Outcomes  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan membuktikan bagaimana kemampuan guru, pemahaman siswa, dan Untuk menggambarkan bagaimana evaluasi hasil belajar siswa dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran terintegrasi tahfidz Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi melalui pengamatan atas integrasi antara kurikulum umum dengan penalaran agama islam melalui implementasi Tahfidz Al-Quran. Lokasi penelitian ini berada dalam wilayah SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Makassar. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 24 orang  yang terdiri dari 12 orang siswa/siwi dan 12 orang guru dari 236 siswa/siwi dan 12 orang guru.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman, ada penguatan karakter, meningkatkan kemampuan membaca hafalan surah pendek, pada umumnya siswa dapat menghargai waktu, menghargai ilmu pengetahuan, memiliki budaya kerja keras, dan memiliki orientasi ke depan, serta harga diri tinggi. Ada upaya untuk selalu menjalankan sikap yang islami dalam pembelajaran, mengikuti kegiatan shalat dengan baik. Kemampuan guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran terintegrasi tahfidz Al-Qur’an secara bertahap dan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Setelah menunjukkan perubahannya mahasiswa mampu mengembangkan hafalan-hafalan Al-Quran yang telah ditentukan dan mampu memotivasi dirinya sesuai dengan kemampuannya yang dia miliki. Hasil dari evaluasi menjelaskan tentang makna integrasi Al-Qur’an pada siswa, menunjukkan indikator yang sudah menunjukkan perbaikan, walaupun selanjutnya perlu melakukan upaya perbaikan, dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan passing grade rendah pada siswa.  Kata Kunci: Terintegrasi Tahfidz Al-Qur’an, Kemampuan Guru, Pemahaman Siswa, Evaluasi Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Abstract Makassar is rich in tourist attractions, ranging from historical, maritime, to culinary tourism. To increase the attraction, the Makassar City Government continues to improve. Makassar city has a variety of tourist attractions that are so beautiful and fun to be visited by tourists from various regions and foreign countries. First, a destination development program. Second, pogram tourism marketing development, namely the implementation of destination promotion or introducing tourism Makassar City to be worth visiting by providing information about existing destinations in the city of Makassar and other supporting facilities that are packed well and the implementation of fixed annual events that are scheduled and other supporting events of quality so as to increase the attractiveness of tourists of the archipelago and local and mancanagera, such as the Losari Festival , Makassar expo, Makassar culinary, dragon boat festival, folk game festival, jazz festival Fort Rotterdam, Makassar marathon, anging mammiri art performance, international writers festival, international seascreen and many more events carried out by the government and other parties in various forms of activities in the field of performing arts, sports, education and health and other things that are held annually in the city of Makassar.  Keywords: Strategy, Marketing, Visits, Tourists, Makassar.  ABSTRAK Makassar kaya akan objek wisata, mulai dari wisata sejarah, bahari, hingga kuliner. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to know the Implementation of Social Program of Bank Indonesia representative office of South Sulawesi region in order to improve the welfare of the people of South Sulawesi Case Study development of Rammang-Rammang Tourism Village Maros regency. The type of research used in this study used qualitative deskriftif research, with the research subjects were two employees of Bank Indonesia KPW South Sulawesi, one Volunter driver of rammang-rammang tourism village, one head of tourism awareness group, four people of Rammang-Rammang village community, two boat owners, one Salenrang village head, with data analysis techniques used is data reduction, data presentation, and decision making. The results showed that after the assistance of Bank Indonesia's social programs, the representative office of South Sulawesi, the welfare condition of the community has improved, especially in terms of public income, tourism infrastructure, community assistance regarding the development of rammangrammang tourism village in Maros regency.  Keywords: Prosperity, Community Income, Corporate Social Responsibility.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui Implementasi Program Sosial Bank Indonesia kantor perwakilan wilayah Sulawesi Selatan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan Studi Kasus Pengembangan Desa Wisata Binaan Rammang-Rammang kabupaten Maros. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriftif kualitatif, dengan subyek penelitian adalah dua orang pegawai Bank Indonesia KPW Sulawesi Selatan, satu orang Volunter penggerak desa wisata Rammang-Rammang, satu orang ketua kelompok sadar wisata, empat orang masyarakat desa Rammang-Rammang, dua orang pemilik perahu, satu orang kepala desa Salenrang, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah adanya bantuan program sosial Bank Indonesia kantor perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan maka kondisi kesejahteraan masyarakat mengalami peningkatan terutama dalam hal pendapatan masyarakat, infrastruktur daerah wisata, pendampingan masyarakat mengenai pengembangan desa wisata Rammang-Rammang kabupaten Maros.  Kata Kunci: Kesejahteraan, Pendapatan Masyarakat, Corporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) To analyze and prove the influence of competence on the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Macau City. (2) To analyze and prove the influence of work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City. (3) To analyze and prove the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City. (4) To analyze and know the variables that predominantly affect the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City.This type of research is quantitative research with an exoplanet approach. The data sources in this study are all employees of PT. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City. The data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and observations, which were obtained directly from respondents on a likert (ordinal) scale with the summed rating method. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, through regression testing by conducting validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test.The results showed that (1) competency has a significant positive influence on employee performance with P = 0.039< 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.228, this coefficient shows that the better the competency of employees, the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa Makassar will increase. (2) Work discipline has a significant positive influence on employee performance with P = 0.002<0.05 with a coefficient of 0.554, This coefficient shows that the higher the employee's work discipline, the employee performance of PT. Zulu Alpha Papa Makassar will also increase. (3) Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance with P = 0.195> 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.146, this coefficient indicates that employee job satisfaction does not affect employee performance at PT. Zulu Alpha Papa Makassar. (4) and the variable that has the dominant effect on employee performance is the discipline of work, this can be seen from the beta value of 0.618 greater than other variables. Keywords: Competence, Discipline, Job Satisfaction, and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance and dominant variables affecting the performance of employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operatian Region VII. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study was 359 employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region VII. Samples in this study as many as 78 people with sampling techniques based on the formula slovin. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the coefficient of motivational influence on employee performance was 0.014 with a tttabel < value (0.093 < 1.99) or a pvalue value = 0.926 > 0.05 which means that motivation has an insignificant positive influence on employee performance; coefficient of the influence of work discipline on employee performance of 0.344 with a tttabel > thitung value (2.704 > 1.99) or pvalue value = 0.009 < 0.05 which means that the discipline of work has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; coefficient of organizational culture influence on employee performance of 0.596 with a total value of > ttabel (4.028 > 1.99) or pvalue value = 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; and the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at PT Pertamina (Persero) is the organization culture with the highest beta value, which is 0.482. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence, motivation and discipline of work on the performance of employees of the Industrial Office of South Sulawesi Province. The design used in this research is descriptive survey method with regression technique. The population in this study was 56 employees as many as 56 people. The data collection techniques used in this study are Konsioner and survey.The results of this study show that. competencies have an insignificant effect on employee performance. With P=0.488>0.05 with a coefficient of 0.079, this indicates that the employee's work competency does not affect employee performance. Work motivation variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance with P=0.000<0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.763 this shows that the work motivation in the Industrial Service of south Sulawesi province is getting better. discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance with P= 0.006< 0.05 with a coefficient of 0.168 this indicates that the discipline of work in the office of the Provincial Industry Office of South Sulawesi is getting better. It can be concluded that Work Motivation and Discipline is very influential on employee performance, because the success of an organization and achieving organizational goals is determined by employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Discipline and Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the application of outsourcing Bank Sulselbar Makassar Sharia Branch. Using qualitative approach data collection through in-depth interviews with the number of informants 7 people.The results showed that the application of outsourcing is going well. This can be seen from the indicators used as a reference in the application of outsourcing. These indicators are outsourcing planning, strategy selection, cost analysis, employer selection, negotiation stage, resource transition and relationship management.  From these indicators in general it has been well applied. However, there are still some shortcomings in the application of outsourcing, namely from the provision of guarantees and payroll of outsourcing employees. The application of outsourcing is running well due to the supervision carried out by external parties and internal parties. Keywords: Human Resource Management, Outsourcing, and Outsourcing Implementation.
