Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out and analyze the influence of motivation of achievement and competence on the performance of employees of the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Gowa Regency of South Sulawesi Province and know and analyze the variables that predominantly affect employee performance. The research has been conducted at the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Gowa Regency with an implementation time of 1 month, namely from April to May of 2018 with a sample of 30 people. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative method, through regression testing by conducting validity and reliability test of the statement items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results showed that The motivation of achievement has a significant positive influence on performance with P = 0.000< 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.298, this coefficient shows that the better the motivation of achievements owned by employees, the performance of employees in the office of the Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Gowa Povinsi Sulawes Selatan district will increase. Competence has a significant positive influence on performance with P = 0.000>0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.253, this coefficient shows that the competency model applied to the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Gowa Regency of South Sulawesi Province can improve employee performance and variables that have a dominant effect on employee performance is the motivation of achievement is seen from the beta value of 0.493 greater than other variables. Keywords: motivation of achievement, competence and performance ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan Kompetensi  terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan serta mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Kantor Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Kabupaten Gowa dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama 1 bulan yaitu mulai bulan April sampai Mei Tahun 2018 dengan sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, melalui pengujian regresi dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dari item-item pernyataan setiap variabel serta uji asumsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwaMotivasi berprestasi mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan P = 0.000< 0.05  dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,298, koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik Motivasi berprestasi yang dimiliki pegawai maka kinerja pegawai pada kantorDinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah(UKM) Kabupaten Gowa Povinsi Sulawes Selatan akan semakin meningkat. The Bejos Screen Printing is one of the SMEs located in palopo city, South Sulawesi that has been growing since 2013, The Bejos Screen Printing printing produces screen printing clothes Since starting its business The Bejos Screen Printing senatisa faced with various obstacles and obstacles, the number of similar companies that appear to make Printing The Bejos Screen Printing difficult to maintain the position of its products due to increasingly tight industry competition. Strict competition conditions are a problem faced by The Bejos Screen Printing. The purpose of this research is to determine the marketing strategy of SME printing through SWOT analysis. Abstract

This study aims to find out the picture of Leadership Style, Competence, Motivation, and Organizational Culture, to the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Makassar Search and Rescue Office of South Sulawesi This type of research is quantitative and located at the Makassar Search and Rescue Office of South Sulawesi. The population of this study, the entire ASN of 108 people. A sample of 52 people were drawn with simple random sampling techniques, data collected using surveys, questionnaire questionnaires, documentation.Data from the results of the study was analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis techniques and infrensial statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that, (1) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on performance with P value = 0.028<0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.268 shows the more effective the leadership style is felt then the performance of employees in the Makassar Search and Rescue Office will increase. (2) Competency has a significant positive effect on performance with P value = 0.011< 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.390 indicates that the better or more appropriate competencies that employees have with their work, thus encouraging the improvement of employee performance (3) Motivation has a significant positive influence on performance with P value=0.004< 0.0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.413, indicating that the better the employee's work motivation, the better the performance (4) The organizational culture has a significant positive influence on performance with P= 0.004<0.05 and a coefficient value of 0.458 which indicates that the better the organizational culture is felt then the employee performance will also increase. (5) Motivation has a dominant attitude towards ASN performance, because motivation variables are measured by four indicators, namely, basic needs, responsibilities, work environment, spiritual motivation. Keywords: Leadership Style, Competence, Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out the use of Facebook social media as a medium of delivery of teaching materials, where activities in the form of delivery of teaching materials, namely uploading material with various types of files (documents, pdf, images, videos), discussions / comments, assignments and workmanship, and online replays. The informants in this study consisted of Improvement Training Participants and Instructors, both instructors who have used Facebook social media as a medium of delivery of teaching materials, and who have not utilized them. The research was conducted starting in July 2018 and ending in December 2018. This research uses qualitative approach, data collection using observation method, interview, and documentation. The results showed that instructors responded positively to the use of Facebook social media as a medium of delivery of teaching materials at BP2IP Barombong, they hope there are rules governing the use of Facebook social media. Those who have used Facebook as a medium of delivery of teaching materials, have not optimized the features on Facebook. Online replays that can be easily applied with Facebook are also still minimal in utilization. Instructors are bothered when they have to type multiple choice questions online, they prefer to give questions / assignments in the form of essays to be done by training participants and send them in the comment box on Facebook. Training participants are very enthusiastic about online learning and replays, especially when instructors are unable to attend teaching. They hope all lessons can be utilized on Facebook social media as a medium of delivery of teaching materials. Keywords: Facebook social media, teaching material media, online replays.

Abstract

Abstract                    The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the influence of competence, leadership, and school climate on teacher performance.                    The population in this study were 842 non civil servant elementary school teachers at Makassar City. A sample of 89 respondents based on the Slovin formula with a confidence level of 10%. Data were analyzed using SPPS 18 with multiple linear regression analysis method.                    The results of the study found that competence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with a coefficient value of 0.371. This shows that the better the competence will increase the performance of elementary school teachers at Makassar City. Leadership has a significant influence on teacher performance of 0.177. This shows that the better a person is in carrying out his role, the better the teacher's performance will be. School climate has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with a coefficient value of 0.121. This shows that the better the school climate, the better the teacher's performance. The performance of teachers towards education the better the quantity, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of teacher work, the better the quality of education produced. Keywords: Competence, Leadership, and School Climate AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru.                Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru non PNS Sekolah Dasar di Kota Makassar berjumlah 842 orang. Sampel sebanyak 89 orang responden berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kepercayaan 10%. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPPS 18 dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda.                Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,371. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kompetensi maka kinerja guru di SD Sekota Makassar akan semakin baik. Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,177. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik seorang dalam menjalankan perannya maka kinerja guru akan semakin baik. Iklim sekolah mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,121. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik iklim sekolah maka kinerja guru akan semakin baik. Kinerja guru terhadap pendidikan yang semakin baik kuantitas, kualitas, efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja guru, semakin baik kualitas pendidikan yang dihasilkan. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Kepemimpinan, dan Iklim Sekolah

Abstract

The problem of this research is whether there is influence of compensation with indicator of giving service mark, health insurance, overtime allowance, giving of facility right, giving of charter of awards and giving praise to employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch? Data collection techniques in this study using observations and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. And the results showed that compensation on employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch has an influence on employee performance. And from the data processing SPSS 21, obtained a simple regression equation Y = 0.198 0.995 X. Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

In the new paradigm will be reflected the new work culture, strategy and role of human resources from within the typology of the new organization. The industrial world is growing. The development of the industry can not be separated from the advancement in the field of technology. Technology almost sets aside the human workforce, however labor is always needed. PT Beton Perkasa Wijaksana Makassar Branch is one of the companies engaged in producing concrete. Although the duties of each employee are very different from each other, but inter depending on each other, must work together and also have to fill each other in order to achieve the individual goals of employees as well as the goals of groups or organizations. To support the ease of achieving these goals, employees both individually and required to continuously make improvements or improve the quality of themselves or their groups.The study aims to identify how influential employees' occupational health and safety is so that it affects their productivity. Sampling in this study was used by 102 respondents, the data collection technique is by questionnaire, research variables are Health (X1), Safety (X2), Productivity (Y). The data was tested for validity using Pearson Product Moment correlation and to test its reliability level using Cronbach Alpha and then the data was processed with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Abstract

The design of this research is descriptive quantitative to determine the effect of discipline, motivation, and self-development on the performance of the state civil apparatus in the Financial Management Agency and Regional Assets in the Province of West Sulawesi. The study population is all state civil servants who work at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Mamuju Regency with a population of 62 people, by sampling method applied because the total population is less than 100, then the entire population becomes the study sample. The time of the study was carried out for 3 months, start from April to July 2019. Using primary data sources with ordinal data scales measured on a Liker’s scale, with technical analysis in multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously indicated by the results of the F test, that discipline, motivation, and self-development affect employee performance. Partially it is also shown by the t-test results that discipline, motivation, and self-development partially affect employee performance, with motivation being the dominant variable influencing employee performance. Keywords: Discipline, Motivation, Personal Development, State Civil Apparatus Performance

Abstract

Problems that occur in PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development is a matter of leadership style, this can be seen from the conflict between the company and employees. This conflict occurs due to misunderstanding between superiors and employees. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, discipline, and incentives on employee performance, as well as to know and analyze variables that have a dominant effect on employee performance in PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development. The research was conducted for 3 months from September to November 2018 with a population of 227 people and sampling techniques that are random samples from a population of 50 people who were sampled. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with double regression testing preceded by performing validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results of this study showed that the coefficient of leadership style influence on employee performance which shows that it has a significant positive effect on employee performance, coefficient of disciplinary influence on employee performance that shows that discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, coefficient of effect of incentives on employee performance which indicates that the provision of incentives has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This can be interpreted that the leadership style, discipline, and incentives for employee performance at PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development will increase. And the highest value is the incentive variable so that the variable that has the most influence is the incentive variable. Keywords: leadership style, discipline, incentives, and performance.

Abstract

The element of need is an internal condition that causes results to appear attractive. An unsatisfied need creates a tension that stimulates the impulse within the individual. Employee coaching is one of the priority assets of the company. This study uses a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a component or variant based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model, the result is the residual variance of the dependent variable.The samples proposed in this study were 35 respondents to test the operational hypothesis by using the t test statistic, at the level of a = 10%, so that the resulting decision: Rejecting Ho if t> t table, means that the model is significant and there is a relationship effect. Accept Ho if t count <t table, it means that the model is significant and there is no relationship. Rejecting Ho if t count> t table, it means that the model is significant and there is an effect. Receiving Ho if t count <t table, it means that the model is significant and there is no relationship effect.Work motivation variables, work environment and work culture have an influence of 76.1% (R square value of 0.761%) so there are still 21.8% of other variables that influence job satisfaction apart from the variables examined in this study.Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Employee Job Satisfaction
