Abstract

Abstract

During this time many people have an opinion that everyone needs an Intellectual Quotient (IQ) to reach an achievement in their live, but today according to a research product in psychology field gives an evidence that not only an Intellectual Quotient (IQ) but also there is the other factor which influences an achievement or a successful in the future. Its named an Emotional Quotient (EQ) which has means a person’s capability for managing and motivating his emotion, and interlacing the relationship with others. So that we can say that EQ is a foundation of reaching achievement for the student in their studying. This papper will discusse about the influence of Emotional Quotient (EQ) towards student’s achievement in their live. There fore the parents, teachers, and counselors hopped to know and apply it for their sons, daughters, students, and cliens, in order that they can reach a good achievement in their school and more to be successful in their future.

And to develop protege creativity exists one of learning form that corresponds to philosophy of approaching kontruktivis is kooperatif's learning. kooperatif's learning encourages student to get active ala interaction and positive deep agglomerate. available three studying deep strategies students with agglomerate system, amongst those; Pair-Share (Coupled strategy then shared). Both of; Jigsaw (student does two functions). Third; Split-class discussion (constituting learning strategy by divides class as two to do discussions). And learning with agglomerate system can take in protege plots, formulate, work, and finding and evaluates selftaught result in one group of this studying experience, protege will get to develop self for creative.

In the Islamic perspective, receptive functions that must be carried by each unit of formal education can be identified with the task of developing of habl min Allāh (حبل من الله) the fabric of human relationship with God, is also the duty of man as a servant of God (عبدالله) the human self servitude to Allah; being directive functions that must be carried by each educational unit can be identified with the task of developing of habl min al-Nas (حبل من الناس) the fabric of the relationship between humans and their universe, is also the duty of man as caliph of God on earth (خليفة الله فى الأرض) that prosperity world.

Abstract

Islam as a source of reference values have been offered a grand design for the development of all areas of science including the science of Islamic education. However, in the plains of praxis, the grand design of science is actually eliminated by a scientific ideology of the Muslim community itself which is used to maintain the semantic falsehood epistimologi in the development of Islamic scholarship. So the building of knowledge in Islamic educational thought often prepared on the basis of the less obvious and less functional. Through a philosophical approach to the author asserts that the reconstruction of an ideal Islamic educational thought should put philosophy as the entry point and the basic paradigm for the entire building science.
