Abstract

Career counseling is a process of assistance, information services and approach to the individual/ group of individuals to be able to know and understand themselves, to know the world of work to determine the career choice, able to take career decisions and acknowledge that the decision is the most appropriate / in accordance with the situation himself associated with requirements to be practiced career. Given the importance of career problems in human life, the children need to be prepared early on and helped to plan for a brighter future, by providing education and career guidance sustainable. Schools have an important role in career guidance. Through career counseling in elementary, junior high, high school and college facilitate learners in the achievement of his career.

Abstract

Public Relations (PR) has two senses. First, in terms of public relations as communication techniques. And second, public relations as a method of communication. The concept of Public Relations with respect to understanding through knowledge creation activities, and through these activities that impact the changes will appear. Public Relations itself is a combination of various immunization and included in the ranks of the social sciences such as political science, economics, history, psychology, sociology, communication and others.

Abstract

Various measures should be considered and implemented in order to improve the quality of education . Improving the quality of education is the improvement of teaching and learning process that is dependent upon the professionalism of teachers as human resources. Speaking of professional teachers, there are still many good people among experts discussed their own education or outside education experts . Even many who tend to abuse the position of teacher , whether relating to the public interest until the very personal nature . While from the teachers themselves barely able to defend themselves . Community or parents were sometimes accused of teachers lacking professional, quality and so on , when her son was not able to resolve the problem she faced alone or have the ability that does not comply with her wishes.

Abstract

Epistemology is the study of philosophy what investigates about the source, requirements, and the process of knowledge. In western epistemology studies, its known schools of thought, such as empiricism, rationalism and intuitisme. In Islamic thought studies is also several major streams in relation to the theory of knowledge (epistemology). There are at least three models of thought systems in Islam, its named Bayani, Burhani and Irfani. The third epistemology should be dialogue and go hand in hand. So with this assumption, try to be revealed various problems in Islamic education, particularly related to Islamic education epistemology, and then look for a new alternative epistemological reconstruction of thought which is certainly more realistic, innovative, transformative, accommodative, ekuilibratif and dynamic.

According to Jacques C. Reiser opinion that during 500 years Islam was empowered whole world accompaniying by strength, science and a great civilization. There are many islamic contribution to the world’s civilization and education, such as finding some mathematic concepts, medicinal treatments, and gave contribution for renaisance and enlighment age in Europe. This progress which was produced by islamic civilization, especially the science field was previoused by moeslem spirit and effort within searching for the science before. This papper will explain the historical study abaut the foundation of islamic science searching and its developing started at prophet periode untill the middle age (Abbasiya periode).

Abstract

In contrast to Western civilization are experiencing stagnation and deterioration due to dogmatism confined religion, Islamic civilization actually progressed in the spirit of actualizing the values of faith. In other words, Islamic civilization and Western civilization has a different experience in terms of the role of religion in encouraging the advancement of civilization. In its heyday, Islamic civilization and contribute a big share in building a world civilization and eventually also lead to the development of civilization barat.Tulisan culture is going to elaborate on the contribution of Islamic civilization to the development of science globally. This effort is conducted not in the romance of history that is apologetis.but more than that, this effort made to develop the rekindling the spirit of Islamic culture and civilization through the messages of Islam. Thus sacred teachings, in the hopes the spirit of actualizing the values of faith are ever advancing civilization Islam in the past to spur the development of science and Islamic civilization today.

Abstract

Generally, questions reform movement within Islam can be grouped into three variants, the West, and Nationalism. For the first group, one of the things that can restore the glory of the Muslims is a necessity to return to the Islamic shariah. As for the second group, the basic principles which can restore the glory of the Muslims is to make the progress of Western civilization as an example and a model. As for the third group, the weakness of the Muslims caused by the reluctance of Muslims to acknowledge the existence of a variety of changes and developments in their lives. Because it's one way to cure it is to eliminate the old institutions were deemed unnecessary because Islamic civilization to develop institutions that also have suffered a setback.

Abstract

Lately Islamic School called madrasah as an institution of Islamic education get more attention and public trust in the appeal of public educational institutions, because madrasah will be able to fulfill the needs of science and religion, especially the religion of Islam. This research using “descriptive statistical” methods. This method is used to analyze the data in a way to describe or portray the collected data itself to the population. The Result of this research presented in the form of tables, graphs, pie charts, pictogram, calculation mode, median, mean, calculating deciles, percentiles, calculation of data spread through the calculation of average and standard deviation, percentage calculations. The factors affecting the level of discipline of MI Arrosidiyah teachers is low teacher income, family problems, work environment problem, individual teachers, and work culture. As a follow-up study of quality control is suggested to MI Arrosidiah to Increase teacher salaries, improve harmonization of family, school Enforcement, Improved motivation and Competitive Culture.
