Abstract

Education is an anticipatory action, because what is done in education will now be applied in human life in the future. Therefore education today should be able to address issues and solve the problems faced especially at this time. Education is not a simple effort but rather an activity that is dynamic and full of challenges. Therefore SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Probolinggo in this case is one of many educational institutions are considered to be a reference and the choice of the people in the study because of religious education are much in demand by the public. Therefore, the author wishes to make SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Probolinggo as an object of research, especially in the field of Islamic religious education that includes learning methods, the professionalism of teachers and school facilities. Abstract

In the learning process, one who affects student learning achievements was a teacher, because the teacher is a component who cannot be released in education sector. The ideal teacher can received by each related parties. From the perspective of students, the ideal teachers are teachers who having the appearance in such a way, as a source of motivation, and fun learning.

Abstract

If the teacher has been able to master the material to be taught, the teacher must be able to actualize themselves. Continuous training is the answer. Both the methodology of teaching and understanding the philosophy and the accompanying paradigm. This training should be coupled with endeavors to develop the sensitivity and creativity of each teacher, to develop their own methodologies appropriate for each student. Therefore, the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) and the Ministry of Education (Kemendiknas) which is responsible for developing the professionalism and quality of teachers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Oriented development paradigm with a comparative advantage over relying on natural resources and cheap labor, when it has started to shift towards more development emphasizes competitive advantage. In this new paradigm, the quality of human resources, mastery of high technology and increasing the role of public attention. The success of development is mainly determined by the quality of its human, not by the abundance of natural wealthy. Humans are the central point which becomes the subject and development engineers as well as objects that are engineered and enjoy the results of development. Human resources also (in addition to certain conditions become a burden of development) is the basis of national development which has the potential and the driving force for accelerating the implementation of the national development process. Thus, behavioral development, should always reflect the increase in human dignity and civilization in order to improve the quality of the nation and the state. In it the necessary quality of toughness, character and morality of man as the main actor. Efforts to develop and improve the quality of human resources can be done through various channels, including through education.

Abstract

Islamic presence in Spain has brought tremendous change, especially in social and science and culture. The development of Spanish civilization Islam is formed not just by the touch of the tradition of Arab-Islamic culture multicultural society is what ultimately bound together and form a high Islamic culture at that time. The development of science is also not out of tolerance and friendship offered Islam to the indigenous population that is resident Andalusia or Spain. Traversed a long history of Muslims in Spain it can be divided into six periods, but in this paper is defined only up to the third period, this period lasts from government Abd al-Rahman III title "An-Nasir" until the emergence of al-Mulk Tawaif (kings of the group). Development of Education in Spain, In order to disseminate knowledge further, Caliph Abd-ar-Rahman III tried pioneered by founding the University of Cordova as a center of science. The university is taking place in a mosque. Based on the literature that discusses the history of education and history of Islamic civilization outline of Islamic education in Spain is divided in two sections or levels, namely kuttab and higher education.

Abstract

The study also sought to determine the contribution of students' perceptions about the professionalism of teachers and learning motivation of Islamic religious education to the formation of the Islamic Personality of learners. Together the students' perception of the professionalism of teachers and learning motivation of Islamic religious education related to the establishment of the Islamic Personality. Results of multivariate analysis with multiple regression which has a dominant role and significantly associated with the formation of the Islamic personality, that students' perceptions about the professionalism of teachers and learning motivation of Islamic religious education. Party authorities and teachers are expected to pay attention to these factors either the professionalism of teachers and learning motivation of Islamic religious education, so as to support the achievement of the formation of Islam with a good personality. The results could be implicated to learners in particular to improve the professionalism of teachers and learning motivation of Islamic religious education in order to overcome the obstacles in penguasaaan science of Islamic education in the formation of the Islamic personality.

Abstract

Character education is the deliberate effort (conscious) to help people understand, care about, and implement core ethical values. Expectations character and personality are formed in self-learners that is the dream of success of character education. Learners are expected to understand the values imparted to him, entirely without any mis-understanding at all. Even learners will be expected to understand the development of these values. Koran which is the main source of Islamic education, a lot of mention about character education, but with an expression of character, almost every story contained in the Koran, in which there is character education.

Abstract

Funding is one of necessary inputs in education; it is necessary in order to implement all policies and programs to achieve the goals of the school and the quality of education. Madrasah as Islamic education institutions provide a major contribution of education in Indonesia, but not all Islamic school gets adequate education costs from the government. This study aims to determine how education funding of Islamic education in the MI Arrosidiyah Sumberagung Rejotangan Tulungagung. This study used a qualitative approach. The study was conducted through the source data from informants and documents, through data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as using data analysis techniques of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed (1) Budgeting education plan in Madrasah RKAM, needs 2014 budget of 84.22 million rupiahs sourced from the BOS funds 71.92 million rupiahs, BPPDGS, 10.8 million rupiahs, and the public donation of 1.5 million rupiahs. (2) use of budgeting the biggest MI Arrosidiyah used for teacher salaries amounted to 63.60%, next to school facilities by 10.41%, and the smallest funding to increase the competence of teachers by 2.98%. The unit cost 338,870.98 rupiahs while the amount of student unit, cost per hour; 273.85 Rupiahs. (3) Accountable education funding is transparent to the school committee, fundraising and teachers, and to Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Abstract

Philosophy as the mother of knowledge has large contributed to develop of education. Through a profound point of view, the philosophy of trying to parse its education up to its roots in order to obtain a comprehensive view. The philosophy of Plato's Idealism that further emphasizes the importance of the superiority of the mind, the spirit or the soul of the things that is material. Leaves from the trees thoughts of philosophy of idealism which consists of view of metaphysics, epistimologi and gives its own perspective of axiology in philosophical analysis of the world education is again reflected in his views about the human being, the formulation of the purpose of education, curriculum, methods, pupils and teachers.

Abstract

The concept of prophetic leadership is basically a concept of leadership that is run by the Prophet and Messenger where in fact they are human just like his people, but they have the privilege and has properties which are noble and sublime in accordance with his position. Should the leaders in various institutions and levels must have and uphold the as-Siddiq (the truth), Amanah (Honesty), Tabligh (speak the truth and honesty as well Fathonah (intelligently manage institutions, human resources, natural resources and state assets. Similarly, leaders must be good examples in all asepek good life in society, nation and state.
