Abstract

There are two auxiliary words contained in the Qur'an to learn about this organization. The word is shaff and ummat.

Abstract

The decentralized system of education in this era give a chance to each school institutions to improve the quality of schools that participate in improving the quality of education responded by seeking to every teacher to be creative to improve classroom management appropriately for learning run efficiently and effectively. Arguing that the media class is meeting all the educational component as well as the cutting edge and also educational base. This class management concept seeks to provide a solution to the problem in the class, whose scope is not limited to delivery of content, but also includes some things thoroughly to organize classes include: first academic activities such as planning, implementation and assessment of learning. Both administrative activities that include activities such as procedural and organizational arrangement of the room, grouping students in the division of tasks, classroom discipline, the procurement of test, organizing classes, reporting. So the concept of classroom management is trying to empower the potential of existing classes as optimally as possible to support the process of educational interaction in achieving learning goals that are particularly effective in the material Islamic Education.

Abstract

The development of human resources influenced the quality of educational institutions.The quality of educational institutions influenced by vision and mission the agency. The formulation of vision and mission institutions involving stakeholders already set by the institutions. A factor causing the quality of education not been successful among others, strategy education is input oriented and management of education has been is macro-oriented. After the preparation of vision and mission, institutions formulate strategic plan. Strategy is important policy of the as the basis of in making institutional program. Business could be undertaken by educational institutions to improve the quality of institutions, among other: prepared leader who quality, formulate vision and mission with a characteristic wholly owned by intitusi, formulate strategy in an effort to create the purpose of institutions, improve the ability of human resources, conducted a survey market, furnish facilities and infrastructure, financial management, to improve cooperation with the stakeholders, tending consistency quality.

Abstract

Study of leadership in Islam, the term used is the word caliph, imam, ulil amr and al - mulk. Understanding of each term refers to a person's ability to position itself as a leader (leader) and leadership (leadership). Big and heavy duties of a leader, it is required to it a requirement that the complex and comprehensive, covering three main requirements; (1) the physical requirements, (2) mental spiritual requirements, and (3) the terms of expertise and capabilities. Characters who have demonstrated leadership and success, and this success that needs to be used as a role model is the character of the leadership of the Prophets and Messengers, namely; Siddiq, trust, fathanah and sermons. Four characters of this leadership needs to be developed along with the times and time.

Abstract

As an institution that has long been developing, the school is an institution that is complex and unique. Is complex because of the madrassa as an organization in which there are various dimensions to each other interrelated and mutually determine. While unique madrassa as an institution that has certain characteristics that are not owned by other organizations. Head madrasah professionals need to succeed in government programs are being rolled out as local autonomy, decentralization of education, school-based management, competency-based curriculum. All of it requires the participation and professional performance headmaster. The school principal professional new paradigm in the management of education will have a positive impact and a fairly fundamental change in the renewal of the education system in schools.

Abstract

People who are aware of the rights of citizens and carrying out his duty as a citizen, civilized, uphold humanitarian values, as well as the mastery of science and technology advance in the so-called civil society. This model of society as a dream of idealism and a focus for the world community to this day. Actually this discourse comes alongside the emerging issues of democratization and human rights, which means the same. Madani society is the greatest contribution in building a democracy in a country. And democracy will be realized if the people are aware of respect for human rights. The authors limited the concept of Madani society in the Qur'an cues associated with the concept of baldatun toyyibatun warobbun gofur and the concept of ummah, thus giving rise to one of the characteristics of this community is harmony in plurality.

Abstract

This paper includes the study of philosophy of Islamic education that specifically aims to want to see more in the effort to strengthen the philosophical foundations of Islamic education in a scholarly framework described by Muhammad Jawwad Ridla namely ontology, epistemology, and axiology Islamic sciences. The approach used in this paper is a methodical approach. This approach is used to find and discover the nature of truth and the result is within their (relevant) with a view of the problems posed. On that basis, the conclusion in this paper is that there is some basic foundation that could serve as the basis for building understanding about the nature of education Islamo them are ogy knowledge of Islam, Islamic religious sciences epistemology, and axiology knowledge of Islam.

Abstract

Quality assurance is how to organize all the activities and educational resources aimed at customer satisfaction in Raudhatul Athfal. Everyone involved in the educational process of carrying out the task with vigor and participate in the improvement of educational services so as to provide educational services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Implementation of quality assurance systems in Raudhatul Athfal run PDCA system, which is oriented to meet the quality standards that have been defined and are internal. Implementation PDCA will impact on the emergence of Kaizen in the Raudhatul Athfal.

Abstract

Early age is the most basic period of growth and development of human life. In early childhood, all the potential of the child develops very quickly. Islam pays great attention to the issue of children's education, the concept of the formation of the noble ahlaq which is based on al-qur'an and hadith in order to always maintain a high courtesy and praiseworthy qualities that are expected to educate the Muslim generation, train and rectify his behavior, And directing it to words, deeds and properties of high value. Therefore education does not merely transfer knowledge to learners, but also provides moral values and humanitarian values that are general, and expected learners can respect others to be able to appreciate the lives of others, so that will be reflected in the behavior of polite, Humble, noble soul and self-confidence from early age to the end of life.
