Journal Al-Ijtimaiyyah is an open access journal that contributing to publishing various research results and literature review in the field of Islamic community development and social welfare. Abstract

Abstract: The post-modern business era has provided many opportunities such as social media and offers many challenges to business sustainability. Covering almost all age groups and different regions, the use of social media makes this digital platform a way to showcase a brand. To build its brand, Avoskin uses various digital platforms, such as social networks, websites and e-commerce. Social media marketing can influence consumer interests, interests, decisions, in choosing products or services, consumers choose products that are familiar or suitable. This research examines the influence of social media marketing on brand awareness and purchase intention of consumers of the Avoskin skincare brand in Bandung. The object of this research is consumers of the Avoskin skincare brand in Bandung. The method used in this research is quantitative with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with a PLS approach with the help of data processing software SmrtPLS 4.0. Data collection uses an online questionnaire.Keywords: Social Media Marketing; Brand Awareness; Purchase Intention.Abstrak: Era bisnis pasca modern telah memberikan banyak peluang seperti adanya sosial media dan menawarkan banyak tantangan pada keberlanjutan bisnis. Mencakup hampir semua kelompok umur dan wilayah yang berbeda, penggunaan media sosial menjadikan platform digital ini sebagai cara untuk memamerkan sebuah brand. Untuk membangun mereknya, Avoskin menggunakan berbagai platform digital, seperti jejaring sosial, website, dan e-commerce. Social media marketing dapat mempengaruhi minat, ketertarikan, keputusan konsumen, dalam memilih produk atau jasa, konsumen memilih produk yang familiar atau cocok. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh social media marketing terhadap brand awareness dan purchase intention konsumen brand skincare Avoskin di Bandung. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen brand skincare Avoskin di Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan PLS dengan bantuan pengolahan data software SmrtPLS 4.0. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner online.Kata Kunci: Social Media Marketing; Brand Awareness; Purchase Intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the programs conducted by BAZNAS in the Zakat Community Development Division are used to develop the community. This research focuses on the impact the beneficiary community receives through Zakat Community Development (ZCD). Zakat is an act of worship that all Muslims must do. This research was conducted at the Office of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), which is the only official body established by the government based on Presidential Decree No. 8 of 2001, has the task and function of collecting and distributing Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) at the national level. This research is qualitative. The primary data source is the Head of BAZNAS. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data collection, presentation, reduction, and conclusions. Based on the analysis results through interviews and observations made during the research, it can be concluded that the management of the environmental development program has been running by the program's objectives, namely reducing the poverty rate by an average of 3% each year.

Abstract

Abstract: The preservation of the calendar of season must be maintained as the evidence of culture whose its continuity must not to be lost. This research aims to undertand and analyze the system of inheritance of local values regarding the calendar of season among local fisherman community in Rembang Resident. The research was conducted with qualitative study case approach. The data collection of this research was conducted using in-depth interview, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), observation, as well as the library study and documentation. The data analysis technique was utilized with the Miles and Huberman model analysis technique which includes three stages, such as data reduction, data presetation, and drawing conclusion. The result shows that the knowledge of calendar of season was obtained from many sources, that is from parents, grandfather, uncle, in-law, and fellow fisherman. The inheritance process was done through three transmission routes, that is vertical, oblique, and horizontal transmission. Verbal transmission and direct practical teaching is used as inheritance method when they go to sea. In practice, the inheritance process is carried out verbally and not documented. The passing on of knowledge of the calendar of season aims to help the generation in running their activities on the sea.Keywords: Inheritance; Local Wisdom; Season Calendar.Abstrak: Kelestarian dari kalender musim harus tetap dijaga sebagai sebuah bukti budaya yang keberlangsungannya tidak boleh hilang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem pewarisan nilai-nilai lokal tentang kalender musim pada kelompok nelayan lokal di Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), observasi, serta studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis model Miles and Huberman yang meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan kalender musim didapatkan dari banyak sumber yaitu dari orang tua, kakek, paman, mertua, dan teman sesama nelayan. Proses pewarisan dilakukan melalui tiga jalur transmisi yaitu melalui transmisi vertikal, transmiri miring, dan transmisi horizontal. Metode pewarisan yang digunakan yaitu penyampaian secara lisan dan pengajaran/praktik langsung ketika diajak melaut. Proses pewarisan tersebut dalam praktiknya dilakukan secara verbal/lisan dan tidak terdokumentasikan. Pewarisan pengetahuan kalender musim bertujuan untuk membantu generasi tersebut dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya dalam melaut.Kata Kunci: Pewarisan; Kearifan Lokal; Kalender Musim.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of women's empowerment through waste recycling as a form of the implementation of going green economy in Ponorogo. The waste problem has become a universal phenomenon in various parts of the world. Empowering women through waste recycling is an effort to improve the community's economy, especially women. The research method here is field research with a qualitative approach. In obtaining information, researchers use primary data sources as well as secondary data sources. Primary data is obtained from interviews, Observation, and documentation, while secondary data is obtained from books, articles, and journals that support it. Interviews in this study were conducted with woven bag business owners, as well as women who participated in empowerment programs. The results showed that the process of empowering women through waste recycling went quite well. The women were given training and also assistance on how to make woven bags. In the implementation of this empowerment carried out by CV Witama Plastindo which was then facilitated by the industry and social services. The targets here are women who work as farmers. The impact of the implementation of this empowerment is that they in terms of income have increased even though they are still far from the UMR.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk mendeskripsikan sosok perempuan sufi di Aceh yang dikenal dengan sebutan Pocut di Butong yang terdapat dalam naskah tersebut. Sejarah panjang tasawuf di Aceh memberikan peranan yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat Aceh. Aceh yang juga dikenal dengan nama Serambi Mekkah, pada saat itu diterapkan syariat Islam. Keberadaan para sufi atau pembawa tasawuf begitu esensialnya agar ajaran tersebut terus berkembang. Sufi di Aceh terkenal di kalangan laki-laki karena sikap mereka yang tidak peduli terhadap perempuan. Di kalangan sufi perempuan, keberadaannya sangat minim dan tidak tertulis dalam sejarah apapun. Yang paling sering disebutkan adalah Rabiah al-Adawiyah, namun sufi perempuan masih perlu lebih banyak dipublikasikan, dan lain halnya jika tokohnya laki-laki. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan naskah ‘Munajat Perempuan Sufi Aceh Pocut di Beutong’ mengenai eksistensi dan peran seorang sufi perempuan berinisial Pocut di Beutong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa puisi-puisi dalam buku ‘Munajat Wanita Sufi Aceh’ menjelaskan bahwa keberadaan dan peranan Pocut di Beutong sangat berarti pada masa itu. Hal ini terlihat dari sejarah yang diceritakan dalam buku tersebut mengenai bagaimana Pocut di Beutong turut membantu mempertahankan tanah Aceh dengan berbagai cara, seperti berdoa, mengajar, mengembangkan amalan, dan berupaya mendekatkan diri kepada Allah. Hal ini sama pentingnya dengan Cut Nyak Dien dan pahlawan wanita lainnya yang akan berperang.Kata Kunci: Naskah; Wanita Sufi; Aceh.Abstract: This paper intends to describe the Sufis woman in Aceh, known as Pocut di Butong contained in the manuscript. The long history of Sufism in Aceh provides a crucial role for the people of Acehnese. Aceh, also known as Serambi Mecca, at that time of Islamic law was implemented. The existence of Sufi or carriers of Sufism is so essential that these teachings continue to develop. Sufi in Aceh have been popular with men for their disregard for women. Among female Sufis, their existence is minimal and not written in any history. The most often mentioned is Rabiah al-Adawiyah, but more female Sufis still need to be published, and it is different if the character is male. This study is a manuscript review of ‘Munajat Perempuan Sufi Aceh Pocut di Beutong’ regarding the existence and role of a female Sufis with the initial Pocut di Beutong. The study results show that the poems in the book ‘Munajat Wanita Sufi Aceh’ explain that the existence and role of Pocut di Beutong was very significant at that time. This can be seen from the history recounted in the book regarding how Pocut di Beutong also helped defend the land of Aceh in different ways, such as praying, teaching, developing practice, and attempting to get closer to Allah. This is just as important as Cut Nyak Dien and other female heroes going to war.Keywords: Manuscript; Sufis Woman; Aceh.

Abstract

The Gampong government has an important role in empowering the community. This is the case with the Gampong Jawa government, which empowers community groups to manage waste. This research aims to discover the role played by the village government in empowering the community towards waste management in Gampong Jawa, Banda Aceh City. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data sources obtained are primary data from direct interviews with 5 informants in Gampong Jawa Banda Aceh City and secondary data collected from the field and library supporting documents. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation sent directly to the research location. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of the village government in waste management is very necessary for community empowerment of the surrounding environment. Then, the results of the discussion state that the village government's lack of participation and supervision in waste management by the community is a problem. The village government pays little attention to waste management groups in Gampong Jawa. The form of attention of the Gampong government only facilitates transportation facilities, such as garbage trucks and rickshaws, in waste management by the community.

Abstract

Abstract: The number of MSMEs in Bandung Regency will reach 17,755 in 2022. This shows that the interest of MSME business actors is quite high, but the numbers are stagnant based on existing data. If we look at the increase every year in terms of numbers, it is not certain that the quality level of MSMEs in Bandung Regency is good. With the increase every year, it is a good and positive thing or just an increase in numbers without looking at the quality and business performance of MSME business actors in Bandung Regency. This research aims to see how much influence entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and total quality management have on the business performance of MSMEs in Bandung Regency. The method used in research on the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and total quality management on MSME business performance in Bandung Regency is to use quantitative methods with descriptive objectives, individual analysis units, no data intervention by researcher involvement and cross sectional data collection methods. The sampling technique uses the Slovin/Yamane formula so that the sample size of 400 MSME business actors can be determined. Based on the research results, it is stated that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and total quality management have a positive effect on the business performance of MSMEs in Bandung Regency. The main factor that has a significant positive influence is total quality management on business performance.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Orientation; Market Orientation; Total Quality Management; Business Performance.Abstrak: Jumlah UMKM Kabupaten Bandung menyentuh angka 17.755 pada tahun 2022. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa minat para pelaku usaha UMKM sudah cukup tinggi namun terjadi angka yang stagnan berdasarkan data yang ada. Jika dilihat dari naiknya tiap tahun dalam segi angka, belum pasti menentukan bahwa tingkat kualitas UMKM di Kabupaten Bandung itu baik. Dengan naiknya tiap tahun itu menjadi hal yang baik dan positif atau hanya sekedar kenaikan angka tanpa melihat kualitas dan kinerja bisnis dari pelaku usaha UMKM di Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar dan manajemen kualitas total terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar dan manajemen kualitas total terhadap kinerja bisnis umkm di Kabupaten Bandung adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tujuan deskriptif, unit analisis secara individu, keterlibatan peneliti tidak ada intervensi data dan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin/yamane sehingga dapat diketahui jumlah sampel sebanyak 400 pelaku usaha UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar dan manajemen kualitas total berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM di Kabupaten Bandung. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi signifikan positif yaitu manajemen kualitas total terhadap kinerja bisnis.Kata Kunci: Orientasi Kewirausahaan; Orientasi Pasar; Manajemen Kualitas Total; Kinerja Bisnis.

Abstract

Family harmony is a state where family members are united, each member fulfills their rights and obligations, affection is fostered, and mutual understanding, dialogue, and cooperation are well established, resulting in physical and spiritual well-being. This study aims to understand communication patterns in creating a harmonious household, analyze communication aspects influencing household harmony, and identify obstacles in creating a harmonious household. This research uses qualitative methods, where the researcher comprehensively examines the facts in the field according to the focus of the problem. The data obtained is then analyzed, presented, and discussed. Accurate and reliable data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that (1) communication patterns that can create household harmony include interpersonal communication, mutual trust and understanding, direct communication, and gentle communication; (2) communication aspects affecting household harmony include communication patterns and adjustments, the busyness of both spouses, financial issues, poor parenting, and lack of mutual trust. On the other hand, poor and ineffective communication results in household disharmony, as communication within the household is the main element for expressing all household life issues, and everything must be communicated openly and transparently. (3) obstacles to creating a harmonious household include poor communication, family aspects, economic aspects, infidelity, and lack of cooperation in nurturing, caring for, and guiding children. The responsibility for children is entirely handed over to the wife. At the same time, the husband only focuses on earning a living, thinking he must provide financially without assisting with household affairs. However, in maintaining a household, cooperation in all matters is essential.

Abstract

Abstract: In Karang Tengah Hamlet, Karangwidoro Village, Dau District, Malang Regency, there is a dry cake business which is usually busy before Eid which was founded in 2013 and is marketed through neighbors and friends of the owner. Because in this village there are many residents from outside the area who are boarding houses, the author carried out a service, namely strengthening the WhatsApp Group network through boarding residents. This is done to expand the pastry marketing network, which can provide benefits to both parties. The seller can expand the marketing network and the boarding party can get additional income without having to make and package the product. The methods used are socialization, direct practice and evaluation. After one month, the results showed that cake marketing was increasingly spread to other areas and sales turnover increased.Keywords: Business Networking; WhatsApp Group; Marketing.Abstrak: Di Dusun Karang Tengah Desa Karangwidoro Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang terdapat usaha kue kering yang biasanya ramai menjelang lebaran yang berdiri sejak tahun 2013 yang dipasarkan melalui tetangga maupun teman-teman pemilik. Karena di desa tersebut banyak terdapat warga dari luar daerah yang indekost, maka penulis melakukan pengabdian yaitu penguatan jaringan Grup WhatsApp melalui warga yang indekost tersebut. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memperluas jaringan pemasaran kue kering, yang dapat memberikan keuntungan pada kedua belah pihak. Pihak penjual dapat memperluas jaringan pemasaran dan pihak yang indekost mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan tanpa harus membuat dan mengemas produk.  Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan sosialisasi, praktik langsung dan evaluasi. Abstract

Abstract: Floods that occur in the capital city of Jakarta generally occur because of the large number of settlements that stand along the riverbanks. The width of the river is getting narrower and river sedimentation is occurring. On the other hand, the lack of green open land and lack of public awareness in preserving the environment is one of the causes of flooding in the capital, Jakarta. This research aims to determine the level of community participation in reducing the risk of flooding in Pondok Pinang Village, Kebayoran Lama District, South Jakarta City. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. Based on the calculation results, the percentage obtained is 94% that community participation can reduce the risk of flooding in Pondok Pinang Village, Kebayoran Lama District, South Jakarta City. The results of this research show that the people of Pondok Pinang Village, Kebayoran Lama District have a very important role in reducing flood risk. Forms of community participation include waste management, cleaning drainage channels, making biopores in each yard of the house, as well as actively participating in education related to flood risk management.Keywords: Participation; Public; Flood; Environment; River.Abstrak: Banjir yang terjadi di Ibukota Jakarta umumnya terjadi karena banyaknya permukiman yang berdiri di sepanjang bantaran sungai. Lebar sungai yang semakin menyempit serta sedimentasi sungai. Di sisi lain, kurangnya lahan terbuka hijau dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya banjir di Ibukota Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengurangi risiko banjir di Kelurahan Pondok Pinang, Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama, Kota Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, persentase yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 94% partisipasi masyarakat dapat mengurangi risiko banjir di Kelurahan Pondok Pinang, Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama, Kota Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masyarakat Kelurahan Pondok Pinang Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama memiliki peran yang sangat penting terhadap pengurangan risiko banjir. Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat yang dilakukan di antaranya pengaturan sampah, perbersihan saluran drainase, pembuatan biopori di tiap halaman rumah, serta ikut aktif mengikut penyuluhan yang berkaitan dengan penanganan risiko banjir.Kata Kunci: Partisipasi; Masyarakat; Banjir; Lingkungan; Sungai.
