Abstract

Citrus fruit is a plant that is very susceptible to disease. Diseases that often attack citrus fruits are usually in the form of spots on the fruit. Diagnostics of citrus fruit diseases are usually carried out by experts manually which can cause the results to be subjective. Not all farmers are experts in diagnosing citrus fruit diseases. Therefore, this study proposes a system for diagnosing citrus fruit diseases using computer vision based on deep learning. So that the model can be used on computers with limited resources, this study proposes the Alexnet model, which is relatively light but has proven excellent accuracy in classifying several datasets. The dataset used is citrus fruit disease images of 1790 images which are divided into 4 classes, namely blackspot, canker, grenning, and healthy fruit. The best results achieved with a scenario of 90% training data and 10% validation data are with an accuracy of 94,34%, a precision of 93,0%, a recall of 94,0%, and an F1-score of 95,0%. The best results are obtained with a combination of dropout, batch normalization, and fully-connected layer scenarios in the classifier layers section.

Abstract

The obstacle most often faced by tourist attractions is related to the variable number of visitors where the number of visitors has decreased due to the co-19 pandemic. This variable number of visitors can be an obstacle for tourist attraction managers to be able to maximize the income earned. This study aims to develop a forecasting system for the number of visitors to Gumul Paradise Island by applying the Prophet Method. The stages of the research include communication, prophet modeling, and evaluation of results. The data used as training data is visitor data from 2012 to 2021. This study used data-filling techniques to fill in the blank training data. The accuracy rate of forecasting the number of visitors is 99.387% in comparing the forecasting results of training data with test data and 90.242% in forecasting results with actual data. This can be interpreted that the forecasting model using the prophet method can predict the number of visitors to the Gumul Paradise Island tourist attraction.

Abstract

The methods and media that are used in the teaching and learning process are crucial to its success. With the use of suitable learning resources, teachers and students can overcome barriers to learning, enabling students to quickly access and comprehend course material. The survey was conducted in SD Negeri 1 Rogojampi, and the findings revealed that teachers only verbally communicated knowledge to the students while they were learning. With the use of an Android-based Visual Novel Game and the ADDIE method, the researcher hoped to innovate in the development of English learning media. Sixth-grade elementary school students who were randomly selected as respondents during the implementation stage were divided into groups that used learning media and groups that did not. According to the expert validation results, learning media are practicable to use and test on respondents. There were no problems in the learning media during the small group test, allowing it to be continued to the implementation stage or the big group test on research respondents. The respondents are put into two groups for comparison purposes: the group that received learning media and the group that did not. The average comparison value between the groups using learning media and the groups not using learning media differs by 2.9, showing that visual novel learning media is both useful and effective as a learning medium.

Abstract

The quality of an educational staff can be seen from the realization of the employee's work targets (SKP) which is supported by the results of the assessment that have been determined by colleagues and the leadership of the education staff itself. The determining factors are work overload which is calculated from (SKP realization value – SKP target value) + attitude behavior value. In this case, after the behavioral assessment at Udayana University is only accumulated in a simple mathematical manner, where colleagues and leaders fill out a satisfaction questionnaire and each question has an assessment, it will be accumulated and taken on average to be accumulated with excess workload. This of course can lead to inappropriate results because the things given are very subjective which results in perfect scores, but not objective, so that it is difficult for HR to determine employees who have the right attitude. Profile Matching is the process of comparing the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value, so that differences in competence (also called GAP) can be known. The smaller the resulting GAP, the greater the weight value. Implementation of Profile Matching on data of outstanding education personnel at Udayana University is carried out by making several aspects such as administration, leadership, and personality as core factors and secondary factors. The results of the implementation at Gambar 8 show that the use of the profile matching method for this case has been successfully implemented, in the implementation of this method it does not assume that the highest value is the best value, but demands that the ideal value used is the maximum value so that expectations do not exceed the ideal value, and changes in the weight of the criteria affect the resulting alternative decisions, so it should be noted that the filling percentage of core factor, secondary factor, and the presentage of aspect needs to be adjusted to the data conditions, to get objective results.

Abstract

E-Commerce is beneficial for micro, small and medium enterprises in selling their products. Initially, sales were only made offline; now, they can be done online. The HOT (Human, Organization, Technology) Fit Evaluation Framework is used to evaluate Android-based micro, small and medium business E-Commerce applications. This study analyzes the effect of service quality on user satisfaction and the effect of user satisfaction and organization on net benefits. It is to provide information about the level of perceptions of Android-based E-Commerce users in its implementation. The results of data analysis were conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The quality of Service (KL) of Android-based e-commerce significantly affects User Satisfaction (KP). The coefficient value is 0.760, and the CR is 6,780 more than the required critical value of 1.96. It indicates that Service Quality has a significant effect on User Satisfaction. User Satisfaction has a significant effect on Net Benefits. The coefficient value is 0.492, and the CR is 5.511, more than the required critical value of 1.96. It states that User Satisfaction has a significant effect on Net Benefit. Organizational structure has a significant effect on Net Benefit. The coefficient value is 0.547, and the CR of 5.246 is more than the required critical value of 1.96. It means that the Organizational Structure has a significant effect on Net Benefit. Abstract

The process of selecting candidates for home rehabilitation of Dhuafa in Desa Ulee Nyeue, Kec. Banda Baro, Aceh Utara still using a manual process and by a subjective assessment. In this study the authors designed a decision support system to determine the candidates for home rehabilitation of Dhuafa in Desa Ulee Nyeue, Kec. Banda Baro using TOPSIS method. The criteria we used in the decision support system process are the area of the house, house building materials, type of floor, occupation and income. In this decision support system, it is supported by a method in making decisions, that is a web- based Topsis method which can support data processing. The sample data analyzed by using Topsis method in this research obtained that several people who had the priority to receive the housing rehabilitation of dhuafa assistance based on the preference value of each alternative are Fatimah Ben, which has a value of 0.534110001, Habsah with a value of 0.481135666 and Mawardi with a value of 0.629027038. The final result of this research is that the system built can help the selection team for home rehabilitation of dhuafa in Desa Ulee Nyeue, Kec. Banda Baro, Aceh Utara to make the process of determining more accurate.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has also had an impact on UMKM. Boarding house businesses are included in UMKM which are located in school or campus areas. As a result of the pandemic, many boarding house businesses around campus have been abandoned because of the WFH and SFH policies. After 2 years, now schools and campuses have started to be active again. These conditions can revive the boarding house business around the USN Kolaka campus in Popalia Village. Based on the results of observations and interviews with students and boarding house owners, problems were found in efforts to revive the post- pandemic boarding house business, including: 1) students as the target consumer had difficulty obtaining boarding house information; 2) there is no info on the location map of the boarding house; 3) boarding house owners still use manual methods to promote their boarding houses. From these problems, it is necessary to digitize boarding houses, one of which is by making applications that can provide clear and up-to-date information. This study aims to develop a boarding house search application using the scrum method. The results of this study succeeded in making the popakos.com application according to user needs with a processing time of 54 days.

Abstract

Social Media is an application internet based of communication. Twitter is one tool that Internet users frequently utilize. Twitter is one tool that Internet users frequently utilize., Twitter is a website that offers microblogging services so that users can communicate ideas, opinions, or just their daily lives through brief writings called Tweets. Social media is a communication tool that Internet users are currently using in large numbers. Tweets from Twitter users cover a wide range of topics, and from these tweets, data can be extracted for sentiment analysis, which can provide information to a variety of parties. The purpose of this project is to develop a system for sentiment analysis that can produce data and information in the form of positive sentiment, negative sentiment, and neutral sentiment. The Nave Bayes Classifier technique is used to categorize feelings. This system receives input in the form of public tweets on the Covid-19 Pandemic. Data visualizations of positive, negative, and neutral sentiment are produced by this system as its output. The Public Sentiment Analysis System with the Nave Bayes Classifier Algorithm can automatically do sentiment analysis with an accuracy of 70% when classifying a tweet using the Nave Bayes Classifier approach. The analysis's findings are presented in tabular form and visually using word clouds and diagrams.

Abstract

Twitter is a social media application that can be used on desktop, web and smartphone systems. The large number of Twitter users makes Twitter inseparable from cyber crimes, such as pornography, online gambling, hate speech and other crimes. The purpose of this study is to conduct a forensic investigation on the Twitter Direct Message (DM) application using the NIJ method and determine the success rate of forensic tools in finding deleted data. This study uses the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) method with the stages of identification, collection, examination, analysis, and reporting assisted by forensic tools to obtain digital traces that can be used as evidence. The results obtained from this study were the discovery of evidence of deleted chats and images on Twitter DMs with a success rate of forensic tools (Magnet AXIOM and MOBILEedit) in finding these evidences of 66.66%.

Abstract

Water quality in ponds is a physical factor that influences tilapia cultivation. In general, tilapia can grow at a degree of acidity (pH) 5-9 with a maximum air turbidity of 50NTU. Cases of tilapia death in GIP Housing Martopuro Village often occur due to a lack of attention in maintaining the quality of pond water. So with the case study method that aims to solve these problems a system is designed that can monitor water quality and automatic water changes based on water condition parameters through the "Nila Fish Care" application, the application is available on Google Playstore. The results of testing the average water pH is 6.37 and the average value of water turbidity is 35.96. With this system, that it can assist tilapia farmers in monitoring air quality remotely using an application and changing water automatically without human power
