Abstract

To win the competition in globalization, companies must be able to achieve production efficiency, as well as win the hearts of customers by providing innovative and consistent products. Production efficiency can be proven by the growth of earnings greater than output growth or can be said the company to obtain maximum operating leverage. The position of product offerings on the market is very important, how the company can lead the market, for that company must be able to understand the needs of customers by offering innovative products with competitive prices, it is expected that the company can generate sales turnover that has maximum earning power

Abstract

Successful entrepreneurs require an edge derived from some combination of a creative idea and a superior capacity for execution. The entrepreneur’s creativity may involve an innovation product or a process that changes the existing order. Or entrepreneur may have a unique insight about the course or consequence of an external change. Entrepreneurship is the vehicle that drives creativity and innovation. Innovation creates new demand and entrepreneurship brings the innovation to the market. Innovation is the successful development of competitive edge and as such, is the key to entrepreneurship. Creativity and Innovation are at the heart of the spirit of enterprise. It means striving to perform activities differently or to perform different activities to enable the entrepreneur deliver a unique mix of value. Thus the value of creativity and innovation is to provide a gateway for astute entrepreneurship—actively searching for opportunities to do new things, to do existing things in extraordinary ways. Creativity and Innovation therefore, trigger and propel first-rate entrepreneurship in steering organization activities in whatever new directions are dictated by market conditions and customer preferences, thereby delighting the customers to the benefit of the stakeholders. Innovation also means anticipating the needs of the market, offering additional quality or services, organization efficiently, mastering details, and keeping cost under control.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidance about the differences of stock trading volume and average abnormal return on growing and not growing company before and after stock split.  Based on purposive sampling, there are 38 sample. This study uses analysis of Wilcoxon Signed Test and Mann Whitney by the period of event is 31 days; 15 days before stock split (t-15) and 15 days after stock split (t+15). The result of study shows that there is no trading volume significance differences before and after stock split on growing and not growing company. The insignificance differences is also found in Average Abnormal Return before and after stock split on on growing and not growing company. Furthermore, there is no differences of trading volume and average abnormal return on on growing and not growing company before and after stock split.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to find the influence of Customer Relationship Marketing's variables that are consist Bonding, Emphaty, Reciprocity, and Trust that did influence simultaneously as well as partial on loyality customer and also to know which one from the fourth variables of Customer Relationship Marketing highest or dominant to loyality customer. The method which used on this research is quantitative methods, that is the research which based on positive ideology which have the aim to Test the hypothesis that had been set up. The sample of this research is the customer  which totally are 97 respondents. The methods which used to take the sample are insidental sampling and reability purposive sampling. To examine the instrument the writer used the test of validity and reability, whereas the technique which used analyze the data to test the hypotesis is double regression linear which used test F (simultan) and test T (parsial). The result of this research show that customer relationship marketing variables which are : Bonding, Emphaty ,Reciprocity, and Trust simultaneously which influence significantly to loyality customer, customer relationship marketing variables which are Bonding, Emphaty, Reciprocity, and trust that influence significantly to loyality customer and from the fourth customer ralationship marketing variables that trust is the variable which influence is highest/ dominant to loyality customer.

Abstract

Dalam  menentukan  kesehatan  koperasi  untuk  keseragaman dan panduan dalam menilai kinerja koperasi, maka Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM menerbitkan Keputusan Menteri Koperasi dan UKM Nomor Nomor : 14/Per/M.KUKM/VII/2009 tentang  Perubahan  Atas Peraturan Menteri Negara bahwa: Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Nomor 20/Per/M.KUKM/XI/2008 Tentang Pedoman Penilaian Kesehatan Koperasi  Simpan Pinjam dan Unit Simpan Pinjam Koperasi. Masalah  diteliti  Bagaimanakah  analisis  kesehatan  keuangan KP-RI  Sumekar  Sumenep  berdasarkan  Peraturan  Menteri  Koperasi dan UKM RI Nomor : 14/Per/ M.KUKM/VII/2009, sedangkan  tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahuanalisis  kesehatan  keuangan KP-RI  Sumekar  Sumenep  berdasarkan  Peraturan  Menteri  Koperasi dan UKM RI Nomor : 14/Per/ M.KUKM/VII/2009. Dalam  menjawab  permasalahan  tersebut, penelitian  menggunakan  penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan  Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan UKM. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  tingkat kesehatan USP KPRI “Sumekar  Sumenep”, penilaian  berdasarkan  Peraturan Menteri Negara dan UKM Nomor : 14/Per/M.KUKM/VII/2009  maka dapat diambil kesimpulan Koperasi  Sumekar  Sumenep  Kurang  Sehat

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas orgaisasi pada Koperasi Dharma Wanita Universitas Trunojoyo. Factor efektifitas yang terdiri dari: Perang Anggota (X1), Peran Manajer (X2) dan Kondisi Lingkungan (X3). Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan  uji  hipotesa yaitu Uji T dan Uji F. untuk mengetahui tingkat signifikansinya dapat diketahui dengan cara membandingkan nilai F hitung 87,985 F tabel 2,49.Sementara nilai (R) adjusted sebesar 0,892 yang berarti bahwa besarnya pengaruh factor efektifitasorganisasi yang terdiri dari: peran anggota (X1), peran manajer (X2) dan Kondisi Lingkungan (X3) sebesar 89,2% sementara 10,8% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain seperti simpanan pokok, simpanan wajib, simpanan sukarela dan Sisa Hasil Usaha.Hasil uji T diketahui bahwa secara parsial peran anggota (X1) berpengaruh dominan terhadap variable Y. hal ini dapat diketahui dari nilai thitung (3,201) . ttabel (2,039) .Dengan  demikian hipotesa faktor peran anggota (X1), peran manajer(X2) dan Kondisi Lingkungan (X3) secara parsial terbukti.

Abstract

Developing entrepreneurship to the student, with the end result is the formation of young entrepreneurs, it needs a model of sustainable entrepreneurial learning. This model prioritizes the synergy of government policies on entrepreneurship education and the establishment of curricula that include entrepreneurship development stages. The first element is the government policy on entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurship education policy has been sparked and is followed by a variety of entrepreneurial programs that can be accessed by students and the university. The second element is the establishment of a curriculum based entrepreneurship. Curriculum developed from the first semester until the end semester, based on the stage of entrepreneurship development. These stages can generally be designed as follows: (1) growing entrepreneurial mindset, (2) Stage of business experience, (3) business start up, (4) business development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks LQ45 periode 2012-2015. Metode penentuan sampel  dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 18 sampel perusahaan dengan 72 observasi. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian digunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan moderated regression analysis, dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, 2) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, 3) kebijakan dividen mampu secara signifikan memoderasi pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan,4) kebijakan dividen mampu secara signifikan memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengidentifikasi  variabel kompetensi dan hubungan antar manusia (human relation) mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PDAM Sumber Pocong Bangkalan baik secara parsial, simultan dan variabel yang paling dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total populasi 167 dan total sampel 63 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin, serta teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Penelitian ini di analisis menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji instrument penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, dan teknik analisis untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t.Berdasarkan uji statistik, ditemukan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat di lihat dengan nilai koefisien regresi (B) sebesar 0,472 dan memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari a = 0,05. Sedangkan hasil thitung sebesar lebih besar 3,478 dari ttabel  sebesar 1,67065. Selanjutnya di temukan bahwa hubungan antar manusia (human relation) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat di lihat dengan nilai koefisien regresi (B) sebesar 0,447 dan memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,007 yang lebih kecil dari a = 0,05. Sedangkan hasil thitung sebesar 2,797 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,67065. Kemudian ditemukan secara bersama-sama atau simultan kompetensi dan hubungan antar manusia (human relation) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Fhitung  sebesar 89,194 lebih besar dari Ftabel  yaitu 3,15 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 0,05. Sedangkan untuk variabel yang paling dominan kompetensi berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan daripada hubungan antar manusia. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien Beta kompetensi  sebesar  0,493    dari  nilai  koefisien  Beta  hubungan   antar manusia (human relation) sebesar 0,397

Abstract

The purpose of study are (1) to know  there is any correlation between the cost of the quality with  ROA  in PT. Cement Indonesia Persero (Tbk), (2) to know  there is any correlation between the cost of the quality with ROE in PT. Cement Indonesia Persero (Tbk), (3) to know  there is any correlation between the cost of distribution with  ROA in PT. Cement Indonesia Persero (Tbk), (4) to know there is any correlation between the cost of distribution with  ROE in PT. Cement Indonesia Persero (Tbk). This study use correlation analysis to test the hypothesis. The result of this study indicate that  (1) correlation between the cost of the quality of with ROA is  -0,990. It means that correlation between the cost of the quality of with ROA  in the category of negative strong. (2) correlation between the cost of the quality of with ROE is -0,892. It means that correlation between the cost of the quality of with ROE  in the category of negative strong. (3) correlation the cost of the distribution of with ROA is  -0,923. It means that correlation between the cost of the distribution of with ROA  in the category of negative strong. (4) correlation between the cost of the distribution of with ROE is -0,964. It means that correlation between the cost of the distribution of with ROE in the category of negative strong.
