Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of marketing mix 7P (product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, and process) on costumer loyalty with the mediating role of customer satisfaction. A lesson from case of overlapping online transportation user base in Indonesia, specificly from Grab’s Consumer perspective. The research was design by using conclusive experiment, in casual type, with quantitative and survey methods. The sampling method used is sampling judgmental and the data was analized by SEM-PLS with WarpPLS 6.0. Data was taken by giving questionaire to 406 respondents. Respondents are Grab’s consumer. The result shows that the variable such as price, promotion, place, people, and process were significantly positif give effect to customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction affected customer loyalty positifly and significantly.  In other hand, product and physical evidence were not significantly give effect. Adjusted R-squared coefficients of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty were 0,540 and 0,512 which means 54% of customer satisafction can be made by marketing mix variables and 51,2% of customer loyalty can be made by customer satisfaction. The future research in the same topic can use probability sampling method, especially stratified random sampling, and researcher can compare to another ASEAN countries’ data to enhance the more meaningful insight.Key words: marketing mix, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, online transportation. ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran 7P (product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, and process) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan peran mediasi kepuasan pelanggan. Pelajaran dari kasus tumpang tindih basis pengguna transportasi online di Indonesia, khususnya dari perspektif konsumen Grab. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan eksperimen konklusif, dalam tipe kasual, dengan metode kuantitatif dan survei. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling judgmental dan data dianalisis dengan SEM-PLS menggunakan bantuan WarpPLS 6.0. Data diambil dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 406 responden. Responden adalah konsumen Grab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel seperti price, promotion, place, people, dan process berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan secara positif dan signifikan. Di sisi lain, product dan physical evidence tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Koefisien Adjusted R-squared pada kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan adalah 0,540 dan 0,512 yang berarti 54% dari kepuasan pelanggan dapat dibuat oleh variabel bauran pemasaran dan 51,2% dari loyalitas pelanggan dapat dibentuk oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian di masa depan dalam topik yang sama dapat menggunakan metode sampling probabilitas, khususnya pengambilan sampel bertingkat, dan peneliti dapat membandingkan dengan data negara-negara ASEAN lainnya untuk meningkatkan masukan yang lebih bermakna.Kata kunci: Kepuasan pelanggan, Kualitas layanan, loyalitas pelanggan, transportasi online.

Abstract

Abstract. This research uses the parametric method, Distribution Free Approach(DFA), by using intermediation approach to analyze the level of cost efficiency, profitefficiency, and alternative profit efficiency of the banking industry in Indonesia. Thedata used are annual report data of 89 conventional commercial banks operating for 12years (2004-2015). The result shown that the level of profit efficiency and alternativeprofit efficiency are higher than cost efficiency in the Indonesian banking industry.State-owned bank is the most efficient in cost efficiency, while the foreign bank is themost efficient in profit efficiency and alternative profit efficiency.Keyword: DFA, Cost Efficiency, Profit Efficiency, Alternative Profit Efficiency

Abstract

Abstract: PT Pertamina Gas is a company involved in the midstream and downstream sectors ofgas industry in Indonesia that unreleased from problems that have a relation with level of gastransmission availability which determines the quality and productivity of company intransmitting gas until arrive to the end users. However, maintenance in turbine machinesfrequently conduct reactively which machines fixed if occured a damage (breakdownmaintenance). This is can be seen at availability levels that very fluctuative and declining inmarch 2013 and also december 2013. Therefore, maintenance improvement is required withTotal Productive Maintenance approach so that the gas transmission availability will reach thetarget. TPM is an innovative approach to maintenance that optimizes equipment effectiveness,eliminates breakdowns and promotes autonomous maintenance. According to the primary andsecondary data analysis, planned maintenance programs (one of pillar in TPM) are the maincause of declining the equipment availability in PT Pertamina Gas Western Java Area especiallybecause of spare part problems.Based on this, in order to have gas transmission avalability reachthe target, company needs to conduct Total Productive Maintenance program which includefocused maintenance, autonomous maintenance and planned maintenance.Keywords: Availability, Total Productive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, FocusedMaintenance, Planned Maintenance

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to prove the influence of organizational culture, usercompetence and internal control to the quality of Regional Financial ManagementInformation Sistem (abbreviation=SIPKD), and to also prove the quality of SIPKDrelationship to the quality of accounting information. Survey in Garut local governmentas many as 75 of SIPKD users. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) with Partial Least Square approach (PLS). The SEM PLS consists of twoevaluation; inner model and structural model. The result of the research indicate thatthere is an effect of internal control on the creation of quality SIPKD, and qualitySIPKD can influence the creation of quality accounting information. While theorganization culture and user competence is not proven to influence the creation ofquality SIPKD. Research implications can solve the problem of accounting informationsistems, especially in the local government of Garut.

Abstract

Abstract: This thesis discusses the analysis of production department partial productivity measurement with the method of Objective Matrix (OMAX) in Building G-line PT Gandum Mas Kencana. Objective methods of Matrix (OMAX is a partial productivity measuring system to monitor productivity according to the existence of the object or part. In the method of OMAX criteria – the criteria or key performance indicator (KPI) that affect the productivity index was defined clearly and must be donefor each weighting criteria. In their weighting criteria, the method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Object of research was done on the line of Buildings G PT Gandum Mas Kencana that producing compound chocolate. Criteria – the criteria that influence the productivity of the line of building G, namely: a raw material partial productivity, the productivity of the workforce, the effectiveness of electricity power, overtime working hours minimize, minimize labor costs, downtime minimize, productdefects minimize and semi-finished products minimize. Determination of standard performance done on the second semester in 2012, then the causal analysis is performed by using fishbone diagrams to find the causes of the low productivity of the line of G Building. Results of the analysis and proposal of improvement, then the average productivity index in the January to August 2013 in line G Building increased.Keywords: Objective Matrix (OMAX), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP),Productivity Index.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and understand Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Islamic perspective (application of piety) of ITL Trisakti employees in Jakarta. This is a study case research with a qualitative approach. The data were collected through observation and interview. The informants of this study are employees of   ITL Trisakti. This thesis is the effort to study scientifically the meaning of OCB in Islamic perspective, and how is piety implemented. Good comprehension of the subjects over piety and its internalization has shaped and formed OCB. Regarding OCB of ITL Trisakti employees, it can be inferred that of all dimension of altruism; civic virtue, advocating high moral standards, and removal of harm, merely all are observable within the employees. Piety can be a discourse in educational institution research and contributes to achieve organizational goals

Abstract

Abstract. The study aims at analyzing and explain the influence of system quality,information quality, service quality to user satisfaction e-learning system in the Masterof Management UMB. Total population of this study were 451 students with a totalsample of 82. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Theanalytical method used GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis). Theresults showed that the system quality, information quality, and service qualitysignificantly influence user satisfaction e-learning system. The better the perception ofthe quality system, the quality of information, and the quality of service it will furtherincrease user satisfaction.

After doing the calculations with those methods,affair price for the shares of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbkand PT. Indofarma(Persero) Tbk its obtained. To get affair price to the value of the reference shares,reconciliation should be done. Based onthe results of there conciliation, the fair pricesfor thes hares of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk is 693 rupiahs and PT. Abstract

This study aims to explore individual motivations to donate kidney in the context of humanity-oriented marketing. It was aimed to understand the influences of financial incentive and perceived risk in the decision of donating kidney. This study tried to specify the kidney donors into altruistic and unrelated kidney donor type, where previous study tends to generalize the behavior of all kidney sources. This study also tries to test the moderating role of altruism, because kidney donation is an act that’s driven by humanity values. Using non-probability sampling, survey method with online questionnaires, the samples consist of 101 out of 125 obtained data from 545 contacted potential donors in Kidney Donor Indonesia Facebook community. To analyze the data, this study use Structural Equation Modeling with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3 Software. The result indicates that altruism moderates the behavior of kidney donors because the consideration of kidney donor’s in high and low altruism group found to have differences. Health authorities and related institutions that runs the kidney donation program can use the presented findings to create a better strategy in promoting kidney donation and increasing the awareness of potential market in Indonesia. Abstract: Ability to manage a good distribution channel is a competitive advantage which isimportance for industries. Bad distribution channel will have bad impact in whole aspects oforganization, especially on its profit margin. Precise quantity and on time delivery are crucialaspects of distribution success. Distribution and transportation system have to be designoptimally to result the minimum cost of distribution. Perum Bulog as government agencywho run the distribution of rice have to pay attention on optimizing its distribution channel.In operating their task, Perum Bulog will be support by its sub division who will be managethe distribution process of rice in its own region. This research is focused to define theoptimum combination of channel and quantity on distribution of rice from Sub Divre WestJava to the cities and regencies in order to achieve the minimum distribution cost usingtransportation method, Linear Programming method, and LINDO. As the result of thisresearch, the minimum cost of optimal distribution of rice on West Java Region is 5,3 billionrupiahs.Keywords : Rice, Distribution, Transportation Method, Linear Programming, LINDOAbstrak: Kemampuan untuk mengelola jaringan distribusi yang baik merupakan suatukeunggulan kompetitif yang sangat penting bagi industri. Sistem distribusi dan transportasiharus dirancang secara optimal sehingga diperoleh biaya yang seminum mungkin. PerumBULOG sebagai wakil pemerintah dalam melakukan pemerataan dan distrbusi beras, yangmerupakan komoditi pangan pokok bagi masyarakat Indonesia, tentunya harusmemperhatikan pola distribusi yang optimal. Dalam menjalankan proses operasionalnyaPerum BULOG akan dibantu oleh Sub Divisi Regional yang akan menangani perberasan diwilayah kerjanya masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jalurperencanaan dan jumlah optimum distribusi beras dari Sub Divisi Regional Jawa Barat kekabupaten dan kota yang dapat meminimumkan biaya distribusi sehingga biaya yangditimbulkan akan mencapai titik terendah menggunakan menggunakan metode transportasi,Linear Programming dan LINDO. Dari hasil penelitan ini, optimasi distribusi beras padaDivre Jawa Barat, maka total biaya distribusi yang optimum sebesar Rp.5,374,025 360.Kata Kunci : Beras, Distribusi, Metode Transportasi, Program Linier, LINDO
