Abstract

Mega Andriani (C1A315088), 2019. Analysis of Characteristic of Kewirausahaan and Capital Employed of In Development of is Effort Jambu Mete UD Mubaraq Lombe [in] Town Kendari. Guided by Bpk Arifin Utha as counsellor I and Ms. Ninik Endang Purwati as counsellor II.This Research aim to to analyse the characteristic of kewirausahaan and capital employed in development of is effort jambu mete UD Mubaraq Lombe in Town Kendari. As for informan in this research as much 4 one who [is] consisted of by the owner of[is effort, manager and two people of warehouse custodian. Research type used in this research is descriptive research type, by using approach qualitative. Data collecting use the: observation, interview, and documentation.Result of this research indicate that the Characteristic kewirausahaan of pursuant to dimension of self confidence which have base to confidence, orienting duty and result, dare to risk, and orient the future with the the dimension implementation hence will develop the effort, at one blow capital exploiting by xself can improve the development of is effort jambu mete UD Mubaraq Lombe in Town Kendari .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality on lipstiik purbasari purchase decision and the significance of product quality influence on consumer decisions in purchasing purbasari lipstick. In this study using accidental sampling sampling technique that researchers choose who are members of the population who by chance meet with researchers who are considered to provide the necessary information. The data collection techniques used in this study is to use a questionnaire distributed to the respondents as much as 30 respondents. Product quality positively affects the consumer's decision to purchase a purple lipstick product, hence Hypothesis One (H1) is accepted which states that there is a positive influence. the quality of the product against the purchase decision of lipstick purbasari, and reject Hypothesis Zero (Ho) stating that there is no positive effect of product quality on purchasing decision lipstick purbasari. The result of the test of sinifikansi shows that the quality of the product partially significantly influence the purchasing decision of lipstick purbasari, so Hypothesis One (H1) accepted that there is significant influence of product quality to purchase decision of lipstick purbasari, and reject Hypothesis Zero (Ho) there is a significant effect of product quality on purchasing decision of lipstick purbasari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of Production Costs and Business Income in the Bread Industry in Kendari City (Study on the Gift of Mandiri Bread and Sari Rama Modern Bakery). This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches with 4 informants. The results showed that the production costs and operating income at the Karunia Mandiri Bread company and Sari Rama Modern Bakery were different. Where the amount of monthly production costs incurred by the Karunia Mandiri Bread company is Rp. 50,080,000 and Sari Rama Modern Bakery Rp. 46,047,500 and the amount of monthly income received by the Karunia Mandiri Roti company is Rp. 33,920,000 and Sari Rama Modern Bakery Rp. 25,952,500. Therefore, the company that earns more income is the Karunia Mandiri Roti company because the company Karunia Mandiri Roti produces more compared to Sari Rama Modern Bakery.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar Biaya Produksi dan Pendapatan Usaha pada Industri Roti di Kota Kendari (Studi pada Karunia Mandiri Roti dan Sari Rama Modern Bakery). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan jumlah informan 4 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa biaya produksi dan pendapatan usaha pada perusahaan Karunia Mandiri Roti dan Sari Rama Modern Bakery berbeda. Dimana besarnya biaya produksi per bulan yang dikeluarkan perusahaan Karunia Mandiri Roti sebesar Rp. 50.080.000 dan Sari Rama Modern Bakery sebesar Rp. 46.047.500 dan besarnya pendapatan per bulan yang diterima perusahaan Karunia Mandiri Roti sebesar Rp. 33.920.000 dan Sari Rama Modern Bakery sebesar Rp. 25.952.500. Oleh karena itu, Perusahaan yang mendapatkan pendapatan lebih besar yaitu perusahaan Karunia Mandiri Roti dikarenakan perusahaa Karunia Mandiri Roti lebih banyak memproduksi dibandingan dengan Sari Rama Modern Bakery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Informal Sector Business Development Strategy to Improve Revenue Street Vendors In Sub Kambu Kendari.The method used in this study isapproach a qualitativewhere research is descriptive that is to know or describe the reality of the incident is being investigated. The process of data analysis conducted continuously starts by examining the data available from various sources, from interviews, observations that have been written in the field notes, documents and so on until the conclusion.The research results found in the Informal Sector Business Development Strategy In Street Vendor Revenue Increases in District Kambu Kendari already well which of the two ways that can be applied is achieved with good business scale expansion and the expansion of business scope.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Sektor Informal Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Pedagang Kaki Lima Di Kecamatan Kambu Kota Kendari.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneltitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif  dimana  dalam  penelitian  yang  dilakukan  bersifat  deskriptif  yaitu  untuk mengetahui atau menggambarkan kenyataan dari kejadian yang diteliti. Proses analisis data dilakukan secara terus menerus dimulai dengan menelaah data yang tersedia  dari  berbagai  sumber,  yaitu  dari  wawancara,  pengamatan  yang  sudah dituliskan  dalam  catatan  lapangan,  dokumen  dan  sebagainya  sampai  dengan penarikan kesimpulan.Adapun hasil penelitian bahwa dalam  Startegi Pengembangan Usaha Sektor Informal Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kecamatan Kambu Kota Kendari sudah baik dimana dari dua cara yang diterapakan dapat tercapai dengan baik yaitu perluasan skala usaha dan perluasan cakupan usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Land and Building Tax Management System in increasing Regional Original Revenue and Land and Building Tax Contributions to Regional Original Revenue in the Tax Management Agency and Regional Retribution of Kendari City. This study used a qualitative approach with the number of informants 5 people. The results of the study show that there are five systems of land and building tax management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Kendari, namely Registration, Data Collection, Assessment, Determination and Collection. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Sistem Pengelolaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Kontribusi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah pada Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jumlah informan 5 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada lima sistem pengelolaa Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah pada Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari yaitu Pendaftaran, Pendataan, Penilaian, Penetapan dan Penagihan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the company PT. Cahaya Berlian Syukur Kendari with the aim to find out the distribution channel strategy in increasing the volume of LPG gas sales. The informants in this study are the company leaders, heads of marketing, administration, retailers and end customers. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. And using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely by providing a clear picture of the problems in research so that it can answer the problems in this study. The results of this study found that the distribution channel strategy used by PT. Cahaya Berlian Syukur on 12 kg LPG uses direct and indirect distribution channels, while on 50 kg LPG only uses direct distribution channels. In the distribution channel of PT. Cahaya Berlian Gratitude in the 12 kg LPG gas that is most effectively used is the indirect distribution channel, while in the 50 kg LPG gas the most effective use is the direct distribution channel.ABSTRAK.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan PT. Cahaya Berlian Syukur Kendari dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi saluran distribusi dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan gas elpiji. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pimpinan perusahaan, kepala bagian pemasaran, bagian administrasi, pengecer dan konsumen akhir.  Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Serta menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang permasalahan dalam penelitian sehingga dapat menjawab permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa strategi saluran distribusi yang di pakai oleh PT. Cahaya Berlian Syukur pada gas elpiji 12 kg menggunakan saluran distribusi langsung dan tidak langsung, sedangkan pada gas elpiji 50 kg hanya menggunakan saluran distribusi langsung. Dalam saluran distribusi PT. Cahaya Berlian Syukur pada gas elpiji 12 kg yang paling efektif digunakan adalah saluran distribusi tidak langsung, sedangkan pada gas elpiji 50 kg yang paling efektif digunakan adalah saluran distribusi langsung.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted at UD. Cashew Mubaraq Lome Kendari. This study aims to describe the business strategy used so that this business can develop. The business strategy includes marketing strategy, production strategy, human resources strategy, and financial strategy. The informants of this research are the Manager, Head of the Marketing Division, and the Head of the Production Division. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques.Based on the results and research discussions obtained, it can be seen that the business strategy in marketing is to provide various types of products. Products manufactured by UD. Kendari Mubaraq Lombe Cashew and the products of 31 Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The strategy in the field of production is to pay attention to the production process properly and pay attention to the quality of raw materials, especially cashew. The strategy in the field of human resources, this business employs 15 permanent employees and 10 daily employees. Daily employees aim to facilitate the cashew production process, which is employed when producing cashew with a wholesale system. In UD financial management. Cashew Mubaraq Lombe Kendari is still simple, which records the accounting for all company revenues and expenses. In organizing the financial section is governed by the owner's wife and does not have other workers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what distribution channels are appropriate to be applied and describe the increase in product sales volume at UD. Baruasa Build Kendari. The population in this study were employees at UD. Baruasa Build Kendari. of 22 employees. Sampling using a total sampling technique. Where determined the number of samples is 22 respondents with also determined research informants namely UD Leaders / Managers. Baruasa Establish Kendari, Head of Production, Administration / Finance, Marketing and 2 people who are customers at UD. Baruasa Build Kendari. In accordance with the results and discussion, the distribution conducted at UD. Baruasa Establishing Kendari in general can be said to be good. Where the two types of distribution channels are carried out, both have an impact on corporate profits. The type of distribution that starts from producers, retailers and consumers is more appropriate to be used in the area around the parent company because the distance between the retailer and the company is not too far so that it can reduce the amount of distribution costs. While the type of distribution that starts from producers, wholesalers, retailers and consumers is more appropriate to be used for distant marketing areas. This is intended so that UD. Barusa membiri can attract more consumers and increase the amount of product productionABSTRAK    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan saluran distribusi apa yang sesuai diterapkan dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan volume penjualan produk pada UD. Baruasa Membiri Kendari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada UD. Baruasa Membiri Kendari. yang berjumlah 22 karyawan. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Dimana ditetapkan jumlah sampel yaitu 22 responden dengan ditetapkan juga informan penelitian yaitu Pimpinan/Manajer UD. Baruasa Membiri Kendari, Kepala Bagian Produksi, Administrasi/ Keuangan, Pemasaran dan 2 orang yang menjadi pelanggan pada UD. Baruasa Membiri Kendari. Sesuai dengan hasil dan pembahasan, distribusi yang dilakukan pada UD. Baruasa Membiri Kendari  secara umum dapat dikatakan sudah baik. Dimana dari dua jenis saluran distribusi yang dilakukan, sama-sama memberi dampak dalam keuntungan perusahaan. Jenis distribusi yang dimulai dari produsen, pengecer dan konsumen lebih tepat digunakan di daerah disekitar perusahaan induk karena jarak pengecer dengan perusahaan tidak terlalu jauh sehingga dapat menekan jumlah biaya distribusi. Sedangkan jenis distribusi yang dimulai dari produsen, pedagang besar, pengecer dan konsumen lebih tepat digunakan untuk daerah pemasaran yang jauh. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar UD. Barusa membiri dapat menjaring konsumen lebih banyak serta meningkatkan jumlah produksi produk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of venture capital assistance on the income of traditional traders in the North Kolaka Meeto Market. The population in this study were all traditional traders in the Meeto Market who were given capital assistance of 60 people. Sampling is done by sample cluster sampling, where each population is grouped according to the type of business being operated. To obtain a representative sample size of each type of business operated, 50% of the population was determined. So that the samples in this study were 30 respondents consisting of: 13 fish sellers, 8 chicken sellers, 9 people selling groceries. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative analysis used to analyze descriptively the effect of venture capital assistance on the income of traditional traders and quantitative analysis used to analyze quantitatively about the income of traditional traders in the Meeto Market of North Kolaka Regency using simple linear regression. and discussion, The Effect of Business Capital Assistance on Traditional Trader Income that the relationship between venture capital assistance and income shows a positive and significant relationship. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the contribution of venture capital assistance to income amounted to 0.9226 or 92.26 percent of the income of traditional traders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Quality of Service Purchase of Yamaha Motor has an effect on increasing customer satisfaction at UD Maju Kendari. The type of data used in this study is in the form of a questionnaire and an interview. The results of the analysis in this discussion are analyzed using inferential statistical analysis. Because the number of independent variables in this study is only one variable, namely Customer Satisfaction as the X variable and the dependent variable as the Y variable, then testing the relationship between variables is used Simple Correlation Analysis (Pearson Product Moment). Which has an Average of (4.44) which is categorized as "very high" while the Consumer Satisfaction Variable which has an Average Value (4.68) which is categorized as "very high" so that it can be said that the Influence of the Quality of Servants Given UD Forward Kendari Branch on Consumer Satisfaction has a Very High Impact.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan Pembelian Motor Yamaha berpengaruh peningkatan kepuasan konsumen pada UD Maju Kendari. Jenis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa Koesioner dan Wawancara.Hasil analisis pada pembahasan ini adalah dianalisis dengan mennggunakan analisis statistik inferensial. Karena jumlah variable independen pada penelitian ini hanya satu variable, yaitu Kepuasan Konsumen sebagai variable X dan variabel dependen sebagai variable Y, maka pengujian hubungan antar variabel digunakan analisis Korelasi Sederhana (Pearson Product Moment). Yang Memiliki Rata-Rata yaitu (4,44) yang di kategorikan “sangat tinggi” sedangkan pada Variabel Kepuasan Konsumen Yang Memiliki Nilai Rata-Rata (4,68) yang di kategorikan “sangat tinggi” sehingga dapat Dikatakan Bahwa Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayan Yang Diberikan UD Maju Cabang Kendari atas Kepuasan Konsumen sangat Mempunyai Pengaruh Yang Tinggi.
