Building a brand with strong equity is a vital element for differentiation and competitiveness, especially in today s highly competitive medical tourism. The literature indicated that Jordan has weak medical tourism brand equity. The contribution of customer relationship management and service quality in developing brand equity can t be ignored. Studies on marketing activities towards building brand equity remain limited. Accordingly, 650 self-administrated questionnaires were distributed to outpatient medical tourists in Amman s five biggest hospitals using systematic sampling. After screening, 454 surveys were used for analysis using structural equation modelling. The results indicated that customer relationship management significantly impacted service quality and brand equity. Service quality strongly influenced brand equity, and brand equity was enhanced indirectly through service quality. This study highlighted the importance of such factors on brand equity-building activities in Jordanian medical tourism context. Further research is recommended to expand the proposed model.

This study looks at how the disability presented in television talk shows program. It s important because the diffables in the media are often presented biased, causing misunderstandings. This can have an impact on the fulfillment of their rights by the government and also their social position. The use of representation theory to explain the process of media representation and interpret audience concepts using language. The analysis of research uses the Saussure semiotic method, because representation is closely related to the appearance of images, and other components, which are interrelated between markers and marked ones. The results showed that the media still placed disability as an object of inspiration, an object of pity should get a lot of appreciation in sports matches because of physical limitations. The media quickly found momentum to 'sell' disability stories that inspire. Achievement of disabilities is always related to money, not based on their rights.

West Kalimantan has a history of inter-ethnic conflicts, and the process of reconciliation has been continued until today in order to create a complete peace. This present study uses the qualitative method of explorative case study from the perspective of Arendt's Political Forgiveness Theory to analyze the process of individual forgiveness in the ongoing reconciliation process. The results indicate that the dialectics of forgiveness practices that occur individually cannot be achieved completely due to several factors, but the presence of the West Kalimantan Children's Forum, the Madurese Family Association, the Alliance for Peace and Transformation, and the Dayakology Institute stimulates the emergence of collective forgiveness for the past inter-ethnic conflicts in the younger generation in West Kalimantan. The findings suggest that sustainable justice is the main solution that will enable all ethnic groups to live in harmony.
