Abstract

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a capital market in Indonesia. The Indonesia Stock Exchange plays an important role as a means for people to invest, which is an alternative investment. For companies, the IDX helps companies to obtain additional capital by going public, namely the activity of offering shares or other securities carried out by issuers (companies that go public) to the public based on the procedures regulated by the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations. Financial instruments traded on the capital market include shares, bonds, warrants, rights, convertible bonds, and various derivative products such as options (put or call). Company value is the price that buyers are willing to pay if the company is sold. The price of securities indicates the value of the company as an investor's assessment of the company's future profits and the quality of the company's management. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of financial ratios and company size on company value in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2023. The population of this study is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2023. The sample in this study was 20 LQ45 companies determined based on the purposive sampling method with an observation period of 3 (three) years from 2021 to 2023, so the amount of data used was 60 data. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the Multiple Linear Analysis Technique. The results of the study indicate that Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive effect on company value. While Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Turnover Ratio (TATO) and Company Size do not affect company valuea.

Abstract

The existence of retail businesses makes it easier to distribute goods and services needed by the public or final buyers. The sustainability of a retail business is largely determined by customers' decisions in making repeat purchases. Product completeness is a crucial aspect that must be fulfilled by companies or retail stores so that consumers remain loyal and do not move elsewhere. Apart from that, service quality is also an essential factor that must be considered, because optimal service will provide a sense of comfort and convenience for customers when shopping. An attractive store atmosphere is able to create a positive impression in the minds of consumers, which in turn can increase their motivation to make repeat transactions. This study aims to evaluate the influence of product completeness, service quality and store atmosphere on customers' intention to make repeat purchases at the Nicks Market Gianyar wholesale store. The research population is consumers who have shopped at the Nicks Market grocery store. The sample for this research was 96 respondents who were determined based on purposive sampling techniques. This research collects data through distributing questionnaires which are then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The findings of this research show that product completeness, service quality, and store atmosphere each contribute to consumers' interest in making repeat purchases at the Nicks Market grocery store. For future research, it is recommended that this study be expanded to include other variables, such as location factors, level of customer satisfaction, pricing strategy, and perceptions of store image.

Abstract

The business world is able to open up various possibilities through the expression of creativity and the development of innovation that involves a number of individuals to create goods or services that suit market needs. One sector that continues to grow today is the culinary industry, which offers a wide variety of products. Various aspects can influence consumer decisions in making purchases, including digital marketing strategies, online communication between users, and perceptions of product differentiation. This study aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth and perceptions of product variations on purchasing decisions. The study method used is quantitative. The population uses consumers who have purchased purchases at the Ngilerabis Bakingl online shop at Panjer outlets and a sample of 102 people. The basic analysis technique uses Multiple Regression Analysis. From the results of the study, it was found that social media marketing had a good and substantial influence on purchasing decisions, Electronic Word of Mouth had a good and substantial influence on purchasing decisions, and perceptions of product variety had a good and substantial influence on purchasing decisions. The advice that researchers can give is that the Ngilerabis Baking online shop should always reply and provide good responses to comments or messages sent by consumers on social media, always make interesting posts, so that interactions between consumers will run well, and also provide responses to consumer answers, make innovations in the appearance of cakes, by making cake designs that are more attractive and always offer quality products, according to what consumers expect, so that consumers will feel satisfied and are willing to provide recommendations to other consumers.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are one of the most important aspects in a company because they are key elements that influence the performance and success of the organization. Performance refers to how well a person, group, or organization carries out tasks or achieves set goals. In an individual context, performance is often measured based on a person's ability to complete their work effectively and efficiently. This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, compensation and career development on the performance of Best Bank Denpasar branch employees. The research method used is quantitative. This research was conducted at Korea Best Bank Denpasar branch. In this research, the objects of research are work motivation, compensation, career development and employee performance. The population and sample in this study were 38 employees at Korea Best Bank Denpasar branch. Data analysis techniques use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Test, Coefficient of Determination, F Test and t Test. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Korea Best Bank Denpasar branch. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Korea Best Bank Denpasar branch. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Korea Best Bank Denpasar branch. Suggestions for further research are to expand the scope of research by including other variables that might influence employee performance, such as work environment, leadership, organizational culture, and individual factors such as job satisfaction or stress. Future research is also recommended to involve a larger sample.

Abstract

Purchase decisions are a process taken by consumers when they get satisfaction. The use of technology makes it very easy for people to get information about purchases using e-commerce in online shops. This study aims to determine the role of social media, user interface and CRM in making purchase decisions in online shops. Quantitative method with a population of people who shop using technology in online shops with purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis analysis technique. The results of the study found that social media has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions in online shops, User interface has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions in online shops, and CRM has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions in online shops. This means that the better the use of social media, user interface and CRM, the better the purchasing decision on online shops in Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the role of job satisfaction in influencing the relationship between job stress and employee performance at Bella Resto Canggu.The source of this research includes all employees at Bella Resto Canggu. The sample taken in this study involved 37 employees of Bella Resto Canggu, using the census method. To analyze the data, this study applied multiple linear regression analysis. Data was collected through observation, document review, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The research findings show that job stress has a negative and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at Bella Resto Canggu. In addition, job stress also has a negative and significant impact on employee performance in the same place. Meanwhile, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bella Resto Canggu and serves as a mediator linking job stress with employee performance. Future research can expand this study by adding other variables that are believed to have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Companies will grow and gain a competitive advantage by providing the best quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction and a desire to use the company's services. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of word of mouth, brand image, and service quality on the decision to use transportation services in Bali. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 80 respondents, representing transportation customers in Denpasar. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and processed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results demonstrate that word of mouth, brand image, and service quality have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use transportation services in Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of user experience, product quality, price perception, and consumer trust on purchasing decisions in the Facebook marketplace. The study was conducted in Denpasar, which has the largest population of Facebook marketplace users in Bali. The sample used in this study consisted of 120 respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out thru the distribution of questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The research results indicate that user experience has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, where the better the user experience, the higher the purchase decisions they make. Product quality also has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with higher quality products leading to increased purchasing decisions. Additionally, price perception has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with fair price perceptions increasing purchasing decisions. Consumer trust also has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, indicating that high trust in the Facebook marketplace can drive purchasing decisions. Based on these findings, this study suggests that businesses on the Facebook marketplace should focus more on improving user experience, maintaining product quality, setting competitive prices, and building consumer trust to drive increased purchasing decisions

Abstract

The business world continues to experience increasingly rapid growth and change each year. This led to a surge in new businesses across various categories, both goods and services, to meet the needs of the community. One of the needs that cannot be separated from life is clothing. Business owners compete to meet the needs and desires of consumers, from selecting good materials to the manufacturing process, with the aim of creating a product of the highest quality. This research aims to determine the influence of product innovation, word of mouth (WOM), and price fairness on purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative. The population consists of consumers at Garment Giri Collection, with a sample size of 70 people. The data analysis techniques used were Validity Test, Reliability Test, Descriptive Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, F Test, T Test, and R2 Test. The research results showed that product innovation had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and price fairness had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The advice that can be given to the researcher is that Garment Giri Collection should follow consumer fashion trends, especially among teenagers. It is hoped that the company will improve the shortcomings of its products, minimize negative experiences consumers have with its products, and adjust its product prices to compete with other garment businesses.

Abstract

Cibo Central Kitchen, located in Denpasar, Bali, faces challenges in increasing consumer purchasing decisions amidst intense competition in the food and beverage industry. This research aims to evaluate how product quality, social media marketing, and brand image influence consumer purchasing decisions. The main focus of this research is to understand how these three factors can increase consumer appeal and loyalty toward the products offered. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected thru questionnaires distributed to Cibo Central Kitchen consumers using a purposive sampling technique, involving 180 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to identify the influence of product quality, social media marketing, and brand image on purchasing decisions. The analysis results indicate that product quality, social media marketing, and brand image significantly and positively influence consumer purchasing decisions. Product quality improvements, such as innovation, taste, and freshness; the use of appropriate social media marketing strategies; and a solid brand image, are able to attract interest and increase consumer loyalty. Therefore, it is recommended that Cibo Central Kitchen continue to innovate its products, increase interaction thru social media, and maintain a positive brand image to strengthen its competitiveness in the market
