Abstrak Kajian-kajian tentang sekolah berkesan telah menunjukkan bahawa sekolah yang berjaya biasanya dipimpin oleh pemimpin yang berkesan. Untuk menjadi pemimpin sekolah yang hebat, pengetua seharusnya memiliki pelbagai kemahiran kepimpinan, antaranya kebolehan berkomunikasi dengan baik. Artikel ini akan membincangkan konsep komunikasi kepimpinan bagi seorang pengetua. Sebagai pemimpin sekolah, pengetua perlu berkomunikasi dengan pihak atasan, dalam organisasi sekolah, serta dengan pelanggan mereka iaitu murid dan ibu bapa. Perbincangan ini akan memberi fokus terhadap fungsi, strategi dan juga struktur komunikasi kepimpinan.Kata kunci: Kepimpinan sekolah, komunikasi kepimpinan, sekolah berkesan

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk Membangun pembelajaran fisika di SMA yang menarik dan menyenangkan serta interaktif berbasis teknologi informasi. Pembelajaran fisika yang menarik karena dibangun media yang menarik dan terkini serta ada disekitar dunia siswa berbasiskan teknolgi informasi dan komunikasi (ICT), Intetaktif karena dapat berinteraksi dengan sipembelajar dan komunikatif karena dapat menyampaikan pesan pembelajaran secara jelas kepada si pembelajar. Dirancang dan dibangun suatu media yang dapat mengintegrasikan media dan perangkat pembelajaran fisika SMA berbasis Teknologi Informasi (ICT). Media ini dibangun dengan menggunakan Model EDDIE dengan memperhatikan aspek Pedagogi, aspek conten Pembelajaran Fiska Aspek Teknikal serta konsep fisika itu sendiri. Setelah selesai dirancang dan dibangun media lalu di tentukan validitas dan realibiltas dengan menggunakan konsep validitas dan uji coba. Dari Hasil ujicoba diperoleh bahwa media ini adalah valid dan reliable tingkat dengan Alpha Cronbach (α) adalah 7,2 dengan pengguna media yakni guru-guru Fika SMA dan 7,8 untuk kelas uji coba empiris. Dengan demikian media pengmbangan dan Pengemasan Pembelajaran Fisika yang diangun telah valid dan realiabel. kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Fisika menarik, Komunikatif dan Interaktif

Abstract Partly teachers believe that application of project based learning was hard to be done because of sosio economic factors, which is during the application of it, need equipment and material which hard to be obtained by student, whereas project based learning was suggested by Kurikulum Pendidikan Indonesia 2013. Therisetobjective is getting the declaration about necessity project based learning to be implemented by teachers in pekanbaru. Survey have been done for 32 teachers from various school around pekanbaru. The result was 56.25% teachers agree using project based learning in science study if the materials and tools available. 50% of them said too difficult getting equipment from environment around, 56,25% said difficult to prepare media for the project, and 75% said project based learning have been done before. In other side, 50% teachers earned that project based learning relatively made the student more creative and innovative and 75% believe that using project based learning made student easier to understanding the study. Based on information above can be concluded that most teachers believe project based learning is necessary to be implemented, but it need sufficient tools and materials, idea of project, the cheap cost, and the avaibility of project based learning moduleâs for teachers and teaching moduleâs for student to optimize it.Key words :science study, project based learning, science project.

AbstractThe aim of this study was to describe (1) the management of multimedia spectra (2) Utilization of multimedia spectra. (3) Maintenance multimedia spectra. This research is a qualitative study research approach phenomenological perspective. The study was conducted in SMP Negeri 1 Bagansinembah. Data collection technique used observation or documentation and interview. Data analysis with qualitative description of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. The results are expected (1) the management of multimedia spectra into: needs, efficiency, excellence. In the process of multimedia learning spectra have been prepared by a team of creative multimedia spectra were acquired by the Education Department in Rokan Hilir and given to public schools after being given the training a few days, further developed by the Multimedia spectrayag school to be used by all the school teachers. With the help of multimedia spectra teachers are expected to improve the quality of uru creativity in the use of instructional media. (2) The use of multimedia spectra in the learning process has been adapted to the needs of learning. Making it easier for teachers to deliver learning in class, but if all teachers have a good understanding of the use of multimedia spectra. Is the number of multimedia spectra used in the implementation of learning sufficient. (3) Maintenance multimedia spectra carried out by teachers, laboratory assistants, and students continuously. Every minor damage to the multimedia spectra, carried out by the teacher. As for multimedia spectra with severe damage done by outsiders. Abstract Lesson Study approach is one of the latest effort in improving the quality of education in Malaysia.The success of Lesson Study in Japan has inspired us to adapt this approach according to the education system in Malaysia. By 2015, Malaysia Ministry of Education has implemented the approach through Professional Learning Community (PLC) programme in almost every schoolwith the aimto enhance the quality of education. The learning community gives big impact in lesson study approach by collaboration, discussion and reflection to improve the development of teaching and learning process. Since the implementation of Lesson Study in Malaysia is still at early stage compared to Japan, therefore this article aims to focus on how the implementation of open class and reflection had been carried out in Japan. From the observation of open class and reflection during school visit inJapan, it is found that they have organize a public open class which involved every classes in the school for at least once a year. In addition, a few factors have been identified to enhance the effectiveness of the procedures: a) focused observation, b) complete equipment and team for recording c) committed observer. AbstractThis study is conducted by applying mathematical representative at junior high school students in Pekanbaru, Riau. This study is conducted while teaching Lesson Study by using mathematical realistic approach and took place in Junior High School 13 in Pekanbaru at even semester, lesson year 2015/2016 with total 38 students of 1st year class. The implementation of lesson study consists of 4 cycles which is in each cycle made of planning, doing, and monitoring. The mathematical representative applied in this study are including pictorial representation and mathematics symbol representation. The result of this study shows that there is an increase in studentâs mathematical representation of every cycle and the most of students prefer mathematics symbol (100%) to diagrammatically and graphically representation (29,41%) and explanned word with verbal (44.121%) . This study also produces an improvement of student worksheet and gets an increase in student activity.Keyword :Representation mathematics,Lesson Study and Realistics Mathematics approach

AbstrakMalaysia bersaing dengan negara negara maju di dunia, sistem pendidikan kita perlu berupaya melahirkan generasi muda yang berpengetahuan, mampu berfikir secara kritis dan kreatif, mempunyai kemahiran kepimpinan yang mantap dan berupaya berkomunikasi dengan berkesan pada peringkat global.Masalah yang didapati dalam mengenali ciri-ciri kepimpinan di kalangan pelajar pintar dan berbakat mendapati pelajar ini mempunyai kekuatan dan kelemahan berdasarkan aspek kepimpinan. Kepimpinan merupakan salah satu cabang bagi aspek kemahiran hidup dan kerjaya dalam Kemahiran Abad Ke-21. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan dan menilai aspek kepimpinan dalam projek penyelidikan bagi pelajar pintar dan berbakat yang menyertai Program Perkhemahan Cuti Sekolah Pusat Permata Pintar Negara,UKM. Seramai 30 orang pelajar dalam kursus Multimedia Kreatif yang terlibat dalam kajian ini. Pelajar dikehendaki menjalankan projek penyelidikan iaitu menghasilkan dokumentari video dalam kumpulan. Penilaian ini dilakukan melalui borang soal selidik yang diisi oleh pelajar sebelum dan selepas kursus serta dianalisisa menggunakan perisian SPSS. Dapatan menunjukkan terdapat perubahan dari aspek kepimpinan sebelum dan selepas menjalankan projek penyelidikan ini. Amatlah penting penerapan aspek kepimpinan dari usia muda supaya pelajar-pelajar pintar dan berbakat ini dapat menjadi seorang pemimpin yang berjaya pada masa akan datang dalam apa jua bidang yang diceburi.Kata Kunci : Kepimpinan; pintar dan berbakat; kemahiran abad ke-21, multimedia kreatif

AbstractThe issues of educational system and the lack of studentsâ skills have been a debated issue in several countries including Indonesia. Educational system is hoped to be able to educate students to have a lot of skills especially inventive-thinking skills of elementary school students. The aim of this study is to determine the inventive thinking in primary school students in a school in Pekanbaru at inspiration class. This research involves survey design. This research let us to collect data quickly for getting multiple issues and problems on various perspectives. The instruments used are questionnaire, interview and a module of inventive thinking skills development. The results show that elementary school students already have good skills in accordance with the level of class. The learning system at the elementary school is expected to pay attention to aspects of the development of these skills.Keywords: Issues, inventive-thinking skills and inspiration class.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah kimia analitik II dengan menggunakan media microsoft office powerpoint melalui model pembelajaran POE (Predict, Observe, Explanation) di program studi kimia FKIP Universitas Riau tahun ajaran 2013/2014 dari kelompok mahasiswa yang berjumlah 45 orang. Desain penelitian menggunakan sistem kolaborasi antara tim pengajar kimia analitik II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan kemampuan dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa. 34 orang mahasiswa dari 45 orang mahasiswa telah tuntas secara individu dengan kualifikasi baik, ketercapaian ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 75,76%. Persentase ketercapaian aspek sikap ilmiah dan aspek afektif telah mencapai target yaitu 79,26% untuk aspek sikap ilmiah sedangkan persentase ketercapaian aspek afektif adalah 76,67% .Kata kunci; media microsoft office powerpoint , model POE, kemampuan dan sikap ilmiah, kimia analitik II

Abstract This research is a correlational research aimed to determine the relation of numerical ability with mathematics student learning outcomes SMP YLPI Perhentian Marpoyan Pekanbaru. To determine the numerical ability of students used the numerical ability tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. From the analysis results obtained strong relation between numerical abilitywith mathematics student learning outcomes SMP YLPI Perhentian Marpoyan Pekanbaru expressed by rxy = 0.606. Then the contribution of numerical ability to mathematics student learning outcomes is 36.72%. Hypothesis testing shows that there is a significant correlation between numerical ability and mathematics student learning outcomes, this is indicated by tcount = 8,83 and ttable = 2,000 for tcount>ttable then the hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between numerical ability with mathematics student learning outcomes SMP YLPI Perhentian Marpoyan Pekanbaru.Keywords: Numerical Ability, Mathematics Learning Outcomes, Relation
