Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the lack of prosocial behavior in students such as not caring when their friends are: sick, have no money, there are students who do not want to study, there are students who do not want to provide support to their friends who excel. The above phenomenon is influenced by the level of intelligence of students. The purpose of this research is to describe; (1) students' emotional intelligence, (2) students' prosocial behavior, and (3) examines the effect of students' emotional intelligence on students' prosocial behavior. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were students of class IX State Junior High School 12 Padang totaling 280 people. The research sample was taken using a simple random sampling formula so that the sample obtained was 74 people. Collecting data using questionnaires, data analysis using descriptive statistics with proportions and simple linear regression techniques. The findings of this study are: (1) students' emotional intelligence is in a fairly high category, (2) students' prosocial behavior is in a fairly high category. and (3) There is a significant and positive contribution between emotional intelligence on students' prosocial behavior. Keyword : emotional, intelligence, prosocial, behavior, students ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena kurangnya perilaku prososial pada siswa seperti tidak peduli ketika temannya: sedang sakit, tidak punya uang, ada ada siswa yang tidak mau belajar berkelompok, ada siswa yang tidak mau memberikan dukungan kepada temannya yang berprestasi. Fenomena di atas diduga dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kecerdasan peserta didik.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan; (1) Kecerdasan emosional siswa, (2) perilaku prososial siswa, dan (3) menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional siswa terhadap perilaku prososial siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 12 Padang yang berjumlah 280 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan rumus simple random sampling sehingga sampel berjumlah 74 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan teknik persentase dan regresi linier sederhana. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kecerdasan emosional siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, (2) Perilaku prososial siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi.  dan (3) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dan positif antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap perilaku prososial siswa. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan, emosional, perilaku, prososial, siswa

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the indications of adolescents who have self-confidence barriers. This article aims to come up with a formula in the form of a counseling service program in the form of bibliotherapy services for students who have self-confidence barriers. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is the teenagers of Class XI, amounting to 344 people, the sample in this study is 77 people who are taken, namely proportional random sampling technique. Data collection instrument using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the percentage technique. The results of the identification of adolescents' : 1) self-confidence in learning at Rao State High School 1, Pasaman Regency are on Medium criteria including: Having a sense of security, confidence in their own abilities, not being selfish, independent and optimistic.2)  idividually or in groups such as material on believing in one's own abilities and Optimistic in learning, developing self-efficacy and tips for increasing self-confidence. The design of the bibliotherapy service program is either in individual or group formats. With bibliotherapy media in the form of books, print and electronic, audio, video, in order to increase the confidence of students in learning. Key Word : self-confidence, Counseling Service, Biblioterapy ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya indikasi remaja yang memililiki hambatan kepercayaan diri. Artikel ini bertujuan memunculkan formula berupa program pelayanan konseling dalam bnetuk layanan biblioterapy bagi peserta didik yang memiliki hambatan kepercayaan diri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneliian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah remaja Kelas XI yang berjumlah 344 Orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini 77 orang yang diambil yaitu  teknik proposional random sampling. Instrumen pengumpul data dengan menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terungkap bahw: 1) kepercayaan diri remaja dalam belajar di SMA N 1 Rao berada pada kriteria Sedang meliputi: Memiliki rasa aman, yakin pada kemampuan diri sendiri, tidak mementingkan diri sendiri, mandiri dan Optimis. 2) Rancangan Program Pelayanan Konseling berupa layanan biblioterapy baik secara individu maupun kelompok seperti materi tentang  yakin pada kemampuan diri sendiri dan Optimis dalam belajar, mengembangkan kemampuan diri dan kiat meningkiatkan kepercayaan diri. Rancangan program layaan biblioterapy baik dalam format individual, kelompok. Dengan media biblioterapy berupa buku, cetak dan elektonik, audio, video, dalam rangka meningkatkan Kepercayaan diri peserta didik dalam belajar. Kata Kunci : Kepercayaan Diri, Layanan Konseling, Biblioterapy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Counseling is the process of providing assistance by professionals to individuals/groups of people to develop Effective Daily Livingg (EDL) and deal with Disrupted Effective Daily Livingg (D-EDL). The counselor's professionalism in dealing with various kinds of individual incidents/problems can be seen from the evaluation of the services performed and their implications in everyday life. In gender equality, professional counselors can distinguish how to provide solutions to gender (male and female). Gender differences must be understood by professional counselors. The research uses a qualitative research method with a literature review approach by finding, studying and analyzing theoretical references that are relevant to the problem. The research attempts to review a number of references in the form of books, scientific articles and other documents that discuss the concept of gender and gender characteristics, gender-based counseling and the role of counselors in gender. Kwyword : Counseling, gender, counselor, Male, Female ABSTRAKKonseling adalah proses pemberian bantuan yang dilakukan oleh tenaga professional kepada individu/ sekelompok orang untuk mengembangakan Kehidupan Efektif Sehari-hari (KES) dan  menangani Kehidupan Efektif Sehari-hari-Tergaggu (KES-T). Keprofesionalan konselor dalam menangani berbagai macam ragam kejadian/ permasalahan individu dampak dilihat dari evaluasi layanan yang dilakukan serta implikasinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam penyetaraan gender konselor yang profesional dapat membedakan cara memberikan solusi kepada gender (pria dan wanita). Perbedaan gender harus dipahami oleh konselor yang profesional. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan kajian literatur dengan mencari, mempelajari dan menganalaisis referensi teori yang relevan dengan permasalahan. Abstract

ABSTRACT The sudden change in the learning system went online due to the Covid-19 outbreak causing many students to become stressed. Stress is a condition of emotional instability that comes from environmental factors. Has symptoms such as difficulty relaxing, irritability, and anxiety. This study was conducted to determine the level of stress during online learning for high school students in the city of Payakumbuh and the district of Lima Puluh Kota. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods using the DASS-21 data collection instrument developed by Lovibond and Lovibond. Respondents in this study were 100 students consisting of 75 girls and 30 boys who came from five different schools. The results of the study show that respondents have a different picture of stress, where most of the respondents (56%) are categorized as normal, while a few others experience mild stress (11%), moderate stress (15%), severe stress (8%) and stress. very heavy (10%). The differences that students show in facing online learning can be influenced by many factors such as personality type, environment, school majors, and many more. Keywords: Covid-19, Online learning, Stress ABSTRAKPerubahan sistem pembelajaran menjadi daring secara mendadak akibat wabah covid-19 yang melanda menyebabkan banyak siswa menjadi stres. Stres merupakan kondisi ketidakstabilan emosi yang berasal dari faktor lingkungan memiliki gejala seperti susah relaks, mudah marah dan gelisah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres selama pembelajaran daring pada siswa SMA di kota Payakumbuh dan kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota.  Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data DASS-21 yang ditemukan oleh Lovibond dan Lovibond. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 siswa yang terdiri atas 75 perempuan dan 30 laki-laki yang berasal dari lima sekolah yang berbeda.  Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki gambaran stres yang berbeda, dimana sebagian besar responden (56%) dikategorikan normal, sedangkan sebagain kecil lainnya mengalami stres ringan (11%), stres sedang (15%), stres berat (8%) dan stres yang sangat berat (10%). Perbedaan yang ditunjukkan siswa dalam menghadapi pembelajaran daring dapat dipengaruhi banyak faktor seperti tipe kepribadian, lingkungan, jurusan sekolah dan masih banyak lagi. Kata Kunci : Covid-19, Pembelajaran Daring, Stres

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the lack of understanding by the Students’ parents about the character of early childhood. The purpose of this research was to describe the perception of parents about 1) The character of healthy early childhood, 2) The character of an unhealthy early childhood. This research is quantitative descriptive research, 45 young learners as the population in PAUD Hidayah Ampera. The sample of this research found 48 parents. This sampling uses a total sampling technique. The instrument was used in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed using the percentage technique. The results of this research revealed that: 1) Parents' perceptions of the character of healthy early childhood in Early childhood education programs  Hidayah Ampera were in a good category. 2) Parents' perceptions of the unhealthy character of early childhood in Early childhood education programs  Hidayah Ampera are in the fairly good category. The Results Based on this research, it is recommended that parents pay more attention to the formation of early childhood characters so that they can provide appropriate treatment in order to be healthy early childhood characters are formed and eliminate not good perceptions. Keywords: Perceptions, Early Childhood Character ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman orang tua peserta didik mengenai karakter anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai persepsi orang tua tentang: 1) karakter anak usia dini yang sehat, 2) karakter anak usia dini yang tidak sehat. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 48 orang tua dari peserta didik PAUD Hidayah Ampera. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang tua. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Persepsi orang tua tentang karakter anak usia dini yang sehat di PAUD Hidayah Ampera berada pada kategori tinggi. 2) Persepsi orang tua tentang karakter anak usia dini yang tidak sehat di PAUD Hidayah Ampera berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada orang tua untuk senantiasa memberikan perhatian yang lebih terhadap pembentukan karakter anak usia dini agar dapat memberikan penanganan yang tepat sehingga terbentuk karakter anak usia dini yang sehat,  serta menghilangkan persepsi yang kurang baik. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Anak Usia Dini, Karakter

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the existence of students who are less able to interact with peers. The purpose of this study was to describe the profile of peer interaction of students in class XI High School PGRI 4 Padang seen from the following factors: 1) Imitation; 2) suggestion; 3) identification; 4) sympathy. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the total population is 42 students and the whole sample is used as a research sample using the total sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics using percentage techniques. This study revealed that the peer interaction profile of students was seen from the following factors: 1) Imitation was in a good category; 2) suggestions are in a good category; 3) identification is in the very good category; 4) sympathy is in the very good category. Keywords: students, peer interaction,  imitation, suggestion, identification, sympathy ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya peserta didik yang kurang mampu dalam berinteraksi antar teman sebaya. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this study were to 1) describe students' maladjustment based on a reality counseling approach; 2) design a counseling service program based on the analysis of reality counseling maladjustment. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is all Class VIII Junior High School 12 Padang totaling 334 people. The sampling technique was carried out by proportional random sampling of as many as 77 participants. The technique of collecting research data was through a questionnaire and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics of the percentage technique. The results showed that: 1) maladjustment of students based on the reality counseling approach was in a low category; 2) the planned counseling program is basic services in the form of information services. Meanwhile, efforts to overcome maladjustment behavior through group guidance services. Keywords: Program, Counseling Reality, Maladjustment   ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan maladjustment peserta didik berbasis pendekatan konseling realitas; 2) merancang program pelayanan konseling berdasarkan analisis maladjustment konseling realitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 12 Padang berjumlah 334 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan propotional random sampling yaitu sebanyak 77 partisipan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian melalui angket dan data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Maladjustment peserta didik berbasis pendekatan konseling realitas berada pada kategori sedikit; 2) program konseling yang direncanakan adalah layan dasar dengan bentuk layanan informasi. Sedangkan upaya untuk mengatasi perilaku maladjusmet melalui layanan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Kata Kunci :  Program, konseling Realitas, Maladjustment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the presence of students who lack a sense of empathy, and there is no service program developed specifically to increase students' empathy. So that researchers are interested in designing service programs that can make it easier for BK teachers to develop student empathy. This study aims to determine: 1) Profile of the level of empathy of students; 2) designing development programs to improve adolescent emotional intelligence in the aspect of empathy based on Information Technology that can be accepted theoretically and practically. This research method is quantitative descriptive and developmental type. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The subjects in this study were students of class XII IPA 3, State High School 2 Bungo, totaling 33 people. Theoretical experts consist of 3 lecturers, practical experts are counselors and media experts are Information Technology teachers. The development procedure used in this research includes 5 steps, namely: 1) Potential and problems; 2) data collection; 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision. The data analysis technique used is the percentage. The results of the calculation of the score for each validation carried out are searched for the average score of the acquisition and then it can be converted from quantitative data to qualitative data. The results of this study revealed that: 1) the profile of the level of empathy of students was in the medium category; 2) applications that have been validated by theoretical, practical, and media experts are categorized as highly accepted. That is, the program developed is feasible to be used to increase the empathy of students at school. Keywords: Development programs, empathy, information technology ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya peserta didik yang kurang memiliki rasa empati, serta belum adanya program pelayanan  yang dikembangkan secara khusus untuk meningkatkan  rasa empati peserta didik. Sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk membuat rancangan program layanan yang dapat memudahkan Guru BK untuk mengembangkan empati peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Profil tingkat empati peserta didik; 2) merancang program pengembangan untuk  meningkatkan kecerdasan emosi remaja dalam aspek empati berbasis Teknologi Informasi yang dapat diterima secara teoritis dan praktis. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif jenis deskriptif dan pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII IPA 3 SMAN 2 Bungo yang berjumlah 33 orang. Pakar teoritis terdiri dari 3 orang dosen, pakar praktis Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dan pakar media adalah guru Teknologi informasi. Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi 5 langkah yaitu: 1) Potensi dan masalah; 2) pengumpulan data; 3) desain produk, 4) validasi desain, 5) revisi desain. Teknik analisis data  yang digunakan adalah presentase. Hasil dari perhitungan skor masing-masing validasi yang dilakukan dicari rata-rata skor perolehannya kemudian dapat dikonversikan dari data kuantitatif ke data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan  bahwa: 1) profil tingkat empati peserta didik di berada pada kategori sedang; 2) aplikasi yang telah divalidasi oleh pakar teoritis, praktis, dan media dikategorikan  sangat diterima. Artinya, program yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan untuk meningkatkan empati peserta didik di sekolah. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan prgra, empati, teknologi informasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students who have not been able to understand the ability to manage emotions, are less concerned when the teaching and learning process takes place, are easy to develop emotions with friends, and there is no special service program design for the emotional development of students based on information technology. The purpose of the study was to reveal the ability of students to manage emotions and to design Guidance and Counseling service programs based on Information Technology according to the problems of students at the State Vocational High School 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang related to the ability to manage emotions. This type of research used quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study was students in class XI TBSMi State Vocational High School 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang. Sampling in this study used a total sampling technique, where researchers took the entire population of 64 respondents. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. To analyze the data, the percentage and mean formulas were used. The application that the researcher designed has been validated by 3 theoretical experts, 1 practitioner expert and 1 media expert, namely by obtaining a total expert score of 3.36 with the "very acceptable" category. The results obtained from the description of the ability of students in managing their emotions were obtained scores with a moderate category. Furthermore, with the results of the acquisition of these score categories, a development program design in managing the emotions of students in class XI TBSM at the State Vocational High School 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang can be made. Keywords: Program design, self regulation, Guidance and Counseling. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya fenomena peserta didik yang belum mampu memahami kemampuan mengelola emosi, kurang peduli saat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung, mudah mengeluarkan amarah kepada temannya, saling mengejek dalam lingkup pertemanan, dan belum adanya rancangan program layanan khusus untuk pengembangan mengelola emosi peserta didik berbasis teknologi informasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengungkap kemampuan peserta didik dalam mengelola emosi dan merancang program layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling  berbasis Teknologi Informasi  sesuai permasalahan peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan mengelola emosi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini peserta didik di kelas XI TBSMi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling, dimana peneliti mengambil keseluruhan populasi yaitu sebanyak 64 orang responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan rumus presentase dan mean. Aplikasi yang peneliti rancang telah di validasi oleh 3 orang pakar teoritis, 1 orang pakar praktisi dan 1 orang pakar media yaitu dengan perolehan skor keseluruhan pakar yaitu 3, 36 dengan kategori “sangat diterima”. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari gambaran kamampuan peserta didik dalam mengelola emosinya yaitu diperoleh skor dengan kategori sedang. Selanjutnya dengan hasil perolehan kategori skor tersebut dapat dibuat rancangan program pengembangan dalam mengelola emosi peserta didik di kelas XI TBSM di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang. Kata Kunci : Rancangan program, Mengelola emosi, Bimbingan dan Konseling.

Abstract

Classical guidance with choice theory material is effective in increasing the career readiness of students with intellectual disabilities at SLBN 1 Pagaruyung. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of classical guidance with choice theory material to improve the career readiness of students with intellectual disabilities at SLBN 1 Pagaruyung. This type of research is quantitative research using experimental methods. The design used in this study is a pre-experimental design with the type of one group pre-test-post-test design by measuring the career readiness of students with intellectual disabilities at SLBN 1 Pagaruyung using the same instrument in the pre-test and post-test measurements. The population used as a sample in this study were students with intellectual disabilities in the SMALB education unit at SLBN 1 Pagaruyung, totaling 5 (five) students. The technique used is purposive sampling. The results showed that classical guidance with choice theory material was effective in increasing the career readiness of students with intellectual disabilities at SLBN 1 Pagaruyung. This can be proven by 1) an increase in career readiness in life skills, 2) an increase in career readiness in social skills, 3) an increase in career readiness in growing career habits, and 4) an increase in career readiness in skills to recognize possible jobs. Based on the results of the T-test analysis obtained thit (t0) of 6.47 and ttable (tt) of 2.015, it can be analyzed that t0 is greater than tt so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, this is interpreted by the statement that classical guidance with choice material theory is effective to improve the career readiness of students with intellectual disabilities at SLBN 1 Pagaruyung. The researcher recommends schools to be able to apply classical guidance with choice theory material as an effort to improve the career readiness of students with intellectual disabilities at SLBN 1 Pagaruyung.
