Abstract

The curriculum has a strategic position and influence in the whole process and outcomes of education. Each program of study required to formulate a minimal learning outcomes description refers KKNI higher education in accordance with the level. This study uses a model curriculum evaluation Countenance. The data were analyzed qualitatively in the form of qualitative narrative analysis of documents and interviews. The results of the study, namely; (A) the coverage of document components in the curriculum, a curriculum document Prodi MPI components do not meet the minimum coverage specified by the Higher Education. (B) the formulation of graduate profiles in curriculum documents Prodi MPI, both on process and outcome, both not fully meet standards. (C) the formulation of learning outcomes in the curriculum document Prodi MPI, both on process and outcome, both not fully meet standards. (D) the distribution of subjects in the curriculum structure Prodi MPI has not fully meet the standards.

Abstract

The phenomenon of schools to maintain quality by adopting the principle that the quality of student input affect the realization of outcomes. They fall into their trap dimensional thinking on the concept of school excellence. It is, become fairness if done by private schools and to be a mistake when adopted by public schools, which is a manifestation of the state to ensure that all citizens receive a quality education. Education is a process of humanizing, so the school should receive multi character and abilities of children. The concept of such schools, upholds the differences that each child has kamampuan and different skills. The concept that gives equal opportunities to everyone to develop in accordance with each individual, so that in the process of input they receive children who are seen as the poor or low ability. Schools do ripening cultures growing quality of learners in ways that liberates learners from ignorance, helplessness, dishonesty, incompetence, and of bad character.

Abstract

The high Budget allocation in the education sector it is still not helping to improve access and quality of education. Currently in Indonesia there are about 465 500 children aged 7-12 years who have not entered elementary school, and 1.2 million children aged 13-15 who are not in junior high school. The dropout rate in elementary schools reached 13 percent. Objective: 1) Knowing the contribution of BOS funds to poor students in private schools in East Jakarta. 2) Determine the accuracy of the allocation of BOS funds for poor students in private schools in East Jakarta. 3) Knowing the role of parents in the implementation of the BOS program at the private school in East Jakarta. The study uses quantitative methods in five poor school swassta Cakung, East Jakarta.

Abstract

Autonomy is the outcome of a decentralized system is the reform agenda of the Indonesian nation. Decentralization touch the whole life of the nation, including educational programs and activities. The education sector is experiencing a transition from the management arrangements and the delivery of education regulated by the district / city, so as to adjust the content of teaching adapted to direct development. Autonomous education is not just about the handover of authority to the education unit to organize and manage programs and educational activities independently and be transparent and accountable, but make education effective in the development of the local area to achieve a prosperous society.

Abstract

Learners are a core component of educational activities. The era of competition among educational institutions so tight as it is today, the school must strive in earnest to get learners. There is even a chairman of the foundation of education that says that seek learners is much more difficult than looking for a new teacher. Mananjemen student not only shaped data recording learners, but covers broader aspects yange operationally to assist the efforts of growth and development of learners through the process of education in schools. As a special service of learners includes guidance and counseling services, library services, a cafeteria service / kafetarian, health services, transformation services schools, service hostel, and services extracurricular, laboratory services, and security. A special service was held in the school with a view to facilitate the implementation of teaching in order to accomplish the goals of education in schools. Special service management is a process of providing services to the needs of learners to support learning activities for educational purposes can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe and analyze the management of IT curriculum in PAI elementary of Harapan Mulia Palembang and supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is a qualitative study using a case study approach. Informants in this study is the vice principal areas of curriculum, PAI teachers, and principals. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation study nonparticipant. Data analysis technique using analytical techniques Miles and Huberman which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that: (1) management of IT curriculum in PAI elementary of Harapan Mulia Palembang include planning activities such as drafting curriculum PAI program, organizing the curriculum PAI PAI curriculum implementation, curriculum supervision PAI. (2) Factors supporting the implementation of the curriculum management PAI includes the availability of facilities such as facilities and infrastructure, intelligence possessed by learners, teacher competence and professionalism of teachers in teaching, as well as the additional hours of study / mulok supporting learning programs PAI such as literacy Al -Qur'an and others, the inhibiting factor is the difficulty of transferring the PAI subjects to the students, there are some students who have problems in class and the lack of readiness of teachers when teaching schedule has been determined.

Abstract

Madrasah as an Islamic institution that has existed since before the independence of the Republic of Indonesia gets tough challenges due to the demands of ever-changing society; increasingly demanding quality madrasah. The shift value is driven by the demands of globalization make LMU madrasah that combines public and the science of religion even got a chance in preparing the generation is ready and able to face the challenges of his time. With the moral capital strong religious, science and modern technology into the necessities of life, then the madrasah as education-based society will remain an option for parents, not only to send their children go to madrasah, but also his participation for the implementation of quality education, to encourage the planting base Basics competitive advantage.

Abstract

The study evaluated the effect of library services to the satisfaction of library visitors in culture and humanities faculty uin Raden Fatah Palembang, motivated by the limitations of the materials needed by pemustaka. This type of research is a kind of quantitative research. Data analysis used the "t". Data obtained through observations, questionnaires and documentation originating from pemustaka numbered 40 students of faculty of Adab and Humanities. Results of the analysis showed no significant relationship between library services to the satisfaction pemustaka after being renovated in culture and humanities faculty library UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This is evident from the results of the study showed that to = 2.89 is greater than the "t" good table at significant level of 5% (2.02) as well as the significant level of 1% (2.71) that can be represented 2.02 < 2.89> 2.71. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted which means that there is a positive influence on the Service Satisfaction pemustaka library after being renovated at the Library of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.

Abstract

The teacher is one very important component in moving an educational institution such as madrasas. Professional teachers are also required in performing their duties as a teacher. Teacher performance as a reference to see if teachers had done their job well. Teacher performance is the ability of a teacher to carry out the task of teaching in schools / madrasah and responsible for learners under his guidance with improving learning achievement of learners. The indicators are 1) the ability of a teacher in carrying out its duties and 2) the ability displayed in the teacher or during learning activities. The performance of a teacher himself is influenced by several factors, both internal and external. Internal factors come from the teachers themselves, while external factors coming and being outside of the teacher, either directly or indirectly affect the performance embodiment. One internal factor is the competency of teachers related to the performance of its duties. External factors often influencing and shaping the internal factors.

Abstract

Evaluation of educational programs is a process to determine whether the purpose of education can already be realized. This study raised the question of the evaluation of education programs in mini schools Plaju MA Patra Mandiri Palembang. Program Pesantren mini itself is an education that adopts the education system in schools in general, but only a small portion is applied. In conducting the research, the evaluators use this type of model evaluation CIPP (context, input, process, product). The goal is to determine the extent to which the program is running properly. This type of research is the evaluation of a program that uses the model CIPP, namely: contex, input, process and product, with a qualitative approach to the subject of the research is the principal, waka curriculum, waka student, teachers, administrators, and the community around MA Patra Mandiri Plaju Palembang. Data collection techniques in this research is to use observation, interviews and documentation, while for analyzing the data using three procedures, namely data reduction, display, and data verification.
