Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of employee relationsconsisting of employee communication, guidance and discipline affect the job satisfaction of employeesof PT. Kartika Tower Buana in Karanganyar and knowing the relationship among the employeerelations of the most dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buanain Karanganyar. Based on the results of this research can enrich the study of the phenomenon ofemployee relations and is expected used as a source of information and material for consideration bythe company to increase employee satisfaction. The hypothesis testing in this study using a multiplelinear regression analysis with the t-test, F-test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The populationin this study was all employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buana Karanganyar. While the study samplewas 100 employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buana Karanganyar with accidental sampling as a samplingtechnique. Based on the survey results revealed that communication t-test obtained for 2.845 1.985so that a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika Tower BuanaKaranganyar. T-test obtained for guidance is 2.936 1.985 so that a positive and significant effecton job satisfaction of PT. Kartika Tower Buana employee. T-test obtained for discipline is 5.2341.985 so have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika TowerBuana Karanganyar. Based on calculations simultaneously T-test obtained is 36.488 2.68 so thatcommunication, guidance and incentives together have a positive and significant effect on jobsatisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buana Karanganyar. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.533; meant that communication, guidance, discipline can explain the causes of the rising and falling job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buana Karanganyar by 53.3%, while the remaining 46.7% can be explained by other variables outside the model. The calculations show that discipline is a variable that has a value of beta coefficient greater when compared with the performance, that is equal to 0.415. This suggests that discipline is the most dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buana Karanganyar compared with guidance and communication.

Abstract

Cafee has become an emerging entertainment among urban people at Solo. Therefore, there aremany marketing aspects which interest researcher to study it. Among all those issues, consumer behavioramong cafee consumers becomes the main attention in this study. This study analyses factors relatedwith consumer decision during contacts with service provider (i.e cafee) This research uses regressionanalysis as a tool of analyses. The factors identified in influencing people in choosing cafee areadvertsing, comfortability, live show, date and location. This study gives several suggestion to cafee ownerin Solo to increase their service in order to achieve high income.

Abstract

Holistic Marketing is become new mantra for marketer in this 21 century. The concept builds on 4 pillars which are integrated marketing, internal marketing, performance marketing and relationship marketing. The point of that concept is about the important things is to make relationship to everybody and to every stakeholders. The concepts still on development process by Kotler Keller. This conceptual article proposed that Holistic Marketing proposed by Kotler Keller still discuss about horizontal relationship. It is not include the important relationship that should be building by human, which is relationship to God. Those relationship can make organization can apply the concept of HabluminaLLAH, habluminannas dan rahmatan lil ’alamin. The concept proposed as Holistic Marketing 3.0, to make more complete and holistic relationship.

Abstract

This research early from problem not yet is effective officer service of district government in giving public service to society. Proven by existence ofunjust service and delay of arrangement of work, the problem arise because of less its discipline of district government officer and less supporting climate work inarrangement of work. Based on the problem, writer conduct the research with use methode of survey with data collecting technique there are use to bibliographydata, observation, interview and spreading a set questionnaire. The objective of the research were to review and to analyze a relation of discipline work and climate work to effectiveness service of government officer in District of Kejaksan, Town of Cirebon. Hypothesis which writer raise there are (1) There is influence of discipline work government officer of district to service effectiveness, (2) There is influence of work climate to service effectiveness. This research used to doubled linear regression analysis. Based on the result of solution and analysis concerning Influence of discipline work and climate work in District of Kejaksan, Town of Cirebon there are (1) Discipline work an climate work government officer District of Kejaksan it can be good categorized. That is it can be seen from responder answer which majority answer agree. The result of analysis of regression also show the existence of influence which are positive from both variable to effectiveness service public,(2) Variable ofworking discipline (X1) and organizational climate always influence effectiveness service of public in District of Kejaksan, Town of Cirebon. And that 65,1%effectiveness service of public can be explaines by discipline work variable and work climate variable, while the rest 34,9% explained by other causes which there are not yet to check, and then (3) By parsial analize, discipline work and organizational climate have influence to effectiveness service of public.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to review governance issue in family firms from several perspectives and discuss about the contribution of transaction cost theory to explain governance mechanism in family firm. In family business literature, the explanation about the governance mechanism movement can be found in Agency theory and Transaction cost Theory. Agency theory supports a foundation for understanding formal control mechanism through hierarchy within firm. Transaction cost economy frequently use to explain governance mechanism for formal control in inter-firm relationship By addressing governance issue in family SMEs, this study contributes to an understanding of connection between characteristic of family SMEs, economic business activities, environmental factors, and governance mechanism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine relationship between equity theory and work outcomes in educational staff’s context.  To operationalize these constructs, equity theory was measured by three dimensions of organizational justice, namely procedural, interactional and distributive justice, while organizational outcome was measured by job satisfaction.  The result of study shows that all dimensions of organizational justice have significant effect to job satisfaction. Conclusion about relationship between equity theory and work outcomes and recommendations for future research also discussed.

Abstract

 The objectives of this research is to examine the impact of service recovery toward trust, and customer loyalty. To look at the connection between service recovery and customer loyalty this research used justice perspective that included procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice. The setting of this research was information technology business. The research was conducted in area of Surakarta regency with the customer phone operator as research respondent. This research used convinience sampling and employed 150 respondent that grouped by complaint and non-complaint customer. Regression analysis  was used in this research to analyse the data. Research indicated that procedural justice have significant impact toward customer satisfaction. In contrast, distributive and interactional justive did not significant impact toward customer satisfaction. This research also found that trust and customer satisfaction significantly impact toward trust and customer loyalty. In addition, this result found that non-complaint respondent were more trust and  loyalty than  customer who complaint to service which provided by phone operator. This indicated that service recovery did not enable to recover service failure.

Abstract

Abstract- The determinants of bank performance can be grouped into three groups, namely; 1) bank specific factors related to management decisions and policy objectives, 2) industry factors related to industrial structure and market growth, and 3) macroeconomic factors that reflect the economic conditions in which the bank operates. This study analyzes the effect of bank-specific factors and industry factors on banking performance using panel data regression analysis on a sample of 39 Indonesian Commercial Banks during the 2015-2019 period. Bank specific factors consist of bank size, efficiency, and capital adequacy, while the industrial factor in this study is the market structure which includes market concentration and market share. Banking performance is measured by Return on Equity and Net Interest Margin. The results of this study indicate that bank size and efficiency (BOPO) has a negative and significant effect on banking performance. Capital adequacy and market concentration have no effect on banking performance. Meanwhile, the market share variable has a positive and significant effect on banking performance as measured by Net Interest Margin but does not affect banking performance as measured by Return on Equity. Keywords : bank size, efficiency, capital adequacy, market structure, banking performance Abstrak- Determinan kinerja bank dapat dikelompokkan menjadi tiga kelompok yaitu ; 1) faktor spesifik bank yang terkait dengan keputusan manajemen dan tujuan kebijakan, 2) faktor industri yang terkait struktur industri dan pertumbuhan pasar, dan 3) faktor makroekonomi yang mencerminkan keadaan ekonomi dimana bank beroperasi. Penelitian  ini menganalisis pengaruh faktor spesifik bank dan faktor industri terhadap kinerja perbankan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel pada sampel dari 39 Bank Umum Konvensional Indonesia selama periode 2015-2019. Faktor spesifik bank terdiri atas ukuran bank, efisiensi, dan kecukupan modal sedangkan faktor industri dalam penelitian ini adalah struktur pasar yang meliputi konsentrasi pasar dan pangsa pasar. Kinerja perbankan diukur dengan Return on Equity dan Net Interest Margin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel ukuran bank dan efisiensi (BOPO) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perbankan. Variabel kecukupan modal dan konsentrasi pasar tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perbankan. Sedangkan variabel pangsa pasar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perbankan yang diukur dengan Net Interest Margin namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perbankan yang diukur dengan Return on Equity. Keywords : ukuran bank, efisiensi, kecukupan modal, struktur pasar, kinerja perbankan

Abstract

The e-banking adoption researches have been conducted with diversity in the approach models in which they found the model diversity so that these are casuistic. This fact becomes an interesting gap research. The purpose of this article is to provide an insight into the determinants of customers’ e-banking acceptance. The samples of the study numbered to 200 people analyzed with SEM. Results indicate that the concept of trust and risk have merit in explaining consumers’ decisions on whether to use e-banking. These findings are also related to the theoretical, practical, managerial, and methodological implications and implication to further studies although this study is limited.

Abstract

The most of small-scale industry in Indonesia is at a center community. The activities of theentrepreneur of small scale industrial if seen from pattern link of its job environmentally its businessown is difference of among one small entrepreneur with other. Based on the difference pattern of its linkhence the small entrepreneur can be grouped into mains entrepreneur, entrepreneur of free entrepreneurand follower. The main entrepreneur is important position, which can determine to succeed in thereassignment of small industry at one particular of a center community. Therefore, to evaluate thereadiness of small industry in face of free trade era hence attention and target of development shall beaddressed to mains entrepreneur.
