Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of : 1 ) Return on Assets ( ROA ) to the stock price onthe banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010-2012 ; 2 ) Return On Equity ( ROE) to the stock price on the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010-2012 ; 3 ) NetProfit Margin (NPM ) on stock prices in the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period2010-2012 ; 4 ) Earning per share (EPS ) to the stock price on the banking companies listed on the StockExchange th period 2010-2012 ; 5 ) Price Earning Ratio ( PER ) on stock prices in the banking companieslisted on the Stock Exchange th period 2010-2012 ; and 6 ) ROA , ROE , NPM , EPS , PER simultaneously on stock prices in the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010-2012 . This research was conducted using secondary data . The population in this study are listed banking industry in IndonesiaStock Exchange ( IDX ) of 28 companies , the samples taken were 84 observations by purposive samplingtechnique . The method of analysis used by multiple regression analysis with first tested the classicalassumptions include normality test, multicollinearity , heteroscedasticity test , and hypothesis testing usedis a simultaneous significant test ( Test F ) , partial significant test ( the self- t ) . The results of this studyprove that : ROA no significant effect on the stock price on the banking companies listed on the StockExchange th period 2010 - 2012 , ROE no significant effect on the stock price on the banking companieslisted on the Stock Exchange th period 2010 - 2012 , NPM significantly influence stock price on the bankingcompanies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010 - 2012 , EPS significantly influence stock prices inthe banking company listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010 - 2012 , PER no significant effect on thestock price on the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010 - 2012 , ROA , ROE ,NPM , EPS and PER simultaneously significant effect on stock prices in the banking companies listed onthe Stock Exchange th period 2010 - 2012

Abstract

Abstract : Human resource management is one of the functions of the organization, and when the function is running well, the organization is expected to strive for employees to provide optimal performance in accordance with the expected. Factors that may affect employee performance are transformational leadership, organizational culture and organizational commitment. Transformational leadership is a state in which employees feel trust, admiration, loyalty, and respect for their leaders. Organizational culture is the norm, belief, attitude and philosophy that embraced someone in achieving organizational goals. Organizational commitment is a psychological state that characterizes the relationship of employees with the organization and that affects employees will remain in the organization or not. The object of this research is Secretariat Staff of DPRD Surakarta. Based on presurvey in Secretariat DPRD Surakarta has a phenomenon of human resources problems, namely: the leader can not be a good example for employees, there are leaders who often come late, not obey the rules set. Employees have difficulty completing tasks on time, so the job becomes ineffective. Employees are also less confident about the organization, because of the lack of rewards for employees who have good performance.Abstraksi : Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu fungsi organisasi, dan ketika fungsinya berjalan dengan baik, organisasi diharapkan berusaha agar karyawan dapat memberikan kinerja yang optimal sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah keadaan di mana karyawan merasa percaya, mengagumi, kesetiaan, dan menghormati pemimpin mereka. Budaya organisasi adalah norma, keyakinan, sikap dan filosofi yang merangkul seseorang dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Komitmen organisasi adalah keadaan psikologis yang mencirikan hubungan karyawan dan organisasi yang mempengaruhi karyawan akan tetap berada di organisasi atau tidak. Objek penelitian ini adalah Staf Sekretariat DPRD Surakarta. Berdasarkan presurvey di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Surakarta, ada sejumlah masalah sumber daya manusia, yaitu: pemimpin yang tidak memiliki contoh yang baik untuk karyawan, ada pemimpin yang sering datang terlambat, tidak mematuhi aturan yang ditetapkan. Karyawan mengalami kesulitan menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, sehingga pekerjaan menjadi tidak efektif. Karyawan juga kurang yakin tentang organisasi, karena kurangnya penghargaan untuk karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang baik.

Abstract

The promising prospect of bamboo industry is now evolving not only become handicrafts and small enterprises. Stakeholders of bamboo industry need to pay attention on the potency of this industry for its eco-friendliness, expediencies, and advantages. The bamboo industry in Sragen Regency for instance, develops properly but still faces marketing problems as its primary obstacle. Bamboo craftsmen are commonly supplying products based on customer orders. This study identifies the use of catalogue media to promote bamboo product in Sragen Regency. Using study case for descriptive qualitative, this research clarifies that bamboo craftsmen in Sragen Regency need support for development process. The catalogue arrangement process is started from identification of existing products, containing product name, size, usage, and price. Information of producer profile such as name, address, and telephone are equally important attributes for the catalogue. All information in the catalogue must represent profile and accessibility of the related product in order to attract consumers, and practically for its ease of marketing process. These long process, and bamboo handicraftsmen commitment in promotion obstruct this study to determine the efficency of the catalogue in raising bamboo market.

Abstract

One form of cooperation carried out by banking and insurance financial institutions is the existence of bancassurance. The success of the bancassurance concept depends very much on the performance of the sales force, which in this case is an employee of a banking financial institution. This study aims to analyze sales orientation, customer orientation, and customer sensing on sales force performance. The data collection method used in this study is the questionnaire method given to respondents. The population in this study is the AXA Mandiri insurance sales force in Central Java. Respondent criteria for the research sample are salespeople who are sole agents (do not work as insurance agents in more than one insurance company) and have worked as insurance agents for more than 1 (one) year. Based on the results of the analysis show that sales orientation has no effect on sales force performance, customer orientation and customer sensing have a positive and significant effect on sales force performance. Abstract

This research tries to examine the impact of Information Technology and Interdependence to the Managerial Perfomance. There is Managerial Accounting System as the intermediation variable. The object of this research are the manufactures managers in Semarang. By purposive sampling technique this research choose 274 respondens. To analyze the data, this research uses validity and realibilty test and multiple regression analysis to examine the impact of the independence variables to the dependent variables. This research finds that  Information Technology and Interdependence partially have a positive effect to the Managerial Accounting System. Beside that the Information Technology and Interdependence partially have a positive impact to the Managerial Perfomance. But the Managerial Accounting System is not the intermediation variable between Information Technology and Interdependence to the Managerial Perfomance

Abstract

This research check about influence of change of working capital to change of profitability, whereprofitability proxied entrust in the form of some profitability ratio for example: GPM, OPM, NPM,ROI and ROE. Purpose is performed this research to test influence of change of working capital tochange of profitability from 50 manufacturing business which enlist in BEJ. Result of research indicatethat statistically change of working capital have an effect on to change of profitability, where from ratiosrepresenting proxy of the profitability which really influenced by MK is GPM and OPM. This Matteris proved with t of count obtained for the GPM and OPM were 2,340 (bigger than t of tables) orpursuant to its probability is obtained by p-value for the GPM and OPM were 0,021 (smaller than0,05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of the pottery industry enterprises, the factors that influence the development of the pottery industry business and to formulate appropriate empowerment to the community in the village of potterycraftsmen Melikan Wedi Klaten. Type District of research is a form of qualitative research with applied research , which took place in the village pottery handicraft industry center Melikan. The analysis in this research was done by using inductive analysis using a model of interactive analysis and preparation of community empowerment strategies with a SWOT analysis using cross strategy. The results showedbusinesses Melikan indusatri pottery village development. Factors affecting the development is the whole capital, human resources, technology, raw materials, natural disasters. Craftsmen organization, public policy, strategy formulation results in the formof community development planning, namely: (i) establishment of community conservationists pottery industry, (2) training in entrepreneurship and innovative potterymaking skills, (3) the development of capital and (4) drying equipment procurement.

Hypothesizing in this research is anticipated there is related amongconsumer attribute covering gender, age, work and earnings to product attribute covering promotion,quality of, tidiness and price at Bookstore Gramedia Surakarta by significant Result of research indicates that there are relation among gender with promotion, quality, price,tidiness. There are relation among age with promotion, quality, price, tidiness, promotion, quality, priceand tidiness. There are relation among work with promotion, quality, price, and tidiness. Calculation of Contiguity among C with Cmaks indicate that related degree sequence amongconsumer characteristic (gender, age, earnings and work) with product characteristic (promotion, qualityof, tidiness and price) having tightest relation is earnings storey with quality, this matter is proved fromvalue contiguity of C with smallest C maks.

Abstract

This study is an advantageous research of prepositions which require empirical tests. The research highlights the effect of entrepreneurial orientation in determining and maintaining sustainability of a company. A sharper business competition requires a bright and right strategy. The term of strategy is usually refers to something not more than an idea, concept, and formulation process, and sometime is inconsistent to its implementation. In the stage of implementation itself, the strategy changes frequently, very fast then it seems to be deviated from the plan that have been made. In the implementation phase, the discrepancy between strategy and internal factors is a common problem. The social capital is an important internal factor of organization, and it's able to moderate the entrepreneurial orientation in affecting the organizational performance. The equation constructed in the study proposition is aimed to observe the effects of entrepreneurial orientation to the organizational performance which is moderated by social capital in terms of structural, relation, and cognitive dimensions. This study utilizes multiple analysis groups, a theoretical framework which is suitable to test the various differences between similar estimation models for the different respondent group. The examination results that according to the measurement, a low Moderation of Social Capital (Structural Dimension, Relational Dimension, and Cognitive Dimension) moderates the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation to the Organizational Performance. The application of Social Capital (Structural Dimension, Relational Dimension, and Cognitive Dimension) of SME especially in Surakarta is still limited to non-business relationship
