Abstract

Running a business in the Retail sector in the Clothing Sector is very risky for bankruptcy, therefore it is necessary to use an analytical tool that 95% can produce accurate and reliable results such as the Altman Z-Score, in order to easily predict the level of bankruptcy in the company. This study examines retail companies in the clothing sector by taking 3 samples from the sector companies. This study aims to determine: the bankruptcy of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk, PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk and PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk as a Retail Company in the Clothing Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The hypothesis is accepted this is due to the phenomenon of the problem of the start of the shopping boom online and there is also a COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in 2020, and the fierce competition factor, the lack of employees or workers and increasingly sophisticated technological factors make businessmen in the retail sector of the clothing sector experience the potential for bankruptcy

Abstract

This study aims to assess the company's financial performance as measured by the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio in two conditions, before the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2017 and 2018 and the condition of the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2019 and 2020. The theory that underlies this research is liquidity using the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio analysis tools to the 2017-2020 financial position report data. The results showed that the financial performance of PT. SLJ Tbk in 2017-2020 experienced a decrease in liquidity which indicated the company was categorized as illiquid. This decline in financial performance was due to the company being burdened with current debt which continued to increase and was also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence 1). Return onAsset (ROA) against Stock Return on mining companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange in 2019-2021, 2). Net Profit Margin (NPM) against Stock Return in miningcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021.The theoretical basis used in this research is financial accounting. The analyticaltool used is the formula for Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin and Stock Return. Thetype of research used is quantitative research obtained from secondary data. Withpurposive sampling as a sampling method. The data analysis technique in this research isusing multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the statistical computerapplication program SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science).Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that theresults of the study 1). Return On Assets has a positive and insignificant effect on StockReturns in mining companies in 2019-2021 because from the analysis of test value t 0.051or 5,1%, the calculated t value is 0.225 < t table 2,042 with a significant rate of 0.824 > 0.05.2). Net Profit Margin has a positive and insignificant effect on Stock Returns in miningcompanies in 2019-2021 because from the analysis of Test Value t 0,068 or 6,8%, thecalculated t value is 0,303 < t table 2.042 with a signification rate of 0.764 > 0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the application of excellentservice at the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) Melak, West Kutai Regency in implementingexcellent service standards and processes. This research itself is a qualitative descriptivetype. The focus of this research is attitude (Attitude), ability (Ability), attention (Attention),action (Action), and responsibility (Accountability) in the Office of PT. PLN (Persero)Melak West Kutai Regency.Based on the results of research, and discussion of the application of excellentservice in the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) Melak West Kutai Regency is good. Based onthe attitudes, abilities, attention, actions, and responsibilities carried out by the employeesof the PT. PLN (Persero) Melak West Kutai Regency can be seen that it has been carriedout optimally. However, there are still indicators that are considered not optimal, such asdelays in employee response in serving the community who provide services through socialmedia and inadequate parking lots, especially parking for four-wheeled vehicles.

Abstract

Therefore, this study aims to find out the implementation of the child identity card(KIA) policy in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Samarinda City and to findout the supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of the child identity card(KIA) policy in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Samarinda City.This research belongs to a type of descriptive research using a qualitativeapproach which means this research describes a real phenomenon or event. Informants inthis study as many as 7 people as informants. Research data is obtained from various datasources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done throughobservation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are datareduction, data presentation, Conclusion drawing and verification.The results showed that the implementation of the child identity card (KIA) policyin the Population and Civil Registration Office of Samarinda City through 6 indicators,namely: 1) communication, 2) resources, 3) disposition and 4) bureaucratic structureshowed quite well. This can be seen from the socialization and printing of children'sidentity cards carried out directly in elementary schools with competent employees whoadhere to the SOP that has been stipulated in the Samarinda City Regional Regulation.The supporting factor is communication and resources that are going well. While theinhibitory factors are disposition, bureaucratic structure, facilities and infrastructure, aswell as the covid 19 outbreak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the performance of BPD in carrying out itsfunctions. This type of research uses qualitative research with descriptive type, the numberof informants in this study is 7 people who are determined by data collection techniquesusing interview and documentation methods. The focus of this research is to protect,legislate, supervise, and accommodate people's aspirations. The results showed that theperformance of BPD in the act of nurturing socially had been carried out well, but it wasstill not optimal. Performance in legislation itself has several obstacles, namely the lackand lack of knowledge from the village government and the BPD who conduct jointdeliberation in forming a decision and formulating a village regulation itself and the lackof cooperation with each other. Performance in monitoring actions is optimal enoughwhere the BPD often makes social visits to the community to listen to aspirations orcomplaints that the community wants to convey to the village government. Performance incommunity aspirations, the BPD has sought all forms of community aspirations to beheard by the village government. Overall, the performance of the BPD in this case hasbeen very good in desensitizing and channeling the aspirations of the community so thatthey are heard and considered to be resolved properly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab dua hal. Pertama, dia ingin menjawab dua hal. Pertama, kedudukan masyarakat yang menganut sistem hukum di Indonesia. Kedua, penelitian ini menganalisis pemenuhan hak politik masyarakat yang meyakini pemilihan umum di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan doktrin normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan meneliti kepustakaan atau data sekunder dan data primer sebagai dasar penelitian dengan mencari peraturan dan literatur yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti oleh penulis. Fokus penelitian ini adalah melindungi, mengatur, mengawasi dan menampung aspirasi masyarakat. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak pemeluk agama yang pelaksanaannya berbelit-belit dalam hal administrasi kependudukan yang menghambat pemeluk agama untuk mendapatkan hak politiknya, pemerintah tidak memberikan KTP Elektronik melainkan memberikan Formulir C-4 kepada pemeluk agama. dijadikan sebagai Data Pemilih, serta permasalahan minimnya pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai perkembangan pemeluk agama di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan umum, masyarakat yang menganut kepercayaan belum terakomodasi secara maksimal dan penuh hak-hak konstitusionalnya. segala bentuk aspirasi masyarakat agar didengar oleh pemerintah desa secara keseluruhan kinerja BPD dalam hal ini sudah sangat baik dalam mendengarkan dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat agar didengar dan dipertimbangkan untuk solusi yang tepat.

Abstract

Pemberlakuan Ambang Batas Suara Dalam Permohonan Pertimbangan Hasil Pemilihan Umum Pilkada Di Mahkamah Konsitusi telah terdapat Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 51/PUU-XIII/2015, demi kepastian hukum, Mahkamah Konstitusi harus tunduk pada ketentuan yang secara expressis verbis digariskan dalam Undang-Undang Pilkada. Pelaksanaaan Pasal 158 Undang-Undang tentang Pilkada dan aturan turunannya secara konsisten, Mahkamah Konstitusi turut ambil bagian dalam upaya mendorong agar lembagalembaga yang terlibat dalam proses Pilkada. Persoalan pengaturan ambang batas selisih suara menjadi anomali tersendiri dalam pelaksanaan Pilkada di Indonesia. Hal ini bisa dilihat setidaknya dalam dua edisi Pilkada serentak terakhir, yakni Pikada tahun 2015, tahun 2017 dan tahun 2020. Ketentuan ini secara konsep dan praktik dianggap akan menghambat upaya mewujudkan keadilan Pemilu sebagai hakikat awal proses pelaksanaan perselisihan hasil Pilkada di Mahkamah Konstitusi. Hal ini juga kemudian yang tidak sejalan prinsip bahwa sebuah sistem demokrasi tidak bisa hanya menjadi legitimasi dari suara terbanyak saja. Tetapi, sebuah proses demokratisasi yang bernama Pemilu, harus dilindungi oleh sebuah sistem hukum.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh DAR, umur obligasi, jaminan, danukuran perusahaan terhadap peringkat obligasi pada perusahaan konstruksi yang terdaftar dipt.pefindo. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data sekunder dengan menggunakanpurposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 4 perusahaan dengan kriteria sampel,perusahaan bidang konstruksi yang terdaftar dan memiliki peringkat yang diterbitkan olehPT.PEFINDO selama periode tahun 2014-2021. Penelitian ini menggukan model analisisRegresi Logistik untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peringkat obligasi. Hasiluji hipotesis menunjukkan DAR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, umur obligasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, jaminan tidakberpengrauh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, dan hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkanbahwa DAR, Umur Obligasi, Jaminan, dan Ukuran Perusahan berpengaruh signifikanterhadap peringkat obligasi. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena investor cenderung membeliobligasi karena melihat dari reputasi perusahaan bukan dari DAR yang diperoleh perusahaan,pada umur obligasi investor lebih menyukai umur obligasi yang pendek dibawah tiga tahunkarena perusahaan dapat melunasi kewajiban dalam membayar pokok pinjaman pada saatjatuh tempo, jaminan tidak mempengaruhi investor dalam membeli obligasi karena investormelihat bukan dari apa yang dijaminkan melainkan dari kinerja pada reputasi perusaantersebut, dan pada ukuran perusahaan investor tidak tertarik untuk melihat dari ukuran totalasset yang dimiliki melainkan dari laba yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan.
