Abstract

AbstractAbd Al-Rauf Al-Sinkili was an Islamic leader who had expertise in combining two disciplines, that are tashawwuf and fiqh, in a systematic way. According to Al-Sinkili, the two discipines must be placed in harmony so that they do not come to surface as contradictory things in such ways and become overlap in the end. Tashawwuf (which involves spiritual matters), is a complementary science to Fiqh (which involves physical matters) for Moslems  to implement a proper religious life in order to have the mercy from Allah swt.A piece of writing that soon became a master piece by Al-Sinkili was entitled  “Mir'at Al-Thulab fi Tahsil Ma'rifat al-Ahkam al-Syari’ah li al-Malik al-Wahhab”. The piece was supposed to be a primary reference in Islamic Law for those who follow Syafi’ism.  While his writing concerning with tashawwuf was entitled “Daqoiq al-Huruf” (means the mistery of syllables) was the book on mysticism that explained about the misteries of symbolical aspects on syllables in connections with human interactions with the others, as well as with Allah swt.To some extent, the expertise shown by Al-Sinkili had weakened the accusations made by contemporary scholars toward ulamas in this archipelago for being occupaid by such a discourse in Islamic thought, and set aside the real global challenges.  This accusation is, of course, irrelevant for the time being as since XVII century there had been a dynamic development on Islamic thoughts made by Javanese ulamas. This was, at least evidenced by the emergence of modern thought about some possibilities for women to be a leader in the country.Key words: al-Sinkili, harmony, tashawwuf, fiqh.

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring/jarak jauh mulai marak diaplikasikan dalam pendidikan sebagai upaya untuk memutus rantai penyebaran virus COVID-19. Hal tersebut membawa situasi belajar yang baru bagi pendidikan sehingga memunculkan problematika namun di sisi lain juga melahirkan solusi untuk meredam atau mengatasinya. Salah satu mata pelajaran yang terkena dampak dari pembelajaran daring adalah Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan perlu segera diteliti karena peran dan urgensinya pada ketiga aspek utama pembelajaran, yakni afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar menyadarkan civitas pendidikan akan problematika pembelajaran PAI di masa pandemi dan membantu menanggulanginya dengan solusi menggunakan pendekatan psikologi pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus eksploratori serta metode pengambilan data berupa observasi kegiatan pembelajaran di masa pandemi; wawancara kepada murid, guru dan wali murid; dan dokumentasi. Data yang ditemukan kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan psikologi pendidikan agar tepat sasaran, mudah untuk diselidiki dan dianalisis. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah berbagai problematika pembelajaran PAI di masa pandemi yakni bentuk desain instruksional yang tidak sesuai, self-direction, motivasi belajar murid rendah, murid mengalami gejala psikologi somatis, dan kurangnya konsiderasi terhadap perbedaan individu. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan solusi dengan pendekatan psikologi pendidikan terkait problematika tersebut dengan cara pelatihan penyusunan desain instruksional bagi guru serta menerapkan berbagai teori psikologi pendidikan yaitu teori konstruksivis, psikologi positif, teori moral Kohlberg, dan teori kognitif sosial pada pembelajaran PAI

AbstractCivil law of Islam in indonesia is expected to create well-being materil and residents immateril for all indonesian people not to disregard the interests of some group and other groups. Law in indonesia should conform to the customs local indonesia entering in pancasila values.This paper intends to know the meaning of pancasila as screening board in the development of law in indonesia , strategy and the use of civil law of islam in indonesia.Pancasila serves as a filter on various values or norms that comes from outside. Law making procces, law awareness and law enforcement procces in indonesia always use pancasila as screening board in the use of universal values to become the norm positive law in indonesia.The use of islamic civil law in indonesia can be done through two ways namely first through the transformation of the value of the substance of islamic civil law  to the community cultural tradition of culture in indonesia that gradually long term will become customary law .The second, islamic civil law trying to become positive law indonesia through screening board pancasila.Keyword: Pancasila, Islamic civil law, development

Abstract

AbstractChildhood is a growth process both physical and psyche, then ideally the children should be protected from from various behaviors that interfere with the growth. Therefore, the children’s rights should be guaranteed such as getting health, education and play. Then, there are many factors causing the existence of child labor. And poverty case is mentioned as the main factor that led to the emergence of child labor. Moreover, the risk and the impact of children’s involvement in work, means everything that experienced and felt annoying up to harm their physical and psychological. Although the poverty is often used as a reason of the child labor, but all of it are seized the child’s rights. The child who works before their age will make weak next generation. It is not apropriate with maqasid asy-Syari’ah concept, one of them keep the five things, including one of d}haruriyyah need that keep the child’s psyche. It is strenghtened by the quotation from the Qur’an. The impact of child labor in both short time and long time, of course it is so damage their both physical and psychological as stated in Q.S. an-Nisa’(4): 9. It becomes a base of why child labour is not allowed. It is as mental protection form which is a d}haruriyyah need. Although the child labour can help the family economic for live, in other case child labour must be avoided considering the disadvantage is bigger than its advantage. Meanwhile, if it is in order to help parent and does not interfere both their mental and their physical then it is allowed. Keyword: Child, child labour, maslahah/goodness

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the factors causing the decrease of early child participation in Taman Pendidikan Al Qur’an (TPA) Al Huda and its interaction. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. This research was conducted at TPA Al Huda Dukuh Tanggung Desa Menjing. The sample of this study was 11 children. Data collection was conducted with in-depth interviews and participant observation. Data were analyzed with interactive model analysis. The results of this research include 1) Factors causing the decline of early childhood participation in TPA Al Huda that is a) They have received Islamic learning in kindergarten, b) They do not get special attention from parents, c) Their siblings do not participate, and ) They get Influence from more mature friends, e) They have different sects, and f) They participate in the new mosque dumping. 2) The interaction of factors causing the decline of early childhood participation in the TPA Al Huda shows that the majority of children are affected by more than one factor. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penuruan partisipasi anak usia dini di Taman Pendidikan Al Qur’an (TPA) Al Huda beserta interaksinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada TPA Al Huda Dukuh Tanggung Desa Menjing. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 anak. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terlibat. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi 1) Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan partisipasi anak usia dini di TPA Al Huda meliputi a) Telah mendapat pembelajaran agama Islam di TK, b) Tidak memperoleh perhatian khusus dari orang tua, c) Kakak kandung tidak berpartisipasi di TPA, d) Pengaruh teman yang lebih dewasa, e) Berbeda aliran/mazhab, dan f) Berpindah ke TPA masjid baru. 2) Interaksi faktor penyebab penuruan partisipasi anak usia dini di TPA Al Huda, menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas anak terdampak lebih dari satu faktor.

AbstractEfforts Muslims to realize the quality of Islamic Education Institutions have long coveted, to be able to give birth to a superior madrasah model that can compete with general education institutions.Madrasah on behalf of himself as superior schools and madrasah model should be recognized by the government and the public, not by the madrasah / school itself. Because excellence means having a value more than the other schools or Madrasahs, and certainly worth it not only can be seen from the physical aspect, but also other aspects that determine.Characteristics of a superior madrasah at least has three aspects, 1). Input, how the selection process for potential students is be done. 2) The process, which includes the ability of teachers, adequate facilities learning, curriculum, skill for language of Indonesian, Arabic, and English is absolutely necessary, teaching methods, which make students become active and creative, which is accompanied by freedom in expressing thoughts and imagination, also extar activities program, as well as extensive cooperation network. 3) Out put, an ability of graduates produced deemed superior, when they have been able to develop intellectual, emotional and spiritual potention of where they are located.Therefore, madrasah should have the advantage to be proud of the school and the community, which includes comparative advantage and competitive advantage. This dilatarr back on the number of imported products flooding into the local market that triggered a global crisis. In addition, people’s purchasing power is still relatively low stock contributed to beauty product market is relatively cheap imports. In the instructions the President No. 2 I 2009 on Better Use of Domestic Products (P3DN) and the Islamic concept of this requires government agencies to consume local products. This calls for the author’s attention to research on instruction Presidential No. 2 I 2009 on Better Use of Domestic Products (P3DN), the extent to which if the instructions are analyzed by the President of Islamic law in the case of an obligation for government agencies to consume local products. This study was designed to use different types of literature research (library research) is by way of an inventory and classify the application of literature instruction Presidential No. 2 / 2009 on Better Use of Domestic Products (P3DN) and scripture al-Quran and Islamic principles that are relevant to this discussion. Liabilities use of local products is part of the instructions the President No. 2 I 2009 on Better Use of Domestic Products (P3DN). In analyzing the data, the author qualitative research methods. Namely President No. analyze instructions. 2 / 2009 on Better Use of Domestic Products (P3DN) with consumption in the Islamic theory in order to obtain the expected results. With this qualitative research methods to produce the conclusion that the provisions of Presidential Decree No. instructions. 2 / 2009 on Better Use of Domestic Products (P3DN) according to Islam is a deprivation of voting rights for citizen consumption activities, which contrary to the principles of Islam mu’amalah namely ‘an-Taradhin (compliance).

Abstract

AbstractProblems of women when seen through the eyes of faith will continue to looksexy. Because religion is often considered "bridging" role of women as both have the mission of humanity and divinity like a man, but it makes the subordinate position of women and marginalized. In response to the discourse on gender, this article tries to make the methodology mewacanakan idea as the basis of modern thinkers, namely Amina Wadud and Khaled Abou El-Fadl. Amina Wadud hermeneutics tauhidi introduced that can be used at the same paradigms and methodologies. Abstract

Abstract:This study is a library research using a philosophical approach and intended to examine how the concept of shura according to Hamka and M. Quraish Shihab’s view, which theygavein interpreting the verses of the Qur’an about shura in Tafsir al-Azhar and Tafsir al-Mishbah. This research will also examine the relevance of the interpretation of Hamka and M. Quraish Shihab about the shura concept in the present context.Based on the research results, Hamka and M. Quraish Shihab assume that shura can be changed to adjust the condition of society. This is consistent with the interpretation of contemporary exegetes. This definition is not conflicting with the interpretation of the classical commentators. However, M. Quraish Shihab then states that it doesn’t need to bind themselves to the verdict of Islamic scholars and even former friends, so causing confusion to think, because there is no clear frame for the detachment. In short, the interpretation of M. Quraish Shihab stained the relativism interpretation. Nevertheless, Hamka’s concept of shura is still in accordance with the interpretation of the commentators so it’s very relevant when it is applied in enforcing the principle of shura in society and the Islamic state. The efforts of some Muslims who build Islam through democracy,for example in Public Election, it does not mean that they recognize democracy as a part of Islam, but it just the way(wasîlah) in maintaining dharûratul khamsah Muslims to consider the serious benefits and harms.Keywords: shura; democracy; Hamka, Quraish Shihab.

Abstract

AbstrakThe people living in Mlandang, one of the rural areas in Karanganyar,  are muslims. However, they had not developed their religiosity and traditions well until 1980s when a non formal Islamic teaching called Sunday Afternoon Islamic Teaching was founded by Ismadi, an Elementary School teacher. Through this institution, muslims’ religiosity limited to prayers, fasting, charity, and reading Kuran has developed into wider and more intensive scale. Now, there are many muslims capable of reading Kuran and giving speech. Most of them perform regular prayers, pay regular and accidental charity, join local Islamic teaching, and live according to Islam. They also have better mosque, kindergarten, and other facilities. Local traditions, on the contrary, undergo changes in forms and intensity. The traditions close to Islamic teaching such as that related to birth are changed and continued. On the contrary, the ones far from Islamic origins such as those related to farming, marriage, and death are left.            Key words: Dinamika, Majlis ta’lim, Keberagamaan, Tradisi
