Abstract

AbstractThis paper is aimed at answering two basic questions; how does the Qur’anic interpretation of Raden Pengulu Tafsir Anom as a text relate to the previous texts and how the trend of orthodoxy representing within the text. This paper has come into two pivotal findings; firstly, the work of interpretation has created meanings by referring to other texts or we call it an inter-text approach, both written text or unwritten text created by cultural and social settings surrounding the writer. However, the work of interpretation does not fully use all production models of meaning namely permutations, opposition and transformation. The models which are used just permutation and transformation, the way of producing meaning by changing the sentence structure to become various explanations which are easier to understand. The choice is only on these two models implicating to a very limited meaning production. Secondly, the trend of Islamic orthodoxy represented by the Tafsir Anom’s work of interpretation which can be seen from two different levels. Firstly, the level of thought as can be seen in his interpretations, especially the theological thinking. In terms of God as the creator and human as His creature, Tafsir Anom explains that God obliges and requires His creature to worship to Him without involving any intermediary subjects in any form. Secondly, level of reference as the source of his interpretation sources. Referring to the Islamic interpretations had been done by posititioning them as a system of rule. Positioning the referred text or hipogram text as the guidance has particular logical consequences, i.e. logical consequences of orthodoxy, since the referred texts are  orthodox texts.Key words: Intertext, Orthodoxy, Tafsir

Abstract

The development of instruksional multimedia is a technological ddvancement in the world of education. The existence of technological supprot in The field of Education makes teachers assisted in effort to improve the quality of learning and to achieve teaching objective. This study aim to determine : 1) how to make multimedia learning qur’an juz 30 based on murrotal; 2) determine the feasibility of murrotal-based Quran learning multimedia developed as a medium for learning the quran juz 30. This research is a research and development. This development research was carried out throught several stage, namely potential and problem, information gathering, products design, design validation, desain revision. In the validation stage, multimedia learning in the Quran si validated by material experts and media experts. Data collection techniques use are questionnaire for instrumen. The validation data is the converted to a likert scale to obtain a multimedia feasibility category based on murrotal Quran. This research and development has produced murrotal juz-based Quran learning video.  Learning multimedia for Quran is feasible to be used in both good and very good categories. This can be seen in the result of validation of material experts with a score of 4.5 or the category of very good; validation of media experts with a score of 3.6 or good category.

Abstract

AbstractIslamic Banking is banking or banking activity that is consistent with the principles of Islamic law (Sharia) which prohibit specific interest or fee known as riba or usury for loans of money. Islamic Banking grew and developed in Indonesia with the establishment of Indonesia Muamalat Bank. In Indonesia, the Islamic Banking system is regulated by the enactment of the Law Number 21 of 2008 Concerning Sharia Banking which regulates Islamic Banking more comprehensive than the Law Number 10 of 1998 Concerning Banking which regulates conventional banking or banking generally.The fact that Indonesia has the world’s largest Muslim population creates a huge market for sharia banking, and Indonesia Muamalat Bank has become the pioneer that made a breakthrough in the existing concept of banking. That is why  to operate  Islamic Bank has a good prospect in Indonesia. Islamic Bank operates no interest, but it is operated by using the concept of risk sharing or profit loss sharing.There are two objectives of the study we want to know, that are :First, wish to know the description of Islamic Banking in Indonesia according to the Law Number 21 of 2008 Concerning Sharia Banking and the growth of Islamic Banking from year to year especially after the enactment of the Law Number 21 of 2008 Concerning Sharia Banking.Second, wish to know how the opportunity and the prospect of Islamic Banking in   Indonesia since it is regulated by the Law Number 21 of 2008 Concerning Sharia BankingKeywords: Islamic banking, Sharia principles, Banking industry, Prospect

Abstract

AbstrakThe work ethic is one among global narrative that is now often discussed. This is because the work ethic is one of the critical success factors in the work. While high work ethic is strongly influenced by the personality, behavior and character of the person. Value of work in the view of Islam should be proportional to amaliyah mandatory, so mundane patterned positive work is also a religious duty. Islamic work ethic ushered characteristics are: (1) The intention sincere for Allah Alone, (2) Work Hard (al-Jiddu fi al-’amal), (3) Having high ideals (al-Himma al-’Aliyah) , With a work ethic that is being developed will affect the productivity of a person.Keywords: work ethic, Islam.

Abstract

Manusia hidup tak bisa lepas dari lingkungan, orang-orang yang berada disekitarnya, binatang yang hidup didekatnya dan pepohonan yang tumbuh asri di sekitamya, semuanya adalah lingkungannya. Sebagai makhluk sosial, manusia pasti membutuhkan lingkungan, dan sungguh tercela mereka yang tidak ramah terhadap lingkungan. Polusi udara, eksploitasi sumber daya alam, penggundulan hutan, reboisasi, peremajaan taman dan tanaman, menghidupkan tanah tak bertuan, metode pengairan yang ideal, serta penanggulangan banjir, adalah sebagian dari permasalahan lingkungan. Namun, sejak lebih dari empat belas abad yang lalu Islam sebagai agama yang sempurna universal telah lebih dahulu memberikan perhatiannya terhadap berbagai masalah lingkungan sekaligus menyodorkan solusinya. Istilah lingkungan hidup, dalam bahasa lnggris disebut dengan environment, dalam bahasa Belanda disebut dengan milliu atau dalam bahasa Perancis disebut dengan i’enveronment. Kesadaran dan kepedulian lingkungan hidup ditandai dengan diselenggarakannya “Konferensi PBB tentang Lingkungan Hidup (United Nations Conference on the Human Environment) di Stockholm pada tanggal 5-16 Juni 1972. Upaya ini ditandai dengan diberlakukannya Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor Tahun 1982 tentang Ketentuan-ketentuan Pokok Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup. Undang-undang tersebut di atas merupakan payung bagi peraturan perundang-undangan lainnya yang mengatur mengenai lingkungan hidup. Kemudian undang-undang tersebut disempurnakan dengan diundangkannya Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 1997.

Abstract

Teaching English grammar can be taught by some methods. Two of them are communicative language teaching (CLT) and explanation method. Both CLT and explanation method can be used to present the English language materials such as authentic materials, Scrambled sentences, language games, picture strip stories, poems, songs, poetry, map, and role play. Each of them has strength and weakness. Teaching with CLT can make the class become interesting and the student will not get bored. Whereas, by only using the explanation the student will get bored and the teacher as well. In Indonesia CLT is a modified version to adopt teaching English skills such as reading, writing and and speaking. Structural approach is still applied for teaching language elements such as structure/grammar and vocabulary. Explanation method is used to develop reading skill. However, based on the data of test result by the students, the result of explanation technique is more effectively targeted better than CLT. Keywords: grammar, communicative, explanation, technique, teaching

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini menjelaskan hasil penelitian tentang ada tidaknya pengaruh intensitas membaca dzikir Asmaul Husna dan shalat Dhuhur Berjamaah Siswa terhadap tingkat kontrol diri siswa MA di Kota Pekalongan. Pengujian  hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan  analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Hipotesis penelitiannya pertama, yaitu ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Intensitas membaca dzikir Asmaul Husna terhadap kontrol diri siswa. Kedua, ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kebiasaan melakukan shalat dhuhur berjamaah terhadap kontrol diri siswa. Metode penelitian berupa metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil  pengujian hipotesis nol (H0)  pertama diterima. Nilai signifikansi t untuk variabel kebiasaan membaca asmaul husna adalah 0,056 dan nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari probabilitas α yang ditetapkan yaitu  0,495 (0,4950,05).  Pengujian menunjukkan H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Nilai signifikansi t untuk  variabel  melakukan shalat zuhur berjamaah   adalah  0,119 dan nilai  tersebut  lebih  besar  dari  probabilitas α  yang  ditetapkan  yaitu  0,05 ( 0,095 0,05).  Pengujian  menunjukkan  H0  diterima  dan Ha ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil uji  regeresi  linear  berganda  secara  parsial, dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  intensitas kebiasaan membaca asmaul husna dan sholat dhuhur berjamaah berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan  terhadap  kontrol diri siswa.

Abstract

AbstractTh is research was aimed at describing and explaining: (1) the implementation of Educational Financing Management at MI Ya BAKII Karangjengkol Kesugihan Cilacap, (2) analysis existing model of Educational Financing Management Based Ziswa-School Levy (Study at MI Ya BAKII Karangjengkol Kesugihan Cilacap and (3) to formulate conceptual Development Model of Educational Financing Management Based Ziswa-School Levy. Th is research to study existing objectives by using a qualitative approach and research and development from Borg and gall. Th e object of this research was the implementation of Educational Financing Management Based Ziswa-School Levy and its conceptual Development Model of Educational Financing Management Based Ziswa-School Levy in MI Ya BAKII Karangjengkol Kesugihan. Th e data were obtained by conducting a direct observation in the ? eld, in-depht interviews and documentation. The technique of data analysis was qualitative analysis of the interactive model. Th e result of the research show that: the implementation of educational financing management at MI Ya BAKII Karangjengkol Kesugihan Cilacap so acuntable, and not yet utilization ziswa as educational financing sources its rich, and sustainable.Keyword: Strategy, management, school.

Abstract

AbstrakIslam agama Rahmatan lil ‘alamin yang mengajarkan sikap wasathiyah sesuai dengan metodologi Al-Qur’an, yaitu lembut, santun, ramah, berlapang dada, dan mengandalkan kekuatan doa. Wajah Islam Nusantara yang dibawa oleh para mujahid sufi wali sanga adalah  sangat kental diwarnai oleh corak Tasawuf, yaitu corak keIslaman yang lembut, santun dan toleran. Para Ulama’ dari kurun waktu ke waktu yang lain telah memposisikan dirinya sebagai obor umat, yang senantiasa membimbing umat agar menjadi sebatang pohon yang indah. Akar keyakinan yang kokoh; batang, dahan, ranting dan dedaunannya adalah istiqomah; sedangkan buah pohon keIslaman adalah integritas akhlak, etika, dan moral.Ajaran Islam memiliki tiga pilar; iman, Islam dan ihsan, kemudian berkembang menjadi akidah, syari’ah, dan akhlak atau tawhid, fikih dan Tasawuf. Ihsan merupakan essensi Tasawuf dan sebaliknya, keduanya merupakan pilar utama untuk membangun pribadi Muslim yang saleh, yaitu pribadi yang tercermin pada diri dan perilaku Nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai Al-Qur’an hidup.Indonesia telah masuk pada abad ke-21 atau abad global, banyak masyarakat muslim yang berhasil menduduki posisi strategis di segala ranah kehidupan; politik, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya, yang seharusnya mewarnai Indonesia dengan nilai-nilai keIslaman semisal etos kerja, produktifitas, professional, dan integritas yang berujung pada kemaslahatan umat manusia. Akan tetapi, moralitas mereka kotor karena hanya menunjukkan simbol-simbol keIslaman saja. Ihsan (Tasawuf) dipahami secara inklusif; terbatas pada ranah perilaku peribadatan saja, sehingga Rekontekstualisasi nilai-nilai Tasawuf pada seluruh ranah kehidupan manusia akan menjadi wujud perilaku nyata sebagai representasi dari nilai ajaran tasawuf itu sendiri untuk mewujudkan maslahah bagi manusia yang dinamis seiring perkembangan zaman.Kata Kunci : Representasi, Tasawuf, masyarakat, globalAbstract Islam Rahmatan lil 'alamin religion that teaches attitude wasathiyah accordance with the methodology of the Qur'an, that is gentle, courteous, friendly, diledang chest, and rely on the power of prayer. The face of Islamic archipelago brought by the Sufi sage mujahid is very strongly colored by the style of Sufism, ie the pattern of keIslaman gentle, polite and tolerant. The Ulama 'from time to time others have positioned themselves as the torch of the Ummah, who constantly guides the people into a beautiful tree. The root of firm beliefs; stems, branches, twigs and leaves are istiqomah; while the fruit of Islamic trees is the integrity of morals, ethics, and morals.Islamic teachings have three pillars; faith, Islam and ihsan, then developed into aqidah, shari'ah, and morals or tawhid, fiqh and mysticism. Ihsan is the essence of Sufism and vice versa, both of which are the main pillars for building a pious Muslim personality, a person who is reflected in the self and behavior of Prophet Muhammad as the living Qur'an.Indonesia has entered the 21st century or the global century, many Muslim societies have succeeded in occupying strategic positions in all spheres of life; political, economic, social and cultural rights, which should color Indonesia with Islamic values such as work ethic, productivity, professional, and integrity that lead to the benefit of mankind. However, their morality is dirty because it shows only the symbols of Islam. Ihsan (Sufism) is understood inclusively; confined to the domain of religious behavior only, so that Rekontekstualisasi the values of Sufism on the entire realm of human life will be a manifest behavior as a representation of the value of the teachings of Sufism itself to realize the maslahah for human dynamic as the times.Keywords: Representation, Sufism, society, global
