Abstract

AbstractGlobalization as a multi-dimensional phenomenon at some point generate a variety of perspectives. On the one hand, the scientists assume that globalization is a science paradigrma (grand theory) in the scholarly community service, but if we look at the broader aspects of the globalization of the implications of globalization also posed on the pattern of development of science and technology world. Th is paper tries to elaborate the implications of globalization as an approach in the social sciences to the pattern of development of science and technology. In the early 1970s gold reached a stage of development of capitalism and technological development pattern at that time adopted many technological developments (hard technology) but when in the 1990s era of globalization comes the pattern of technological developments turn out to be more humane. What happens is that there is an attempt to force a culture to another culture. Th is will have a big impact on the life of society. Today, people fed to then make Western culture as daily until the new kemudian budaya releasing or removing peoples identity. To overcome it, clearly need to be selective in accepting a culture.Keyword: globalization, technology, culture.

Abstract

AbstractThis article is the result of fundamental  research conducted  in 2011. It is intended to see how far the ideas of pluralism can be understood and accepted by public who are often involved in violance on the behalf of religion.The method applied in this research is indepth interview, news paper documentation, discourse analysis.Based on the analysis result, it is found that  there are three opinions about religious pluralism. First, formalitistic tradisionalist opinion, that is: there is only one true religion, it is the religion that he/she belongs to. second, the unconcerned attitude or apathy to the religious reality of religion in Indonesia.. Third, a radical opinion, they think that the followers of other religion –out side of the religion that they belong to, must be have enough, and if it is needed by using violance and force.Keyword:  pluralitas, kekerasan, konflik agama

Abstract

AbstractThe use of criminal sanctions as the main sanction has indicated the extent towhich the level of understanding of the legislators to the problem of "crime andpunishment". At least show that the limited understanding of the use of criminalsanctions also affect the determination of criminal sanctions in administrativelaw. "Errors" in the formulation of the implications for the difficulty andconfusion in the law enforcement, because there is a gap of two disciplines,namely the criminal law on the one hand and on the other hand administrativelaw, which has its own procedural law. This confusion will lead to ambiguity inthe resolution of cases of violation of administrative law contains criminalsanctions, whether enforcement will be carried out by law enforcement agencieswithin the criminal justice sisitem or whether officials of the state administrationin the sphere of administration? Such circumstances, of course, will lead to theexistence of legal uncertainty for the community.Kata Kunci: sanksi pidana, hukum pidana, hukum administrasi

Abstract

Pesantren sebagai  bagian integral masyarakat  mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan dan memberdayakan masyarakat dalam segala bidang termasuk dalam bidangan ekonomi. Hal ini merupakan tugas baru bagi pesantren yang sementara ini berkutat dalam bidang ilmu-ilmu keagamaan. Walaupun sifatnya masih sporadis, kurang terkoordinasi, tidak institusional dan belum disertai dengan visi dan misi yang jelas, serta perangkat pendukungnya. Peran ini memang tidak mudah bagi pesantren yang selama ini lebih berkonsentrasi pada bidang keagamaan dari pada bidang sosial kemasyarakatan, terutama dalam bidang ekonomi. Ini merupakan tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh pesantren, untuk merubah pola dakwah yang menitikberatkan cara bil lisan menjadi pola dawah bil hal di tengah-tengah masyarakat yang semakin komplek.Kata kunci : Pemberdayaan, ekonomi dan pesantren.

Abstract

AbstractThis article discusses about the benefits of information technology for Islamicda’wa activities of PIMS (Pratepsasana Ismail Memorial School) students. In thisarticle, the information technology focuses on social network, which is a facebook. PIMS is a school managed by Pondok Bantan in Nakhon Si Thammarat(NST) province, Southern Thailand. Both PIMS school and pondok Bantanhave provided some modern facilities such as buildings, classrooms, and computer laboratories. Abstract

AbstractMadrasah Aliyah is an upper secondary educational institutions are characterized by Islam use of the curriculum common and religion. Although many secondary educational institutions such as vocational schools and high schools in the town of Sragen but where Madrash Aliyah in Sragen city can still exist developing and developed. Th is situation is supported by a competence teacher resources and has a high dedication to the development of Madrasah Aliyah. Th is study aims to determine e? orts to develop the competence of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah in Kota Sragen. And also to determine the application of quality management in the development of the teacher competency. Research on teacher competence development and implementation of quality management in the professional development of teachers Madrasah Aliyah uses a qualitative approach, using methods of descriptive analysis. Data collection is done by using the technique of participant observation, interview and documentation. Data form the words, records, reports and documents obtained from the head of the Madrasah, Vice Principals, Teachers and Employees Madrasah Aliyah. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data is done by the extension of the presence of the researcher, continuous and careful observation, and triangulation techniques using a variety of sources, methods and theories. From this research note general overview Madrasah Aliyah in Kota Sragen, other forms of competence development of teachers is done, which include: recruitment, education and training, monitoring, supervision and certi? cation of teachers and implementation of quality management through quality planning up to quality control.Keywords: Quality Management, Competence Development of Teachers

Abstract

AbstractGender is one of a number  of contemporary  discourse that can be called that is enough  to  get  the  attention  of  many  people,  from  the  teenagers, among movement  activists, academics and students, the legislature and government,  to the clergy. The purpose of this discourse is a close social injustice based on gender differences, the next attempt to bring about equality between men and women on the social aspects. Gender discourse can be categorized into at least four appearances, namely as a movement, a philosophical discourse, the development of social issues to religious issues, and as an approach in the study of religion. This paper  will discuss the perspectives of gender equality as conceived by Muslim feminists. Generally it can be stated that the goal of feminism is the struggle to achieve equality, dignity, and freedom of women in selecting and managing the life and body, both inside and outside the household.Kata Kunci:  kesetaraan, gender, gerakan, feminisme Islam
