Abstract

Ada asumsi dalam masyarakat, bahwa sebagian hadis dalam kitab-kitab hadis sudah tidak sesuai lagi dengan ilmu pengetahuan pada saat ini. Hal ini mendorong pada intelek Muslim (ulama) untuk melakukan kritik hadis Nabi. Seperti halnya Fazlur Rahman melakuakan kritik tertuju pada matan hadis prediktif dan teknis yang diasumsikan sebagai matan hadis yang bukan bersumber dari Nabi. Demikian pula tentang sanad hadis yang belum bisa dijadikan sebuah argumentasi yang bersifat positif dan final dalam kehadisan. Maka timbul masalah: Mengapa Fazlur Rahman mementingkan aspek matan hadis daripada aspek sanad hadis?; Mengapa Fazlur Rahman tidak menerima hadis prediksi dan teknis, sebagai matan hadis sahih?; Sejauh mana orsinalitas pemikiran Fazlur Rahman, serta apa kelebihan dan kekurangannya? Disertasi ini, bertujuan untuk mengungkap orisinalitas pemikiran Rahman tentang kriteria matan hadis prediksi dan teknis, dan apa alasan-alasannya bahwa hadis-hadis prediksi dan teknis dikatakan tidak sahih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan historis dan filosofis. Yakni ingin menemukan pemahaman Rahman terhadap sumber-sumber Islam melalui kajian teks sejarah berupa hadis Nabi. Beberapa temuan yang dapat penulis abstraksikan: bahwa konsepsi hadis dan sunnah adalah dua kata yang berbeda namun identik maknanya. Rumusan kriteria kesahihan hadis Fazlur Rahman berbeda dengan rumusan Muhādśîn tetapi rumusannya bersifat penyempurna dari kriteria hadis sebelumnya. Bagi Rahman aspek sanad tidak terlalu penting, karena sistem isnad belum bisa dijadikan sebuah argumentasi yang bersifat positif dan final. Sebaliknya Muhādiśîn lebih menyorot pentingnya sanad hadis. Karena sanad hadis sangat efektif untuk menentukan validitas hadis. Karena itu apabila mengesampingkan aspek sanad akan menafikan klasifikasi hadis sahîh, hasan,dan da’îf. Demikian pula apabila hanya mementingkan aspek matan saja maka akan banyak diketemukan hadis-hadis yang lemah (da’îf)  tidak terdeteksi validitasnya. Secara aplikatif pemikiran Rahman tentang kritik sanad hadis belum diketemukan. Sebab pandangan Rahman itu hanya bersifat teoritis keilmuan. Berbeda dengan para Muhādiśîn  secara jelas dituangkan dalam ‘ulūm al-hadiś, baik secara teoritis maupun aplikatif.  Rahman menolak hadis prediksi dan teknis, karena hadis-hadis tersebut sebagian besar tidak bersumber dari Nabi tetapi merupakan hasil formulasi para ulama generasi Muslim awal. Ia beralasan adanya peperangan politik (al-fitan) yang tak kunjung padam menyebabkan mereka membuat prediksi-prediksi yang bertujuan politik, dogmatis dan theologis. Demikian pula hadis teknis dipandangnya hadis yang tidak historis, tetapi tetap harus dipandang bersifat normative di dalam formulasi-formulasinya yang actual. Metode hermeneutic dan sosio histories merupakan ciri khas pemikiran Rahman dalam pengembangan metode pemahaman sumber-sumber Islam. Inilah kelebihan bagi Rahman yang tidak pernah dikembangkan sebelumnya oleh ulama muhādiśîn. Namun setiap orang juga tidak lepas dari segala kekurangan. Karena itu ekses dari ketidak sabaran Rahman untuk mengaplikasikan pemikiran metode tersebut, menimbulkan pemahaman kontroversial masyarakat Muslim dalam bidang keagamaan.

Abstract

AbstractReligious Education given to children with intellectual challenges are di? erent from normal children in general. Th e di? erence is not in its subject matter, but in terms of the extent and development of materials of religious education tailored to the child’s ability. A Mentally dissabled child is not easy to be educated about the teaching of religion, because the limitations in capturing the religious instruction and behavior di? erent from normal children. Teachers have an important character such as a motivator. Teachers should be able to increase or stimulate activity, provide encouragement, as a good example, as well as providing facilities for students to have a passion in studying religion, especially in the process of learning in children with intellectual challenges who have mental conditions that are di? erent from normal children. Th erefore, it is important for teachers to give encouragement or stimulus that they have a passion and interest in the study of religion.Keywords: Teacher, Motivation, Mentally disabled.

Abstract

AbstractFor Javanese people, pilgrimage (ziarah) is an important part of the ritual of life. Wonoyoso, as part of the Java, also has a strong tradition of pilgrimage. For Wonoyoso people, pilgrimage is not only based on ‘tradition’, but also includes aspects of rational and emotional value. Thus, pilgrimage is a complex behavior that is not enough to be seen from one aspect only. This study attempted to look at social functions of pilgrimage in Wonoyoso. Thus, this study attempts to understand pilgrimage undertaken by Wonoyoso people by focusing on socio- anthropological aspects. This study results that in the pilgrimage in Wonoyoso have important elements that sustain them: the leader and groups. Moreover, it turns out has a function pilgrimage group integration. This fact can be seen from a system of norms that bind individuals. There are three groups integration: the integration of religious groups (santri), the integration of children of the family (bani), and the integration of family groups. It proves that the ritual pilgrimage in addition to having a very strong personal implications, but also has a social function. Thus, indirectly pilgrimage is ‘tradition’ to bind the individual in a social group.Kata Kunci: ziarah, tradisi, ritual, fungsi sosial, integrasi kelompok

Abstract

Abstract! e word Civilization is often given the same meaning with culture. But there is a di$ erence in meaning between the two terms. The term Civilization to civilization and Culture for culture. Similarly differentiated between in Arabic word Tsaqafah (culture), said Hadharah (progress), and of the Tamaddun(civilization). Al-kala’i argues that culture in the Arabic language means al-tsaqofah.Initially, i.e. from the time of Rosululloh until the 12th century ad this civilization has managed successfully so that it can give birth to world-class historians so that from here can also give birth to community organizations,the economic centre of the region, language, education, religious belief and science, all of which were based on the religion of islam. Already quite a lot of Americans, Europeans and others converted to Islam. However, unfortunately the addition of Muslims is not coupled the readiness concept in Islamiccivilization progress. at this time the quantity of people the most is the religion of Islam which reached 1.4 billion people. But it is not the completion of the Muslims in the face of the progress of civilization.Finally the triumph of Islam was down. ! erefore, we must build the Islamic Civilization.Keyword: Civilization, religious, community.

Abstract

AbsractThe word mortgage is a French Law term meaning "death contract", meaning that the pledge ends or dies when either the obligation is fulfilled or the property is taken through foreclosure. A mortgage is a way to use ones real property, like motorcycle, car or gold etc. as a guarantee for a loan to get money. In Islamic economic perspective it is called Rahn.In a rahn, there is a debtor and a creditor. The debtor or rahin is the owner of the property, while the creditor or murtahin is the owner of the loan. When the rahn transaction is made, the rahn gets the money with the loan, and promises to pay the loan. The murtahin will receive money back with management fee for entrustment cost, concervancy cost, and custody cost as well as appraisal cost. If the rahin does not pay the loan, the murtahin can take and sell the mortgaged property through foreclosure.This paper will see Rahn in Islamic fiqh through Al Qur’an, As-Sunnah, Ijma’, and positive law of Indonesia and take an example at PT Pegadaian (Persero).Keywords: Rahn, The debtor (rahin), The creditor (murtahin)

Abstract

AbstractPhilosophy is an intellectual exercise that allows humans to determine the form as it is in itself. It is the duty of man to do this through the intellectual exercise of his soul so that he is glorified and perfect. It could also be a rational scientist and obtain eternal happiness in the next capacity. Islamic philosophy has an important theme of the study, it includes God, man and nature. The post-modern era, that demands rationality, causes a sharp shift in the human orientation, knowledge and understanding of the ideas of Muslim philosophers becomes a necessity for Muslims to offset the secular world view that can be destructive to the faith, tradition, and the moral nation. The research aims to explain some of the thinking of experts once famous Muslim philosopher in the east, namely Avicenna and Suhrawardi. This research is to explore and describe a second thought to this and subsequent figures and compromise by describing the differences, similarities and simultaneously find the mindset of both. The result of the discussion explains the suitability of the substance and essence of thought these two characters, and different things are in the use of terms and patterns or ways of thought.Keywords: Comparison, Emanation Theory, The Theory of the Soul, Ibn Sina, Suhrawardi.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the direct and indirect simultaneously in a model pathway analysis. More specifically, this research examines (1) the effect of rate on Faith and Academic Procrastination Attitudes toward Cheating, (2) the direct or indirect effect of Level of Faith, Academic Procrastination and Attitudes toward Cheating on Cheating Behavior. Hypothesis testing was conducted based on data collected by questionnaire, which was composed specifically for this study, of 192 Muslim students studying in the Faculty of MT Walisongo IAIN Semarang, selected clusters. Hypothesis testing is done by using path analysis or path analysis. The results of path analysis showed empirically Faith rate has a direct negative effect while empirically Academic Procrastination has a significant positive direct effect on Attitude toward Cheating. However, the level of faith and Academic Procrastination and statistically or practically no direct influence on the attitude towards Cheating. Variable Level of Faith and Academic Procrastination indirectly (through attitude toward cheating) has a significant influence on Cheating Behavior. While the variable Attitude toward Cheating does not have a direct or indirect effect on Cheating Behavior.Keywords: Behavior cheat, attitudes toward cheating, academic procrastination, the level of faith.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the level of income and satisfactionreceived scholarships to students of the psychological happiness Dual ModeSystem at the Islamic Institute of Pati in 2013, using a quantitative approachwith three variables: the level of income, the satisfaction of receiving a scholarship and psychological happiness. The study population was all students of the Dual Mode System totaling 117 students. Samples authors take 25% of polulasi, as many as 30 students. Analysis of this study using multiple regression with three steps: a preliminary analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of further analysis. Results of this study was no effect of income level (X1) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in STAI Starch 2013. Thus the first hypothesis which says "There is a significant relationship between the income level of students to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode system in sTAI Pati "is rejected. There is an effect of satisfaction received scholarships (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in 2013. So STAI Pati second hypothesis ie "There is significant relationship between satisfaction received scholarships to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode System in STAI Starch" accepted as true. The effect was of 18.3%, and the remaining 81.7% is influenced by other variables that have not been examined by the authors. No effect of income level (X1) and the satisfaction of receiving a scholarship (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in 2013. Abstract

Abstract:Errors made by second/foreign language learner occur when the learner has not learnt some of the language items then consistently gets them wrong. Some experts see errors normal as unseparated part of language learning process, while others consider them as a form of deviation which shows learner’s failure to apply the language system. The sources of errors may come from interference (learner’s first language influence), the target language complexity, or teaching and learning system. Errors can be classified into some categories: linguistic, surface, comparative, and their effect toward communication. With its paedagogical background, error analysis comes to solve learners’ language through procedure: data collection, errors identification, errors description, errors explanation, errors classification, and evaluation. The result of error analysis can be used for many benefits, including: determining the order of teaching materials, determining linguistic materials which need special treatment and more drills and exercises, improving teaching remedially, choosing language items for evaluating or testing learners’ language proficiency, and avoiding the same errors in the future.   Key words:Pembelajaran bahasa, kesalahan berbahasa, analisis kesalahan berbahasa.
