Abstract

This study attempts to know: (1) an increase in interest learn economic after determining model cooperative TGT and (2) increasing the study results economic after determining learning model cooperative TGT.Research approach that is used is the qualitative study is descriptive analytic. The kind of research that is used is the act of instrumen research be used that is a sheet of observation, poll, and about pretax post test and test. The subject of study class XI social scient 3 SMAN 1 Kesamben, object research cooperative TGT learning. Is using the research in 2 cycles.Study results class XI Social Scient 3 SMAN 1 Kesamben increase after done a method of learning team games tournemnt (TGT). Look increase on the outcome of post test for each cycle. On the outcome of pre test there was only one of students are be completed. Then on the outcome of post test 1 in cycle 1 the percentage  rose to 41.2 %. These increases do not too large on the outcome of post test to 2 the percentage forty-seven percent only up as many as 5.8 % .But the result look significant to the test to 3 that is up from 47 % to 91.2 % the percentage the increase in 44 .2 %. Abstract

Based on interview and observation carried out by the researcher to the Economy teacher in SMAN 7 Malang, the teachers find it difficult to deliver Economic material by adding information related with the environment around students in both the social environment and the natural environment in the process of teaching and learning in the classroom. Teachers only use verbal means namely lecture method. Based on the problems faced by the teachers, researchers provide a solution using instructional media in the form of e-comic highlighted to the payment system by adding information that enhances the students  awareness of the surrounding. This type of research is developmental research by using descriptive qualitative analysis with using a model research and development Borg and Gall. The study was conducted in 10th Grade of Social Science of 4 in SMAN 7 Malang. The instrument of this study uses a questionnaire derived from the expert validation for media, experts for the material and the assessment from students to the media. Based on the result of the questionnaire, the developmental media used e-comic as an instructional media highlighted on payment systems and payment instruments subject, has a decent criteria with the acquisition of a percentage around 98% from the expert for material, 95% for instructional media experts and 97% from the questionnaire assessment of students that can be used to assist the teachers in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. It is suggested for the teacher to provide reinforcement at each learning activity using e-comic media as development results. Keywords: Instructional Media, Electronic, Technology, e-comic

Abstract

Recently, financial literacy has became everyone’s compulsory need in managing as well as devising their finance. This research aims to know (1) How do gender, GPA, and semester influence financial literacy of sarjana’s degree students partially? (2) How do gender, GPA, and semester influence financial literacy of sarjana’s degree students simultaneously? This research used descriptive quantitative approach. The population is sarjana’s degree students of Development Economic in Universitas Negeri Malang on 2011-2014 generation. Furthermore, the sample of this research is 118 respondents from 2011 to 2014 generation by using quota sampling techniques. The data is collected by using questionnaires in which has been examined through validity and reliability test. Research’s results are: (1) Gender has positive and significant impacts to financial literacy of sarjana’s degree students, (2) GPA has positive and significant impacts to financial literacy of sarjana’s degree students, (3) Student’s semester has positive and significant impacts to financial literacy of sarjana’s degree students, (4) Gender, GPA, and student’s semester have positive and significant impacts to financial literacy of sarjana’s degree students simultaneously. The researcher suggests that next researcher may add other independent variables, which is related to financial literacy, so that the research would be more advanced.Keywords: Financial literacy, Gender, GPA, Semester

Abstract

Student consumption activities Prodi Economic Education in addition to the purposes of study, consumption activities are also carried out to support the appearance. This research aims to discover (1) how is the motive of the transactions in the purchase of food and fashion products, (2) how the strategy to allocate the allowances of the students of Faculty of Economic Education, State University of Malang. This study uses a qualitative method with the kind of phenomenology, the snowball sampling technique. and uses snowball-sampling technique. The data was collected by doing an interview and documentation, and the data was analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of this research are, firstly, motif transaction in the purchase of a meal, the students of Faculty of Economic Education choose where to eat certain then documented and published in social media, Secondly, motif transaction in the purchase of fashion products, there is a student who is often influenced by friends, trends, brand, advertising and discounts. Thirdly, there are students who create a list for their consumption planning, and there are students who do not in allocating their allowances as the strategies used by the students of Faculty of Economic Education.Keywords: consuming behavior, transaction motives, students of Economic Education.

Abstract

In the daily life, humans cannot be separated with economics activity to fulfil varying of their needs which are not balanced with the available resources, so they have to behave rationally in economic activity, especially consumption. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of allowance management, modernity, emotional quotient, and economic literacy against rationality of consumption behaviour’s students in the 10th grade of Social Science MAN 1 Malang. This research used quantitative approach with explanation research. The population are students in the 10th grade of Social Science MAN 1 Malang with a sample of 54 students is calculated using Slovin Formula and sampling technique is proportional random sampling. The data were obtained through questionnaires and written test. To analyze the data, this research used multiple linear regression analyze technique. The result in this research showed: (1) allowance management affects the rationality of consumption behaviour for students in the 10th grade of Social Science MAN 1 Malang, (2) modernity affects the rationality of consumption behaviour for students in the 10th grade of Social Science MAN 1 Malang, (3) emotional quotient affects the rationality of consumption behaviour for students in the 10th grade of Social Science MAN 1 Malang, (4) economic literacy affects the rationality of consumption behaviour for students in the 10th grade of Social Science MAN 1 Malang, (5) allowance management, modernity, emotional quotient, and economic literacy affect simultaneously to the rationality of consumption behaviour for students in the 10th grade of Social Science MAN 1 Malang.

Abstract

The ability of teachers to manage a class which the teacher is very important to create and maintain a learning conditions and activities become optimal in case of disturbances during the learning process. This study is to determine the ability of classroom management examined included the ability to provide responsiveness, dividing attention, focusing groups, provide clear guidance, reprimand, provide reinforcement, behavior modification, manage groups, find and solve behavior that cause problems, and avoid some of the mistakes in the classroom. This research method was using descriptive qualitative approach, type of research used in this research was phenomenology. The subjects in this study is one of the economic teacher in grade X SMAN 8 Malang which certified and the students of grade X. The research instruments used were observation and interviews. Methods of data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Analysis of data using Data Reduction, Presentation of Data, and collecting Conclusions and Verification. Research results show that the ability of teachers in the management of economic subjects in grade X SMAN 8 Malang have been effective. Meanwhile in response attitude indicator, dividing attention, focusing groups, give clear instructions, admonishing student, provide reinforcement, behavior modification, manage groups, find and solve behavior that cause problems, and avoid some of the mistakes in the classroom have been effective. Keywords: The ability of classroom management, classroom management on grade X SMAN 8 Malang

Abstract

The Internship Program is one of Social Life Subject in Department Of Economics Development which may be taken by either Study Program of Economics Education or Economic Development. Internship are a popular method of experiential learning where students practice in the real work environment which cannot be replicated in a normal classroom setting. The Internship Program is very important to increase the graduates quality, but in preparation and implementation, the problems are still faced. This research was carried out to describe some matters, included of problems happened during Internship Program, looked from the viewpoint of advising lecturer and apprentice university student. This research used descriptive qualitative research design. The data of this research was collected through interview result with informants. The data collecting was carried out by interview technique. To keep the data validity, data triangulation was carried out. Data analyzing activity was started from data organizing, data re-investigating, data processing, and data analyzing.Based on the data analyzing result, the research conclusion was gotten here. Firstly, the university students faced problem during the  process in propos-ing Internship Program in administration and searching the precise instance. Sec-ondly, there was no clear work schedule during the implementation of Internship Program. Abstract

In order to improve the result of class X student of SMK Ardjuna 02 Arjosari on subject Introduction to Economics and Bussiness is measured through learning motivation, emotional intelligence and family environments. This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation, emotional intelligence and family environment on learning outcomes in subject Introduction Economics and Business. The method is used mainly quantitative explanation by the number 77 with a sample population using proportional random sampling as much as 65 students. The test results demonstrate the significance of the t test hypotheses learning motivation of 0,003, emotional intelligence of 0,001 and family environment of 0,004. While testing f 0,000 on learning outcomes. So there is a significant relationship between learning motivation, emotional intelligence and family environment on learning outcomes in subject Introduction Economics and Business. Key Words: Learning Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Family Environment, Learning outcomes

Abstract

This research is aiming to know the effect of Scholarship Use and Learning Motivation toward Learning Result of Undergraduate Economic Education College Students class of 2012, State University of Malang. This research used quantitative descriptive research. There were 64 persons as the population. The data collection used questionnaires and documentations. Meanwhile, the data were analyzed using SPSS 23.00 for Windows. The results of this research indicated that Scholarship Use and Learning Motivation were a significant and positif effect toward learning results of undergraduate economic education college students class of 2012 who received scholarship on 2015.Keywords: Scholarship Use, Learning Motivation, and Learning Result.
