Abstract

Diversity is a necessity, and Indonesia is a country that is recognized to have areal diversity, both of the diversity of ethnicity, language, religion, and so on. However, the problem is often the heterogeneity was actually seen as a form of binary opposition of opposing and contradictory. This is what ultimately creates problems and the root of the ongoing conflict. Various cases of violence, conflict in the name of religion, ethnic differences are often a trigger hostility to each other. Added to which it is triggered by an understanding of religious teachings stiff and rigid, especially religious doctrines are submitted by teachers through the process of education in schools. Therefore, there needs to be revitalization of religious learning which is deemed able to accommodate the needs of the people of Indonesia, especially the very plural, is through religion-based multicultural learning. Because the embodiment of religious learning rooted in the process of humanization. As was done by SALAM Elementary School in Nitiprayan Kasihan Bantul.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the process of implementation, knowing the results of learning, find problems, and find solutions for the improvement of educational qualification improvement program S1 for Madrasa teachers and PAI (Islamic Education) teachers through dual mode system in Tarbiya and Teaching Faculty of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the subject of research, program managers, lecturers, and students participating in the Dual Mode System Program. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using inductively mindset.Results show that: 1). The process of implementation of the program for the improvement of educational qualifications S1 Madrasah teachers and PAI teachers through a dual mode system in Tarbiya and Teaching Faculty of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, has been performing well, with reference to the established regulations; 2). Learning outcomes 80% categorized as very satisfactory, and 20%, satisfactory; 3). Problem Management covers eight aspects, namely the curriculum, learning, student recruitment, system conversion, distribution module, LPTKs relationships with partners, completion of thesis, and quality assurance. 4). The suggested solution is the improvement of curriculum and learning, new student recruitment system, conversion, distribution module, the system of cooperation with LPTKs Partners, and improvement of quality assurance commitment.

Abstract

There are four strategies that can be applied to achieve goals of Islamic education, which is the traditional strategy, clarification, exemplary, and transinternal. The results of field research shows that teachers in choosing a strategy is monotone. That is because PAI teachers not meet the academic qualifications and professional qualifications, limited facilities and infrastructure, in addition to the factors of learners in their own prisons are indeed special. Special because they are different from children who live in a normal environment. The purpose of Islamic education is to develop the physical and non-physical potential learners, so that they are able to carry out what they understand of learning to be applied in their daily lives. Therefore, the effectiveness of the strategy has not been fully successful monotony in relation to the learning process. Outside of learning, the learner has demonstrated good character or good behavior in the prisons. The author sees, supporting factors other than the strategy adopted in learning to foster learner’s personality is LAPAS environment that fully supports the development of potential learners with he designed programs tailored to the interests and talents of students through CLC institutions Tunas Mekar while this the building is still a part of the prisons.

Abstract

This article describes about the method of character education in pesantren. Character education in pesantren proved to be more effective than in schools or madrassas, because pesantren are able to develop students from various aspects, including intellectual ability, emotional and religious character formation, thus was born the output pesantren that have the knowledge and karimah morals or character. Success in shaping the character of boarding students because the student dormitory at boarding school education in guidance and supervision lodge chaplain, chaplain exemplary presence and authority as a religious leader in the school and the learning atmosphere at the school. In addition, the process of boarding school education place more emphasis on aqidah, worship and morals karimah with methods: exemplary, habituation, give advice, motivation, persuasion, story.

Abstract

This study aimed to: 1) analyze the implementation of the management functions in Madrasah Aliyah Ali Maksum, 2) determine the implementation of the principles of management in the education component in Madrasah Aliyah Ali Maksum, and 3) determine the obstacles faced in the implementation of the management functions in Madrasah Aliyah Ali Maksum.The results of the analysis are as follows: 1) Management functions in Madrasah Aliyah Ali Maksum less effective / less to overall between the lower level with the top level. (2) The application of management principles in an educational component in Madrasah Aliyah Ali Maksum less effective, (3) The internal resistance is caused by the tradition of boarding schools, boarding schools and curriculum curriculum blend government. External barriers caused by the lack of coordination between organizations and Foundations Madrasa.

Abstract

One important component to be able to live in the midst of the community is the ability to direct the emotions well. Research conducted by Goleman shows that the contribution to the success of one’s IQ is only about 20% of the remaining 80% is determined by the cognate factor called emotional intelligence. In fact now it can be seen that the high IQ is not necessarily successful and not necessarily a happy life. People who are high IQ but because emotionally unstable and irritability are often mistaken in determining and solving the problems of life because they can not concentrate. Emotions are not growing, not overwhelmed, often make change in the face of problems and behave towards others so much conflict. Emotions are less processed also easily lead to others that sometimes are very excited agree on anything, but in a short time changed reject, so that disrupt the agreed cooperation with others. Thus, the man failed.Islamic education has a high attention to this. It can be seen from the Islamic educational task is to guide and direct the growth and human development from stage to stage of life of the students to achieve the optimal performance point. Abstract

Worsening of religious values in the daily life of Muslims resulted in an identity crisis and do not know his guidance. Especially for adolescents who are going through a search for identity. This identity crisis makes the guidelines on what is most close to the teens to be chosen, while education has been given to addressing the issue has not fully sunk in adolescent life. However, models of learning undertaken by the Prophet Muhammad proved to be effective for alleviating the problems of the people in the days of ancient ignorance, first he did not rule out the psychological aspects in each learning. This study aims to determine the learning model of the Prophet Muhammad and knowing psychological perspective of the learning model of the Prophet Muhammad. This research included in this type of research literature. Data analysis was carried out by performing data reduction, examine the data, verify the data, then be deduced. Results of the study: (1) learning model Prophet loaded with active learning, innovative, creative, effective and fun, (2) psychological perspective of the Prophet learning model can be seen from the learning theories of educational psychology.

Abstract

Education is the business of adults to prepare children to be able to live independently and is able to perform the duties of his life as well as possible. The toddler years are a golden period for the growth and development of children. Development of each child must be observed, education and teaching needs to be ailored to the child’s development. Montessori is early childhood education leaders who opened the eyes of their sensitive period in children, Montessori asserted that education is self-education. Montessori then use the freedom and liveliness of the child with the best in the method, so that each child had the opportunity to evolve according to the nature and talent. In Islam, God entrusted the child is to be protected and educated with the best. Therefore, addressing the development and early childhood education, the need for an educational program that is designed in accordance with the child’s developmental level. This study aims to describe and analyze the Montessori concept of early childhood education in the perspective of Islamic education. Data collection through literature study is based on primary and secondary data. Data analysis using analytic descriptive with inductive thinking patterns. The results showed: 1) Montesssori shift from teacher-education center central (teachers as a source of learning) be child-central (protégé as a center of learning); 2) Sensitive Periods expressed early age is a sensitive period; 3) The freedom and independence according to the Montessori system is not real freedom, but freedom is limited; 4) Child’s Self-Construction stating that children construct their own development of his soul; 5) At the time of early childhood have a soul absorbent range of knowledge and experience in his life. Montessori concept in Islamic educational perspective, the emphasis is on the child’s intellectual is right. However, it should pay attention to other aspects such as emotional aspects and skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of VAK learning model on the learning achievement of PAI in class V Tlogomulyo Waterford Elementary School. This study was a quasi-experimental study (quasi-experimental). Subjects in this study consisted of 26 students of class V. The data was collected using VAK learning guidelines, test learning Islamic education, observation, documentation, and interviews. The validity of the instrument showing of 10 items proved to be valid all, are the results of the analysis show the reliability coefficient of 0.710 and otherwise reliable. Analysis of the data used in the form of comparative analysis using t-test. The results showed that there are significant implementation VAK learning model significantly to the learning outcomes of Islamic education. It can be seen from the difference in learning achievement Islam shortly before and after the given method VAK, the t value of 0.828 and significance level (p) of 0.05. In addition, an increase in the average acquisition value before application of VAK learning model (pre-test = 71.9) and after application of VAK learning model (post-test = 87.3). This shows an increase in the average value of 15.4. By looking at the difference in the score of the pre test and post test, shows that the VAK learning model is a model of effective learning for learning PAI.
