Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on usage decisions on BRImo services at the Branch Office. Tangerang Regency which is mediated by satisfaction. The research sampling used a purposive sampling method based on certain conditions, namely BRI customers at the Tangerang Regency Branch Office who had used BRImo services in the past month. The number of research samples selected was 303 respondents. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires distributed online via google form with two parts. The first part contains questions related to the characteristics of the respondents. The second part contains statements to determine respondents' perceptions of service quality, trust, user satisfaction, and usage decisions. Data analysis using statistical testing through AMOS. The research data has met the criteria for Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), normality, and Goodness of Fit (GoF). The results of the study successfully proved that service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction and usage decisions. Meanwhile, trust affects satisfaction, but trust statistically has no effect on usage decisions. Meanwhile, satisfaction statistically affects usage decisions. The mediation test results prove that satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between service quality and usage decisions, and trust and usage decisions.

Abstract

This research examines Pondok Pesantren Al-Qadir, located in Wukirsari, Cangkringan, Sleman, Yogyakarta, which has been providing assistance to the sand miners' community in the slopes of Mount Merapi since the 2010 eruption. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and then analyzed qualitatively and descriptively using a sociological approach. The findings of this study reveal that psychological trauma and economic devastation have pushed the community to their lowest point in life. However, KH. Masrur Ahmad from PP. Al-Qadir successfully addressed these challenges by organizing the eruption victims, providing spiritual support through mujahadahan rituals, creating job opportunities, establishing a wide economic network, and offering entrepreneurship education and an understanding of government regulations. The charismatic leadership of KH. Masrur, supported by the organic solidarity of the sand miners' community, enables the realization of a long-term economic empowerment vision through a collaborative-didactic management approach. Spiritual education and organizational development are also important focal points in these efforts.

Abstract

The existence of indications of fraud on capital expenditure in the South Kalimantan provincial government is considered contrary to the decree of the governor of South Kalimantan number 188./44/0854/KUM/2020 regarding the appointment of Budget users of regional work units within the South Kalimantan provincial government for Fiscal Year 2021 regarding the duties, functions and powers of Budget users is evidence that budget users have not carried out their duties, functions and powers properly. This study was conducted to examine and analyze the influence of Personal Needs on the intention of Budget users on capital expenditure fraud. The effect of the weakness of the Local Government Internal control environment on the intention of Budget users on capital expenditure fraud. The influence of employee character on the intention of Budget users on capital expenditure fraud. This type of research is quantitative by survey method. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software. The population in this study is the official PA (budget users) of each SKPD South Kalimantan provincial government amounted to 165 with a sample of budget users in the Government of South Kalimantan. The result of this research is that personal needs influence the intention of budget users to commit fraud proved to be supported and accepted. The weakness of the internal control environment affects the intention of budget users commit fraud proved to be unsupported and rejected. Employee character affects the intention of budget users to commit fraud has been proven to be supported and accepted.

Abstract

Operational performance is essential in determining the success of companies in every sector since its position reflects the company's performance. In ensuring better performance, firms compete to absorb the suitable strategy such as choosing suppliers, hoping that performance can be improved. This study aims to analyze how three supplier selection factors, namely raw materials quality, responsiveness, and information sharing, have an impact on the operational performance of restaurants in Pekanbaru. To achieve the goals, a survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to owners and managers. Data obtained from the questionnaire is analyzed using linear regression. Results show that raw material quality has a positive significant impact on operational performance. Supplier responsiveness also has a positive and significant impact on operational performance. It is also found an appropriate information sharing between suppliers and restaurants has a significant positive impact on operational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the efforts of Al-Islah Grand Mosque of Kragan Village in improving community welfare through mosque management. A qualitative research method conducted involving nine subjects, including the chairman of the takmir, vice chairman of the takmir, secretary, kabid idarah, kabid imarah, kabid riayah, traders, congregants, and the community. The results showed that Al-Islah Mosque applies managerial functions such as planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the collection and distribution of fundraising funds managed by the Mosque Social Welfare Institution (LKSM). LKSM has full responsibility in social welfare activities, including mass circumcision, orphan compensation, corpse care, grief assistance, sacrificial arisan services, UPZISMABES, street vendors services, and blood donation. These programs have succeeded in improving the social welfare of the surrounding community with visible increases in employment, income, reduction in consumption expenditure, happiness of the dhuafa', easy access to education, health services, corpse care assistance, and free medical circumcisions.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the emergence and development of the contemporary da'wah movement on Indonesian Television Stations. Specifically, this paper highlights the meaning of goodness implied in the Television Drama 'Preman Pensiun 2'. This study is conducted to see how the da'wah movement in the movie 'Preman Pensiun 2' spreads through the media has developed. This article will answer questions such as How the representation of hijrah in the television drama 'Preman Pensiun 2'? What is the role of television drama actors in expressing the form of hijrah? And what a message of kindness it generates. The data of this research is obtained from ethnography studies related to the Television Drama 'Preman Pensiun 2' and data relevant to the topic of study. The results of this study show that the television drama 'Preman Pensiun 2' is a form of contemporary da'wah development that aims to increase piety for the people who watch. This television drama also shows how a person's struggle in proselytizing through the hijrah process is packed with religious, social, and popular culture aspects. This television drama is packed with comedy and shows the commodification of religion that occurs in this television drama. Then, this television drama depicts a story that is close to the reality we experience, so that it becomes a reference so that the audience becomes interested in taking action according to the television drama.

Abstract

The increasing number of elderly people will affect various aspects of life related to the decline in physical, psychological and social conditions. This requires a planning strategy that must be carefully prepared, especially in the process of serving elderly Umrah pilgrims, so that elderly Umrah pilgrims get maximum service. As in the Indonesian Law No. 13 of 1998 concerning Elderly Welfare, one of which is social protection. This study aims to determine the planning strategy for the service of elderly Umrah pilgrims at PPIU Amana Tour & Travel PT Amana Berkah Mandiri Umbulharjo Yogyakarta in 2020. This research is a descriptive qualitative field research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis method is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the service of elderly Umrah pilgrims carried out by Amana Tour & Travel is quite good. Judging from the employees or mentors are responsible for the elderly Umrah pilgrims, have good knowledge and abilities, try to understand the needs of the congregation, and are able to provide trust. The planning strategies carried out by Amana Tour & Travel in the service of elderly Umrah pilgrims are optimizing facilities and infrastructure, maximizing the role of elderly Umrah pilgrims both in quality and quality.

Abstract

The problem of periodic Hajj services requires optimizing the performance of the task force and institutional organizers of the Hajj pilgrimage. This study aims to determine and analyze the management of Hajj services at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Central Java Province. The points of interest in this research include the integration of Hajj services carried out and the role of female TPIHI officers in the implementation services. This research is a qualitative with a field study method that uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis of the inductive model and assisted by the theory of public service management. The results showed that the service was through 3 stages: pre-operational, implementation, and post-implementation of the pilgrimage. Service integration begins with a systematic recruitment and training pattern so that Hajj officers have the capability to carry out services to pilgrims.The role of female TPIHI in the management of Hajj services is evidenced by their contribution, from goal setting to service evaluation. In reality, female TPIHI officers are needed when guiding female pilgrims, especially guidance on feminine issues and assistance for female pilgrims who leave without a mahram while doing the Hajj.

Abstract

This study identifies the effect of knowledge sharing organizational support on the innovative work behavior of FDK UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta lecturers moderated by transformational leadership. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 85 lecturers of FDK UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, using simple random sampling technique and distribution is online and offline, data analysis using SEM with Smart-PLS 4.0 software. The results show that (1) knowledge sharing has no effect on innovative work behavior, (2) organizational support affects innovative work behavior, (3) knowledge sharing has no effect on innovative work behavior moderated by transformational leadership, and (4) organizational support has no effect on innovative work behavior moderated by transformational leadership. This study explores innovative work behavior, which is the individual actions of lecturers who are able to support organizational management innovation. In achieving this innovation, knowledge sharing activities, organizational support, and the role of leaders needed. When the application of these things is high, it can increase the innovative work behavior of lecturers. But in reality, the knowledge sharing activities of FDK UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta lecturers are still low, so the existing innovative work behavior is still lacking. Leaders also pay less attention to the welfare of lecturers fairly, so lecturers are less eager to make reforms.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the BPUM program can seen from the inputs, processes, and outputs of MSMEs. Whether the BPUM program can also have impact on the productivity of MSMEs. This research is a type of descriptive research will describe symptoms, events or facts accurately and systematically related to the nature of the population. The approach used is qualitative. Qualitative research is conducted through natural observation, namely seeing, observing, and analyzing a problem, then examined in depth without statistical testing. The results of the study stated that BPUM had a positive impact on the productivity of MSMEs after the Covid-19 pandemic. Many business actors can rebuild businesses that are almost bankrupt, and can used as additional capital for business development. However, BPUM is not yet considered 100% effective because of weak supervision so that there are still misdirected funds. The BPUM program when viewed from inputs, processes, and outputs in several MSMEs in the Pekalongan Prefecture has a level of effectiveness with a percentage of fifty-fifty. The distribution of BPUM funds has a positive impact on the productivity level of MSMEs. BPUM funds are used as additional business capital, so that businesses can be developed and maintained by their respective owners.
