Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang imlementasi prinsip syariah dalam manajemen sumberdaya manusia (MSDM). Obyek penelitian adalah salah satu Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Kudus, yaitu UD. Setia yang bergerak dibidang konveksi dan pakaian. Metode riset yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, instrumen pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip syariah secara umum digunakan dalam pengelolaan SDM, seperti prinsip keadilan, kompetensi, amanah dan tanggung jawab sosial. Meskipun pengelolaan SDM masih sangat sederhana dan informal. Rekrutmen dan seleksi menggunakan prinsip kompetensi dan keahlian. Pemberian kompensasi mempertimbangkan metode dan analisis pekerjaan, dengan memegang prinsip keadilan dan pemberian hak sesuai pekerjaan. Selain itu, diberikan kompensasi tidak langsung berupa tunjangan, fasilitas kerja dan rekreasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan prinsip syariah bisa dilakukan dalam implementasi manajemen pada lembaga bisnis yang tidak berlabel Islam atau syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of whatsapp group online learning for Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah students in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic at MI NU Nurus Shofa Kudus. Researchers use qualitative descriptive methods. In this study the methods of data collection were observation and interviews. Research indicates that almost most of MI NU Nurus Shofa's teachers carried out online studies in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. As for the most widely used application in promoting online learning the whatsapp application, for then the whatsapp group is created. A teacher's material delivery is by having his students look at TVRI television and read the LKS book according to his subject. The methods of learning used are assignments and practices, the learning media used is a mobile phone using a whatsapp application, while the learning model is used a video. The problem students are experiencing is that they have not been able to use the whatsapp application, to send assignments, to do the problem, to understand the material, and to limit access to the Internet. In this case it takes a teacher's creativity to achieve the purpose of learning.

Abstract

ACADEMIC  JIHAD  OF  ISLAMIC  COLLEGE CIVITAS ACADEMICA TO AGAINST CORRUPTION: ACADEMICS THOUGHT ON ‘FIQH’ AND CULTURAL CONFUSION TOWARD CORRUPTION. Paradox reality in Indonesia shows the rise of  social diversity, but the achievements of corruption also increased. It shows that the diversity of  social patterns is still in the theoretical-formalistic stage. This paper intends to conduct discourse criticism studies toward doctrin with thinking “jihad” to shift the thinking sacret ‘fiqh’ which is formalized. In promoting the eradication of corruption, Islam can play a role in various forms. Moral values taught at least provide answers about the spread of  corruption with interpretation radicalization toward Islamic moral values. This new social ethic can encourage people to prevent, monitor, report and fix a number of social sanctions mechanisms in the community in the form of anti-corruption ‘fiqh’. This anti-corruption ‘fiqh’ becomes a kind of corruption prevention efforts in the form of Islamic study.keywords: Paradox, The Criticism Of  Discourse, Social Ethics, Anti-Corruption ‘Fiqh’Realitas paradoks dalam kehidupan bangsa Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa keberagamaan masyarakat meningkat, namun prestasi korupsi juga meningkat. Hal ini menunjukkan pola keberagamaan masyarakat masih dalam tahap teoritik-formalistik. Tulisan ini bermaksud melakukan kajian kritik wacana terhadap doktrin dengan “jihad” pemikiran untuk menggeser sakralitas doktrin dalam fiqih yang terformalkan. Dalam menggalakkan pemberantasan korupsi, Islam dapat berperan dalam beragam bentuk. Nilai-nilai moralitas yang diajarkan setidaknya memberikan jawaban semakin menyebarnya praktik korupsi dengan radikalisasi interpretasi terhadap nilai moralitas Islam. Etika social baru ini dapat mendorong masyarakat untuk senantiasa mencegah, mengawasi, melaporkan dan memperbaiki sejumlah mekanisme sanksi sosial yang hidup di masyarakat dalam wujud fiqih anti korupsi. Fiqih anti-korupsi menjadi semacam upaya pencegahan korupsi dalam melalui kajian keagamaan.kata kunci: Paradoks, Kritik Wacana, Etika Sosial, Fiqih Anti-Korupsi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of motivation given by educators in terms of entrepreneurship which will then increase the lifeskills in learners on SDNU Insan Cendekia Ngadiluwih Kediri.This research uses qualitative research method. Research strategy using phenomenological approach. This approach is perceived to understand the meaning of human events and interactions in their particular situations. Researchers take focus in grade 3 and 4 as many as 4 classes. And data collection techniques that researchers take ie from the method of interviewing and documentation. The result of the research concludes that, (1) Prophet Muhammad has a strategy in doing entrepreneurship activities in the form of honesty, maintaining trust, confidence, spirit, business that is really clean, ethical, prospect, diligent, persistent, independent, never give up, take a risk, and have egalitarian personality, (2) On applying entrepreneurship in SDNU Insan Cendekia done by learners and parents, can not be separated from educators who provide an entrepreneurship motivation. From the application of entrepreneurship, it will increase the lifeskills contained in the learner that includes personal skills and social life skills, and (3) Along with held entrepreneurship in learners. Apparently there are several advantages and disadvantages of the application of entrepreneurship. This is because this activity is still done first in this school. Then the need for an evaluation so that the future can be improved again.

Abstract

abstract CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATION OF ETHNIC TIONGHOA (TAKE THE NECESSARY PSYCHOSOCIOLOGICAL IMPLICATIONS OF CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS FOR THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY IN LASEM REMBANG). Ethnic Tionghoa or better known as Chinese people till now it is the minorities in Indonesia. But the presence of ethnic Tionghwa in religious social relations in the community gives its own color, especially in generating new forms of culture which is more unique, more sacred and, have a value of local cultural reinforcement. One form of colored cultural communities is the existence of Chinese new year celebration, which is socially it  gave birth to a new form of humanitarian relationship pattern, it is a social solidarity for other communities. This study attempts to describe the psychological implications of Chinese new year celebration of ethnic Tionghwa for the Moslem community in Lasem Rembang. To get a thorough description, this study uses descriptive method with psychophenomenological approach. The results of this study mentions that the celebration of the Chinese new year ethnic tionghwa positively gave psycho-sociological implications for the Moslem community through the formation of a viable social values in the form of pro social and gave rise to a harmonious social solidarity. Besides, psychologically the existence of Chinese new year celebration is capable of creating psychological dynamics in the form of a tolerance attitude of, mutual trust, and respect between the Moslem community and ethnic Tionghwa in Lasem Rembang.

Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 dengan ditandai perkembangan industri dan salah satu hasil perkembangan yang sangat familiar dengan masyarakat adalah gawai. Pola atau gaya hidup masyarakat yang sudah semakin dinamis menjadi pemicu terjadinya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola perilaku. Kebiasaan menggunakan perangkat digital ini juga salah satu penyebabnya pada siswa karena penyediaan ragam permainanserta belajar yang minim membuat pola perilaku tersebut berubah karena penggunaan gawaiyang berlebihan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menjelaskan perilaku siswa dalam menggunakan gawai,membuktikan dampak penggunaan gawai terhadap penyimpangan perilaku siswa,menemukan upayapengendalian guru terhadap penggunaangawai, mendeskripsikan dampak pengendalian gawai terhadap perilaku siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan design studi kasus.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua siswa MI kelas V mempunyai gawai sendiri. Perilaku mereka dalam menggunakan gawai sebanyak 44% game online, 31% youtube, 19% instagram, 3% whatsapp, dan 3% facebook. Durasi mereka bermain gawai sebanyak 11% ≤ 1 jam, 42% 1-2 Jam, dan 47% ≥ 2 jam. Dampak negatif penggunaan gawai:sering main game online/offline, malas belajar, bermain dengan teman yang sama-sama mempunyai gawai, berteman dengan teman yang punya gawai, tidak mau bermain dengan teman sebaya secara umum, suka berkumpul hanya untuk mabar (main bareng) game online, marah ketika gawai diminta oleh orang tua, gawaidianggap merupakan sumber utama untuk belajar sehingga sumber lain dianggap tidak perlu, gawaidianggap merupakan sumber kebahagiaan, gawaidianggap satu-satunya teman bermain, meminta gawai agar sama dengan temannya, dan meminta gawai karena barang dianggap keren. Upaya guru mengendalikannya: edukasi mengenai gawai, sanksi tegas,dan koordinasi dengan para orang tua. Dampakpengendalian gawai terhadap perilaku siswa: bersikap positif dalam menggunakan gawai, fokus belajar, bersosialisasi langsung dengan teman sebaya, dan siswa suka melakukan kegiatan positif.

Abstract

THE ONTOLOGY DEVELOPMENTS IN ISLAMIC PHILOSOPHY. The primary basis in the study of ontology is what it is, where it exists and, what the truth is. The fundamental and profound of these issues, so that people are faced with different answers. The first question, “what is there”, gives different answers according to their beliefs. Monism, which is only one and that one was spirit and ideas, then gave the flow of spiritualism and idealism. But if that one is full of material, then gave materialism. Dualism, that is round two, for example, body and soul, it gives the existentialism flow. Pluralism, that is composed of  many elements, there is something that cannot be known, then gave the flow of agnosticism. The second problem, “where it exists”, the answer is that dwells in the world of  ideas, abstract, fixed and immutable. That is living in the world of  ideas that are concrete and individual, so that the truth is limited and changeable. The third issue, “what the truth is”, if  the truth is eternal and immortal, then it is God. However, if the truth is capricious, then the problem is how to change it and what determines the change.Keywords: Ontology, Philosophy, Existence, Essence, Metaphysics.Dasar  utama  dalam  kajian  ontologi  adalah  apa  yang  ada,  di mana yang ada dan, apa itu kebenaran. Sedemikian mendasar dan mendalamnya persoalan-persoalan ini, sehingga manusia dihadapkan pada  jawaban-jawaban  yang  berbeda.  Persoalan  pertama,  “apa yang ada”, memberikan jawaban yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan keyakinan mereka. Monisme, yang ada hanya satu dan yang satu itu serba spirit dan ide, maka melahirkan aliran spiritualisme dan idealisme. Tetapi jika yang satu itu serba materi, maka melahirkan materialisme.  Dualisme,  yang  ada  serba  dua,  misalnya  jiwa  dan raga, maka lahirlah aliran eksistensialisme. Pluralisme, yang ada terdiri atas banyak unsur, yang ada adalah sesuatu yang tidak dapat diketahui, maka melahirkan aliran agnostisme. Persoalan kedua, “di mana yang ada”, jawabannya adalah yang bersemayam dalam dunia ide, bersifat abstrak, tetap, dan abadi. Yang ada bermukim di dunia ide yang bersifat kongkret dan individual, sehingga kebenarannya terbatas dan berubah-ubah. Persoalan ketiga, “apakah kebenaran itu”, jika yang dimaksud kebenara itu kekal dan abadi, maka itu adalah  Tuhan.  Akan  tetapi,  jika  kebenarannya  berubah-ubah, maka persoalannya adalah bagaimana perubahan itu dan apa yang menentukan perubahan itu.Kata Kunci: Ontologi, Filsafat, Ada, Hakikat, Metafisika.

Abstract

Mindset is formed from the pattern of interaction among the individualswhose habit and daily behavior,then it is always repeatedso it becomes a character. The leverage level of generation Z mindset is still very vulnerable because they are influenced by environment and technological developments. They are literate and always interact with technology in life activities. The environmental urge and patterns of interaction within a community in various researches play the most vital role in human behavior change. This theory is used as the foundation of the writer to conduct research in the area of Mount Kemukus which has become a place of ritual "lokalisasi" that impersonate religion for many years.This condition gets big attention from local governments and world. However, the stigma began to erode through government policy toclose those places and save Mount Kemukus from immoral practices. This research will focus on examining how the local government's education policy reconstructs the generation Z mindset without excluding the ancestral culture (local wisdom) as the regional distinction compared to other regions. The government policy in reconstructing the millennial mindset can be seen from policies in social, educational, economic and religious dimensions.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri model pendidikan kreatif yang dilakukan Walisongo, khususnya dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang menyenangkan, hingga berhasil mendidik masyarakat Jawa dengan mengislamkan mereka dalam waktu yang relatif singkat, tanpa kekerasan. Melalui pencarian data pustaka dan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan kesimpulan induktif, didapatkan hasil bahwa Walisongo mendidik masyarakat Jawa menggunakan instrumen yang disukai masyarakat, seperti pertunjukan wayang, menggubah tembang-tembang macapat, dan melalui pendekatan budaya yang berkembang di masyarakat.Kata kunci: Walisongo; Pendidikan Kreatif, Pendidikan Menyenangkan

Abstract

The institutions of ECD (Early Childhood Development) have a vital role in a nation education sector because they are the very first institutions to instill educational values to learners, either religious values or universal values. The management of ECD institutions has been seemingly considered less important or less prestigious compared with the management of higher education institutions such as high school or university level. This paper portrays the activity results of Community Service Program focusing on early childhood development in the Garawangi and Rancaputat village, Sumberjaya District, Majalengka. This paper is expected to increase the awareness of all parties regarding the importance of early childhood education management,  particularly in financial management aspect. In addition, it is expected to add insight about the Community Service Program with a focus on small institution in village such as early childhood development. Keywords: early childhood development, Garawangi, Rancaputat, Financial Management of Small Institutions
