Abstract

This research is based on the increasing number of waqf assets that require continuous management and monitoring by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Kalimantan Province. Previously, waqf asset management only relied on administrative records in the waqf notebook. With the development of technology, geographic information systems and remote sensing technology are needed to manage and preserve waqf assets effectively. This research aims to explore the role of digitalization and data integration in protecting waqf assets in East Kalimantan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with field research methods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with several key sources such as the Chair of the Zakat and Waqf Empowerment Team, Functional Religious Counselors, BWI staff, and Religious Affairs Material Compiler at the KUA of Loa Janan District. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Ministry of Religion of East Kalimantan Province has implemented land waqf management practices using a website-based digitalization system called SIWAK (Waqf Information System) as well as cash waqf through QRIS. The data integration system is also used in land waqf through SIWAK. Digitalization and data integration are very helpful in protecting waqf assets from problems such as illegal levies and waqf land disputes. However, the obstacles faced include the waqif's lack of knowledge regarding digital waqf, the lack of financial assistance from the government for socialization of digital waqf, and the nazhir's low understanding of digitalization. This research concludes that the role of digitalization and data integration is very crucial in protecting and managing waqf assets in East Kalimantan, although there are still several obstacles that need to be overcome to optimize this system.

It focuses on the effectiveness of different types of content in increasing audience engagement and their contribution to improving brand awareness. The findings of this study indicate that social media is a highly effective tool for building brand awareness for e-commerce companies in Indonesia. Strategies such as the use of influencers, creative content, interactive videos, and live streaming have been proven to enhance engagement and brand visibility. These findings highlight that a combination of creativity, authenticity, and interactivity in social media content strategies plays a significant role in strengthening brand awareness in the e-commerce sector.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that a combination of content strategies that include promotion, education, and direct interaction with the audience is highly effective for building brand awareness on social media. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of poultry slaughterhouse operators in Socah Subdistrict, Bangkalan Regency towards halal certification. Halal certification is increasingly important as the demand for halal products rises globally. Based on PMA No. 26/2019, halal certification must be implemented gradually, starting with food and beverage products. However, in Bangkalan, it is still difficult to ensure that poultry products sold meet halal standards. This study used a qualitative method with a combination of literature study and field observation. The results show that business actors are not ready to implement halal certification, mainly due to a lack of information and understanding of the certification process. Despite having a Business Identification Number (NIB), they have not proceeded to the halal certification process. Limited access to information, financing, and lack of support from the government are the main obstacles. Business actors show readiness to participate in socialization and training related to halal certification to understand the steps required. This study suggests increasing socialization and training to encourage business actors to obtain halal certification and increase awareness and compliance with applicable regulations. Keywords: Business Readiness, Poultry Slaughterhouse, Halal Certificationand compliance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

Green sukuk are securities whose issuance proceeds are used to finance environmental projects (green projects). The issuance of green sukuk follows the mechanism for issuing state sukuk, as well as the contracts used in the issuance by Sharia principles. This research aims to determine public interest in investing in green sukuk to encourage sustainable development in the financial sector in Indonesia. This research involved 251 respondents from several universities in Central Kalimantan Province as research respondents. Analysis was carried out using partial least squares structural equation modeling with SEM PLS. The findings from the structural model show that the research model is structurally good because it meets all the model criteria. Overall, investment knowledge (KNE) is an important determinant that directs individual decisions to invest in environmentally friendly Sharia financial instruments. Finally, the research findings conclude that religiosity strengthens people's interest in investing in environmentally friendly Sharia financial instruments
