Abstract

Suramadu bridge is one of the transport Infrastructures that can provide social and economic growth opportunities, especially in Madura Island. Bangkalan Indonesia district is closest to longest bridge access. The number of SMEs (Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Bangkalan Indonesia reach more than 125 thousand units, it is possible and potential as an engine of regional economic growth as well as a reduction aspects of unemployment and poverty in the future. Therefore, one important factor Influencing the ongoing advancement of SMEs is a performance measurement. Performance measurement in this study is based on a perspective of the Balanced Scorecard is an internal business. Internal business consists of several indicators, namely Variation Batik, Raw Material Price Increase, Weather Conditions, Production, total manpower, the number of new products, Sales Transactions, Ownership (Shop). This indicator is measured using methods FANP (fuzzy analythic network process), while FANP is a comparison matrix phase, conversion to triangular fuzzy number, geometric mean calculation, synthetic extend calculation, determining  the degree of likelihood, determining the weight vector and normalization. This research approach integrated internal business perspective and fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP). The results of this research is a priority weighting of assessment indicators of internal business perspective. Based on sensitivity testing, then obtained batik variety of criteria and new product be a major factor in determining the future strategy for batik persisted with emphasis on local knowledge area.

Abstract

Abstract—The graph operation is one method to construct a new graph by applying the operation to two or more graph. One of graph operation is amalgamation, let {Hi} be a finite collection of nontrivial, simple and undirected graphs and let each Hi has a fixed vertex vj called a terminal. The terminal of graph operation is formed by taking all the Hi’s and identifying their terminal. When Hi are all isomorphic graphs, for any positif integer n, we denote such amalgamation by G = Amal(H, v, n), where n denotes the number of copies of H and v is the terminal. The graph G is said to be an (a, d)-H-antimagic total graph if there exist a bijective function f : V (G) ∪ E(G) → {1, 2, . . . , |V (G)| + |E(G)|} such that for all subgraphs isomorphic to H, the total H-weights W(H) = ∑v∈V (H) f(v) + ∑e∈E(H) f(e) form an arithmetic sequence {a, a + d, a + 2d, ..., a + (n − 1)d}, where a and d are positive integers and n is the number of all subgraphs isomorphic to H. An (a, d)-H-antimagic total labeling f is called super if the smallest labels appear in the vertices. In this paper, we study a super (a, d)-H antimagic total labeling of connected of graph G = Amal(H, Ps+2, n) by uses a partition technique with cancelation number. The result is graph G = Amal(H, Ps+2, n) admits a super(a, d)-H antimagic total labeling for almost feasible difference d.

Abstract

The effects of packaging types on moisture content, microbe total and peroxide value of instant ganyong yellow rice during storage were investigated. Instant ganyong yellow rice was packed in three different packaging types; aluminium foil (Al foil ), nylon and the combination of oriented polypropylene (OPP) & vacuum metalize OPP (OPP-VMOPP) and stored at room temperature for 8 weeks. The results showed that samples in the Al foil had lower moisture content than other packaging materials, but until storage 8 weeks moisture content of three packaging types was not different. Microbe total on samples showed significance. Samples in the packaging of nylon material had highest microbe total compared to other packaging materials, but all of the packaging types had microbe total below the acceptable level of the microorganism (6 log CFU/g) during storage 8 weeks. Peroxide value of three packaging types increased during storage, but they were not different until 8 weeks storage. They were below peroxide value for oil 1 mg oxigen/100g oil or fat. Based on the microbe total and peroxide value, instant ganyong yellow rice were packed with all three types of packaging showed safe to eat up to 8 weeks of storage at room temperature.

Abstract

Estrogen deficiency can changes the reproductive system especially in menopausal women, such as a decreasing of smooth muscle contraction, a thinning of vaginal structure, epithelial atrophy and a collagen decreasing. The disorders can be overcome by phytoestrogens treatment. Tempeh is a fermented soy product contains isoflavones that has estrogen-like structure with 17β-estradiol so that it can be able to bind estrogen receptors. Ovariectomized animal as animal test model has estrogen deficiency. Therefore, the purpose of this study to determine the effect of tempeh soy flour extract on vagina histological structure of Swiss Webster ovariectomized mice. The method used animals tested by treating 45 female Swiss Webster mice that were divided into five groups: negative control group (normal mice had not ovariectomized was not given tempeh flour extract), positive control (ovariectomized mice was not given tempeh flour extract), the treatment group (ovariectomized mice and was given tempeh flour extract D1 (0.21 g/ml / day), D2 (0.42 g/ml/day), and D3 (0,63 g/ml/day). Soy tempeh flour extract was given for 10, 20, and 30 days by gavage. The histological parameter were observed include tunica mucosa epithelium and tunica muscularis thickness of vagina. The result showed that tempeh flour extract increase epithelium thickness and tunica muscularis of the vagina ovariectomized mice. Treatment by taking longer time and giving higher dosage of tempeh flour extract could increase the ephitelium thickness of tunica mucosa and tunica muscularis vagina. The treatment of 0.63 g/ml/day dosage during 30 days showed the highest thickness average values of epithelium and tunica muscularis. The ephitelium thickness was 33.90 μm and the tunica muscularis dense was 90.20 μm.

Abstract

Uterine is one of organs that affected by estrogen hormone. This hormone can influence to increase uterus cells proliferation. Decreasing ovum production cause decreasing of estrogen level. This situation is faced of menopause that affect on uterine development. Phytoestrogens can bind to estrogen receptor and produce estrogenic affects like endogeneous estrogen. Tempeh is known as soybean fermented and consists of high level of isoflavon as phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens have structure like mammalian estrogen 17β-estradiol. The aim of this study was to know effects of tempeh soy fluor extracts on mice uterine strain swiss webster ovariectomized.. Dosages that used on this study are 0.21g/mL, 0.42 g/mL and 0.63g/mL. The dosages are treated by gavage during 10 and 20 days after ovariectomy. The result showed that tempeh soy fluor extracts can increase the average of uterine mass, endometrial and myometrium thickness during treatment on 10 and 20 days. The 0,63g/mL dosage increase the highest of uterine mass (0.043g), endometrium thickness (389.46μm) and myometrium thickness ( 71.30μm.).

Abstract

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is increasingly adopted in the healthcare facilities. The concept of EMR used in primary health centers is p-care BPJS. P-Care BPJS is a web-based patient software provided by BPJS intended for primary health care facilities to provide easy data access to the BPJS server including registration, laboratory, diagnosis, treatment and therapy. Recently, implementation failure of electronic information systems is known caused by not only the quality of technical aspects but also the user’s behavior. It is known as applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Until now in Indonesia, studies examining the individual acceptance of the use of p-care BPJS have not been done yet. This research aimed to analyze the acceptance model of p-care BPJS in the primary health centers. This study was conducted in five regencies/cities of East Java province, namely Bangkalan, Bondowoso, Lamongan, Malang and Kediri in February-May 2016. The observational research with a quantitative approach with a cross- sectional study design was used to measure the model. A total sample of 30 p-care BPJS users was drawn by multistage random sampling in which of these 30 primary health centers participated. The data collection technique was through using questionnaires to measure the model. Data analysis used both descriptive and inferential statistics. Inferential statistics was performed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using a SmartPLS 3.0 program consisting of two phases, the measurement model and the structural model. The results of data analysis in the measurement phase indicated that the measurement model was declared fit (good) and met the reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity. In the phase of structural model, it indicated that p-care BPJS acceptance model in the primary health centers was formed by Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU) through Attitude towards use of p-care BPJS and Behavioral Intention to use p-care BPJS. Goodness of Fit (GoF) index of this model was 0.741. It is good or fits the model. The R2 for the model was 0.790. This means that the diversity of behavioral data of p-care BPJS use in primary health centers that can be explained by the construct is 79%, the remaining 21% is explained by other constructs that are not included in the model. The determinant of p-care BPJS acceptance model in the primary health centers is Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU). Thus, users of p-care BPJS need to be trained on an ongoing basis to keep up to date in understanding the latest version.
