Abstract

The impact of the globalization resulted in the business world being colored by the increase of high competition. Because of that the perpetrators of the business must continue to maintain the continuity of his business and to try to look for the opportunity by making use of the superiority that was owned. One of the methods that could be followed was constructive the customer's loyalty by maintaining the available customer so as they were loyal and did not move to the other competitor. Therefore, it is important for the company to create the value of the superior for the customers. The case study was about Customer Relationship Management program (CRM) and Marketing Public Relations (MPR) that was carried out by Grand Tropic Suites’ Hotel to create the value of the superior of the customers where being expected with this superior value to be able to affect the customer to loyal to the Hotel. The aim of this research was to analyze the implementation of Customer Relationship Management programs (CRM) and Marketing Public Relations (MPR) towards the Perceived Value and it impact towards Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

In order to increasing revenue, credit and financial institution, especially, automotive financing, gave lower interest rate. This, of course, will impact to the costumer with higher opportunity to have their dream which facilitated by those institutions. Despites to all economic risks and sales targets, credit and financial institutions have to empower their credit monitoring to anticipate earlier of credit defaults. Inspired by Altman’s research in 1968, about predicting bankruptcy of US companies, this research has purpose to determine which variable that significantly to the car loan status at Astra Credit Companies (ACC), and further continue to arrange prediction model of loan status and measure it’s accuracy level.. The statistic test shows there are 2 independent variables affect to dependent variable significantly, where model’s accuracy level achieves 100%.

Abstract

Established in 1974, PT Sinar Sosro is the first ready-to-drink tea beverage in bottles in Indonesia and in the world. Teh Botol Sosro market position is the leader in ready to drink tea industry. One of the leading products of PT Sinar Sosro is Teh Botol Sosro glass bottle often called RGB (returnable Glass Bottle). To meet the lovers’ needs anywhere they are, the latest innovation from Teh Botol Sosro products is Teh Botol Sosro Less Sugar which was launched on August 20, 2008. As the time passes by, the market condition encourages a change in marketing plan that leads to a decentralized system (horizontal) in which the customer demands the same service from the same brand from any location they are. This era is called the New Wave Marketing (2008), which is still running today. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of communal activation of the buying decisions to increase brand loyalty in Teh Botol Sosro Less Sugar product. Data collecting technique is the questionnaire to members of the online community Botol Sosro Less Sugar and interviews, while the data analysis technique using path analysis. Path Analysis Results show there was an impact dan significant between Communal Activation and Buying Decisions, and there was also a positive correlation and significant between Buying Decisions and Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

Colleges that offer computer education are increasing, partly because of the widespread use of information technology in all areas of life so that it takes labors/computer graduates qualified and applicably ready. This situation also occurs in colleges at Jakarta. This paper presents the results, which aims to reveal the compatibility level of educational services mixed-marketing performance with the interests and expectations of college students. Research conducted is descriptive and verification, while the method of research is an explanatory survey method to 770 students of computer private universities in Jakarta and 54 leaders in computer private universities in Jakarta. The results show that the environment of one individual affects more to college students in processing decision to choose the college compared to educational services mixed-marketing performance. Whereas, the value of education services is not affected by the environmental of students but by educational services mixed-marketing performance and student decision process. There is a mismatch/gap between the educational service mixed-marketing performance to the level of expectations and interests level of students perceived.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence student satisfaction of service quality. The research methodology used correlation effects of independent variables, namely the factors of service quality; reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles against the dependent variable, the satisfaction of students. The results showed that the five dimensions of service quality is significant influence on student satisfaction. BINUS University needs to improve the quality of service to increase the level of student satisfaction.

Abstract

Mum CV is a company engaged in the sale of bread. To increase sales of bread (performance) it needs to investigate the influence of work environment and compensation of employees. The method of analysis used in this study is descriptive, Pearson Regression, and Multiple Regression. The data were obtained from the employees performance by completing the questionnaires provided using Likert scale which was useful to determine the level of disagreement questions on the questionnaires. Results achieved in this study are the work environment has no significant influence on employees performance in CV Mum Indonesia, amounting to 0,068. Compensation has significant, no influence on employees performance in CV Mum Indonesia that is equal to 0,580 and there is a significant effect of 33.6%. Work environment and compensation have a significant impact on employees performance in CV Mum Indonesia. It is equal to 0,580 and there is a significant effect of 33.6%.

Abstract

The company’s product and service can be uploaded and accessed in website. It will make the customer easier to find for any information of product offered or about the company itself through company’s website. Product(s) and service(s) information of the general insurance company in the website are the important things to make their customer learn about the product, know the company and (perhaps) make a transaction on there. This research is to measure the website performance of the go-public general insurance companies: how they fulfill the customer expectation of the information and service provided in their website properly. The research uses a non-statistical method, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methodology. It uses House of Quality tool in graph and matrices to gather the Voice of Customer (VoC) for customer’s requirements of website performance and the Voice of the Engineer (Technical Requirements), which is described for the website characteristic in terms of the function itself. Through this analysis, it will be set the development targets of the website performance of 8 (eight) go-public general insurance companies in Indonesia. It may be as an input for each company to review their website performance further.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of CAMELS method of profit growth in banking companies listed on stock exchanges of Indonesia. The methodology this research is t use purposive sampling, namely by taking a sample of 20 from a total of 30 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used are secondary data. Secondary data were obtained in the form of documentation of routine financial statements issued annually by competent parties contained in the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and the official site www.idx.co.id. This study tested the effect of CAR, NPLs, NIM, BO / PO, LDR, and the reserve requirement on profit growth at banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Techniques of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. F test results indicate that the variable CAR, NPLs, NIM, BO / PO, LDR, and the reserve requirement is jointly significant effect on the variable income changes. While partially by t-test, indicates that the variable has positive and significant CAR, NPLs and no significant negative effect, NIM has positive and insignificant, BO / PO and a significant negative effect, LDR has positive and significant, negative effect and the reserve requirement no significant effect on bank profit growth. The results also showed an adjusted R2 value of 18.3%. The limitations of this study is the sample data and the year that is used relatively little. The results of this study is expected to be taken into consideration for management to predict the growth of bank earnings and improve overall performance by improving business efficiency and credit portfolio without ignoring the precautionary principle.

Abstract

PT. DEF is a company engaged in the trading and distribution of food and frozen vegetables to customers in several restaurants and hotels in the big cities in Java. The problems faced by the company based on the results of observations made relating to revenue and inventory due to lack of internal controls in the company are because of the duplication of functions between the accounting and finance, many expired items should be disposed of and affect the company's earnings, collection of accounts receivable which resulted to financial turnaround interrupted, the data inventory is not accurate and complete so that the company's customer service to be less than satisfactory, and the problem of delay in making financial statements. The research method used in this study is data collection method which includes literature and field studies, analysis of findings, identifying the problems and the needs of information, and analysis method on object-oriented approach. The revenue accounting information systems and computerized inventory are expected to help the company run its operations, implement of internal controls within the company better, and overcome all the problems.
