Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) significant and meaningful relationship between work motivation and professional competence of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Muallimin UNIVA Medan Amplas Subdistrict. (2) significant and meaningful relationship between teacher discipline and professional competence of teacher at Madrasah Aliyah Muallimin UNIVA Medan Subdistrict, (3) significant relationship And means between work motivation and discipline of teachers with professional competence of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Muallimin UNIVA Medan Amplas District,This research uses quantitative research type of descriptive method correlational study. The population in this study were all Madrasah Aliyah Muallimin Univa Teachers of Medan Amplas in academic year 2016/2017. The total sample is 42 people.This can be seen from the large simple correlation between X1 and Y (rX1Y) = 0.379. These results were consulted with rtabel with N = 42 at significance level of 5% = 0.304. With rX1Y = 0.379 obtained t count = 2,586. These results were consulted with ttable with N = 42 at 5% significance level = 1.68. Then from the calculation results with partial correlation obtained ry, 2.1 = 0.376. These results were consulted with rtabel with N = 42 at significance level of 5% = 0.304. With ry, 2.1 = 0.376 obtained thitung = 2,531. These results were consulted with ttable with N = 42 at 5% significance level = 1.68.Also found there is a positive and meaningful relationship between discipline with professional competence of teachers. This can be seen from the large simple correlation between X2 with Y (rX2Y) = 0.374. These results were consulted with rtabel with N = 42 at significance level of 5% = 0.304. With the price rX2Y = 0.374 obtained tcount = 2.552. These results were consulted with ttable with N = 42 at 5% significance level = 1.68. Then from the calculation results with partial correlation obtained ry, 1.2 = 0.371. These results were consulted with rtabel with N = 42 at significance level of 5% = 0.304. With the price ry, 1.2 = 0.371 obtained tcount = 2.497. These results were consulted with ttable with N = 42 at 5% significance level = 1.68.In addition found a positive and meaningful relationship between work motivation and discipline with professional competence of teachers with correlation coefficient Ry (1,2) = 0,554; While rtabel with N = 42 and 5% significance level of 0,304. Thus the price Rhitung> rtabel (0,554> 0,304). Furthermore, the significance test of correlation by using F-test. With Rhitung = 0,554 obtained Fcount = 8,638. The price of Ftable for N = 42 at the 5% significance level is 3.23. Because Fcount> Ftable (8,638> 3,23).

Abstract

Dewan Syariah Nasional merupakan suatu institusi yang dibentuk oleh MUI khusus untuk menangani perkembangan sistem ekonomi Islam di Indonesia. Fungsi penting Dewan Syariah Nasional ialah sebagai satu-satunya Institusi di Indonesia yang mempunyai kewenangan untuk mengeluarkan fatwa yang berkenaan dengan ekonomi Islam. Dewan Syariah Nasional dibentuk berdasarkan rekomendasi hasil Lokakarya Ulama tentang Reksadana. Rekomendasi tersebut berisi usulan agar dibentuk Dewan Syariah Nasional untuk mengawasi dan mengarahkan lembaga-lembaga keuangan syariah.

Abstract

Management control system in an organization or institution is needed, especially for a nation or country is to fix itself, towards improving the quality, especially in college. Because it is a place where someone forged, educated, guided and directed to be able to be a human beings who have ideals, capable of realizing the ideals of both the ideals of itself, family, nation and country.The purpose of the management control system design to effort is to get the reliability and integrity of information, compliance with policies, plans, procedures, rules and regulations, protecting company property, efficient result and economic activities. Knowledge of management should be owned by everyone for himself, or another persons or groups, in this hope to manage themselves and to manage the subordinates to achieve goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the religious behavior of students of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences UMSU Semester VI TA. 2016/2017. This research is qualitative research, with approach of Social and Religious Psychology, Technique of collecting data used is questionnaire, observation and interview. Result of research indicate that student behavior of Fisip UMSU Semester VI of academic year 2016-2017 in Medium or Enough category.

Abstract

The aims of the research are: 1) To find the ethics of students by Muḥammad Nawawī al-Jāw‘s book, Murāqu al-‘Ubūdiyyah Syarḥ Bidāyah al-Hidāyah. 2) To find the ethics of teachers by Muḥammad Nawawī al-Jāw's book. 3) To find the relevance Muḥammad Nawawī al-Jāw's thought about ethics of students and teachers with Islamic education currently. Type of the research is a literary research that find various sources related to Muḥammad Nawaw's thought about students and teachers. Furthermore, the primary of source is Murāqu al-‘Ubūdiyyah Syarḥ Bidāyah al-Hidāyah who written by Muḥammad Nawawī al-Jāwī. The secondary of sources are some books who written by him and scholars who talked about Muḥammad Nawawī al-Jāwī. The researcher used content analysis to analyze the data. The results of this research are: First, Muḥammad Nawawī al-Jāwī ever come studied in Indonesia and Hijaz/Mecca's teachers, and also a productive teacher and the author. Second, the contains of Murāqu al-‘Ubūdiyyah Syarḥ Bidāyah al-Hidāyah' book areethical issues of students and teachers. The ethics of students related to: 1) Personal ethics, 2) Learning’s ethics and teachers interacting, 3) Friends interacting. There are three ethics of the teachers: 1) Personal ethics 2) Teaching's ethics and students interacting. Third, the ethical theory Sheikh Nawawī has relevanced with modern education currently. The students's ethics compared of the 18 character values formulated by the Ministry of National Education, while the teacher's ethics compared with the four teacher competencies.

Abstract

Understanding Sufism in plenary is absolute for anyone who wants to make Sufism a way of life. A complete understanding of Sufism makes itself to the ultimate goal. Conversely partial understanding will only make yourself to stray away from the goal. Ahwal at-tasawwuf or the fruit of tasawuf is a part of Sufism that absolutely must be understood in the plenary. Sufism consists of mahabbah, kasyf, inspiration and sacred. There is a phenomenon among admirers of the path of Sufism that makes it a goal. Some evens want to grab it for curiosity, or evens for the sake of popularity in the eyes of humans. It is an intention that is not based on the true science of ahwal at-tasawwuf. Ahwal at-tasawwuf should be understood as it should, not as a purpose that turns away from God. This paper will explain what and how to understand ahwal at-tasawwuf.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) to find out the learning result of Islamic religious education students who are taught by Inquiry strategy is higher than the result of learning of Islamic religious education which is taught by conventional learning; (2) to find out the learning result of Islamic religious education of students who have high critical thinking ability higher than those with low critical thinking ability, and (3) to know the interaction between learning strategy and critical thinking ability toward the learning result of Islamic education.This research is a quasi experimental type 2x2. In this design each independent variable and attribute variables are clarified into 2 ie Inquiry learning strategy (A1) and Conventional learning (A2) as well as high critical thinking ability (B1) and low critical thinking (B2). Where Inkuiri class as experiment class consists of 31 students with 18 female students and 13 other male students. Meanwhile in the control class were taught by Conventional learning with 39 students with 21 female students and 18 male students.Data collection techniques in the form of student observation and test result data. The findings of this study show that students who are learning with Inquiry learning strategy can be optimal for students who have high critical and critical critical thinking ability. Thus, Inquiry learning strategy and critical thinking ability give different influence to the result of learning of Islamic religious education in X-1 MIA / IIS and X-3 MIA / IIS class in SMA Negeri 1 Pancurbatu lesson year 2016/2017.

Abstract

In the 21st century Islamic school as an evolution from the school is still reaping the impact and challenges that need to always get a comprehensive treatment. The existence of islamic educational institutions consisting boarding school, Madrasah and other Islamic schools are determined by the management. Management is one importants component in any organization or institution of islamic education that expected to steer the spirit of educational activities to be effective and efficient, so that to achieve the goals set earlier. Principle analysis of SWOT and POAC as a method of organization development is the spirit of an organization so that the principle of absolute terms developed within the organization (Islamic Educational Institutions).

Abstract

Education as a system is an organization that aims to create graduation which have multi-intelligence so it can manifest themselves as part of civil society.To achieve the goals of education above, Communication within organization is an important element of that forms and allows an organization to work. The fact in the field of attention of Madrasah to communication is very low. This research will discuss about Model and Application of Islamic Education Organization Communication (A Research in MAN I Takengon, Aceh Tengah, Aceh). This research aims to descriptive of the model and application of organization communication. This research used a qualitative approach, the data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documents about various communication models used, then analyzed data, by describing qualitatively using the concept of miles and Huber man. The research’s result shows that the communication model used varies, no ones of model of communication is superior. Communication tools are both internal and external relatively the same, the used of information powerless computing or ICT has not been maximized. It is not significant obstacles are found in establishing internal and external communications, although the committee and parents are not proactive in establishing communication with the Madrasah.

Abstract

Implementation of School Based Management (SBM) presents schools as an institution with authority and authority that is no longer dependent on centralistic policy and bureaucracy, where schools are no longer treated as educational institutions that receive instruction only without creativity adjustments and are positioned as institutions that are controlled only Strict, so it does not have the freedom to move in managing the resources they have to achieve the optimal quality of school. A major challenge in the implementation of SBM is the ability of educational resources in terms of leadership integrity, where the principal is required to have the ability to perform managerial and leadership functions. In the implementation of MBS, there will be undesirable discrepancies, since the policy demands a mental change of the education apparatus and the wider community that has been so long patterned is not easy. The current application of MBS still does not refer to the actual concept, where until now the mastery of concepts relevant to the principal's tasks has not been widely understood by the school principal, so managerial and principal leadership at this time has not run properly. Meanwhile, in the implementation of SBM, the principal is required to be able to carry out managerial and leadership functions in the school. MBS is a model of school management characterized by extensive autonomy in schools, participation and high community participation to improve the quality of education within the national policy framework and applicable legislation.
