Abstract

Pendidik merupakan amanah yang amat strategis dalam menunjang proses dan hasil  pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Bahkan pendidik sebagai gerbang awal yang representatif dalam kondisi dan kinerja pendidikan. Pengaruh positif pendidik di dalam kelas amat sangat penting untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan dan memandu pemikiran peserta didik yang masih sangat membutuhkan bimbingan menuju pengembangan potensi dirinya. Pendidik bukan hanya transfer of knowledge akan tetapi juga mendidik terkait dengan nilai-nilai, dimana memberikan, menanamkan, dan menumbuhkan nilai pada peserta didik. Maka dari itu, kinerja pendidik berdasar pada kompetensi dan berlandaskan kualitas kepribadian yang harus dapat terwujudkan secara nyata. Kompetensi pendidik dapat mewujudkan kemampuannya dalam  kualitas kepribadian untuk berinteraksi dengan lingkungan pendidikan agar kebutuhan dan tujuan pendidikan dapat tercapai secara efektif. Well-Being pendidik berkaitan dengan bagaimana seorang pendidik mampu berfungsi positif secara psikologis dalam hidupnya, yang diukur dari enam aspek yaitu penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan dalam hidup serta pertumbuhan pribadi. Well-Being pendidik dapat meningkatkan kesadaran kinerjanya lebih tinggi dalam kompetensi dan kewajibannya menjadi seorang pendidik. Akan lebih baik jika well-being yang dimiliki pendidik lebih terarah dan terstruktur dengan dikelola sesuai fungsi manajemen. Dengan memiliki well-being seorang pendidik dapat berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi dengan baik terhadap peserta didiknya.The educator is a very strategic mandate to support the process and the result of education as a whole. Even educators as a representative early gate in educational conditions and performance. The positive influence of educators in the classroom is very important to answer the educational challenges and guide the thinking of learners who still desperately need guidance towards the development of his potential. Educators are not only transfer of knowledge but also educate related to values, which give, instill, and grow value to the learners. Therefore, the performance of educators based on competence and based on the quality of personality that must be realized in real. The competence of educators can realize their ability in the quality of personality to interact with the educational environment so that the needs and goals of education can be achieved effectively. Well-Being educators relate to how an educator is able to function psychologically positively in his life, measured from six aspects of self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, goals in life and personal growth. Well-Being educators can raise their awareness of higher performance in competence and their obligation to become an educator. It would be better if the well-being of the educator is more directed and structured with managed according to management functions. By having a well-being an educator can interact and communicate well to learners.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan penerapan metode resitasi dan penggunaan media timdes terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar membandingkan berat benda bagi siswa kelas I SDN 2 Selokaton Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2015/ 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Langkah-langkah setiap siklus meliputi kegiatan: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Berdasarkan tindakan yang dilakukan selama 2 siklus dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode resitasi dan penggunaan media timdes dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar membandingkan berat bendasiswa kelas I SDN 2 Selokaton Kecamatan  Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendalsemester 1 tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 dari kondisi awal hasil belajar membandingkan berat benda rendah  rata-rata 5,5 menjadi rata- rata hasil belajar membandingkan berat benda 83 pada kondisi akhir.The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the recitation method and the use of timdes media to improve learning outcomes comparing the weight of objects for grade I students of SDN 2 Selokaton, Sukorejo District, Kendal Regency Semester 2, 2015/2016 academic year. cycle. The steps of each cycle include the following activities: planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Based on the actions taken for 2 cycles, it can be concluded that the application of the recitation method and the use of timdes media can improve learning outcomes comparing the weight of grade I students at SDN 2 Selokaton, Sukorejo District, Kendal Regency semester 1 of the 2014/2015 academic year from the initial conditions of learning outcomes comparing the average low weight of objects, 5.5 being the average of learning outcomes comparing the weight of objects 83 in the final condition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of educational media game "Teka Teki Pengetahuan" to the student's interest in science subjects 5th grade SDN 03 Protomulyo 2016/2017 academic year. Media game education " Teka Teki Pengetahuan" is an interactive multimedia-based media in which to load Materials, and games are made with an attractive design that allows students to understand the learning materials and can increase student learning interest. This study only examines the students' interest in learning. This type of research is a quantitative research in the form of True Experimental Design with Pretest-Posttest Only Control Design design. The sample of this research is 20 students of VA class as experiment class and 20 students of class VB as control class by using technique of non probability sampling in the form of saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and one party t test. Based on t test results, it is known that with the significance level ? = 0.05 with tcount = 2.115 and ttable = 2.024. Because that is 2.115 2.024 so that H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of educational media media game "Teka Teki Pengetahuan" to the student's interest in science subjects class 5 SDN 03 Protomulyo.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dapat tidaknya penerapan metode mind card meningkatkan motivasi belajar ekonomi pada standar kompetensi Memahami Perekonomian Terbuka dan mengetahui dapat tidaknya penerapan metode mind card meningkatkan prestasi belajar ekonomi pada standar kompetensi Memahami Perekonomian Terbuka. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) pada kelas XI IPS di MAN 1 Kota Pekalongan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode mind card (kartu pikiran) mampu meningkatan motivasi dan belajar peserta didik dalam memahami perekonomian terbuka pada kelas XI IPS 4 Madarasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pekalongan Tahun Pelajaran 2016/ 2017.The purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the application of the mind card method increases economic learning motivation on the standards of understanding the Open Economy and knowing whether or not the application of the mind card method improves economic learning achievement on the standard of understanding Understanding the Open Economy. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) in class XI IPS in MAN 1 Pekalongan City. The results showed the mind card method was able to increase the motivation and learning of students in understanding the open economy in class XI IPS 4 Madarasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pekalongan in the 2016/2017 Academic Year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan ketersediaan, dan kebutuhan media pembelajaran di sekolah dasar Kota Semarang. Hal yang diungkap meliputi (1) gambaran tentang ketersediaan media pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, (2) gambaran tentang aktivitas guru dalam pengembangan dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran, dan (3) gambaran tentang media yang dibutuhkan oleh guru untuk membantu pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, diarahkan untuk menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta yang terjadi di sekolah dasar terkait dengan media pembelajaran. Penelitian dibatasi pada tiga mata pelajaran yang diujikan dalam Ujian Akhir Sekolah Berstandar Nasional (UASBN) yaitu Matematika, Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan media pembelajaran di mayoritas sekolah belum mencukupi untuk membantu guru dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. Faktor yang menjadi penyebab kurangnya ketersediaan media pembelajaran antara lain (1) sedikitnya bantuan pemerintah (instansi terkait) berupa pengadaan media pembelajaran, (2) rendahnya pengalokasian anggaran untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran, (3) rendahnya kreativitas guru untuk memproduksi media pembelajaran, (4) kurangnya ketersediaan waktu bagi guru untuk dapat mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Sebagian besar, aktivitas guru terkait pemanfaatan dan pengembangan media masuk dalam kategori rendah. Sebesar 79,63% guru, dalam satu semester kurang dari 10 kali memanfaatkan media dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Guru lebih membutuhkan peningkatan kompetensi pengembangan media berbantuan komputer. Dari lima opsi yang ditawarkan, yakni (1) media bentuk fisik, (2) media bentuk cetak, (3) media bentuk audio, (4) media audio visual, dan (5) media berbantuan TIK, mayoritas guru (86%) memilih pendampingan pengembangan media berbasis komputer. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai landasan diperlukannya (1) pendampingan pengembangan media pembelajaran kepada guru, dan (2) penelitian tentang pengembangan dan uji efektivitas media pembelajaran matematika di sekolah.

Abstract

Di awal masa kedudukan kementerian, Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mengemukakan ide tentang Guru Penggerak dan Merdeka Belajar. Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) sebagai LPTK menangkap ide bahwa kedepan, mahasiswa calon guru, harus mampu menjadi Guru Penggerak yang mampu mendorong kemerdekaan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur yang mendorong guru menjadi penggerak, serta yang menyebabkan siswa merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang mengedepankan pendekatan survey lapangan, wawancara, dan pengamatan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, triangulasi data, dan sintesa data untuk menguatkan simpulan yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru pemimpin mampu menggerakkan komunitas. Guru terampil memiliki kompetensi profesional yang cukup lengkap. Guru Inspirator memiliki pengalaman dalam berbagai aktifitas pembelajaran.At the beginning of the ministry's tenure, the Minister of Education and Culture put forward the idea of Driving Teachers and Free Learning. Semarang State University (UNNES) as the LPTK captures the idea that in the future, student teacher candidates must be able to become Driving Teachers who are able to encourage student learning independence. This study aims to identify the elements that encourage teachers to become movers, as well as those that cause students to learn freedom. This research is a qualitative research that puts forward a field survey approach, interviews, and observations as data collection methods. Data analysis used data reduction, data triangulation, and data synthesis to strengthen the conclusions obtained. The results showed that the leader teacher was able to move the community. Skilled teachers have quite complete professional competences. Inspirational teachers have experience in various learning activities

Abstract

Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah peningkatan hasil belajar perkalian melalui penggunaan sempoa pada siswa Tunadaksa kelas IV D1 di SDLB PRI Pekalongan.  Pengambilan data melalui observasi dan tes. Teknik analisa data menggunakan teknik deskriftif komparatif dan analisa kritis, yaitu membandingkan hasil belajar antar siklus dan mengungkap kelemahan dan kelebihan kinerja guru atau siswa.  Setelah dilakukan tindakan sebanyak dua siklus,hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa dengan penggunaan sempoa  hasil belajar perkalian siswa meningkat, yaitu dari hasil siklus I rerata kelas sebesar 64,6 meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 79,2. Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan sempoa dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar perkalian pada siswa Tunadaksa kelas IV D1 SDLB PRI Pekalongan.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rekomendasi disampaikan kepada: (1). Guru diharapkan memanfaatkan metode tersebut, (2). Siswa diharapkan menjadi motivasi belajar lebih tekun dan semangat, (3) Sekolah sebagai aplikasi sistem pembelajaran untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan, (4) Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan melakukan penelitian lebih mendalam terhadap kemampuan proses dan sikap ilmiah.The formulation of the research problem is the improvement of multiplication learning outcomes through the use of abacus on students Tunadaksa class IV D1 in SDLB PRI Pekalongan. Intake of data through observation and test. The technique of data analysis using comparative descriptive technique and critical analysis, that is comparing the learning result between cycles and reveal the weakness and excess performance of teacher or student. After two cycles, the results showed that with the use of abacus the result of learning multiplication of students increased, that is from the result of cycle I class average of 64.6 increase in cycle II to 79,2. It was concluded that the use of abacus can improve the multiplication learning outcomes in the students of Tunadaksa class IV D1 SDLB PRI Pekalongan. Based on the results of the research, recommendations are submitted to: (1). Teachers are expected to use the method, (2). Students are expected to be motivated to learn more diligently and spirit, (3) School as application of learning system for improvement of education quality, (4) Researcher then expected to do deeper research on process ability and scientific attitude.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses peningkatan kompetensi pengelolaan laboratorium melalui pelatihan terstruktur dengan teknik saling berkunjung bagi kepala laboratorium di SMP Kecamatan Cepogo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan memberikan tindakan yang diaplikasikan dalam 2 siklus melalui langkah planning, acting, observing, dan reflecting. Hasil penelitian tindakan sekolah ini menunjukkan terdapat: peningkatan proses pelatihan untuk peningkatan kompetensi kepala laboratorium dan peningkatan kompetensi pengelolaan laboratorium melalui pelatihan terstruktur dengan teknik saling berkunjung. Peningkatan kompetensi pengelolaaan laboratorium terbukti dapat meningkatkan mutu pengelolaan laboratorium semakin bersih, teratur, tertata, terkelola,  teradministrasikan dengan baik dengan suasana lingkungan yang aman dan menyenangkan.The purpose of this study is to describe how the process of improving laboratory management competencies through structured training with mutual visiting techniques for the head of the laboratory in Cepogo District Junior High School. The method used in this study is a school action research method by providing action that is applied in 2 cycles through the steps of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results of this school action research show that there is an increase in the training process to improve the competency of the head of the laboratory and increase the competence of laboratory management through structured training with mutual visiting techniques. Increasing the competence of laboratory management is proven to be able to improve the quality of laboratory management that is cleaner, more orderly, organized, managed, well administered with a safe and pleasant environment.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of activities and materials science of heredity through the use of media cards for students of classes IX Dogen E SMPN 5 Kudus in the 1st half 2014/2015 Academic Year. The subjects studied are students of class IX E SMPN 5 Holy in the 1st half 2014/2015 Academic Year. Objects are the Class Action Research Dogen card utilization, low activity and results belaja students. The method used in this research is using Action Research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The steps from planning, implementation, observation through reflection. The analysis technique used comparative descriptive technique, followed by reflection. The results showed that Dogen card media can increase the activity and learning outcomes hereditary material science for students of classes IX E SMPN 5 Holy in the 1st half 2014/2015 Academic Year. This is apparent from the initial conditions of students' learning activeness low to the final conditions of high activeness of student learning. With the use of the media card Dogen in the material science of heredity can improve.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know mathematics problem-solving ability viewed from adversity quotient. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method. The population in this research is forty students of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sumber, Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia. The sampling method used in this research is Purposive Sampling. Data gathering methods consist of test, observation, documentation, questionnaire, and interview. The research shows that quitter students group has not been able to perform all problem-solving steps, including understanding the problem, planning a problem solving, performing the problem solving, and reviewing the answer. Camper students group can perform 75% of the problem-solving steps; they understand the problem, planning a problem solving, performing the problem solving, but not in reviewing the answer. Climber students groups can perform 100% of the problem-solving steps; they understand the problem, planning a problem solving, performing the problem solving, and reviewing the answer.
