Abstract

System Remote applied the Open University (UT) in learning, requires students to study independently at their own initiative in studying the teaching materials provided by UT, tasks, strengthen skills, and apply the experience in the field or the work they can do individually or groups. The Open University in addition to providing assistance through tutorials Online learning, also facilitate learning through tutorial assistance Face to Face. Tutorial serves as a driver at the same time trigger the process of student learning so that students have the will and the ability to observe, think, behave and act in the face of a concept of science and technology as the result of a learning process. Tutorial process guided by a tutor who acts as a facilitator and motivator in the tutorial. Tutor greatly affect the performance has yet tutorial. For it to investigate the performance of tutors UPBJJ-UT Banjarmasin through student assessment D2 Library. Assessment is done through kuiseioner which are distributed in 4 pokjar namely Tapin District, Upper South River, Upper North River and Tabalong. Based on the survey results revealed that the performance tutor UPBJJ-UT Banjarmasin on mastery learning management an average score of 3.10 Good category. Keywords : tutor performance, face to face tutorial, UPBJJ-UT Banjarmasin

Thesis, Program Study of Citizenship and Pancasila Education, Department of Education Social Sciences, Teacher and Education Science Faculty, University of Lambung Mangkurat. Counselor (I) Fatimah (II) Harpani Matnuh. Women Representation in parliament has been the focus of a lot of people since it is especially found on the election results that the percentage of women's representation in parliament does not reach the threshold of women representation. This study aims to see the women representation in Banjarmasin Parliament from the legislative election results. In addition, it also aims to know the problematic or the problems that occur in the women representation and the factors that affect the women representation in Banjarmasin Parliament.The method used in this study is qualitative data collection techniques by using the observation so that the researcher can see the problems of women representation in Banjarmasin Parliament, the interview is given to find out the problems directly from the informants as a source of data, and documentation is used to facilitate the researcher in collecting data both written documents or images as a data source.The research results show that the women representation is seen from the amount of Parliament members from among the women do not achieve the results of legislative elections but it nearly approaches the percentage of women representation. The problematic lead more to the limitation of women and the factors that influence it such as the difficulty of finding human resources who are courageous on the politic field and competent on it become a significant factor.In short, based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the women in Banjarmasin Parliament members should work optimally in order to further maximize their real work for the society, especially regarding to the issues of women's active role in efforts to increase the number women representation in the future and to strive for increasing the number of women representation to achieve the gender balance so that it can simplify the delivery of the interests and rights of women to go down to the community such as socializing or making events for instance seminars on increasing the women's representation. Keyword: Problematic, Women, Representation

Counselor(I) Sarbaini, (II) Mariatul Kiptiah. Political real conditions is now happening just to get sheer power and political parties are still not showing good performance, This is evidenced by not channeled aspirations, unfulfilled campaign promises, many corruption and this affects public confidence at the party. This study is intended to know how big the orientation change choice and The highest reason in a choose a political party.This research used the quantitative approach and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data was collected by questionnaire technique, interview and documentation.The results showed that the moving party choice 39,56%, remain on the choice 20,33%, golput 3,02%, and not yet decided 37,09%. While supreme reason for the move option because not mercy (do not feel that the perceived), problem of corruption and political program. The highest reason remains that choice is the mercy and good political party program. The highest reason golput namely because dishonesty, not mercy leader and problem of corruption.Based on this study, can be suggested the need for consistency and commitment of a party and party cadres in the fight for the rights of real people. Political parties should also be careful in the selection and recruitment of party cadres in order to have a good quality. moreover, KPU must also continuously socialize election, such as how to choose a good, and the importance of voter participation. Keyword: politics, political orientation, political party

Nurjannah, 2014, Implementasi tugas DPRD dalam aspek legislatif periode 2009-2014 di Kabupaten    Tanah Bumbu. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan pancasila Kewarganegaraan, Jurusan ilmu pendidikan Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas                   Lambung Mangkurat. Pembimbing (I) Sarbaini, (II) Mariatul Kiptiah. Salah satu wujud tata kepemerintahan yang baik (good governance) itu terdapatnya citra pemerintahan yang demokratis. Prinsip demokrasi yang paling penting adalah meletakkan kekuasaan di tangan rakyat dimana pada tingkat terakhir rakyat memberikan ketentuan dalam masalah-masalah pokok mengenai kehidupannya, termasuk dalam menilai kebijaksanaan pemerintah dan negara, oleh karena kebijakan itu menentukan kehidupan rakyat.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang dipilih adalah secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan meneliti ke lapangan, observasi partisipasi lengkap, dan wawancara (interview). Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data(data reduction), penyajiana data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan(conclusion draving/verification).Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Implementasi tugas DPRD dalam aspek legislatif periode 2009-2014 di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu harus dimulai dengan tugas dan fungsi DPRD dalam membuat Perda, di mana DPRD mempunyai tiga fungsi yaitu : (1) fungsi legislasi, (2) fungsi anggaran, (3)fungsi pengawasan.Dari hasil temuan peneliti tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasitugas DPRD dalam aspek legislatif periode 2009-2014 di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu difokuskan pada tiga aspek yaitu fungsi legislasi, fungsi anggaran dan fungsi pengawasan. Para anggota DPRD Tanah Bumbu dituntut untuk bisa bertanggung jawab dan memilik aspirasi pendapat bagi anggota DPRD lainya untuk pengimplementasian Perda Tanah Bumbu.Saran yang dapat diberikan bahwa Hendaknya pengimplementasian tugas DPRD dalam aspek legislatif periode 2009-2014 di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu harus berperan penting dalam mengapresiasikan pendapatnya dalam membuat Perda. Kata kunci : Implementasi tugas DPRD aspek legislatif

Abstract

Banjarmasin yang dijuluki sebagai kota seribu sungai, merupakan kota yang sejak dahulu masyarakatnya banyak bermukim di bantaran sungai. Sungai merupakan salah satu bagian dari lingkungan, dimana keberadaan sungai sangat penting bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya. Oleh karena itu keberadaan sungai harus bisa terpelihara dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Sikap dan perilaku siswa terhadap keberadaan sungai, dan (2) mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dalam upaya menanamkan karakter peduli lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Alalak Utara 1 Kota Banjarmasin dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dari hasil temuan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa  terhadap keberadaan sungai di Kota Banjarmasin, 33% siswa menunjukkan sikap dan perilaku yang sangat baik, 51% menunjukkan sikap yang baik, 8% menunjukkan sikap yang cukup, 6% menunjukkan sikap yang kurang baik, dan 2% menunjukkan sikap yang tidak baik. Upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dalam menanamkan sikap peduli lingkungan adalah pengintegrasian melalui pembelajaran, melalui keteladanan,  melaksanakan program Jum’at bersih,  membuat piket bergiliran antar kelas,  selalu  menyelipkan pesan untuk menjaga lingkungan saat upaca bendera setiap hari Senin, dan melalui komite sekolah.

Abstract

Menyelenggarakan pendidikan sekolah dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Tatakan 2 semester I tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 melalui penggunaan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SD Negeri Tatakan 2 kelas VI tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 11 orang terdiri dari 7 putra dan 4 putri. Secara umum pembelajaran dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 ada peningkatan yang baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan penggunaan penerapan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Tatakan 2. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa.Sebelum diberikann tindakan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam kelas yaitu 54% atau 6 siswa. Setelah diberikan tindakan dengan penggunaan penerapan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada siklus 1 ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 72% atau 8 siswa. Sedangkan pada siklus 2 ketuntasan klasikal belajar siswa meningkat mencapai 90% atau 10 siswa.

Abstract

Kolam Kanan Village is a village where people have three different religions. Religions that exist in the village namely Hindu, Muslim and Christian. Although they live in an environment with different beliefs, but the implementation of related public high tolerance of theists. Through some manner by the community it will be able to create inter-religious tolerance environment sector in the community.This study aims to determine how the community receives the difference between religious communities, the community recognizes how inter-religious rights and to know how the people appreciate the existence of inter-religious.The study was designed and conducted using qualitative research methods. Data was collected through observation, interview. Analysis of the results of the research is the analysis of the data reduction step, the presentation of the data and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the way society and accept differences among religious communities in the village of Kolam Kanan is to be consulted in case of disagreement, deepen and carry theology respectively. Then how society recognizes the right of inter-religious is to recognize the right of others to embrace the religion according to their respective beliefs and religions recognize the right to carry out worship in accordance with his beliefs, and recognize the right of participation in the culture of the people in the Kolam Kanan village. Next is how the public in appreciating the existence of the relationship between religious communities and interact in several areas such as economic and social life.Based on these results, it may be advisable to retain attitudes that are able to create tolerance and improve existing intolerance that still exists in some small communities in Kolam Kanan village.Keywords: tolerance, religious

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi sebagai salah satu wahana pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun teknologi tidak terkecuali organisasi tingkat mahasiswa (kemahasiswaan) diharapkan tidak mengalami sterilisasidalam hal tuntutan nilai-nilai moral.Nilai-nilai keluhuran budi berupa moral tersebut harus terus diasah dan ditumbuhkembangkan dalam diri setiap mahasiswa selama mereka masih menjadi anak didik di suatu lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Universitas Lambung Mangkurat melalui Fakultas maupun Program Studi telah melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan baik melalui beberapa fasilitas kemahasiswaan. Norma organisasi sebagai sebuah bentuk rambu-rambu bagi kegiatan organisasi juga telah ada dan senantiasa dikembangkan oleh pengurus organsiasi tersebut sebagai bagian maupun bentuk kreatifitas dari dalam diri mahasiswa melalui program-program organisasi yang sedang maupun akan dijalankan.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are educational activities outside of school hours devoted to helping the development of learners, according to the needs, potential, talents, and interests through activities that are specifically organized by learners and educators capable and berkewenangan in SMA KORPRI Banjarmasin. This activity is conducted to develop character values KORPRI high school students in Banjarmasin. This study aims to investigate the implementation of extracurricular activities in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin, motivation of students in extracurricular activities in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin, as well as the character values that develop students in extracurricular activities in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin.The method used in this study is qualitative data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was done by summarizing, presenting the data and draw conclusions.The results of this study indicate that: (1) the extracurricular activities were carried out in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin namely futsal, basketball, dance, dance, scouts, paskibra, martial arts, japan club, PMR (youth red cross), Habsy and volleyball (2) motivation of students in the implementation of extracurricular activities in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin still lacking, it is evident from the number of students who take the extracurricular activities are few and (3) Values of characters developed in extracurricular activities in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin is hard work, discipline, responsibility, relegius, democratic, curiosity, friends / communicative, patriotism, honesty, tolerance, the spirit of nationalism, peace-loving, creative, environmental care, social care, appreciate the achievements, like reading and independent.Based on these results, it is suggested that more teachers to motivate students to participate in extracurricular activities so that the development of character values can be more effective Keywords: Extracurricular Activities, Values Character.

Abstract

Peran Kepala sekolah sangat penting pada organisasi yang sedang mengalami perubahan seperti SMA. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang kuat dalam mengkoordinasikan, menggerakkan dan menyerasikan semua sumber daya pendidikan yang tersedia di sekolah melalui gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMA di Banjarmasin dalam aktivitas pengambilan keputusan, distribusi informasi, konsultasi dan delegasi wewenang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah, Wakil Kepala sekolah, Guru, Karyawan Tata Usaha, Siswa dan Orang tua/Wali Murid SMA di Banjarmasin. Data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMA di wilayah Banjarmasin adalah partisipatif dalam pengambilan keputusan, keterbukaan  informasi, pemberian konsultasi dan pendelegasian wewenang. Kepala sekolah memberikan kepercayaan sepenuhnya kepada bawahan dalam pelaksanaan tugas- tugasnya. Kepala sekolah tidak hanya memberikan arahan tetapi juga feed back terhadap masukan yang diberikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diberikan saran bahwa dalam pengambilan keputusan, keterbukaan informasi, konsultasi dan pendelegasian wewenang alangkah baiknya keterlibatan guru dan karyawan secara aktif diperlukan. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan,  kepala sekolah.
