Abstract

Konstitusi negara menegaskan bahwa setiap orang berhak mengecap pendidikan setinggi-tingginya tanpa kecuali. Namun demikian, masih banyak ditemukan anak yang putus sekolah, termasuk pada masyarakat dayak di kabupaten Balangan. Masalah ini tentu perlu mendapat perhatian semua pihak. Karena jika dibiarkan tidak menutup kemungkinan anak-anak di daerah terpencil seperti masyarakat dayak di Kabupaten Balangan ini selalu mengalami ketertinggalan. Adanya anak yang putus sekolah atau bahkan tidak bersekolah diduga erat kaitannya dengan pemahaman orang tua tentang pendidikan, termasuk pemahaman tentang pola pendidikan yang diterapkan. Oleh karena itu pola pendidikan anak pada masyarakat Dayak di Kabupaten Balangan ini perlu dikaji secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pemahaman orang tua tentang pendidikan anak, (2)  pola  yang diterapkan orang tua dalam  pendidikan anak, dan (3) faktor-faktor   yang berpengaruh terhadap pola pendidikan anak  pada masyarakat Dayak di Kabupaten Balangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  pemahaman orang tua suku dayak  di Kecamatan Halong termasuk kategori baik. Mereka umumnya memahami bahwa pendidikan itu sangat penting.  Hal ini dapat diketahui dari jawaban seluruh informan yang mengatakan bahwa pada dasarnya mereka ingin agar anak-anaknya bisa bersekolah setinggi-tingginya. Pola pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat suku dayak  adalah  pola asuh permisif  dan pola demokratis. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola pendidikan anak adalah: (1) Tingkat Sosial Ekonomi Keluarga, (2) tingkat pendidikan orang tua, (3) Jarak tempat tnggal dengan sekolah, (4) usia, dan (5) jumlah Anak

Abstract

Inculcate discipline for children is certainly not easy , requiring a habituation and perseverance , and certainly it needs the example of their parents . In other words , all of things must start from the parents . As caregivers and mentors in the family , the parents are the foundations for their children 's behavior. Attitudes, behaviors and habits of the elderly has always been viewed, assessed and imitated by children that consciously or unconsciously become habits for them anyway. Whatever the reason why parent gives discipline for the child is for their future. Hopefully that one day in the future the child will have  good morals according to expectations of parents.Keywords : discipline , family environments.

Lack ofdemocraticattitudesof studentscan be seenfromthe lowmotivation ofdemocracystudentin group discussion activities. Studentspay less attention tothe teacherexplainsandengrossed himself, only a few studentsare able tocapture theteacherexplainedthe material. This resulted inpoorlearning outcomes. The purpose ofthe studyistopromote student participation inthelearningCivicsexpressionby usinga modelof moralreasoninginclassXISMAIPS210Banjarmasin.Data collection techniquesused inclassroom action research(CAR) is theobservation, documentationandteststudyconductedthroughseveralcycles, thefirst cycleandsecond cycle.The results ofthis study indicate(1) Learningteacherin implementing thelearning modelof moralreasoningtakes placesmoothly. In the first cycleof learningteacherprettygoodin qualifyingandin the second cyclehas increased verywellwithgoodqualifications. (2) activityincreasedverygoodstudentswithgoodqualifications. (3) The processof learningto applymoralreasoningmodelscanincrease the activity ofstudents inexpressingtheiropinions andmake decisions.Based on these results, it is suggested thattheschoolshould beable to putthe teacherin accordancewith thequotaof students, in order to getquality graduatesnotonlymenonjokanvaluebut alsothe valueof cognitiveaffectiveandpsychomotor. Tiara Ernita, 2013. Correlation between Students’ Learning Style and Students’ Learning Achievement at the Tenth Grade Students of SMA Negeri 1 Banjarmasin. Sarjana’s Thesis. Civic Education Department, Social Science, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. The first advisor: Fatimah, the second advisor: Rabiatul Adawiah. Learning style is a key factor which determines the success of learning. Each student certainly has different learning style from one another. The level of understanding and mastery on lesson material are influenced by the students’ learning style. This research aims to analyze the students’ learning style at home, to analyze the students’ learning achievement, and to analyze the correlation between the students’ learning style and the students’ learning achievement in civic education lesson at the tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Banjarmasin. This research uses quantitative approach with sampling technique which utilizes the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The sample is obtained randomly by using lottery. Techniques of data collection are questionnaire, interview, observation, documentation, and also objective and subjective test both in written form. Analyses used on the research result are descriptive analysis and testing of Product Moment correlation.The finding of this research shows that the students’ learning style has significant correlation with their learning achievement. It is indicated on the testing result of Product Moment correlation namely 0,879. After the value was adjusted to table of r value interpretation, 0,879 value is in the interval coefficient between 0,80 to 1,000. It is interpreted as very strong category.Based on the finding of this research, it is suggested that the students should employ effective learning style. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the awareness of the importance of good learning style, so the leanring achievement can be improved. It is also expected that the teachers can motivate the students to have effective learning style, both at home and at school. In addition, it is also suggested that the school fulfil the conditions which can fully support the students’ learning achievement. In this case, the school should create learning atmosphere that can increase the students’ learning motivation, so they can actively engaged in learning process in the classroom. For the Civic Education department, this research can add the theory  about the correlation between students’ learning style and the students’ learning achievement. For the researcher herself, this research can add knowledge about students’ learning style, so that the researcher can implement the findings of this research when executing the teacher profession later.   Keywords: learning style, students’ learning achievement

Abstract

Etika sebagai filsafat yang ruang lingkupnya adalah masalah nilai, baik buruk, yang terjalin dalam hubungan antar manusia, mempunyai sejumlah aliran. Di antara aliran-aliran itu terdapat absolut dan relatif idealis, praktis, pragmatis dan konsekuensiatis serta non-konsekuensiatis. Masing-masing mempunyai dasar pijakan sendiri. Meskipun masing-masing dapat diurai dan dapat diperkirakan bagaimana konsekuensinya bila dikaitkan dengan pendidikan namun keadaan ini akan semakin lebih jelas, bila konsep tentang pendidikan dikupas lebih dahulu. Hal yang semacam ini juga terjadi pada pembicaraan tentang nilai-nilai profesi kependidikan. Kata Kunci: etika, pendidikan, nilai-nilai profesi.

Abstract

Art Hadrah just listen only and is not applied to them as a message song lyric that contain religious values into everyday life. Neither is the case today in society Pelambuan, as a good religious people of course, we need to understand the application of religious values through art Hadrah, so the application of religious values can be a reference for behavior and community group members hadrah in everyday life. Aims to determine the form of the implementation of arts activities in the community pelambuan hadrah, knowing public participation in the arts hadrah in a song lyric messages, hadrah art knows only as entertainment or as a tradition and know the direct impact that can be felt by people around the hadrah art activities.The method used was a qualitative method. The data source selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the results of the research is the analysis of the data reduction steps, the data display and verification.The results of the study in the village Pelambuan Western District of Banjarmasin show that (1) the background belakangin founded this group in place so they had nothing with them to form their own initiative and the others follow in their footsteps, a tool used to fly set apart, the number of personnel 12 people, their financial systems by way of savings, well-structured organizational systems, organizational mechanisms from home to home exercise and there is a religious event, da average of these group activities that practice 1 time a week, while for the show to 3 times a week depending on the call. (2) the public participation activities hadrah art goes well enough and every territories also have their peculiarities hadrah grouped respectively. (3) hadrah art not only as a mere entertainment for the community but also as a tradition to release the vows. (4) One of the positive impact will be felt reminded of His greatness and His love to God and His Prophet and its negative impact a lack of public awareness of arts activities hadrah that exist around their territoryBased on these results, the participation of governments, communities and groups can apply the message of the poem t hadrah art into everyday life. Keyword: Religious values, hadrah group, community.

Abstract

The integrationvalues ofmulticultural educationis an attemptto combine thelearning strategiesthat includesmulticultural valuesin acknowledging, accepting and affirminghumandifferences and similaritiesthat includediversityof race, language, religion, raceandgender. It is doneby developinginstructional designthatincludes planning, implementation, andevaluationof PKn which includingmulticultural values.LearningPKnasteaching materials isintegrated withthe values ofmulticultural educationin order toincrease the value ofequality, democraticvaluesandtolerancebetween people. In this study, the writer useda qualitative method. The data collectiontechniqueswere observation, interviews, anddocumentation. Moreover, the data analysis techniques used data reduction, data display, and conclusion.The resultsof this studywerein the process ofplanninglearningPKn whichincludedMulticulturalvaluesinSMPN6Banjarmasin: the teachersalreadyhad asyllabusfortheir teaching and learning process, the teacher also alreadyhad the Lesson Plan (RPP) which has been integratedwiththe values ofmulticultural educationintothe Lesson Plan and the teachers had more than one thematerials/textbook when teaching Pkn. On the other hand, theimplementation ofthe teaching and learning process of PKn whichincludingmulticulturalvaluesinSMPN6Banjarmasinhas been runningprettywellsince it had included:carrying out the pre-activities, carrying out the while-activities which includedconductingcorevalues of equality, democracyandtolerance and the lastwas carrying out the post-activities. Then, the teachers haveimplemented the principles ofassessment for the evaluation ofthe teaching andlearning process of PKn whichincludedmulticulturalvaluesinSMPN6Banjarmasin. The principles ofassessment were valid, objective, fair, unified, open, thoroughandcontinuous, systematic, based on thecriteria, andaccountable.According to the results, it is suggested thatthe PKn teachersatSMPN6Banjarmasinshould improve the integrationvalues ofmulticultural educationin the teaching and learning processof PKn, it was based on the fact that SMPN6Banjarmasinhavestudents who werediversein terms ofethnicity, culture, language, religion, socialstatus, gender, ability, ageandrace.Keywords: Integration, The Values of Multicultural Education, Teaching and Learning PKn.

Abstract

Involvement of the country in employment case related with function and duty of the country/government is how to create, to look after, to maintain, and to increase the orderliness of social condition that to flow into public service. So, the function of country (government) basically is the function of public service. The definition of duty of the country in macro context is to do the policies to get the goal of the country governance, and the country governance basically is the national goal of its country.Involvement of the country (government) in law context about employment is to create fair employment relationship to become a part of function and duty of the government. However, if the relationship between worker and boss/entrepreneur that very different in social economy is delivered to all sides, so the goal to create social justice in life society is very difficult to get, because the strong side will be always control the weak side, that case already become an adagio, which the strong and authorized side will inclined to delude the weak side. Because of that, the weak side should be get protection from the country.In context of collective work agreement, the involvement of the country is a rule of legislation that should be bothered, concerning the system of remunerating (mulberry minimum such as UMR), health, working safety, and others, basically those as a part of government duty in running of function of political  that including in formula of national goal in Indonesian Republic that loaded in fourth paragraph of opening of UUD 1945, that is “to create social justice and to move forward public prosperity for socialize and for Indonesian nation. Key Words: Function of Country, Collective work agreement

Therefore, the marriage took place with the aim of forming a family (household) are happy and prosperous. For that husband and wife should help each other and complementary, so that each can develop a personality that is aligned so that it will achieve material prosperity and spiritual. In psychology marriage or marriage is a transition period of transition from childhood to adulthood, which begins with puberty. seen psychologically, marriage someone who is still not quite of age or under age will certainly have an impact that might be a trauma, because of unpreparedness run developmental tasks that arise after the wedding while in capability and maturity themselves have not been able to undergo an obligation or duty the-duty.
